Fantastic experience: The best dentist I've ever had! They're very conservative with fillings, preferring to watch the tooth for a period of time before doing a filling. Hannah Duncan is my hygienist and she's amazing! I have dental anxiety from previous dentist offices and she's wonderful with listening and watching - she'll offer breaks and she always makes sure she's not hurting me. They now also offer Curodont - which is a non-invasive drill-free treatment for early tooth decay and white spots. It remineralizes your enamel and reverses the early stage areas! I had two areas treated with Curodont today, so we'll see how it looks in 6 months :)

Fantastic experience: What a great visit! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Dr. Tyler was so kind and supportive during my visit. She took her time going over my treatment plan and made sure I was comfortable during treatment. I am usually a very nervous, to put it mildly, dental patient and I felt so comfortable the entire time. Dr. Tyler’s puppy is there to greet you along with the rest of the front office staff!

Fantastic experience: This place is absolutely amazing with the patient care and staff. As an adult I have an absolute irrational fear of the dentist and usually have to be gassed in order to be treated. This is the first time in 37 years I didn’t need it! Along with being professional and patient they had absolutely great sense of humor and made it an enjoyable experience!

Fantastic experience: Being my fourth visit with Carolina dentist, I must say they always exceeded my expectations. As a medical office this facility and people are the most professional efficient and friendly I have ever experienced.. In addition to having a very skilled and professional staff, they have a wonderfully friendly attitude that makes you feel so much at home. I would without hesitation recommend them to anybody looking for a truly top-notch dental office. I went in for my six month cleaning and check up Today. My usual hygienist Ashley did a wonderful job again giving me some excellent advice on additional measures I could take To improve my overall dental health. After her efforts were completed, Dr. Lefebvre came in Part of the check up and was satisfied with my progress. The whole experience was a very friendly professional Efficient experience and I always would recommend anybody interested in top quality dental care to check out Carolina dentist!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Bodha was great. Went for a wisdom tooth extraction and it took 20 minutes. It’s been 72 hours as of writing this message and I feel great. Before he began he said to me ‘Buddy you’re gonna have a long weekend.’ It was anything but, I think he was setting up the worst and hoping for the best. I can attribute that to his great work! Fantastic experience: I haven't been to the dentist in a long time so I wasn't sure what to expect. Im very glad to say that my experience at CarolinasDentist at the Point today absolutely exceeded my expectations. Right when I walked in I was greeted with smiles and friendliness at reception. Once i was taken back, Ari who took my x-rays was very friendly and efficient. Hannah who completed my exam was also very friendly, and informative. More importantly she made sure I was as comfortable as possible during her examination of my teeth. We all know how uncomfortable having your teeth examined can be and she was constantly making sure I was ok with what she was doing. When Dr. Davis came in to review the exam she was also to my delight very friendly and even better, very reassuring and positive when telling me what steps were to be taken next. Finally Alisha, no surprise at this point, was very friendly and helped me understand the financial process, and helped me with understanding my own insurance coverage. I've already scheduled my next appointment, and as much as no one likes going to the dentist, I don't feel so bad about going to this one. Thanks CarolinasDentists team!

Fantastic experience: Being someone who hasn't been to a dentist in over a decade, I had a lot of anxiety eventually having to go to one, especially with my first time back to one having an emergency, however Carolinas Dentist was truly a great experience. As much as I might sound like a paid review, from how easy it was to schedule online and how quick it was to get checked in, the receptionist, and dentist and her assistant were all very accommodating and made the entire visit concise and straightforward for what I needed help with. Pricing and payment methods were made very clear for everything and the receptionist lady was very thorough with explaining all the billing details along with different methods for someone to pay if they would like to do a payment plan , so there there were no surprise fees or unexpected bills. Needless to say, I had a very positive experience and will be coming here again for more cleaning and any further workers thank you guys!

