Fantastic experience: Today was my first visit. I am kicking myself that our family hasn’t come here sooner! The office is beautiful and clean. My hygienist Sophia was absolutely AMAZING and set up all expectations of our visit. Dr. Steve listened to me and my future goals of my oral health. Fantastic experience: Emily is the best. She takes good care of my teeth with the cleaning/polishing. She makes you feel comfortable without being stressed out.

Negative experience: I am very disappointed with my experience at this dental office. Before my treatment, the staff assured me that my insurance would cover all costs and that my copayment would be zero dollars. However, after the procedures, I was shocked to receive a bill for $922 out of pocket. When I called the office to address this unexpected expense, I did not receive a satisfactory explanation or resolution. Key Issues: - I was promised $0 copayment. - I ended up paying $922 out of pocket. - The communication regarding billing was misleading. I feel misled and taken advantage of. If you consider this dental office, be aware of potential unexpected costs and verify your insurance coverage. I cannot recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: It took me a long time to find a good dentist and I have found one in McGonagall Dental. The staff is wonderful the place is very clean and everyone knows what they're doing. I live in Shorewood so it's a long way to go for me to go to the dentist but it's worth it

Fantastic experience: I recently had my four wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Barrett and his amazing dental assistant, Hana. I couldn't be happier with the experience! The surgery was incredibly efficient, taking only half the time typically expected for such a procedure. Dr. Barrett's expertise and Hana's attentive care made the entire process virtually painless. I felt comfortable and well-informed throughout, and their professionalism truly stood out. If you're looking for a skilled and compassionate dental team, I highly recommend Dr. Barrett and Hana!

Fantastic experience: I've been going to McGonigle for over 20 years, as well as my mom & brother. Dr. Rob is wonderful & a skilled dentist. Plus their hygentists are great & are kind & understanding if you have dental anxiety. Karen P. & Emily U. are fab hygentists! (Literally the only downside is no Saturday hours as I'm 30 minutes away but they do offer evening appointments so no biggie).

Fantastic experience: I am extremely thankful For the service I received! I had an emergency dental issue and was in an extreme amount of pain. They allowed me to come right in and had me fixed up within an hour and back at work. They were very gentle and took extra care to ensure the procedure caused as little pain as possible. Even a day later, I am in a minimal amount of pain. I also will say there after Karen instructions were more detailed and included several things other dentists had never told me. However, now the crown is fabricated directly in the office, streamlining the entire procedure. The staff demonstrates remarkable kindness and attentiveness. Fantastic experience: From the moment I walkd into the office, I was impressed as to how professional the employees were. The Dental Tech could not have been more welcoming. She explained the day to day operations of the office, and explained everything she would be doing very thoroughly. The dental hygienist was very caring and also explained what she would be doing, and gave tips for better oral care. Dr. Stuedemann asked if I had any concerns, listened to my questions, answered them very thoroughly, and explained what procedures needed to be done. She is a very warm and personable doctor. Dr. Phil made sure I was comfortable with my procedure and made sure any questions or concerns I had would be addressed before the work began. Lily, his tech assistant, was very knowledgeable and explained her steps in the prepping. She, as well, made me feel “at home.” Dr. Phil is a wonderful dentist and makes his patients feel confident of any dental work that needs to be done.

However Dr Phil his assistant Amanda and hygentist Emily showed me how easy and pain free dental can be. They truly took the time to make me comfortable while restoring my smile. Fantastic experience: I saw an offer for free teeth cleaning for veterans and thought to give it a shot. My wife and daughter both use McGonigle and are pleased with services. Though the cleaning was free it was started right on time and done very quickly and professionally. It also includes a fluoride treatment. They even had putout coffee cake, snacks juices amd other treats afterwords. I was very impressed and plan on using McGonigle as my dentist when mine retires within a few years.

Fantastic experience: I've been coming here since 2021, they are always so nice and informative and make you feel comfortable and provide you with honest information. Today i had to get wisdom tooth removed, my regular Doc Phil was booked up so i go Dr. Kristina, who I've had before but haven't seen her for years. She is so nice and makes u feel pain free! So in conclusion, this place is awesome and personally recommend Dr. Phil or Dr. Kristina, but I'm sure the other Docs are great as well.
