Fantastic experience: Thank you so much, Jessica Castaneda! At the Hubner location, my husband had four crowns done, and from start to finish, the entire process was amazing. Jessica was incredibly professional and helped keep my husband calm, even though he has always had a fear of the dentist. She made us feel comfortable and right at home. We will definitely be coming back, and if you’re looking for a great dental office, this is the place to go. Thank you again, Jessica, for your kindness, professionalism, and hospitality!

Negative experience: Cresta Bella and sister company Huebner Smiles are crooks! If you have Delta dental insurance, they are going to screw you! They make no money off of basic cleaning so they try to upcharge you with an expensive “deep cleaning”. Some of their staff said I could sign a waiver to get the basic cleaning, but they never would let me sign! Cresta kept me waiting for a while then they came in and said they didn’t have time to do a basic cleaning when I asked for the waiver! They gouged me! I called Huebner smiles to see if they could transfer my numerous x-rays that Cresta billed my insurance for so I could get my cleaning done! At first, they said yes, then they later called me and said they would only do the “deep” out of pocket cleaning! It’s a total racket! They find a way to make money off you because Delta doesn’t pay them much! I finally went to a different/ unaffiliated dentist office and they told me I DID NOT need a deep cleaning … My experience with Cresta & Huebner was the worst and frankly only bad experience in my life at dental office! You can just feel they’re trying to scam you!

Negative experience: Took time off during work for an appointment. I got a call 15 minutes before appointment they needed to cancel because they are running behind. Didn’t care that I needed to be seen ASAP, didn’t care I took time off from work for the appointment, they just tried to reschedule me. Please be more organized so you don’t mess with peoples time and money.

Negative experience: New August 2025 review: this office has gone way downhill. The front desk staff used to be friendly, attentive, and professional. Today is my second majorly dissatisfying experience. I scheduled my son’s appointment at our last check up 6 months ago. I put it in my calendar for 4pm. Then a few months later I was informed that it’s been changed to 420 without asking if the change is ok. I called two times to clarify the time and no one answered the phone. I also sent an email that was never answered. We showed up at 4 just to be safe. The front desk told us to sit down and they will check us in later. We sat in the (oddly stinky) waiting room and listened to the front staff complain about work and vent about how they’d really like to order an uber and leave and about their kids and colonoscopy for 30 minutes before I went up to the desk and I was informed they forgot about us. We will be looking for a new dentist office for our family. Old 2019 review: five stars! Really clean, friendly, and easy experience.

Fantastic experience: Fast service, professional friendly staff, Dr. Explain my tooth procedure and what to expect.

Negative experience: They treat new patients better then the ones they already have. I called in advance 2 weeks to reschedule an appointment. I ask if they have anything available on a Friday due to work i can't go any other day. She proceeded to say they have and opening on a September 4. I ask, " is that a Friday" . She said no a Thursday. They do not listen to you at all at the front desk. They are so rude and do not care about people's time.

Negative experience: Wish I could give zero stars. Scheduled appointments based on the great reviews here on Google, but don’t let that fool you! My husband and I had appointments scheduled within 30 minutes of each other. Upon arriving the place smelt horrible inside the lobby. My husband was taken back within 10 minutes only to sit in the back waiting for x-rays and to see the doctor for AT LEAST an hour. I was brought back shortly after to get x-rays. The hygienist then rushed in to my room and took about 15-18 minutes total with me. She was very rough and was hovering/standing over me cleaning my teeth ( if that tells you anything about how rough she was with me). Then she proceeds to my husband’s room ( he was next door) and tells him that he needs a deep cleaning. The staff didn’t even ask if we wanted that done or give us an estimate. I had to tell my husband to ask, to which we received a crazy estimate that wanted $600 up front. I asked if he could have a regularly cleaning because we had not budgeted for that and they told us no. At this point, I’m still waiting to be seen by the doctor and roughly 45 minutes have passed. Overall HORRIBlE experience. We were there for 2.5 hours with no resolution for my husband to get a simple cleaning. Absolutely ridiculous. I would never recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: I called in severe pain as a new patient. The gentlemen that answered the phone got me in the same day. Staff was wonderful and Dr Goldwyn and his dental assistant were amazing.

