Fantastic experience: I just switched my family here and was really impressed with the staff and facility. Despite some challenges with wait times, and equipment my cleaning was thorough, the xray was alap very comprehensive and the staff was so kind. Meghan was my hygienist and was great at explaining details of what she was doing and taking breaks if I needed them. Amanda in the front offered to do more than just greet and give us a tour, they rocked my baby in the car seat and offered my older son crayons. It was so nice. I’m glad we switched here

Negative experience: Good experience on first visit, but constantly felt they were pressuring me to spend more money. Changed dentists to someone more interested in me than the money I spend.

Fantastic experience: Great patient care experience. I was seen for an emergency after falling injuring my face and suspected injury to my two front teeth. Dr. Yosif took great care of me. Reassured me that my teeth were not injured and wasn't charged for the visit.

Fantastic experience: I tend to have white coat hypertension. I've even watched YouTube videos of regular dental preventative maintenance to calm my pre-appointment anxiety. TO MY SURPRISE. my hygienist had such a calming effect (great chair-side manner) and a gentle touch (expert technical skills). Not only was she knowledgeable explaining everything she was doing, for I'm a "knowledge junkie', but thorough as well. She even made me laugh! Like WOW!! When Dr. Colleen entered the room, I was calm and had a normal BP reading!! No regrets - would NEVER go any other place. If I moved out of state, I would fly back just to keep Dr. Colleen and her team at Comprehensive Dentistry as my dental care providers. Phenomenal experience!!

Fantastic experience: I was in town from my home in Florida for work. Late on Thursday evening I broke a piece off of a tooth. They fit me in on Friday morning and after a very short wait was able to see the Doctor and have my problem addressed. Great staff and experience. 10/10.

Negative experience: Because of my hip replacement last year, l needed one antibiotic pill for my appointment. I was refused. After l canceled my appointment and told them why l cancelled, they requested l review them. So here is my review. Not recommended, zero empathy.

Negative experience: I waited almost 2 months for a partial flipper, they claimed they contacted me, but they didn't. Dentist was away. I have had 3 other partial dentures. The one they provided was the cheapest looking I have ever seen. Before ordering a product, request a price list of products. The item also does not fit properly, but I accepted it anyway to avoid having 5o wait another 2 months. I won't use their services any further.

She always shares helpful tips, keeps me informed about my dental health, and offers thoughtful advice—without any pressure. In fact, she encourages me to take my time before making any decisions. Ms. Han is not only highly knowledgeable but also incredibly kind and patient. I truly appreciate the care she provides!

Fantastic experience: I have a major fear of dentists, but this is the most comfortable experience I had. Amanda took me on a wonderful tour, Christine was wonderful in explaining everything and checking my comfort while working with her student Lexis. Erin made the financial parts sound easy and Dr. Hammoud was efficient and kind. This was an amazing experience and I'm looking forward to going back for all my dental needs.

Negative experience: My family and I have been going to this dentist for 10 years. I recently rescheduled an appointment for Monday 5/5/25 at 8:00 a.m. When I arrived at 8:00 a.m. I was turned away because the appointment was not confirmed even though I'd just spoke with someone the week prior regarding the appointment. That was explained however the next available appointment offered was December. I cannot believe the unprofessionalism and the snarky behavior of the front desk person. Between Invisalign and other cosmetic and preventative treatment, I have spent tens of thousands of dollars here. My family and I will be finding a new dentist. Customer service is everything.

Fantastic experience: I couldn’t be happier with my visit. In over 58 years I have never been to a dentist office where every staff member I met was extremely friendly and it was genuine. They gave me a tour of the entire clinic explaining what each area was for. Every area was impeccably clean and organized. As far as the treatment Dr. Hana Yosief was absolutely amazing. When she heard that I was a Vet and also worked at the VA she sat down and told me about her doing her residency at the VA in Tampa. And I have never had an easier and more relaxed experience while getting a Crowns. And her Lead Assistant Diane was just as amazing.

