Fantastic experience: I've been a patient at this wonderful dental office for many years. The staff is skilled, pleasant, and very accommodating. They have excellent expertise to handle a wide range of issues in-house including age-ranges, special needs, and the many dental issues that can arise. They continually adopt current technologies. And they find space in their busy schedule for the infrequent emergency that can arise. Thank you to the entire R&D team!

Fantastic experience: I recently moved back home to NJ and needed a dentist. I had heard great things about this practice, I called yesterday to make an appointment and to my surprise, I got an appointment the next day. I was greeted by a friendly staff as well as “Dr T”. The entire experience was efficient and without issue. I’m thankful I found a competent and friendly practice and will be recommending this practice to my family and friends.

Positive experience: I called in Oct/Nov 2024 to get an appt with Gail. They came back on phone and said they have an appt in Dec with someone else. I said no. They said with a tone, OK then Feb 6th at 11:00. I come there Feb 6th and there was no appt made!!! I didn’t get her name but I will from now on. So the receptionist made appt for today, 5/27. Your office staff would get 1 star. Gail would get 5 stars. She is considerate, caring and even funny at times. Does the best cleanings. I’ve had many worse ones.

Fantastic experience: I've been a patient of Drs Rosen and Dworkin for many years. The level of care has been outstanding. Everyone in the office is professional and courteous. Communications from all involved in my treatments are always clear and articulate. I attribute my healthy teeth/mouth to my visits with Dr's Rosen and Dworkin. Fantastic experience: This has been an excellent dentist both because of their attention to detail but also because of their great hygenists. Also, they have special discounts for seniors. I highly recommend Dr Rosen for several years. Dr Rosen made a missing tooth appear at the front of my bite. Been a while since I thought about telling everyone. Dr. Rosen is capable of fulfilling dental hopes.

Fantastic experience: Always a pleasant experience having a dental checkup with Dr Rosen. I had Olga as my dental hygienist for the first time and she did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. Dr Rosen spends the time needed to make sure my teeth are healthy. I have been coming to dr Rosen & Dworkin for over 30 years. For insurance reasons I switched dentists some years ago but only for one year then switched back to Dr Rosen the next year as I realized I had made a big mistake leaving this practice. The practice is honest and won’t tell you that you need dental work done unless it’s needed. Dr Rosen has been known to come in for a patient who has an emergency dental issue or stay late to make sure they are cared for.

Fantastic experience: Gail always gives me a thorough cleaning. Gail introduced me to Dr. Trivedi who performed my dental exam. Both Gail and Dr. Trivedi were so pleasant during this visit.

Fantastic experience: Great dental practice. All of the staff, from the dentists to the hygienists to the office staff, are all very friendly. I've seen several of the dentists, and they are all good at explaining everything and re-assuring you about any procedures. Dr. Dworkin makes you feel at ease and doesn't force you into any procedures he doesn't feel are necessary. Dr. Tom is very thorough at explaining his thought process behind his recommendations. If you're ever nervous about seeing the dentist, I would recommend coming here. They will put your mind at ease.

He takes time and makes however many apptmts. needed to “fix my tooth problems”’….and I have many! I am very thankful to have him as my dentist because he really cares!!

Negative experience: Care is first class. They’re honest snd not trying to look reasons to just milk your insurance companies. UPDATE: had to move on! They set up appointments week out and after waiting they cancel because the dentist decides to go on vacation close to the appointment. The work they did to repair a cracked tooth didn’t even last 1 year too. A lot of fluff with no quality or professionalism

Negative experience: I didn’t care for this practice after my first visit and have only been seen here three times. The first visit, they billed me for a cavity that I did not have, and I had to wait months and continuously call their office to rectify the issue with insurance. They were non-proactive. I went back a second time (about 9 months later because they don’t have availability, which is frustrating because I pay into insurance for twice a year cleanings). During my second visit, they told me the dentist had to leave and would do my exam BEFORE my cleaning (weird, how do you know if I have a cavity if my teeth aren’t clean) I had a small cavity and brought me back a month and a half later to fill it. I’ve had literally nothing but problems with this tooth since. When I brush my teeth with cold water, this tooth physically hurts. My husband also was seen here and mentioned that he had to ask his hygienist for a goodie bar with a toothbrush and she was super passive aggressive about it lol. Honestly, I would stay away. From their billing department, to their front desk staff, to the hygienists AND dentists… I had a horrible experience. I feel that they lied about my “cavity” to make money off of me and then f’ed the filling up when they did it.