I came in with severe pain and needed a root canal. After dealing with long waits at other offices, this visit was seamless from start to finish. Fantastic experience: I have been on the SEARCH for a good dentist for a while now, whoever gets that anxiety when going to the dentist, these are your PEOPLE! From the Treatment Coordinator Jessie, you first meet her at the reception desk and I just felt like I already knew her! She is so bubbly & kind and really made me feel like I’ve been going here a while lol! The Dental assistant Eddy is so soft spoken and nice is an understatement!! They talk you through everything if you want them too they will make sure you are taken care of! The Dentist Dr.Troung made sure I was comfortable during every step and procedure & the Hygienist Ricardo was super helpful and full of great information to take care of my teeth! Keep in mind I am also 4 months pregnant and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else! 100% book your appointment here this is my first time and it most definitely will not be my last! Payment plans are available and such a great price! Thanks to all employees who made my experience a success!

Fantastic experience: Huebner Smiles Dental is a fantastic place for dental care. From their front office (they know how to file for insurance coverage), to their assistants, to Dr. Tuong they made my extensive dental care as smooth as possible. I highly recommend them!

Negative experience: ⭐️ 1 Star (Would give 0 if I could) I had an awful experience with Huebner Smiles on Van Jackson Road, and I feel it’s important to warn others. I just called to request my dental records while I was at a medical appointment, and the front desk staff—a woman named Jess—hung up on me twice. I simply asked for my records and billing details because my current doctor needs to know exactly what dental work was done. Her response? To hang up and refuse to help. They’re now withholding my records because of a supposed “balance”—yet when I left their office months ago, I had no outstanding balance. Suddenly they’re claiming I owe something and won’t release my records until it’s paid, which is not only unprofessional but also illegal in many cases. Patients have a legal right to their medical and dental records. I’ve spent thousands of dollars at this clinic, and the dental work they did is now causing problems. I’m trying to fix the issue, but they’re making it even harder. The front desk staff was disrespectful and dismissive—completely unacceptable behavior for any healthcare provider. Also, every appointment I had came with at least a one-hour wait, even when I showed up early or exactly on time. They constantly made excuses about the doctor being behind, and the only reason I kept going back was because I had prepaid for services. This office is the definition of disorganized and unprofessional. If I could give them zero stars, I would. I will never return and strongly recommend others avoid this place. You deserve to be treated with respect—not like an inconvenience & I still don’t have my records!

Fantastic experience: From the moment that I walked in the door, everyone was kind, professional, and helpful. The office staff were always eager and ready to help in anyway that they could. Dr. Lopez was very thorough, compassionate, and always took the time to carefully explain everything. All of the staff always worked as a team to make sure everything was taken care of and that I was comfortable. Aaron worked meticulously to make sure that my temporary crown was perfect so that I would be comfortable. Thank you to everyone at Huebner smiles for all that you do!

Negative experience: I had a cracked tooth. Made an appointment for removal. I go to the appointment and I'm told the dentist will not remove tooth. I ask for an explanation and was just told the dentist won't remove the tooth . I'm told to make an appointment for their sister store . Nope . I won't go . Why is it hard to get an explanation

