Negative experience: Very bad experience with the office billing. We called to be sure our insurance was accepted. Turns out after being assured it does, it did not. My cleaning (per insurance company)was paid because Wiregrass put it through as an emergency appointment! Husband made sure before his appointment that he was covered. Had the cleaning etc. Surprise! Here comes the bills. After many calls to the insurance company and the office, they did drop the expensive cleaning bill down to $100.00 but refused to own the fact they failed to own their lack of doing their own verification of our insurance. My husband is paying the bill but we will never return to this office. Beware!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Bhole and staff, especially her assistant Kerri, are compassionate and have a complete understanding of a patient's requirements for comfort during any dental procedure. I highly recommend this office to everyone looking for a new dentist or you are ready for a change to a dentist who uses the latest in technology to diagnose your issues and to show you visually while explaining verbally what is going on with your dental health. The entire staff is involved in your care from start to finish and are always listening to your concerns and try to address them immediately.

Positive experience: Sary, mu hygienist is very good. She took the time to explain and show me what she was doing and seeing and taught me a new more effective way to floss! Dr. Bolme is a knowledgeable dentist, and is a good choice for Invisilign if you need it. My only negative about this practice is that there is often "upsell" on dental services and I've had to have discussions on what is really needed vs. optional.

Positive experience: Past decade service were "GREAT".. However, as of late...its been the vibe of "rack'em and stack'em org. Late (15-25 mins) to be called back to the dental seat. FASTEST cleaning EVER 15 minutes, is this/that standard? $$$ ins & co-pay felt scammed. Please do better......

Negative experience: I had work done years ago when the doctor opened and she was a good and humble person, not the case now. I had crowns done and one kind of shifted. To make the story short she did not want to treat me and fix the crown if I didn’t accept several other issues done for 8,500$. Must say money is all that matters these days for the doctors and dentist. A shame! Will not go back ever or recommend her.

Fantastic experience: Very thorough, professional and always have a friendly disposition.

Negative experience: I seen Dr. Bhole and she did not have a positive impact on me. I had a tooth that broke and I asked if she can temporarily fill the hole to prevent an abscess and/or food from getting into it and her response was “you can buy that over the counter we don’t have that here”. Her response was heartless and lacked compassion. Was that not a dentist office I went to? But the front desk and the hygienist was great. They were polite, professional, and patient. Maybe Dr. Bhole can learn a thing or two from her staff. Just because she’s the doctor doesn’t mean she can’t learn from your staff!!

Fantastic experience: 3 months ago I started coming to the dentist. They are absolutely wonderful when it comes to welcoming new clients. I had an appointment recently which was perfect. There was no wait time I got in a chair my teeth cleaned and I was on my way. I would recommend anyone to come to this dentist. Job well done..

Negative experience: Booked an appointment for a cleaning. Arrived and got sat down by the dental hygienist, only to be told that they will not do my cleaning because I don’t have medical clearance from my OB due to being pregnant. There is no reason that I should have driven all the way there just to be turned away due to a breakdown in their communication process. I was never asked for an update of my medical history. Constantly suffering from daily nausea and vomiting and getting out of the house is a tremendous process for me. This is very disappointing.

Fantastic experience: When I called to schedule my first apt everyone was so helpful and I was able to see Dr Maguire the very next day for a consultation free of charge. She determined I would need implant dentistry and made the call herself to have my apt scheduled.

Fantastic experience: Like many people, I have a “fear” of the dentist. Although that fear did not magically vanish today… the Wiregrass Family Dental Care staff gives you a reason to smile! My visit was painless and informative, and I walked away feeling I had a plan on getting my dental health to where I would like it to be. The Next visit might not be as painless, but I feel confident knowing that we are working together towards an end goal… a healthier version of me!

Fantastic experience: Fast, friendly and amazingly professional service from Kristen (with Dr. McGuire) at Wiregrass Family Dental. Taught me how to put my plates in for Invisalign and made it so easy to understand every step!!! Highly recommend her and this office. I had severely crooked teeth when I first went in March. I got my invisilign in April. My teeth were looking straight within months. Now in January they have given me my smile back. Very happy customer ❤️❤️❤️

Fantastic experience: Beautiful, clean office with knowledgeable staff. The front desk staff are super nice and accommodating. The dentist there thoroughly explain issues, step by step actions and work with you if need assistance with finances.

Fantastic experience: I had recently moved over to the area and had to find me a dentist in a bad way. I had an infection that put me out of commission. They got me in and did a full check up on me and gave me a referral to Dr Wells to treat the issue that caused the infection. Dr Wells wasn't available to take me in, they immediately called in a prescription to handle the infection and set me up for periodontal work. After my periodontal treat and their guidance my gums are on the mends. I am so grateful for Wiregrass for getting in a good place with my teeth.

Positive experience: Eh cleaning was good; very thorough! She talked of her kids; priscilla, nice girl. Too many new ppl in front office! I don’t know anyone except the billing girl. She is very nice too. Thk u all Very thorough cleaning again, nice chit chat and get to know. Girls all very pleasant young ladies, and speak of their bfs and Halloween fun. Nice! Good explanations of hygiene and prognoses. Dentist always gets right to the clinical issue.

The staff, dental hygienist & doctor - exceeded my expectations with patient care, throughly explained to me things about my teeth i didn’t know, was explained the Invisalign process , the dental hygienist was sooo kind & gentle with my cleaning(if anyone who speaks Spanish sees this) definitely recommend her - made me feel so comfortable, the doctor was amazing - so knowledgeable & sweet just overall a great experience & i’m so happy i am under their dental care! 10/10

My wife and I highly recommend this place. Update: I came in today after a time because of Covid and the staff was completely exceptional. They keep everything sanitized and extremely clean. They are always very professional and taking care of all your needs. Update: came in for my regular cleaning and once again I was given exceptional care by all the staff. Returned again 2/14/2024 and once again the entire staff is exceptional and very pleasant to work with. The oral tech was very nice and did a excellent job. I continue to be pleased with Wiregrass Family Dental. Return 8/28/2024 and this place continues to make it a wonderful place to get my teeth taken care. The entire staff and doctors are exceptional.
