Fantastic experience: I received excellent care during my recent visit to Family Dental Care.

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit. I was seeing them because I had moved from out of state. I had a wonderful dentist in Texas so this clinic had a lot to live up to. They were awesome. So welcoming. Took their time with me. Taylor explained everything.

Fantastic experience: The dental assistant was great. And of course the dentist, Madison Sipes was outstanding.

Fantastic experience: Amazing. Love the ease of doing all your paperwork online and also the check in when you get there. The wait was quick. Plenty of parking, the waiting room was clean and comfy. They did my xrays fast and with all new painless equipment. My dental hygienist Brynn was really nice, super friendly and easy to talk to. I could tell she really cares about her patients. She kept asking if anything hurt, as did the Dr when she came in. Really felt like im in good hands. There were no judgements, they formulated a plan for me and my needs taking into account my Health Ins and made sure they worked it out to where I pay the least amount possible. They made sure I got my future appointments scheduled and Im very impressed! Looking forward to being a patient here and learning from them!

Fantastic experience: The staff are absolutely AMAZING! I had a dental emergency and submitted an appointment request during the evening. The very next morning they called me and scheduled a same day appointment. I was seen and given a detailed care plan. The staff are so professional, kind, caring, and friendly. Dr. Gosai and Kim, you both really made this experience beyond exceptional. There are not enough stars to rate the level of care I received. I look forward to my future visits!

Fantastic experience: Wonderful dental care with caring staff and a beautiful clinic. The hygienists are amazing with children and make sure they are comfortable and safe. The dentist we saw explained and answered all of our questions and didn't recommend unnecessary work to be done which we appreciated. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: Despite a good experience with providers themselves, I have had extremely negative experience with their billing department. I was unable to get the Invisalign I was looking forward to due to my family getting orders, and have been continually charged monthly despite politely asking to not be billed for services NOT rendered. This practice should do the right thing and not steal good patients money, who have left amazing reviews and told friends in the area to use them as their family dentist. I am extremely disappointed in this situation.

Fantastic experience: Hands down I absolutely love this place! I’ve never had to sit in wait after check in! Everyone is real nice and professional! They listen, they explain, they communicate, and they do what you want and not what they want! I went in for a crown yesterday and didn’t feel any pain when being injected which is a huge deal for me, when I felt a little uncomfortable they stopped and was understanding even helping me out with a little more numbing agent before we started again! The procedure didn’t take too long and felt like I was in and out in no time! I have went through countless dentists in the Jacksonville area in the last 12 years, I’m finally happy to find the holy grails of dentists even if they aren’t in my network! You even have a tv on the ceiling to watch if you want to keep your mind busy during your visit and the atmosphere is really calming! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I cracked a couple of teeth and was in severe pain. I found Family Dental Care NC, and from my very first visit, they treated me with genuine respect and concern. While an immediate fix wasn’t possible due to infection, they scheduled a follow-up appointment to coincide perfectly with the end of my antibiotic course. This is exactly how a dental practice should operate—caring, attentive, and professional. Thank you, Family Dental Care NC!

Negative experience: I normally absolutely love this place; however, I had Mirna today and she was absolutely awful! She was very aggressive this the sharp tool and kept hurting me, when I’d flinch she’d tell me I was being dramatic and pathetic. She has no people skills and needs to learn some manners! If I could leave zero stars for her I would!

To my surprise and relief, Leslie called me back on Sunday and scheduled me for a 9:30 AM appointment on Monday. Today, I was treated by Dr. Williams, Nicole, and Kim—and I can’t say enough about their professionalism, compassion, and efficiency. They were absolutely amazing. I’ll have my partial by Wednesday, and I’m so grateful for how quickly and thoroughly they’ve taken care of me. Fantastic experience: The entire staff is legit. They are beyond friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and work very well with my kids, especially my toddlers. First impression is always important and they nailed it perfectly. Not only that, the place is so clean, bright, and smells really good. They have drinks available and get this, A GAME ROOM FULL OF ALL THE CLASSIC GAME MACHINES. Now that is way too cool! Lastly, the services provided for my kiddos were exquisitely performed and in a timely manner. I highly recommend this amazing place to anyone and everyone!

Fantastic experience: My recent visit was characterized by professionalism, gentleness, care, and friendliness. The office's soothing powder-blue beach theme fostered a relaxed atmosphere. I was greeted promptly upon arrival and called three minutes before my scheduled appointment time. The service provided was comfortable, and the dentist clearly explained both my strengths and areas for improvement in oral hygiene. This is my dental practice of choice.

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit to Family Dental Care NC. I can honestly say that this is a 10 Star dental clinic ! All of the staff and the Dentist at Family Dental Care NC did a wonderful and professional job at meeting my needs upon my first visit to their office at 1701 Country Club Rd in Jacksonville, NC. I am partially disabled and 71 years old. The staff assisted me in removing my wheeled walker from my van. They kindly escorted me up the ramp that leads to their office. Then 2 or 3 of the assistants helped me to get seated comfortably in the dental treatment room. Dr. Sipes did a fine job in recementing my crown which had come undone while I was at home. At the end of my appointment the same kind and considerate staff members escorted me back to my van and placed my wheeled walker back into my vehicle. I made another dental appointment with them for exam and x-rays in a week. Family Dental Care NC will be my new dental clinic from now on !!

Fantastic experience: Our visit today was fantastic. We took our 2 year old for her first trip to the dentist! Every staff member we met was warm and inviting. The hygienist made her feel comfortable and explained the tools she would be using and allowed my daughter to touch and hear them before the cleaning started. Dr. Sipes was also very gentle and worked with my daughter to make her first dental experience a positive one.

Fantastic experience: TLDR: So far so good! I was on the hunt for a new dentist for my husband and I after our previous dentist put a pause on practicing. Family dental care was in network with my insurance and has a very clean, calming aesthetic. The wait for an appointment was about 3 months (FYI this is typical - appointments are usually booked 6 months in advance). Front desk was professional and made it an easy process. Luckily, we found out our previous hygienist, Amy ❤️ is working there now. Amy was very gentle - as always! Love catching up with her. Dr. Vanderah was very kind, gentle, and made sure I wasn't sensitive to cold air prior to her exam (it was a thoughtful gesture to ask -its the little things). The entire process was quick and painless. I wasn't there for my husband's appointment, but he said the assistant lyana was nice, saw our girl Amy, and Dr. Vanderah. He said Dr. Vanderah complimented our previous dentist's work - I found that to be very kind and professional, (shout out to Dr. Ambrose) and said she seemed like a good dentist over all. I'll try to update once treatment is complete!

Fantastic experience: We started here in July of 2024 and they take care of the whole family! Dr. Parker and Evelin (sorry if I spelled your name incorrectly) are amazing and caring. They make my girls feel safe and secure even when the eldest one doesn’t enjoy the pokes or prodding for certain things. They are patient and are able to work with all age ranges. My kiddos are 10 and 7. It’s nice to be able to get our teeth checked by the same person that remembers us!

Fantastic experience: The dental hygienist was amazing with both my kids. She took the time to explain to them what she was going to be doing next. (They have been to a dentist before but this was their first visit there). The dentist was also really nice and everyone was very welcoming and did an amazing job with my kiddos. Thank you.
