Positive experience: My visit today was pleasant. I arrived early for my appointment and did not have to wait to be seen. The staff as usual were professional. Gabby did a great job with my cleaning and the fluoride treatment. March 20, 2025 7/29/25 My visit today was very good. Got in within 10 mins of my appointment. My hygienist Heidi did a great job.

Fantastic experience: Affinity Dental Group makes going to the dentist a pleasure. Alex is always very friendly and professional. The appointments are on time, and the entire staff is friendly. I'm very happy I started going to the office.

Fantastic experience: Hadn’t been able to go to a dentist in a few years found the Affinity group in my search and wow I’m sure glad I went. Amazing team of people.

Negative experience: Went to get a cleaning just to sit in a finance office for 15 min just to not get a cleaning and just X-rays

Fantastic experience: The hygienist has an excellent delicate touch regarding my regular cleaning. I have been with Affinity for over 20 years since they were at both offices in Oak Commons.

Fantastic experience: I had a cracked tooth fixed by Dr. Brewer. He did an amazing restoration on it. Top notch work! The staff remains one of the most professional and friendliest around! I've been with Affinity Dental for 3 years now and I don't forsee ever going anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: As always Dr. Brewer and his Dental Assistant Chelsy, did an excellent job of preparing my mouth for my temporary crowns while I wait for my next appointment to put in my permanent ones. Having done a crown with them a couple of years ago, that turned out excellent, makes me confident that this too will turn out well. At 72 years of age, I have been very satisfied with Affinity Dental cleaning my teeth and Dr. Brewer examining them every 6 months for many years. Sincerely; Paul Boyd

Negative experience: Went to the dentist as a new patient as my old dentist retired. Waited awhile to be seen and they apologized for the wait, took tons of X-rays. Then the dentist came in and said I had 6 cavities, need wisdom teeth out and those also had cavities and that I might need a root canal. I was shocked because I’ve always had good teeth and only ever had 1 cavity and I am over 40. So after that they took me to meet a young lady to review my treatment plan and then she was like it will be $1500 and you can swipe your card I did not do that I told her I had to go get my other credit card then she tried to get me to sign up for care credit didn’t need that. Fast forward I didn’t believe it as a first time patient and so quick to take my money. I went to not 1 but 2 other dentist to check and yes I had to pay out of pocket since I already had X-rays with them. Conclusion both dentist took X-rays and found NO cavities!! My teeth are good, recommended a night guard. So I won’t be back to this dentist place they tried to play me and how often do people do second opinions from the dentist. Sad way to run a business when dealing with people. I am so glad I listened to my gut and went to other dentist! Be aware, ask questions before shoving out your hard earned money!! Never ever going back here! Stay away!

Negative experience: Would never recommend. Went there for implants and was very specific about What I wanted and expected. Was told by the dentist "no worries I am going to take care of you like I would my mom". Long story short.... After paying $10,000 plus I ended up with dentures that didn't fit, which by the way I said I did not want. Only to be told I had pay and get them adjusted to be permanent. In other words more money. They said Oh but you have a credit you can use. I have yet to see a check. Left defeated depressed and anxious trying to figure out what to do next.

Fantastic experience: Affinity Dental is an awesome place, staff is friendly and caring. The office is clean and welcoming. My Hygienist Alex is the best, takes the time to explain everything. I recommend Affinity Dental to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I really love this place, I did have a great experience, Jason was an amazing dentist hygienes . My only concern is that all the chairs are in an open space, everyone can see you during your procedure, but overall nice place, 100% recommended. I will come back for my follow up appointments

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, friendly, and professional. I was checked in immediately and led to the back to start x-rays . The office was clean, modern, and had a very calming atmosphere. Chris was amazing ! He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable. He was very patient with my severe reflux and answered all my amateur questions. After I got all my X-rays and initial examinations, the Doctor came in to check my teeth. She was very professional and kind I wanted a doctor that was conservative and I got exactly what I wanted. She followed standard care, and Recommended only what I needed to get done. I also got a cleaning done .The hygienist , Jason was the best hygienist I’ve personally ever been to. He was thorough and gentle at the same time . Overall, I’m very satisfied with my visit I give it a 10 out of 10 . I highly recommen

Fantastic experience: Shay My Dental Assistant was so amazing, patient with me and acted so quickly. She was so diligent in making sure I was taken care of by the doctor as soon as possible. They relieved my pain right away, and they were so good about making me feel comfortable and fixing my issue. I am so Thankful and grateful for this office and the staff here. Everyone is so pleasant and really cares about you!!

Fantastic experience: I loved my experience from beginning to end. Receptionist is very bright and welcoming. The doctor and assistant Shay was amazing toured me through the facility and made me feel good to be back at a dental’s office after so many years. Shay made sure to give me all the instructions for the after care of my procedure. Dina was also great to break down the ways to cover for my visit. Overall, this was one of the best experiences at the dentist.

Fantastic experience: Very fine practice. Super happy with my results. Even tho dental procedures are never fun—everything from the ambience to the knowledge and professionalism of the staff makes it a very pleasant experience. Also I must highlight one of the dental assistants, Chris, bro really takes his job serious, takes his time to explain every detail of the steps of the procedure and has a great don of connecting with you. Very genuine guy! All in all 5 out of 5 experience.