Fantastic experience: My experiences with Dr. Dworkin and his hygienist’s are alway TOP NOTCH! I especially love Olga, Lisa and Rachel! They treat you like you are family! Dr. Dworkin is the best, my family & I have been going to him for years.. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Negative experience: As a patient for over a decade it's sad to say but this practice has slowly been rolling downhill. The owners never informed their patients they were retiring, so patients now must wait months for an appointment with them. There also has been a constant turnover of new dentists and hygienists, making it nearly impossible to see the same dentist or hygienist each visit, or book a timely cleaning and remain on schedule. Unfortunately, the staff are not all equally capable of quality care and this makes the care inconsistent. Before you book an appointment, google the new dentists on staff, and you may be alarmingly surprised by what you find.

Fantastic experience: New patient appointment, which was very thorough and Rachel was fantastic. She walked me through everything and explained what things in the images and measurements meant. That was the first time anyone has done that at other practices so I really appreciated Rachel. The Administration office staff were incredibly helpful. Dr Cannon was great and took time to explain and asked if I had any questions.

Negative experience: Rachel is a grade A professional great place- I take this back. I was billed wrong and then the front desk is unwilling to accept the customers complaint. I did not receive the work they are billing and was never told during the normal cleaning that I was getting a special cleaning or that I would be billed extra. Never going back and will not recommend to anyone. STAY AWAY!

Fantastic experience: I see Dr. Dworkin and Gail is my hygienist. I would highly recommend them both. Dr. Dworkin is kind and easy going and Gail is very gentle and thorough. I feel so comfortable and at ease, which can be difficult sometimes when going to the dentist. Also, the front desk staff is always so pleasant and friendly.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Rosen and Bonnie did a great job. I had pain for a month and went to the same office and saw Dr. Tom and he didn’t take any X-rays and told me it wasn’t a dental problem. I went back two weeks later and Dr. Rosen found that I needed a Root canal then a crown. He’s the best! Glad I went with my gut and went back to the office!

Dawn gave me the most thorough teeth cleaning I've ever had and took great care to make me as comfortable as possible, taking into consideration my tooth sensitivity . Dr. Singson also took the time to give me a very thorough exam; we discussed the importance of treatments that I would have to have in the near future. I appreciate that Dr. Singson took my financial situation into consideration and together we decided on a plan. She was friendly, compassionate and highly skilled; she is everything you would want in a dental care professional, as is Dawn. Fantastic experience: Doctor Rosen is a dentist who cares about his patients. It’s difficult trying to find a doctor or dentist with great experience on how to treat their patients. I’ve been coming to this practice since December 2023 the office staff are nice and treat you with kindness and respect. Doctor Rosen is very compassionate and is focused on helping his patients and understands the pain whether it be for minor or major dental work. I’m almost at the end of my scheduled work however, with a few tweets I have returned to have adjustments on my partials. Doctor Rosen even gave me his personal phone number incase I had any major issues or problems. I had my partials put in on July 3rd 2024. On July 4th he called me to see how I was feeling and how I was making out with the partials and the extraction. It means a lot that a Dentist would reach out to his patients to find out how they are. You don’t hear about that as much anymore. Fantastic experience: I was having issues going into the weekend and I left a message after hours and heard back directly from Dr. Rosen within minutes. He got me in the office quickly to help me out and fix my crown!! Clean offices great staff and Dr Rosen is such a great guy!!

Fantastic experience: My appointment with Dr Rosen was perfect. He checked a tooth surgery extraction because periodontist office was closed. He was excellent and checked this tooth surgery because I was having symptoms. He assured me everything was fine. I wasn't sure because I never had this type of tooth surgery before. He is professional, patient, gentle, and told me he's available for emergencies. What a great dentist!

Fantastic experience: This is a post from 2020 and some personnel has changed but the content of my post remains the same! I am now a patient of Dr. Tom and he has the exact same temperament. He's a true "patient's dentist". I'm happy to endorse this office for all your dental needs. From 2020 Drs. Rosen and Dworkin were referred to me by a dear friend who is a patient there. Her primary dentist is Dr. Rosen, but she has been treated by each of the four in the office. She had nothing but excellent reports about the doctors, hygenists, and staff, and I must say I'm in total agreement! My dentist, Dr. Dworkin, is a genteel physician who listens, responds with reassurance, and has a kind and very compassionate nature. That is very much appreciated by this patient, as not all of my past experiences have been pleasant. Every staff member greats you with friendly smiles and efficiency...on the phone, by e-mail, and in the office. If you're searching for a team that will professionally and kindly take care of your dental needs, this one is it.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Tom is great! He didn’t take my money like the other dentist I had before (that prior dentist did work on an abscess). Dr. Tom told me more antibiotics and the tooth must be pulled. Here I am thinking I needed $300-$400 for a cap but he told me that the abscess will come back and sure enough it did before I got the chance to get my tooth pull. Best moves to another dentist!