Negative experience: We went for my wife’s procedure to have two teeth removed. They did a good job however they will try to upsell you on unnecessary procedures. We went back for a comprehensive checkup ( this is where they get you) and at the start try selling you on procedures you don’t need. One of the dentists who just came in the room said “ any dental implants or bridges today “. Big RED flag without even trying to get to know you or address your concerns. They went ahead and started to call out all these numbers Barely looking at the tooth and then being very persistent on procedures that need to be done without offering any other options. They told my wife she needed 8 crowns and two bridges when we told them we don’t want any bridges right now. They wanted to crown teeth that don’t even need to be crowned and can ruin your future teeth. Offering crowns like candy and not explaining that they have to shave down good teeth for the cap. Then a Hygienist came in and start looking at the gums. But instead of doing a cleaning, they recommend deep cleaning which is expensive. After the office receptionist came in, she hands us an iPad with a $7,000 bill putting on things we told them we didn’t want to do. On top of that, they were using up all my insurance on an unnecessary deep clean and then told me everything else would be out of pocket. They didn’t even clean my wife’s teeth with what my insurance allowed. They try to use your insurance on dumb unnecessary procedures and then tell you everything else is not covered. Very scammy ! Giving two stars for two good emergency extractions. Get a second opinion on a dentist who wants the best for you , this place takes advantage of new patients.

Negative experience: I did not have a good experience. I went for wisdom tooth pain. I arrived at one office only for them to send me to their 2nd office down the street because the panoramic machine was down. I went back to the office and waited 45 mins for a consult. I had an infection and they never sent my antibiotics to Walgreens. Now I have to wait till Monday. Mind you I am in pain. Will not return.

Positive experience: AARON HAS MADE THIS PLACE WORTH GOING TO AND BREATHED LIFE BACK INTO IT!!!! I had been going to Huebner Smiles for about 4 years going through a long process of healing and treating gum disease and getting crowns due to intense grinding. Anyway- I had a few bad experiences, from ill fitting temps, to long days in the chair. It wasn’t until Aaron joined the staff that I felt 100% at ease. Aaron has so much professionalism, personality, and an in depth knowledge of his craft and how to engage and contribute to his industry. He anticipates every want, thought, or concern I had. While I ultimately am moving dentistry offices because of my location, Aaron is the reason I didn’t leave Huebner Smiles with a bad taste in my mouth (no pun intended). He left me feeling confident (and able to chew!!!) with the incredible patience and skill he put towards getting me the perfect crown. Thanks Aaron!

Negative experience: Screwed up a filling twice. There were 2 assistants that were phenomenal, both young men, but the female provider I saw both times left me with a terribly bonded filling that shreds floss. I changed dentists.

George who took my X-rays was wonderful and friendly and took the time to keep me updated on what was next in the process or on wait time. Dr. Truong took the time to explain everything clearly—from what they were seeing in my X-rays to what steps they recommended next. The dental hygienist , Ricardo, was incredibly gentle and thorough, constantly checking in to make sure I was comfortable. The office was spotless and had the latest equipment, which made everything feel more efficient and less stressful.

Negative experience: On multiple occasions, this business has set appointments without my permission or even asking . Then, they send a text threatening to charge a no show fee if you don’t show up . This is predatory and moronic . The first couple of times I called and asked them to stop . Now I am no longer a patient .

Negative experience: I’ve been a patient here for a long time but haven’t been there in a year due to a busy schedule. When I was called back, the hygienist thought I was a different patient since she didn’t call my name when she took me back. This is dangerous and not acceptable for a healthcare setting. Then proceeded to give me 30 x rays because she kept messing them up. I really hate dental x rays and was almost at the point of tears. She was nice and apologetic but this is not acceptable. Then I learned I would not be getting a cleaning since I was considered a new patient. I was fine with getting a new patient work up but I really do need a professional cleaning and would not have taken time off work if I knew it wasn’t going to happen. She then told me I could wait 40 minutes for their hygienist to be finished but I don’t have that kind of time when I’m going into work late. Now I have to make another appointment to schedule a cleaning on a Saturday since I can’t take off more from work. They really need to be more considerate of other people’s time. The only good thing I can say about this appointment was the dentist was nice. But it felt like a miserable waste of time and use of my precious PTO.

Negative experience: Wasted my whole morning to get my teeth clean and they refused to clean my teeth. They are more concerned about squeezing more money from you than addressing your concerns. In my case it's teeth cleaning. I waited an hour before the called and waited some more in the chair. I arrived early for the appointment. In the end they didn't do anything for me. I will contact my insurance next week to discuss the issue. Don't come here if you value your time and money.

