Fantastic experience: People here really nice and sweet, highly would recommend getting your teeth knocked here. Dean and Sam Winchester would stop a chance here if a case comes up.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Dana Fuhrmann walks on water!!! She is the best dentist I have ever had and I’ve been around since dirt! All kidding aside, if you want someone that knows her business, can communicate effectively with kindness and compassion, then she’s the one. Yes, there are many, many, many professionals out there that know their craft, BUT, Dr. Furhmann has a way about her that takes her to the top of the list in my book. She is sensitive, listens and instills that “sense of relief and confidence and a knowing that “it’s all going to be ok”. That’s rare. You can be good at what you do, but unless you have good people skills….. good luck. I know I’ve said a lot here, but I feel it’s important to say out loud that there’s more to a Doctor/patient relationship… its not just black and white, it’s the connection between the two of you that breeds success or failure. I am grateful to have met her and will be a patient of hers from now on.

Negative experience: Update- I asked this office to have the practice owner to call me, never heard from them. Clearly they endorse shady and deceptive practices. Deeply disappointed about my experience with this office. Mind you, I only spent maybe 10 minutes in the building, but I left highly unsatisfied. This office tried to require me to take another panoramic film when I’ve had one less than a year ago at a different office. They wanted $130 out of pocket, and only informed me of this as I’m standing in front of the machine, getting ready to take the film. They also lied to me, stating that it’s a HIPAA violation (it’s not) if I provided the pano from my previous dentist. I called a different office and they were immediately able to schedule me with my previous panoramic film from my last dentist. It’s clear that this office only cares about making money. Avoid at all costs!

Fantastic experience: My visit today was amazing! Paige did my oral cancer screening and it felt like a massage, helped calm my nerves before getting started with my cleaning. She talked to me about books and helped me find the right toothpaste and techniques to use at home for my oral health I will say this a million times NTD deserves 10 starts rating if I could ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We love coming in to North Texas Dental. Fantastic experience: I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Tran. She is so amazing with my kids. My son, who is on the spectrum, started out his visit for a filling in full panic mode. She was able to bring him out of that and complete the filling he needed done. It was his first time having dental work without being put to sleep. Other dentists have always required he be put to sleep, but she was patient with him and we are so thankful. She is always amazing with my daughter and myself as well. Highly highly recommend! They put me at ease, explained a treatment plan and let me know what to expect. **Update** I went back in for an extraction on Friday the 13th, which seemed fitting since normally dental procedures scare me. Dr Chris was excellent! When he finished I wasn't uncomfortable at all. One of the central reasons I chose North Texas Dental is they are a group of doctors and dentists each with their own specialty which allows for many opinions for you **Update #2** It’s been 7 months since I started my journey with NTD and I’m still very happy I selected them! I’ve had surgery in preparation for dentures so I’ve met 4 more doctors and they’re all very good!

I got 7 crowns, he is excellent when it comes to giving shots. I love my smile now, he listens to me. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Chis and the dental hygienists and the rest of the staff. Great experience!!

Negative experience: I've never had imaging be painful before. Daisy was rough, unfriendly and seemed to have no regard for my complaints about the pain. The inside of my mouth still hurts from the experience. Don't let these people touch you.

Fantastic experience: Very clean, a nice setup. The dental assistant was nice, and the dentist was professional. However, the dental assistant asked me to remove my dentures, I don't wear dentures. Then she mentioned sores and lesions in my mouth, I do not have those. When I made the appointment it was for fillings and fillings only. That really left a negative impression on me.

Negative experience: New patient trying to get scheduled and always an excuse as to why no one can just give me an appointment. "They are gone for the day, she's on the phone with someone else, not sure who has your file, blah, blah, blah" I've been trying to get an appointment since early April.

Fantastic experience: Very happy with this dentist office. I had an issue with my tooth and as a new patient they got me in fast to see Dr. Nguyen and come up with a treatment plan. Dr Chris and Dr Lemus were very professional and skilled along with their assistants. I had a root canal and a permanent crown placed the same day. Although that is not a pleasant thing to have done they made it seem easy. I will recommend this office to everyone. All of the staff are very nice and friendly.

The icing on the cake, They are open on Saturdays which allows anyone who needs wants to take care of their teeth dont have to miss work to do so. North Texas Dental is the people's Dental meeting place. Mine anyway! Thank you, for your services. 4/12/25 I believe there is room for improvement in every business, saying that, the only advice I would give to the North Texas Dental staff would be to continue doing what you are doing, the way you're doing it because it is appreciated . I feel a sense of personal care given and I look forward to my next visit. Thank you for making going to the dentist a positive event .
