Every person that entered my room and worked on me with every visit works great with each other and communicates with me so well. It’s hard to find that now a days. Fantastic experience: My hygienist, Michelle (I think, bad with names) was fantastic and gentle. She gave me great information about my upcoming procedures and taking care of my bridges, what I can eat, etc. Today, July 30, 2025 I got my crowns and bridges anchored and a bottom tooth pulled. My team did an outstanding job and I received good instructions on caring for my new teeth.

Fantastic experience: I'm a senior patient currently having my second crown replacement by Dr. Bouz and Kristin. Today, we had to work around an unexpected health issue that surfaced with me, and they could not have been more accommodating, caring, and professional in helping me feel safe and comfortable in their care. My first crown is great and the second is on the path to be the same.Thank you for your careful attention to details!

Negative experience: Absolute rudest dentist I've ever heard of. Told my boyfriend that he was going to die of malnutrition and that he needed to sell his car(because why do you need a car if your dead) to pay the $25,000 it was going to cost to fix my boyfriend's teeth. This isn't brain surgery why is it costing $25,000 to have a couple of teeth removed and dentures... Absolutely delusional dentist... Lost his rabbit mind....

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Bradley Dental Center by my Daughter Amanda Short who had a Great experience on her 1st and second visit! She referred my (adult) son, Larry Jason Eustice who needs extensive dental work. He said his first experience was very nice and professional. I helped with my daughter's expenses and I am helping with my sons expenses as well. I have been to this facility several times. It's a warm and inviting experience all the way! Every single staff member I have met has been geniounanly friendly and so thoughtful and accommodating! I want to give a shout out to Kylee and Sherry especially for the way they treated me with kindness, understanding and lots of patience while professionally helping me come up with the perfect plan for my son's extensive medical plan! Never once did I feel negative body language from them and believe me, I wasn't leaving until I knew exactly what I was paying for. Kylee and Sherry were very beautiful inside and out! Thank you for helping me through the beginning stages. I highly recommend Bradley Dental Center! They are the Best! Stay tuned for future reviews from me and my son as his dental work unfolds. Negative experience: Do not go here for anything. I had a few fillings and was also given a night guard. They told me that the total price would be around $500 after insurance. I paid all of it in 2 separate installments. I even asked them if I owed anything else and was told that I did not owe any more. Well now they're trying to charge me $215 on top of what I already paid. When I called and asked why, they said it's because they used porcelain fillings, not the ones my insurance covers because "no one uses those anymore". Almost like they were just trying to find a reason to charge more. My teeth also did not hurt before they did the fillings. Now I'm probably going to need to go to another dentist for them to be looked at because I can't even chew on one side of my mouth anymore. Thanks for literally nothing. Edit: The reason you can't find my name is because my email is under my maiden name. The name on my file is "Hope Gilbert". Still doesn't change the fact that you guys suck. :)

Fantastic experience: Machelle did wonderful with my little one. He is 3 years old and she was able to make it fun for him to get his exam and cleaning taking care of!

Fantastic experience: Professional and courteous service by staff and doctors (above and beyond). Proficient and knowledgeable. Thorough inspection of both me and my husband's teeth (which was very important) and recommended proper treatment of problem areas. Great teeth cleaning today by hygienist Machelle.

Fantastic experience: Update: Machelle is still the best. She is a friend at this point. Lol Machelle is the best. I have been afraid to come to the dentist for yrs. Finally made an appointment. Machelle made me feel very comfortable and right at home. Love being able to come see her when I have to get my teeth cleaned. She even remembered me and how many dogs I had. Of course told me no more and we got 2 more since last seeing her.

Dr. Bouz is exceptionally skilled, and is flexible enough to take a patient's concerns seriously when developing treatment plans. I drive from my home in Chattanooga to Cleveland because I trust & respect Dr. Bouz and his staff. I should add how nice and friendly all of the people are Amy is a great hygienist, and they all are really good at explaining things, & making you feel welcome (even when you get lost for the hundredth time!) They had a new patient special. I was able to get my teeth cleaned x-rayed exam for very inexpensive Amy and Dr. Bouz we’re able to give me the best news …no cavities and a clean bill of teeth so I will see them in six months.