Dr. Rosen, and by extension his office, always goes out of the way to make sure that you are happy with your experience. Fantastic experience: Recently a large piece of upper molar broke off along with a piece of filling and I needed an emergency appointment. My regular dentists were not available, and Dr. Rosen was kind enough to fit me in and did an excellent job, as did his team, Bonnie and Diane. They were highly skilled, kind and compassionate and did everything possible to reassure me that the damage could be fixed without surgery. My visit was with dr Rosen who is one of the best tennis I’ve ever been to. I went in for another service, but it was discovered that I had a bad tooth.. He removed that tooth for me and it was relatively painless. This morning I get up and I have no pain whatsoever. Their office called me in the morning to make sure that I was OK which is amazing for me. I’ve never had such a great customer service, and a caring doctor and staff.

Fantastic experience: I made my appointment the day before for tooth pain . The office got me in quickly helping to accomadate my personal schedule. The hygienist and dentist were very thorough in figuring out what was causing my issues . I went in nervous that I would have to get a filling fixed or a cavity had shown up. After a few tests Dr. Singson reshaped my filing and honestly it changed the way it felt almost instantly and relieved discomfort I was having from biting down on an uneven filling . They were quick and very kind . Everyone in the office is polite and professional . I have gone here since I was a child and now my children go here as well . I would never go anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at the dentists office of all places! This was my first time at Dr Rosen &Dworkins office. Olga was fantastic with taking my history and cleaning my teeth. I must admit. It’s been a few years and she was very understanding and did a great job! She is a very compassionate person and I have requested her for my next cleaning! I had the pleasure to meet Dr Rosen. We talked and he told me how much he loves his profession! He made me feel complete at ease in the dentist chair. I will definitely go back and also recommend this office to everyone! They accept my dental plan too which makes life much easier for me. Everyone in this office was professional and personable and they treat every patient like family. Five stars in my book! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This post was written a few years ago and they are still the best in my book! I called this morning with a toothache and was able to get in to see Dr Rosen by 11 am. He resolved the issue and I was out of there before noon. Everyone is so nice there. It’s a great office!

Fantastic experience: I had a very early appointment-7:30 am. The office was open when I arrived early. The staff were all pleasant and helpful. Olga did a great job as did Dr.Rosen. I walked away happy with a great check up! Love this office & their staff!!

Fantastic experience: Beth and Dr. Rosen are great! Most people don’t like to have their teeth cleaned. However, I walk out feeling my teeth have gotten renewed!

Negative experience: Not the greatest experience. Was scheduled originally for 1 date and then rescheduled because the doctor was out of the office. I waited 2 months for the first appointment and then another few weeks because of the reschedule. They tried to move my appointment again because the hygienist wasn’t available but I said no because I was already moved. The dentist ended up doing my cleaning and after waiting for awhile to be seen I felt like the cleaning was rushed and also uncomfortable. Won’t be coming back.

Fantastic experience: My new periodontist, Julia was terrific! She was friendly, always asking if I was ok. She assisted me in filling out the office medical forms on the iPad they give you at front desk. Dr Rosen was great, as he always is.

Fantastic experience: I’m so grateful to Dr. Rosen and the staff for squeezing me in late on a Friday to repair a lost filling! They were extremely flexible and kind, and I was in and out in 15 minutes. Truly appreciate their kindness!

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of many dentists in my time. I can say without any hesitation that Rosen and Dworkin is clearly the best. The dentists and the entire staff exhibit an expertise that is self-evident as soon as they enter the room. But beyond that, they are friendly, funny and gentle. Does anyone ever say that they look forward to going to the dentist? Well, when it comes to Rosen and Dworkin, I do.

Fantastic experience: This Dental Practice I recommend totally and without reservation. The front desk receptionist does everything she can to make you feel welcome and the form completion as easy as possible. Which is not always a common experience in most Medical offices..this I greatly appreciate.. They all are most accommodating and responsive to any questions or concerns regarding visit. I actually look forward to visiting my Dentist. This is the best Dental Practice in the Mid-Atlantic area.

Fantastic experience: I've been coming to Dr Rosen for 28 years now. I can remember when Dr. Rosen did his check ups and cleanings himself. My how we have grown. Excellent hygienists along with some of the finest dentists in all of South Jersey. Dr. Rosen Dworkin and Sunshine spare no expense on State of the art technology. Warm and friendly. These guys are our family dentists. We are very happy with them. Highly recommended by the Schillingers
