Fantastic experience: Great experience from the front to the back I applaud Dr. Robert’s and the office manager if there is one for the great customer service and the cleanliness of the office, Jovanicka made me feel so comfortable as a new patient very knowledgeable young lady with a beautiful smile Cedricka loves her job and it truly shows in how gentle and caring she is , while in the chair I witnessed how she calmed a crying teenager down that was fearful of the procedure she was about to have. As of today my husband is now a patient

Fantastic experience: Wonderful Experience. On June 12, 2025, I had a periodontal maintenance cleaning done by Hygienist Joranicka. She was amazing. She is the first Hygienist in years where I did not feel any pain or discomfort. She was detailed in explaining what she was doing; including the quad w/irrigation procedure. I am so pleased with her skills. I would definitely recommend Hygienist Joranicka and her Assistant Cedricka. Thanks so much. On July 28, 2025, I completed my last visit under my dental treatment plan of a few cavities and two "chipped/zigzag' front teeth being filled. Dr. Roberts did a superb job filling in my cavities and two chipped/zigzag front teeth. He filled in those uneven tips on both front teeth. Wow! This made a difference in my teeth. I am too pleased with Dr. Roberts expertise. Also, I would like to give kudos to two of his assistants: Misty and Zykeiral. Both ladies were very attentive, caring and helpful during two of my most essential dental procedures. Thanks to everyone at the dental office. I am so delighted with my teeth.

Negative experience: I was charge 100.00 for an xray, ok that's fair, I make my appointment and the xray machine broke. Then without xray you wanna pull my tooth for full price. Shouldn't the 100.00 be deducted from that price I was quoted. I think so

Fantastic experience: Another good visit for a cleaning. This time with Tammy and Zy. I arrived on time for my appt and could barely get seated before I was called to the back. Very quick check in! Zy got me all set up for my cleaning and Tammy came in and got to work right away. This was my first routine cleaning (after intensive deep cleaning sessions due to my lack of care of my teeth). I will make sure I keep routing appts from now on as this was a much better experience. Tammy made sure I was comfortable and afterwards spent time explaining the benefits of an electric toothbrush demonstrating the proper techniques. Since I was taking an extended lunch period to make this appt, I was happy I was in and out. I drive an hour to get here because I’ve finally found a dental office who cares about my fear (it’s real y’all). I’ll choose Robert’s Family Dental each time!

The front desk lady her name begins with a J - I don't want to mess it up - was very accommodating as they navigated some technical difficulties today. Also, Michelle treats me like family every time I come and a beautiful sister with natural curly blonde hair was so nice as i checked out. They have excellent customer service here always!

Fantastic experience: Phung and Latoya are awesome. Great attitude even at the end of the day. Ready to answer questions and very helpful with this process. Appreciate Phung checking if I'm ok through the whole process, gentle and i like verbal queues. a I don't have to ask for suction. She's on it. Latoya always remember me with a smile. They are dynamic duo.

Negative experience: YOUR FAVE MEDICAL GIRL REVIEW Ok there are some key things I am going to pin point in the review: office space setting, staff, billing practices/claims, + treatment overview. Office space setting: The office is near a Taco bell, beside a gas station in the hood. Its not the best or worst area. The inside mainly has old world 2002 furniture. The clinical space for patients is okay and clean tbh. The remote they BEAT TO DEATH to open the lobby door that creeks and locks and constantly gets stuck is not fun or cute. Staff: The hygienist they have are wonderful. Amazing trained with great knowledge. The front desk has an attitude many times or mood changes into a sweetheart the moment their manager is around. The office manager is condescending but has a nice spirit for helping others. The nurses are great! One nurse in particular is mentioned to over explain and micromanage the others. Not very good when in leadership, being able to give and take feedback is important. Billing/Claims: TERRIBLE claims service. Claims and billing is not handled in office. Their claims are outsourced to another EXTERNAL company meaning patients are likely to have denials and unresolved claims. Many denials to come from this office due to lack of documentation by the provider here alone! Treatment overview: Originally agreed with the initial my treatment plan, but after further denials through this office. I realized this provider was not only providing little to NO documentation on my claims. But was also informed (by 2nd opinion) over diagnosing, my treatment to receive further MONEY. It is not okay to issue out orders, or treatment that is unnecessary or not needed to further establish your office. The office also had a mix up of patient charts between myself and my spouse. Had him redo his xray because they submitted my xray to his insurance. No double check measures, outdated medical platforms, miscommunicated billing estimates, and paper charts still being used in office. Overview: Beware of this office- it is very much you get what you pay for! You might get lucky, if you only need small minor work done. But I would not recommend for any extensive work being done here. I work in the medical field, and have good insurance. I trusted them, & do not have any issues telling you to look for a better attentive provider. I also received an extraction here, it was painful. Dr. Roberts was not gentle with oral surgery, he was rushed. His treatment plans are NOT conservative practices. Instead encourage extensive, worn out, invasive medical treatment plans. Many staff here seem BURNT OUT & tired. My darlings, I wish you all luck!

