Fantastic experience: I hadn't been to a dentist in 5 years due to me being terrified of them, but i finally made an appointment and they found 4 cavities. I explained how i’ve always had anxiety due to past bad experiences at other offices, but Dr Kaur and the dental assistant Maria took great care of me. They took the time to explain the process step by step, made sure that i was totally numb (I didn't even feel the lidocaine shots). When i realized that i was being taken care of, i relaxed and it was actually a pleasant experience. 10/10 would recommend this office and Dr. Kaur to anyone. Thanks again Doc!

Fantastic experience: I’ve had a great experience with this dental office! They are fast, efficient, and provide excellent service. Though they are not big corporate office, they are well-equipped like a corporate facility but nicer! I’ve gone in for regular cleanings and have been very happy with the care I received. While I can’t speak to more complex treatments, I highly recommend them for routine cleanings!

Fantastic experience: Service is fast and doctors are very friendly and knowledgeable (I was seen by Dr. Medina) They have a very clean office and great customer service! As I was waiting, I saw how good the staff wiped and sprayed everything down after a patient.The service never feels rushed and they take their time with each individual. The referrals are done instantly so by the time you are done with your service, you just pick it up on your way out the door.

Fantastic experience: My husband is in the navy and finding a good dentistry can be so hard upon moving so often, i usually take my time and read reviews before visiting a new place and I must admit that every time I visit this office I have a delightful experience. Every staff member and doctor is professional, kind and welcoming. I always feel as if i’ve been with them for years; my 3 yr old daughter had a cleaning done and Ms. Grace was so patient, kind and loving with her. She voiced out that she was a bit nervous but Grace helped her feel so comfortable while sitting in the big girl chair and explaining every step of the way for her — She came home telling her daddy all about her exciting visit! We love love this place and will be recommending it to all of our friends!

Fantastic experience: My family and I used to go to Hanford Family Dental many years ago. I took my 93 year old aunt in yesterday. Payment options were clearly explained before the appointment and the dentist explained options during the appointment. Dentist Dr Karr (sp?) was thorough and kind. And the office appears to have the last equipment and is really gorgeous. So far, 5 stars.

Fantastic experience: I am a VERY fearful patient (bad experience as a child) and Hanford Family Dental always keeps this in mind during my visits. The front desk staff are always so friendly and professional and the DA and Hygienists are always so patient and kind. Dr. Randhawa is gentle and explains each step of the procedure(s) as the goes always making sure I am comfortable. There is not anywhere else in the Central Valley I would consider going for me dental needs!

Fantastic experience: Don’t bother going anywhere else but here when looking for dental work in Hanford. I was recommended here when I was experiencing some tooth pain from a recent dental appointment and can’t recommend it more. The staff is so kind. I have yet to spend more than 5 minutes in the waiting room. My hygienist was awesome, really one of the more pleasant teeth cleanings I’ve ever had. My dentist was so kind and took time to talk about my options when it came to fixing poor dental work I had received previously. She redid the work in a timely manner, explaining everything along the way, and I no longer have any pain. In addition, they are very transparent about pricing— there are no surprises. I had to pay out of pocket to get my filling redone, but my dentist was able to advise me how much it would be out of pocket if I elected to do so, before I even had to ask.

I had lost a cavity and he wasn’t able to save the tooth, which was what I expected. I thought I would need to schedule a separate appointment for the extraction but he was able to do it right then. Fantastic experience: I have been dealing with bad teeth for over 10 years to the point where I just lost hope and my health went bad. I truly dreaded going to the dentist and was terrified of all, My wife took me to this dental office and that outlook I had totally disappeared! The staff is very helpful and reassured me that I was going to be ok. Restored my hope on having great teeth again. Im getting full dentures, both uppers and lowers done, just received my uppers and already I've been nothing but smiles!! I'm halfway there and excited to actually be able to eat properly again!! Negative experience: I would give no stars if I had option. One of the worst dentist I have ever been to. I came in an emergency to get my upper molar checked due to pain. Dr. Raiyani told me she couldn’t save my molar and it needed to be extracted, she also said my insurance would cover most of the cost for a bone graft that was also needed and an implant to replace the molar. She suggested to pull the molar and start the process the same day. I refused the treatment, and scheduled an appointment with my regular dentist, he informed me that I had a minor infection that was healing and I needed no treatment for the molar. Good thing I got a second opinion of someone not trying to scam me.

Fantastic experience: Friendly, courteous, and professional service… Clinic is very clean, my dental hygienist has a very light hands that you barely feel his cleaning your teeth, and He explained well about your teeth, and giving some suggestion what to use kind of flosser, bristle to use for your teeth, He is very informative. The staff are absolutely friendly, welcoming & professionally mannered. Doctors are extremely great. They’ll just tell you what is necessary a must to get done in your teeth, you will feel thier concern. Not pushy to get things done just for the money.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to Hanford Family Dental Center now for more than 2 years. I am someone who is not great about remembering appointments so I love that the office is consistent with sending reminders (emails/texts/voicemails). Their office is clean, sleek and comfortable. You can really tell they take pride in their space. I am always grateful that I never have to wait for more than 10 min to be taken to an exam room, and never more than 5 min for someone to start my cleaning or xrays. I had the best cleaning today by one of their amazing dental hygienists, Erika. She was very sweet and so thorough in her work. I felt zero discomfort.