It’s been a while since I’ve visited a dentist, and I was a tad bit nervous about what I’d experience. However, the moment I walked through the door, my anxieties melted away. The staff here are incredible! Warm, friendly, funny, inviting, but most importantly, knowledgeable, and they were able to explain my unique dental situation very clearly. Han is amazing at what she does. Definitely the best experience I’ve ever had going to the dentist, and that’s by far. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: Who do I think I am giving out a 5-star review for a dentist? When they say comprehensive, they say it with their full chest. From the jump, I was nervous about the dentist. I hadn’t gone when I was supposed to for some years. So it goes… and from the second I got on the phone to make an appointment, I was in first class. Here are my observations from getting X-rays, check ups, teeth cleanings and cavity work. - they’re so kind AND they know they got a job to do and a schedule to manage. Hype we know time is pizza in this economy. You can fill out user-friendly paperwork before your appointment and have reminders sent to your phone to make the next step easier. - there multiple check ins from the staff for questions, accommodations and time to move through your appointment at ease. Also, the playlist is TRULY top notch. Every time. I need to meet the DJ. I wanted to stay longer to jam out in a comfy chair. - they’re professionals of the craft. Every staff member there does their job so well and it’s lovely to be a part of a smooth system. There’s a genuine commitment to the care they provide. Our mouths are so lucky. It is a relief and a gift to have this experience at Comprehensive Dentistry every single time. If you’re seeking a dentist, I hope they work out for you like they have for me. They are the dentist GOATs.

I am terrified of the dentist as I’m always in pain afterwards and no matter how much i get numbed I feel it, the first time I saw Han I had no pain during or after, I went for my third cleaning and normally I get serval shots even for a cleaning, I got none and felt no pain. She is the best!

Fantastic experience: I took some time away from the dentist due to the pandemic and moving - so i ended up having 4 appointments within a month. Everyone who has helped me so far is very nice, knowledgeable, and accommodating. Especially Christine who did my cleaning, and Dr. Hammoud who was super efficient. On my fourth visit I had an anxiety attack and they were extremely caring and offered me a weighted blanket, a “squeezy tooth,” and many other things which I really appreciated!

Negative experience: I am astonished on how they treated us. My bf needed a tooth extracted and made an appointment with comprehensive dentistry. He has already had multiple teeth taken out so this wasn’t anything new to us (other than the place). The receptionist greeted us and was friendly then took us on a tour. I thought it was a weird gesture and then showing us there amazing things they do that they had put on a wall. I realized that they were just trying to show how many great things they do. I was immediately taken back and was very weirded out. Then we get in the room and they had given us a gift of a little note and umbrella. Like yes the umbrella will definitely give you guys a good review(NOT) we are met with a guy assistant who didn’t really acknowledge us. Then we waited 25min for him to login into the computer. After 45+ min we are met with our not so friendly dr.yoesph who quietly said hi to us and then went right in to look at his teeth. She didn’t explain anything and then after inspecting she said “you want to do the tooth extraction today?” I was laughing internally . No actually we just wanted to wait in a dentist office for 1hr and get one xray. We already waited so long and then she goes if you want to do it today you will need to wait more time. Also the assistant dropped the mouth plate for x ray on the ground and took a wipe to it and put it in my bf mouth and then he also touched sterilized instruments with his hand that didn’t have a glove. They are completely unprofessional. They definitely don’t value your time and they absolutely don’t care about the individual. The payment issue is the cherry on top. Before going in my bf called to make sure they had a payment plan due to no longer having insurance and they said yes and sent a link for a website called Cherry. He got approved and we thought we were all good to go. When it came to payment time. Which I found very off putting because they wanted the payment in full right there. No bill sent and no receipt but when my bf asked about it the person checking us out said she has no clue what that is and looked all confused while there is literally a pamphlet for cherry RIGHT BEHIND HER. I would definitely avoid this place This if I were you

Fantastic experience: Dr. Hammoud has taken excellent care of me through 5 crowns and some filings, ensuring I was not in pain ever. Dr. Hammoud has erased the shame that other dentists had put on me for the disrepair of my teeth. I have never loved the dentist or dental work done on me more than with comprehensive dentistry.

Negative experience: I was going to comprehsive denistry for a few years and a newer Dentist(does not look she is part of the current care team) began working at comprehensive. She said i had a cavity at my first cleaning appointment with her, the next appointment she found 2 more. I am 32 years old and have only had 1 cavity when i was 17. I went to a different Dentist and they did not see any cavities that required Dental intrevention. I prefer to have Dental intrevention when it is needed and not as a conservative approach. Get a second opinion if you are unsure of a diagnosis.

