Fantastic experience: Woodlawn dental is cleanest and most professional dentist office I've ever been a part of! The ladies and gentlemen that work there treat everyone like they are family! I will personally never use another dentist! Couldn't be more happy with the work they've done for me! ❤️

Negative experience: Provide all info before arriving and once you get there if your account and money isn’t too tier don’t even waste your time. Was looked down on as soon as i arrived. Wasn’t offered drinks or anything. Waited a xtra 30 mins past scheduled time. For a 5 min long talk with a woman who told me it was pointless to come. HOW ABOUT CALLING SOMEONE BEFORE THEY TRAVEL 35 mins for nothing! If i could give this place a 0 i definitely would!

Fantastic experience: Hi, my name is John Bauknecht. I am 61 years old and this is my story. I use to be terrified of going to the dentist because of bad experiences in my past and an extreme intolerance towards pain. That was the excuse that I used for years of neglecting my oral health. I brushed my teeth every day thinking that was enough but put off regular checkups. It wasn’t until a few years ago when I had to go in for a deep cleaning that I realized just how bad my teeth really were. My wife insisted that I start going to the dentist regularly like I should have been doing all along, but by that time my teeth and overall health had started to decline. It was like trying to put a band aid on an open wound that was never going to actually heal until I addressed the root cause of the problem. Two years ago we relocated from Michigan to Ohio after selling our business and for the first year, we had a hard time even getting an appointment and were told it would be months before I could get treated. My periodontal issues were causing a lot of pain and discomfort to the point where I needed urgent care. That’s when we found Woodlawn Dental and Dr. Maximo. They were able to get me in right away and after explaining our options, we decided the best course of action would be dental implants. It was one of the best decisions of my life! I actually felt calm and relaxed for the first time sitting in a dentist chair simply because of the way Dr. Maximo explained the procedure and what it would do for my overall health. He didn’t give me a long winded sales pitch, just the facts, which made me realize that not only was I in good hands, but they actually cared about their patients. I had the procedure done several months ago with follow up appointments every month since and can’t say enough about the care that I’ve received from these people. They’re simply the best and I would highly recommended them to anyone who may be thinking about or needing dental care. Thank you Dr. Maximo and your team for all that you do and have done for me. It has been a pleasure and greatly appreciated.

Fantastic experience: The entire staff from Dr. Maximo on down was very friendly, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Having drinks, snacks, a freshly baked chocolate chip cookie and a phone charger were pluses!

Fantastic experience: I’ve driven to Woodlawn Dental Center for 20 years from Akron/Canton. There is no better Dentist or hygienist in Ohio. Dr. Harris is so sweet and always smiling. Great Dentist!!! Meggan has cleaned my teeth since her education at West Liberty University. She does an excellent job and I don’t hurt afterwards. I’ve had soreness and red gums at other Dental offices cleanings. I can’t recommend any other Dental Office. The office is beautiful and they have the most updated equipment and technology. Negative experience: Whatever you do, don’t see Dr.Maximo.. All I’m saying is, he should not be allowed to place implants.

Fantastic experience: I was able to get a good deep cleaning, fluoride treatment, along with products that I requested in one quick and convenient appointment. I even was given affordable suggestions for teeth whitening when I said I couldn’t get my teeth as white as I would like with commercial products from Walmart. Negative experience: Honest, but seems only interested in cash rather than insurance, why would u not be in network for dental insurance provided be it government or privately paid? FYI I called about privately paid through job. Sad no one is interested in serving the community they live in...

Fantastic experience: Woodlawn Dental is amazing. Upon arrival I was given a free gift. Xrays and teeth scans are performed in the chair! I have been there for 4 straight hours of dental twice now. They do same day crowns as they are now made on site. I love that I get to be under a weighted blanket. Their techniques and equiptment are top tier. They have really great after products the staff clearly loves their jobs and coworkers and when you leave they give you a freakin cookie! That was fresh baked in the office. They are a community centric place and have beverages and snacks. To use my husbands words it feels like dentist office met day spa! Trustworthy and they try so hard to make sure you feel no pain! I am so happy that they are my dental team Love you guys! I returned today Wensday May 7th still love my dentists here and they are willing to support their community with collecting popntabs for ronald mcdonalds "childrens memorial" in columbus Ohio! Such a great place.

Fantastic experience: Update: Just had to have a crown replaced. Chris made the appointment with the Endodontist for my root canal and then scheduled me soon after for the replacement crown. Shauna and Dr Harris did an amazing job of removing the old crown and fabricating a new one that fit perfectly on the first try. So thankful their office is in Cambridge. Their technology is state of the art and the staff is trained well on how to use it. Personable and professional staff. Very efficient and concerned about their patients comfort. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit and Wow just wow… this place runs like a well oiled machine. Inviting and friendly from the moment you walk in. Reception was welcoming, gave quick tour or essential areas like restrooms and the refreshment area. Both Hygienist were both top notch as well as the technician that assisted in my dental journey. Dr. Harris came highly recommended, did not disappoint. He was able to replace a crown on site and in the same day…not many that would day this in the same day especially for a new patient. The manager walked me through treatment plan and insurance breakdown, privately in an office. And upon leaving at checkout they offer you an Otis Spunkmeyer Chocolate Chip fresh baked cookie….. 10/10 recommend… Hands down

The staff are a joy to be around can’t say enough good about them.Update to first review.had to get my teeth all pulled and have implants put in. I never thought this dentist could get any better but every time I go there I like them even more! The staff are just amazing! No other words can describe them. I am not exactly a pleasure to be around when I’m in pain. Thy did everything in there power to make me feel comfortable and the dentist went WAY beyond to make my second appointment for bottom extractions go smoother then the first. Anybody looking for a dentist and wants one that actually cares about you and takes pride in their work look no further! One again went to have some work done and thy treated me wonderful. My ride was supposed to be 2hrs late and thy had a employee stay by my side because I was under sedation, and they did not want me to be by myself

Fantastic experience: I broke my front top tooth. I called and they got me an appointment within a couple of days and fixed it that same day. I was very happy with the outcome and you can't even tell it was broke. The staff was friendly and professional. Excellent care. Fantastic experience: I was very apprehensive at first. Going to the dentist is not fun for me especially going with tooth pain. I called on a Tuesday and was scheduled to come in Thursday! The staff at Woodlawn is so friendly and welcoming. Teressa gave me a tour of the building and provided me with a list of accommodations. This is by far the nicest and cleanest dentist office I’ve ever stepped foot in. I got to meet with Dr. Kumar, he is fantastic and doesn’t let you leave without your full understanding. I would recommend this facility to everyone without hesitation.

Positive experience: The visit and care were great. Dr. Harris explained everything to me, showing me x-rays and explaining i would need to see oral surgeons in Zanesville. He referred me and I received a copy of the referral. When I called them for an appointment, they gave me an appointment January 13, 2025. I have a toothache now! I have to wait until January.

Fantastic experience: Staff was nice, explained what they were doing and were very thorough. Due to increased cost of preventative service I will need to reconsider if I will continue to continue with Woodlawn, am checking on dental insurances