Fantastic experience: I recently experienced an emergency situtation which resulted in a root canal. I arrived on a Saturday morning in pain. From the moment I walked in, Chelsea was welcoming and professional. I was cared for by Dr. Crawford and Sarah who made me feel comfortable throughout the procedure. I was well taken care of. I would highly recommend this office for anyone looking for top-notch dental care. Thank you.

Negative experience: Made an appointment for a teeth cleaning that was way over due. My dental insurance was to cover the cleaning 100% with nothing out of pocket. After x- rays were done a dentist came in and did a very detailed examination of my teeth. He told me that I indeed need a cleaning with a deeper cleaning of my upper left teeth. The dentist then told me that a dental hygienist would come in to see me next. Laura, the dental hygienist then came in, looked in my mouth and confirmed the dentist’s conclusions . I was then walked out to the exit desk where I was told that I would have to come back later for iwasthrre for at that time. Additionally, I was charged $21 and sent on my way without having had my teeth cleaned. My spouse who handled my appointment then contracted Huebner Smiles to ask about the fee that should not have been charged. She was tild that I was being charged for type B services, but I was covered 100% for Type A services. . There was no authorization by myself or my spouse to do anything on Type B. . Needless to say, an hour and a half later, and $21 later, my teeth still need to be cleaned. I guess I ‘ll have to keep looking for a reputable place for my dental needs.

Fantastic experience: Dr.Lopez, Dr.Goldwyn, and the teams are extremely kind. The modern technology is fascinating to look at showing you different levels of your x rays, gum level, and overall bite. If you have dental anxiety or feel like you need any extra information they are very helpful with making sure your needs are met. Additionally the payment plans, financial options are also nice so you have flexibility. I felt welcomed from the moment I walked in, to the moment I was walking out. The knowledge of the doctors, assistants, and overall the whole team is fascinating. I was provided next steps for my treatment, and set up with my visits. As someone who does not understand insurance they were able to go over the benefits and what they were estimated to cover as well. I am thankful to get back on track, with a great team.

Negative experience: I had an extremely disappointing experience at this clinic. The dental technician (heavy, Hispanic, male) was rude and unprofessional. He was pressuring me into paying for an expensive deep cleaning. Mind you, the deep cleaning was over a THOUSAND dollars. Who can pay a thousand dollars for a deep cleaning? I felt uncomfortable and misled by the refusal to provide the standard treatment. He refused to do a standard clean because it was against his license? Makes no sense? He seemed irritated I refused the deep cleaning services. The focus seemed to be more on upselling and he was upset I didn’t want a deep clean. I will not be returning and would not recommend this clinic to others.

Negative experience: Terrible experience they answer their reviews more than they do their phone! I’ve been trying to get my a permanent filling and a cleaning for 2 months since thanksgiving! but somehow only one person can handle the Veterans cases and she’s never in. I’ve called 5x and all but once has she not been in then. She was supposed to call me back all 5x and I’ve heard from her once. No one ever has any answers and the veterans lady is never in. No one in the office is proactive about handling patients or following up with information. I’ve done everything myself. I officially canceled and will be talking to the Va to get the removed off of the veterans provider list this is ridiculous. Completely unprofessional and a waste of time. They literally made me feel like cattle with a dollar sign attached I’m glad they got their money for wasting my time. You want to be another patient where they shuffle you in as quick as they can process the insurers payment go to this establishment you want to feel like a person someone cares about and genuinely want to do their job GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

This was by far the best service I have ever received, this team is swift, and extremely knowledgeable in their practice. Every single person I came into contact with was sweet and there was practically no waiting time. Love love love, never going anywhere else, you have a customer for life.

Negative experience: Scheduled an emergency visit on Monday explained how my husband is in pain. I get to the appointment on Thursday and they tell me there is a note that he is out of network. They decided not to say anything and he has been living in pain for days. It is now infected and we have to wait longer for a diff dentist. Their excuse for not telling us is they are down one worker. So the 4 people in front reception were too busy for 4 days to call us and tell us!?