Negative experience: I switched to Comprehensive on a recommendation from a friend after a new job's dental insurance was not accepted by my longterm dentist. While I have always found the front desk staff and dental hygienists incredibly friendly, the office business practices and my overall experience surrounding a dental crown left me unsatisfied with my care and a new anxiety around visiting the dentist. 1. Many people have mentioned their up front billing methods and constant attempts to upsell patients. While I cannot confirm that I was specifically overbilled for any procedure, I did feel like I constantly was having services pushed on me for extra fees. I also noticed at a certain point they stopped asking me about a flouride treatment that was an additional fee and just started completing the treatment and asking for payment. While this wasn't a massive strain on my finances at the time, it could really cause issues for patients who are on strict budgets from month to month. 2. I had a crown put on in March of 2021, in October of 2023 the crown fell out while on vacation out of state. I was able to book quickly to have the crown put back in but was frustrated with the brushing off my concerns around how quickly it seemed to have issues. When I returned for my normal cleaning a few months later I expressed my anxiety and fear of the crown falling out again and my concern about flossing around the crown pulling it out. I felt the doctor dismissed my concerns without any real empathy and I left the office without feeling at ease about this. 3. When I was without dental insurance for a time and was not able to afford a visit due to strained finances they did offer me their insurance plan which was more than the cost of the cleaning. I'm not sure why they thought I could afford that but not the cleaning. They continued to refer to this and all of their services as an "investment" which for me personally felt gross (though this could be a petty complaint on my end). I have since been able to return to my longtime dentist and am much happier. I do NOT recommend this office, but I do sincerely hope their services and practices improve for the sake of their patients and staff.

Fantastic experience: My first experience was a little inordinate but still wonderful! I had a bit of a dental emergency and they were able to squeeze me in to see me for an exam the same day! Everyone i spoke to was super accommodating and friendly, I got the answers I needed quickly and lined up the solutions within a couple hours!

Fantastic experience: My sister called for an emergency appointment for me about losing a front tooth. They got me in within 3 hours of the phone call. The level of hospitality and care was amazing and left me speechless. From the time I walked in the door to the minute I walked out, comfort and care were given. I was fitted for a partial that day. I am so grateful for the services that were and are being provided. Thank you to the whole team.

Negative experience: Several calls just trying to get them to give me an estimate for services(I already had an exam, but they did not give me an estimate for future services needed at this exam)....they keep trying to make an additional appointment just to give me the estimate (at my expense) and will not e-mail or verbally give me an estimate. I have called three times just to try and get this one single estimate for my insurance. This is the second time I have gone through this run around trying to get an estimate on services from them. Also. Billing issues. Two different times they have approached me at an appointment and told me "You did not pay enough at your last appointment" so they need more money. I pay exactly what they tell me to each time. They keep dropping the ball. I cant tell you how rude and embarrassing it is for them to imply that it was MY mistake. The Dr and the hygienist were good, but the place is run horrifically from an administration point of view. I wont be going back again. I am done being disrespected. I believe it was Michelle at the front desk who I have called three times now for this estimate and she says she will call right back every time. It has been about a week since my last call and she still has me waiting. I have been left with the impression that these folks just don't really care about me and don't want my business. Message received. ***update. Some of the fillings they did several months have fallen out.

Negative experience: I received a crown in 2021, my first time ever needing extensive dental work. The first fitting I went to, The crown did not fit at all and had to be remade. The second fitting I went to, They forced it to fit and within a year of getting the crown in, it popped out. I moved out of state so could not go back and get this redone (although I would not trust them to touch my mouth again after this), causing me to pay for a replacement out of pocket over $1200 at a new dentist office in the state I live in now because my insurance only covers the cost of a crown every 5 years. Completely disappointing experience. Would not recommend.

