Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience with Hebert! Jordyn made everything prior to seeing the doctor incredibly smooth and stress-free. Dr. Swenson was the best dentist I’ve ever had. He was very friendly, explained everything in clear terms I could understand, and even showed me what he was talking about by referencing pictures and X-rays. I’ve never had an office that shows me my X-rays on a screen right in front of me, and that transparency makes a huge difference! I got a very quick referral to an oral surgeon for my wisdom teeth, and was able to get a cleaning and a filling appointment within a week’s time. I would highly recommend this office anytime

From the staff up to all the Dental workers themselves. They have made me feel so welcomed and don’t even get me started on the communication they have! There staff is amazing with communicating not only with the customers but amongst themselves. It’s such a positive environment to be in. When I started they even asked me if I had any previous Dental experience that scared me and that itself is a question my previous Dental place never asked. I gladly explained to them my experience and they made sure I was comfortable before getting any teeth work done. Even when they were just checking my teeth and a cleaning they told me what they were doing before they did it and what sounds come from the tools they use so I’m less anxious. 10 out of 10 experience with this Herberts Dental! We finally were able to get a different insurance plan and now are back at Hebert :) I am honestly thrilled to be able to go back to the same Dentist and the same Dental Hygienist I had before! Fantastic experience: Dr. Tarpenning is great to work with. Due to medical treatments I am dealing with multiple dental issues and he has helped me prioritize my treatment plan to fit into my finances. The rest of the staff is always very attentive and responds to my questions and concerns promptly.

Fantastic experience: Staffed by some of the most professional and courteous folks I've ever met in a dental office, yet they were playful and interactive with my 5 year old, making the visit enjoyable and painless. We came over from a local pediatric dentist where we had quite a sour experience; still, I was a little nervous that my daughter might not be able to see past the lack of an indoor playground. The entire cleaning went so smoothly, all my questions got answered, and the team worked together with such streamlined and seamless precision, it felt like we were done in record time. No tears, no hiding in the corner, no screams from down the hall (like our last experience at the old dentist), not even a wince. She even told me that next time we come, I can wait in the waiting room because she was so comfortable. I think we found our new dental home!

A full service dentistry where they can help you out with any procedure you require. * Another visit. This time I had a 30 year old crown fall off. The there was not much of a tooth left so it was unrepairable. I called at 8:30 in the morning and I was sitting in the dentist chair at 9:00. As close as it was to the holidays I elected to have the tooth pulled. I did not want to have any surprises over Christmas without dental care available. The dentist pulled the tooth and did a bone graff in preparation for a dental implant. I can't thank them enough for helping me out on such short notice. You don't find such caring people very often any more. Thank you Hebert Dental. 04-05-24 Went in for a tooth extraction and two implant posts installed. 04-06-24 Absolutely no pain today. Dr. T and his staff are amazing. As I told Dr. T, you are the best. I have total trust in his ability and his honesty. Update 07-24-24 I just had my seventh and eighth implant put in yesterday. Everything went perfect, and once more I cannot express my thankfulness at the quality of work and professionalism of the staff. I wish I would have taken better care of my teeth when I was young, but I am glad I found Dr. Tarppening to help correct my mistake. 12-18-24 I wish I would have taken better care of my teeth when I was young. I cracked another tooth while eating. They got me right in to check it out and I decided on another implant. I trust them 100 percent and look forward to getting rid of that bad tooth. 01-29-25 I am in need of another implant, and started the process today. I did not taken the best care of my teeth when I was young, and now I am getting things fixed up before retirement. After the extraction I was not in hardly any pain. I did not even have to take tylonal. They did a bone graph and now it is time to let that heal. As always top notch professional care. I highly recommend Hebert Dental.

Fantastic experience: I can’t thank everyone at Herbert enough!!! 21 years ago I lost a front tooth and never though it be replaced and here I am today with a new smile I wanna thank greatly Dr. Swenson who is amazing and then there is Ronnie who made a great impression to make it look great and also Jordan who set it!! I’m sure there was more involved but them are the name i remember l. It’s everything I expected and more!!! Negative experience: This is the worst dental care I've ever received. As soon as they learned I was uninsured I was treated like a nuisance, and any concerns I had were brushed off. Had a tooth pulled and not only did they refuse to answer my questions, but they shamed and mocked me, all the while I was a 19 year old kid scared and trying to figure things out. I avoided dental care for YEARS because of how traumatic getting a tooth pulled was here. No compassion, no kindness, DO NOT GO HERE.

Fantastic experience: First time there everyone was very friendly and professional. Loved how the dentist took his time on explaining the different options I had available to my dental situation. Also, his assistant was wonderful I only gagged once as she was taking x-rays of my mouth would highly recommend them!

Dr. Tarpenning and all the staff at Hebert Dental do a great job at making you feel at ease and checking in throughout any procedure to make sure you're doing okay. Fantastic experience: I have severe dental anxiety. The entire staff from the receptionist to Dr. Tony were extremely understanding and caring. I have found my new dental clinic and couldn't be happier. Oh, and the dental anxiety may be a thing of the past!

Negative experience: I went in two get two fillings fixed and left with two terrible fillings. On one of the fillings, the dentist struck a nerve, causing pulpitis. After months of incredible discomfort and pain, I had to get a root canal to fix it. I had troubles with the other filling, though not as bad. I went back into Hebert Dental to get it checked out, and two different dentists said it looked fine. I went elsewhere for a second opinion and was quickly informed that the filling cracked, meaning it lasted only 5 months.I am going elsewhere to get it fixed.