Negative experience: My worst dental experience by far. My usual dentist retired and I tried this place. The initial visit was fine, but the subsequent meeting was awful. The dentist kept calling me “dear” and “hon” condescendingly in response to questions to my questions. His demeanor became so off-putting that I just remained silent. Then later at the front desk, when I suggested that I switch to another dentist at the practice, the office mgr informed me that I could not bc that dentist was also the owner. How can a place not allow you to see a different person at the same place? Especially after I already paid for a year of services?

They both met me in the waiting room to greet me and take me to the back. They really listened to me and took time to pay attention to details and the problems at hand that a different dentist office did not. I'm so grateful and relieved! Fantastic experience: I literally drove from Jacksonville NC to this location based on a recommendation from a brother in church. 1 hour & 17 minutes away ( call me crazy) but I have to say......I was greeted as I stepped through the front door & taken care of, not only by the front desk, but by very accommodating & accurate Dental Professionals. Even if you are a local, expect some delays in getting a Dentist to your room as they are very very busy. Which to me,says a lot of good things about their business. Certain procedures are a little higher priced, but comparable.... & the craftsmanship of the emergency work, I had done on my one tooth was far beyond my expectations.. Mollie took my x-rays and did such a great job but also was very personable! You can definitely tell she loves her job and is passionate about what she does! Ashlee was my hygienist and she was a ray of sunshine! Loved her and her passion for what she does! Overall such a great experience and I can definitely tell this team is close knit and cares about each other and what they do!

Negative experience: After being a patient here when I lived in Wilmington, it was extremely disheartening to hear my friend’s experience doing Invisalign with this place. There was an extreme lack of professionalism and they completely ruined her enamel.

Negative experience: They managed to destroy my friend’s teeth, completely wiping the enamel off of most of her teeth in the process. Not only have they failed to do their primary job as dental care professionals, but they also managed to do it in the dumbest way possible.

Negative experience: I gave them a 1 star because 0 wasn't an option. This establishment guilts you into services you don't need and DO NOT take accountability when they do services that result in all of the enamel from your teeth being removed. Specifically, invisalign. Please do your research before trusting these people.

Dr.Bradford was awesome he made sure I was safe and took great care of me during my procedure. Goldie from up front was super nice and so easy to talk to. My DA was very attentive as well!

Negative experience: My wife had an Invisalign consult with Dr. Felipe Mohr and everything went pretty well, he had his colleague Dr. Andrew Lefeber take a look at treatment plan due to a somewhat lengthy plan, and it was shockingly downhill from this moment. Lefeber quoted my wife $30,000 and when I asked about financing, he said it’s cash only. The original plan he threw in the trash totally, and was cold demeaning in my opinion. He told her she could get a second opinion if she likes, but he doubts there’s a dentist that stupid who wouldn’t agree with his plan. She had a second opinion this morning, and the new dentist was baffled at what he had recommended for treatment.

Fantastic experience: They have great customer service. Very personable and are very gentle, friendly and professional. They have all the latest new high tech equipment and machines. My experience today was awesome as usual! Once again believe it or not I went in for another root canal. Very thorough job. I believe I only have one more to do. Great dentist and great employees. Super great place to go. Another great visit and experience. 5 star Carolina Dentistry. Five star service and of course in all areasCarolina Dentistry on this visit. It was another great experience. I highly recommend this dentistry these dentists and staff in this office personnel and very friendly upfront professionals to me and anybody that needs help with their dental care coming through there door. Positive experience: Really like Dr Lefeber and the staff for the most part is really nice. But unfortunately they do not know how to schedule cleanings. It’s now happened twice that I’ve been scheduled before my insurance would possibly cover another cleaning. And both times this isn’t discovered until a day before. Really frustrating to take off work and book child care only to get a call less than 24 hours prior saying ooops sorry my bad. Your only other option is Friday at 6pm. And whoever verifies this didn’t even double check insurance wouldn’t cover it just called me and told me I might have a bill if I come to my appointment. It was only after I said I would call my insurance they thought to call my insurance to double check for me. Should have been done before I was notified. Happening once is a mistake I can look past but it happening twice is crazy. I unfortunately will be finding a new dentist after been seen here for years
