Fantastic experience: No one wants to get a root canal. But if you need one, this is the place to go! The entire staff was so knowledgeable - Dr. Isler is the best. He explains everything and he is fast. I couldn’t get over how proficient he (and the team) were. I was dreading it - but it was way better than I could have hoped. I will not be afraid to go in for a root canal again (should it happen). I would highly recommend Dr. Isler. He knows the drill (excuse the pun) and will get you out of there quickly. Negative experience: This was not a pleasant experience at all. My daughter (11 years old) and I both were nervous for this procedure, we did not know what to expect and Dr. Aaron E. Isler came in, he didn’t even acknowledge me as the mother or introduce himself to me or my child he just came in saying “two root canals is horrible you have to start brushing your teeth girl” and was speaking very aggressively towards me which automatically put me on defense and made me and my child even more uncomfortable. We understand this is horrible but we are here to fix it and that’s the last thing we need to hear during a procedure that already had us anxious. With his gloves on he went on his phone and just began to work on my daughter’s teeth which is unsanitary. When he was done he just pushed his chair back so far it flung out into the hallway and just went into the next room didn’t say bye or say anything to my child. While the assistant ( who by the way was very pleasant and kind) was giving me instructions on how to care for the tooth this other assistant cut us off mid conversation and asked me to leave the room, while my child was still in the chair and the assistant was talking to me. I’m disgusted by the way we were treated in this establishment today. I wouldn’t advise anyone to take their child to this doctor.

Fantastic experience: Doc is down to earth and explains the process in plain English and most importantly did not experience NO PAIN on my dental work. Would most likely see him again but for sure am not rushing to him to soon.

Fantastic experience: Fastest root canal ever. The actual procedure felt like 5 to 10 minutes. Dr is pretty funny and really caring and straight to the point which I needed. The staff are nice too. If you need a rooy canal this is honestly your best option.

Negative experience: I wasn't going to review them, but they've sent me links to do so at least 5 times, so... The doctor was seemed manic to me talking loudly and fast, he was also going from room to room with multiple patients. I needed a scan and the machine malfunctioned lifting me off the floor by my head. To conclude the visit he told me to "get the tooth pulled, get an implant and get on with your damn life."

Negative experience: I was not very pleased with my appointment and how Dr. Isler was jumping from room to room. After explaining my future plans for braces I suggested we not save the tooth as we have to extract two anyway but he was not trying to hear it and did the root canal anyway. After having the procedure done the filling did not last, I had to go back the next day to refill and it still fell out. I should of just went to Greenberg Dental instead.

He figured out a problem and the solution in about five minutes, one that I had struggled with for more than three weeks. It was a tough one and I had consulted with two dentists and my PCP before seeing Dr. Isler. If ever I need another root canal or related consultation, he will definitely be my choice. Fantastic experience: Dr. Isler is ALWAYS great & caring. He does good work and the injections do NOT hurt. While I normally go to his other location, today was an emergency situation and I had to go to Kissimmee because I will not let another and endodonist work on me. I found the staff at the Kissimmee location to be amazingly wonderful. They treated me with respect, they understood that I was in a lot of pain, and they showed me a lot of compassion. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR ISLER AND THIS STAFF.