Negative experience: When I first started visiting this clinic, everything was fine. However, my experience changed when I had a consultation with Dr. Yoseph. Though she never treated me, her lack of compassion during the examination made a lasting impression. Although twice I requested not to see Dr. Yoseph, she shockingly would entered the room, and it was nerve-wracking (the clinic manager even told me that she noted in my chart to not schedule me with her). She would stand over me without saying a word, examine my teeth with no explanation, and then told me to schedule fillings on my way out. Despite my requests to avoid being seen by her again, the experience left me uneasy. The only positive experience I had at this clinic was with Dr. Loenser. I tried to persevere because she was amazing but along with finding out that she was moving, the final straw was when my mom encountered issues after a deep cleaning. A few days later, she experienced severe gum irritation and redness. She contacted the clinic, was asked to return for a check-up, and was then dismissed with a recommendation to purchase mouthwash. Her condition worsened, leading to blistering gums. When she reached out again and asked about antibiotics, the clinic stated that antibiotics for gum issues do not exist, not for her case at least. That was the turning point for us. We both decided to switch to Huron Dentistry, where we saw Dr. Ruhlig. The difference was night and day. He reviewed my X-rays, took new images for confirmation, and assured me that I had no cavities, only a sensitive area. For my mom, he promptly prescribed two different antibiotics, which cleared her condition within a week. This experience left me deeply disappointed in Comprehensive. It felt like they were more focused on generating revenue than providing genuine care. After reviewing other negative feedback, it’s clear that my experience was not unique.

Fantastic experience: I was struggling to get in to a dentist for the times I worked, since I work u til 5:30 daily no dentists are open. On google I came across Comprehensive Dentistry and called to make an apt! I have never been here before but when I walked in for my apt I instantly felt a lot more relaxed and calm with the amount of welcome I received. I was only at the desk for a few seconds before I was greeted and the receptionist gave me a whole tour of the place, educated me on the dentists that work here, offered me something to drink, then escorted me to my room. When I walked in I had a welcome bag waiting for me in my seat with a note inside and a cute soft blanket. The staff was amazing and very sweet. They hurried to see what was wrong with me and why I was having so much pain. We made a game plan and it’s safe to say I will be back and this is my forever dentist now. Thank you comprehensive dentistry for being so welcoming and taking care of me.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love Comprehensive Dental. It's the only medical office, of any kind, that values my time as much as I do. I usually have appointments after work. I'm tired and want to go home and relax. The folks at Comprehensive Dental don't have me waiting for long periods of time. I'm usually in the chair within minutes of the scheduled appointment. I've also needed some emergency work done, and they were able to take care of me the same day. The dentists and hygienist know their business and do a great job. I've had four different hygienists performance my routine cleanings, and they are all great. I can't recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: I was very satisfied with my first visit at Comprehensive Dentistry. They explained to me so I understood what was going on. Very friendly employees. Took a tour of their facility and my wait time was minimal.

Fantastic experience: Starting a relationship with a new dental practice after 25 years with my previous one was very easy with Comprehensive Dentistry. I was very impressed with the entire team as they listened to my concerns and addressed each one. Their state of the art technology for procedures is impressive. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone searching for exemplary care.

Negative experience: Here is my experience as a former employee seeing everything from the inside: There is rampant gossip, especially from the owner Dr. Bullard. She talks poorly about almost all of her employees behind their back. She has said she doesn’t care about other employees, she has called employees useless and shared their personal issues such as bankruptcies, health problems and more with me and other employees. She even shared with me that she caught several of her employees drinking alcohol on their lunch break at the restaurant across the street one day. They all received only slap on the wrist and back to work. It’s highly unprofessional. There is a lot favoritism and nepotism within the company as well. If they’re unhappy with you, there will be no warnings, no write ups, no employee improvement plan-they will simply fire you. In the coldest, uncaring way possible. They also make it a regular occurrence to hire multiple people for the same role and then after a few weeks they will fire the one they think is worse. It’s a completely unethical approach to employment. Their “CEO” Kelsey is in way over her head and does not actually have any prior experience running a company and it shows. The disorder, low employee morale and constant turnover is further proof of that. She also talks poorly about her team-including ownership. It’s highly uncomfortable to hear your bosses trash talk each other behind their backs but unfortunately that is what I experienced. I wish I could say more good things but there is so much bad here that it outweighs any possible good for the employees that keep them successful. Spend your money elsewhere, they do not care about you. Update: This place is still a revolving door of employees due to their extremely poor management. Their behavior remains unchanged. My opinion remains unchanged as well-there are far too many dental practices out there that are better at both patient care and the treatment of their employees to waste your time and money at a place like this. Find somewhere better.

Fantastic experience: One of my crowns came out over the weekend so I called the office and left a message, also emailed them. First thing on Sunday Dr. Bullard called me back and had me in the office first thing Monday morning. She and Diana are very informative and very nice. Though I do not like having to have dental work done they seem to ease the discomfort and making it a nicer atmosphere. They are awesome.