Negative experience: This place will scam you if you are not vigilant enough to see what's going on. I went once for a tooth issue, and they did xrays and such, along with the procedure. They gave me someone else's prescription which is a HIPAA violation. Then I needed to do a follow up, well little did I know, they did yet another xray, not telling me the results of the first one, nor the second one they just did. I thought it was to ensure the procedure was done without further issues... so I assumed that was needed. They were quick to say this or that needs to be done. I definitely will not return. You will be in debt faster than you can smile.

Fantastic experience: I’ve done this before and I need to do it again. Huebner smiles is home. I started my journey with Huebner smiles about five years ago. I hate dentists and long story short when I walked through their doors with every tooth chipped and rotted they immediately took me under their wings. I had multiple panic attacks, crying sessions, and ever angered moments but that never stopped them from making sure i was handled with the upmost of care! After pulling my teeth and giving me my temporary denture well then life happened. My mother was diagnosed with stage four lung cancer and after a 2 year battle she passed away on 03/11/2024. Still with my temp denture I grieved and got through a rough 8 months. So now almost 2 years later I walked through Huebner smiles doors and was greeted by my favorite person ever, GEORGE! He remember literally everything!!! He asked about my job, my kiddo, everything as if I was there yesterday! He is truly my spirit animal!!! Thank you!!! So now my journey continues and even with all new staff and doctors, they made sure to hire the best! The lady(I forget her name) who came in to go over my treatment plan and financials was absolutely perfect! She saw my pain and did not judge! She made sure I was taken care of and brought me from tears to all smiles. I cannot stress enough how much Huebner smiles and their staff have changed my life! I’m grateful and so blessed to have found yall!!! It’s your team behind the doctors that deserve all the cheers and praise! The doctors are amazing but the team alongside them are what exceeds all expectations of customer service! You don’t find personable people anymore so thank you! Forever and always and more!!

Negative experience: I had been going to this dentist for probably the last 2-3 years. My last appointment was in august and I showed up 5 minutes before my appointment and it took a few minutes for anyone to show up to the front desk. I told the woman that I had switched insurances and sent my new insurance card. I was called back up 20 minutes later, so 20 minutes into the appointment time for her to tell me they couldn’t verify my insurance and if I had a different one (which was obviously my mistake) but since it was 20 minutes into my appointment time they were probably going to have to reschedule me and that I would have to send it right now so I sent it over and again said they couldn’t verify my insurance. I have pretty bad anxiety when it comes to the dentist so I was already on edge and I walked out and will not be returning. Why did it take so long for them to let me know that they couldn’t verify it? It seems like the front desk staff isn’t as efficient as they could be. I also had to call 5-6 times for them to refill my prescription before they finally did it at one point. I’ve also had a root canal done here which wasn’t a horrible experience but after having pain in the tooth since having it done, I had brought it up during an emergency exam and again at my cleanings and they took X-rays and each time said nope, it was fine! They also tried to tell me I had 3 cavities after I had my root canal done which was done not to long after I had a routine cleaning from my dentist before I started seeing them and when I got another cleaning from them I told them about it and the dentist finally took it off my chart because I didn’t actually have 3 cavities like they told me which is pretty shady. Went to a new dentist because of the last experience I had with them and it turned out they had missed two infections, one in the root canal I had done with them which explains why I’ve literally had pain in it since it was done and one I had done a few years prior with another dentist. They referred me out to an endontist which I wish was what was done in the first place, I would have probably saved a few thousand dollars since now I have to have it redone.

Negative experience: The cleanings I received here were fine, thus the two stars. The problem occurred when I had to have a crown put on my back right molar, which was cracked. First of all, they had to do a root canal, then place the crown. The bite alignment had to be adjusted several times but still didn’t feel comfortable. I ended up going to a dentist recommended by a colleague who took X-rays which showed the root canal was not thorough, and the crown did not fit properly. I spent quite a bit of money out-of-pocket for these procedures which were not done correctly. I will not be going back.