Fantastic experience: This is my first timing coming to this practice. When I called to inquire about services offered the first voice I heard was Genessa's. Actually, she set the tone for your practice. Very informative, personable, great customer service and yes, I could hear her smile through the phone. My appointment was for 9:00 am this morning but when I went out to get in my car..my tire was flat! I contacted your office, spoke with Michelle..apologized and explained the situation, she told me it wasn't my fault (Which made me feel better) and was able to reschedule me later this morning. KUDOS, to you and your staff. The customer service is awesome! Thank you

The office environment is very clean and appealing. The office staff in general, are very professional and friendly. My dental hygienist zhug sorry if I mis spelled her name is very kind and pleasant to be around. In fact, I would recommend them to anyone that needs any dental work.

Fantastic experience: My recent visit on 06/03/2025 was great! The staff was friendly and great as usual. L'Oreal and Toni at the Front Desk were very courteous and patient. The Hygiene Team was very professional and work done was very satisfying. Lotaya took my x-rays, Tammy and Phung did my assessment and cleaning, while Misty and Tanya did a good job in getting my impressions done. Cedrika on the other hand, made sure I was given all the instructions needed for my aftercare. Last but certainly not least, Dr. Marc Roberts did an EXCELLENT job as usual!!! Fantastic experience: Dr Parker and Dr Roberts are the BEST dentist in the United States of America so there’s no point in saying the best in GA because then that’s not the best! Honestly let me change that, they are the BEST in the world so there’s no need for anyone to go overseas to get dental work just come here and all you dental needs will be met! The staff have been pleasant and the dentist and technicians are thorough and explain things to you. They also bill your insurance company and customer (for items not covered) timely! Positive experience: I was a new patient they did everything except what I came there for which was tooth pain. Finally when the Dr. looked at my tooth and decided it needed to be pulled he said I needed to reschedule and I needed to decide whether I was going to get a brace or implant to replace the tooth which was very costly. I just needed the tooth pulled & I would worry about replacement when I could afford it. I still have the aching tooth after 2 hrs in the office, I probably will not return.

Fantastic experience: Great experience from the time I entered the office. My interaction with reception and all the techs involved in and with care was excellent!! Always saw their TV promo but had a dentist I was comfortable with. However, they moved to a new location that was too far to travel and didn't offer Saturday service, so I decided to give Robert's Family Dental a try, I'm so glad I did. They are located 10 minutes from my home, and offer all of the services I need. Everyone is friendly, personable and professional, even Dr Robert's has a very nice smile! Sorry, didn't come to them sooner!! I'm locked in for all of my Dental needs Thank you for a Great experience!!

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience on 5/10/2025. I received a cleaning that was nothing short of perfection! I was welcomed by Cedricka who escorted me to the back where I was seated and given the itinerary for the visit. Tammy was gracious enough to educate me on proper use of the water floss tool and proper use of my electric toothbrush. She performed flawlessly as she cleaned my teeth. I felt completely comfortable in their care. Looking forward to my 4 week follow up!

Positive experience: The reason I came here is because I was searching for a good location not far from where I live, that accepts my insurance, and good reviews. This place had great reviews. My first time there was ok, just didn’t like while I was getting my probing done the young lady Sidricka (I think I spelled her name correct) but she was supposed to been copying what the dental hygienist was calling out during my probing, this young lady had so much going on, holding conversations with others, walking away during the probing, the dental hygienist Tami was great but kept having to ask the young lady if she “got that?” Because clearly the young lady was not focused at all. They continued to apologize saying it was due to short staffing, so I’ll go back and hopefully I have a better experience. Because I rate my first experience a 7/10

Fantastic experience: I am a fairly new patient at Roberts Family Dental. I went in with an emergency broken tooth issue. The front office got me in and Dr. Roberts and his team were able to take care of me. Dr. Roberts also called me after each visit to check on me. I really do appreciate that! Misty worked very patiently with me on an old problem I have from previous dental work. She is still working with me and scheduled a follow up visit to help me with better dental health. Thank You All for your help! My third visit and everything was the same as the first two. Dr. Roberts was great and his attention to my issues are being addressed. This visit was also with Cedricka who was very personable , knowledgeable and patient. Tammy did a great job deep cleaning my teeth and gums. She walked me through what she was doing and that made me more at ease. Thank you again Dr. Roberts and your wonderful team.

Negative experience: I’ve had ongoing issues with billing at this dental office. Despite Delta Dental confirming full payment for my cleanings, I’ve been repeatedly billed for over $300. I’ve had to follow up myself and provide documentation to prove that I don’t owe anything—something that should be handled accurately on their end. On top of that, I was told I had a cavity that needed to be filled, but they couldn’t get me on the schedule for months. I ended up getting a second opinion, and it turns out there was no cavity at all. Between the questionable diagnosis and the unethical billing practices, I’ve lost trust in this office and won’t be returning.