Fantastic experience: Eddy was amazing and helped me with my fear of X-rays it was a fast process. Zara completed my cleaning swift and perfectly and Dr Lopez reviewed my chart and gave me great advice and guidance amazing team thank you !!

Negative experience: My husband was scheduled on a Saturday at 8AM. This clinic is 30 minutes away from us so we were rushing to get here on time, just to find out the clinic doesn’t open until 9AM. So we had to wait an hour even though my husbands confirmation text says “Saturday at 8AM” already off to a bad start with this clinic.

Fantastic experience: Had an amazing visit , front desk staff Chelsea and Amy were so nice and welcoming! George took my x rays really quickly!! Dr.Troung was my dentist he was awesome and Ricardo was my hygienist and did an amazing job with my cleaning !!! shout out to Huebner Smiles!!!!

Positive experience: Excellent care by the team. The appointment took entirely too long. The exam and cleaning took an hour tops but I was there for 2 hours. An hour was pictures and X-rays. I felt like I just wanted to walk out, I stayed because the care team was excellent.

Fantastic experience: This place is awesome I had the best cleaning ever!! Jeanine the hygienist is absolutely the best hygienist ever!! She is very gentle and friendly!! Eddy is very friendly!! And Judy the front desk is very friendly and professional as well!! Best experience ever!!!

Fantastic experience: Has always been a 5 star experience here. The staff are always friendly and do their best to make it a pain free experience. My hygenist today, Zahra, was as friendly as ever. Everyone I interacted with was nice, I'm just terrible with names and her's was the only I managed to note. While I of course don't wish to be back sooner than I have to, it's nice not dreading going to the dentist. Easy 5/5

Negative experience: So initially I told them how nervous I was and that I had some trauma surrounding dental treatments. When the hygienist came in to do my exam he made me feel absolutely horrible about my smile, telling me that “no one wants to sit next to the girl with bad hygiene”. Granted, I do need some work done and a deep clean, I’ll admit it, but to make me feel like no one wants to be next to me was a new one from a dentist. So he suggests a deep clean with laser and medication. I am not insured so they were trying to charge me over $1200. Absolutely not, in this economy?! So we opted out of the laser and just scheduled a “deep clean”(there was not even toothpaste involved in this procedure, so I’m not sure why they call it a cleaning) The appointment day comes and the dental assistant walks me back and I let her know how nervous I am again and she assures me she will numb me and it won’t be bad. She puts the numbing gel on my gums and then goes to the computer to put on a movie. Well, she never pressed PLAY. And my gums never got numb either. The entire time the hygienist was scrapping at my gums I could feel everything. he never asked me once if I was okay. I was screaming on the inside. It was the worst pain I’ve ever felt and truly more traumatic than anything I’ve ever experienced at a dentist. And the whole time I’m looking at the title page of Disney plus with tears running down my face. Do not come here for a comforting experience because you will be severely dissatisfied. It’s upsetting that I have to even go back for a follow up honestly. Update: NO ONE reached out to me to resolve the issue. Do not believe the replies.

Negative experience: I’ve been coming here for years and sadly have seen it gotten to a point where I’ll be looking for another dentist. My last few cleanings have been inconsistent with services offered and the recommended follow ups. The new staff always seem annoyed and rushed when I visit, and are very unprofessional with side comments and inappropriate conversations. The rooms and instruments also look dirty with noticeable marks on the tools, walls, and half broken tvs. Before COVID, this was the dentist I recommended to all my friends and family, but now I’ll be telling everyone to look elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: My daughter needed an emergency appointment over the weekend and they got us in fast even as new patients. Everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable and they were quick and gentle. Thank you everyone for all you did to get her in right away.

Negative experience: I have been coming to Huebner Smiles for almost 5 years and only bc the hygienist and Doctors are very nice. The issue is run into is the office management. Today I went in for a cleaning and the Dr explained what needed to be done. I get the amount it was a little higher than I expect but no problem. The lady the desk took her time and explained everything she was nice. Only to call me back the price tripled. Legit went from $1k to $3k in a matter of minutes. Now if this same issue hadn’t of happened a few years ago I would say it was isolated. But no I don’t trust these people at all. I would think twice before going here.

Fantastic experience: Stephanie and Dr. Lopez took the absolute best care of me! They were so kind and flexible with me and my busy schedule and made a visit to the dentists office way more comfortable than I’d ever experienced!

Negative experience: They reschedule all the appointments. They tried to force me to get a deep cleaning and then didn't even do a regular cleaning completely wasting my time. Something has changed at this location. I used to like it but I will not be going back.

Fantastic experience: Loved it. Loved the clean and friendly environment. Everyone was so kind and efficient. My dentist Dr. Virginia Lopez was amazing! Went for extractions and will definitely be back. Jacob Medrano RDA was also great.

Fantastic experience: I am not a fan of going to the dentist AT ALL but this place was amazing. I had a toothache with a pain level of 8/10 and had a same day appointment booked immediately. Every staff member I interacted with was super sweet and all of my questions were answered. This was my first time meeting Dr. Truong and he explained everything and really made me feel comfortable. The dentist office has always been a scary place for me but everyone here was great. Thank you so much to the front desk staff especially for explaining all the financing options too!! I’ll absolutely be back :)

Fantastic experience: I’ve never had a cavity in my life, but when I moved to Texas I was told that I have 5 cavities from another dentist office. I then made an appointment at Huebner Smiles Dentistry to check if the other dentist was right or just trying to get my money. They told me I have no cavities here and did a very thorough cleaning. Honesty is key when it comes to dentist offices! Very little wait time, as well.

Negative experience: Not clean , there was hair on the ground and doesn’t even look like they mop , the chair I sat in was like brown from other people sitting in it . The walls were gross, doesn’t even look like they cleaned anything. The front desk lady wasn’t very happy. They put a horror movie on with people getting stabbed and blood and stuff didn’t even ask if I was okay with that. I sat and waited for a dentist to come in , she never did so they rescheduled me. They couldn’t get their X-ray machine to work. I came in 10:20 didn’t leave till 12. I didn’t even see a dentist. Waste of time. Won’t be going back!! Zero stars if I could.

I have not been to the dentists in a while and they made me feel welcomed I went to a dentist prior and they were set on removing the tooth. The dentist here did Everything they can to save my tooth. Laid out my options easy and affordable payments got my tooth fixed within 2 days. Top of the line technology top of the line support top of the service. Negative experience: This was my first time here, and I sat in the dentist chair for about two hours, and only had two x-rays done. I had no cleaning when that was the whole purpose of me coming in today because the hygienist was out. I called ahead and asked if I was going to have to pay anything, any deductible, and I was told that I wasn’t. Then they tried to get me to do a deep cleaning and take all kinds of medicine for $800 out of pocket and then tell me that I owe $50 for today’s x-rays when I didn’t even get the cleaning that I needed. Not satisfied with today’s appointment. People were very sweet, just terrible service.

Fantastic experience: I found Huebner Smiles thru a random Internet search. Between the staff, hygienist and Dr Bustos, my experiences have been AMAZING! The staff are inviting and helpful. The hygienist was comforting and understanding, especially about concerns when I needed three teeth pulled. I was nervous about the pain and she made sure I was comfortable through the procedure. Dr Bustos provided quick and painless extractions and filling. The most pain I felt was the pinch of the needle administering the sedation. After, I was sent home with clear instructions, a great care package and prescriptions. I didn't even need the prescriptions. Days later, I had no swelling and no pain. I brag about Dr Bustos's skills to anyone who needs a dentist. I actually look forward to my next visit.

Fantastic experience: Had to thank my wife for making this appointment.. I've never really been to a dentist that I enjoyed. That changed today, the kindness, the way the process was explained, mostly just the way I was treated .. nothing but thanks.. the core values you have on the waiting room wall. You definitely lived up to them..