Fantastic experience: **UPDATE: I started my deep cleaning on last Friday, May 2nd. Everything went well. Sending a big shoutout to Phung & Latoya for making me comfortable & doing a phenomenal job! I’m so thankful for Dr. Roberts. He gave me my treatment plan & I’m looking forward to progressing my dental health. The office setting is nice & clean. His team was phenomenal & they helped settle my nerves. Cedricka & Melissa were so positive & they reassured me that I was in the best hands. Tanya Was well knowledgeable and quick And even slow down to make sure i had a full understanding on what was soon to take place and what i want to get done. Mis Jovanicka was very detailed on what she was going to be doing and took the time to cover all my questions and when performing it's like she slow down time to make sure I was comfortable and felt no pain as she worked. Fantastic experience: First of I must say, the best experience this year at any of my doctors offices. I google the address to the office only for Google to advise that the office was closed on Wednesdays (of course I called...no answer so I left a vms)...I assumed that this was a mistake, so I parked and waited until 10am to knock on the door; to my surprise a young lady pulled up beside me ( her driving a tidbit off ...later found out her name was Cedricka) wearing a blue top with a tooth emblem on it. Oh happy days...I asked her a thousand questions and of course the office was open that day. I entered the lovely, modern, stylish office (that Google does not do justice in promoting) and found the most friendliest front desk staff ever. Mrs.Dawn and the front crew are very polite, friendly, and helpful. I knew in my mind that if the front desk staff and the waiting area was top tier then the back office staff would be a mess. Guys, my experience in the back was just a pleasant and memorable as it was in the front. The office manager Tanya took excellent care of me ( now you might not get to interact with her, she was helping out due to one of the techs being out that particular day); she was thorough with my dental care ranging from my xrays to planning my overall dental care program. My hygienist Nebiat cleaned, flossed, and polished my teeth to perfection that I didnot want to eat after I left the office. My experience was so memorable, yet wonderful at this point that I could not wait to meet Dr.Roberts...in my mind I knew he would be a mess to deal with. People listen, I have never been in a doctors office that every staff member were gems to work with ; either the doctor is awesome and the staff is a mess or vice versa. By now I was dreading Dr.Roberts entering the exam area; to my suprise he was kind, caring, funny, and very knowledgeable regarding his craft. Dr. Roberts motto is saving teeth not pulling them out...I am in love, really (only wished I've met him years ago and several of my pegs would have been saved) with this practice. Hands down this was the best experience at any dentist/ doctors office I have ever visited. If you want service with a smile and a skillset to match; please visit Dr.Roberts office and I promise you will be impressed and wowed just as I was. Fantastic experience: Awesome service and visit. Front End Employees- A+ ( I Felt welcome, every Lady was awesome in getting me checked in and charges explained). Dental Assistant/ Tech (Kia)- A+ ( Remarkable Patient intake Skill) . Doctor Roberts A++ ( The Dentist has skills, made me feel welcome, I had a messy tooth that needed to be extracted, yes to deaden the tooth, took a couple punctures, but he took that tooth from my mouth and I felt no pain in this procedure. I felt like I was being thanked by the employees as I departed the office. Awesome Visit !

Fantastic experience: I'm a new patient. My dental assistant Cedrika was so professional, caring and understanding. We had a great conversation and I felt so at ease and welcomed. I am not a fan of dentists, but this one made me feel relaxed and at ease. My dental hygienist Nebiat OMG! She can clean my teeth anytime! She was so gentle, I have had several cleanings with other dentist and always leave in pain cause they knick my gums so much, but Nebiat was gentle and didn't knick my gums not one time. Fantastic experience: Tammy and Cedricka were very knowledgeable and impressive. They took the time to explain everything they were going to do. I was very comfortable and at ease with both of them. I was very nervous about having a deep cleaning because the last time I had one about fifteen years ago from a previous dental hygienist I Vow to never have the procedure ever again. The pain was that excruciating. Ms Tammy and Ms Cedricka were very professional and did the procedure with very little pain. I will recommend anyone who need a deep cleaning to have it done by this very professional young lady.

The staff is friendly, professional and caring. The equipment and tools they use are modern, innovative and creative. The care is superb. They make you feel like family. For me who received care years before they welcomed me back home. I received a workable and affordable dental care plan that I plan to follow through on with them. Fantastic experience: My nerves are always bad when I have to come to the dentist. Dr Roberts and his staff make you feel very relaxed and comfortable. I always leave out with a smile on my face. I will recommend others to come and see Dr.Roberts.on my last visit Dr. Roberts had a new technique to help me relax a little more when I had to get a filling. Fantastic experience: Dr. Roberts did an excellent job on replacing my crown. His staff was professional and friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Roberts. I had a crown put on my tooth at another dentist office. That dentist did a terrible job. After that dentist put on my crown, I experienced ongoing problems, including excruciating pain and the crown repeatedly came off. That dentist recommended that I have the tooth pulled and have a replacement, which would have cost me $5,000 or more. However, Dr. Roberts said he could safe my tooth. I am grateful that I can eat again, and do not have any pain. Thank you soooo much Dr. Roberts and your team!!!