Fantastic experience: Dema.jennifer.katia and Dr Alwani were all so wonderful. I came in crying of pain and everyone was so nice and egar to make me feel better. They all treated me with suck love. I had to pay out of pocket which made it painful to think about but Dema definitely found an affordable payment plan for me and I was able to get treatment. I will be returning to this office for all my dental issues. I am 100% better leaving this place then when I came in. They definitely made me SMILE. So Happy. Thanks again Affinity Dental Group. P.s they have really nice candles for sale. Smelled so good. They were so pretty. You should give them a call if u have any dental problems.

Fantastic experience: We had a very good experience with Shay and Dr Alwani, highly experienced doctor and assistant. The pre extraction Shay gave us excellent information on the procedure, which made the visit less strenuous. They were both very friendly and I would definitely go back there again in the future.

Fantastic experience: I want to start off with I was treated very well!! The staff were all concerned about my well being, discomfort levels and how to ease. All the doctors and staff are well trained and polite. Their main priority is the patient and making you feel comfortable. I recommend Affinity Dental group to everyone and anybody that needs dental work or implants. I came in scared and unsure and left with a million dollar smile for the low low price.

Positive experience: Alex was absolutely wonderful! I came in with a lot of problems with my gums and she was very patient with all of my many questions. She educated me on a lot of things that no other dentist office had taken the time to explain to me. She was very gentle during my treatment. She is very polite and thorough and CLEAN and I highly recommend you ask for her! Dr Brewer was very friendly and seems to have a nice bedside manner. With some of the other staff is where I have a few concerns. Professionalism is at question with them. The receptionist pants were very tight. Also some of the girls in scrubs had very tight scrubs. I personally would rather not see all of that. Another person who was bringing patients back had some glittery stickers all over her face and I thought that was not too professional. I also am not sure of the cleanliness of one of the staff. She was throwing all her trash into the sink instead of the garbage can. Also the probe used to take pictures of my teeth had no probe cover and I did not see her clean it first. She then proceeded to touch my teeth with it and put it inside my mouth and did not wipe it down before placing it down on the counter near the computer keyboard. Despite this, everyone was very nice and patient.

Negative experience: They are friendly until you have a problem with them. I had a crown place on a tooth in Feb 2024. Only 7 months later, the tooth the dentist grounded down broke off, requiring me to come in for emergency extraction. They recommended a treatment plan that requires now a 5k bridge. Keep in mind that $800 was payed for the crown recommended 10 months previous. The dentist ended up grinding down the tooth beside the now broken tooth. The tooth had a veneer and they never explained that he would be destroying a perfectly good tooth. After paying them 2 grand down, and realizing after the fact what had happen. They place a temporary bridge, after extracting the broken tooth which has continued to bleed since the procedure. Contacted the service representative, only to be told that I could not stop the treatment plan since they started the process. They will not refund the money that I put down toward the permanent bridge after expressing to them that I did not want to move forward with their office. This whole ordeal had caused me severe stress and pain.

Fantastic experience: Found this place by accident and it was truly a great accident. Wonderful office staff, responds to messages, and the hygienists/Dentists I've had all been nice. Definitely recommending them to family and friends!

Fantastic experience: I went to my first dentist appointment today because I wanted to see if I needed to get my wisdom teeth removed and I literally loved it here!! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The staff treated me with care and respect. Everyone was also so professional and I felt like I was getting the proper treatment for my dental hygiene. I personally loved Amy and I made a nice bond with her from the start. She was so kind and helped me through my appointments by working with my work and school schedule. It was a super successful appointment and experience. I 100% recommend!

Fantastic experience: I have been using this company for a few years now. They have never let me know. I work with dentist Alex now. She is awesome just like the previous ones. If you want a dedicated team to your teeth and gum health, give them a try!

Negative experience: First-time customer: I attended my appointment expecting to get x-rays, photos, and a cleaning. I met Dr. Brewer, who was friendly. However, when the hygienist examined me, she said that I would need to speak to a coordinator about the type of cleaning service I would need and the pricing. They escorted me to a waiting room, where I waited for 10-15 minutes before meeting with a coordinator. I was informed about my options and the payment, and that I would need to come on another day to get the work done. They failed to tell me that this type of appointment requires two different days. The coordinator apologized for the miscommunication, but this was never communicated to me beforehand. I am bothered by their services and have decided not to return. I missed hours of work and feel like I accomplished nothing. To note: they did offer to schedule me for the next day at an earlier time before my work schedule, but I shouldn't have to accommodate for their error.

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience starting from scheduling my appointment and on the day of my appointment I was treated with so much kindness and professionalism. Each and every staff member that took care of me treated me like family. If I can give 100 stars i sure would. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

Fantastic experience: I was originally seen by Ana. She is very personable and engaging. Then I met Amy R. Very very sweet young lady. I also met the the Dentist who told me we can work with your teeth and give you a smile you will love. I had went to another Dentist office before I went with Affinity and the Dentist told me that they could give my smile a make over but it would not look natural. I was dissapointed to say the least. But Affinity was very professional and assured me they could give me a smile I would love. Yesterday I went in to start my procedure and I was attended mostly by the Dentist and his very capable assistant Lorena. There was another young lady involved in the procedure and I'm embarresed that I didn't get her name 'cause she was great and very attentive. They prepped my teeth for the molding so they can order my crowns. They put a temporary veneer on while my crowns come back from the lab which will be in 3 weeks. The veneer looks great and now I can't contain my excitement to see how my smile will look when my crowns come in. I give Affinity in Kissimmee a glowing review from the Receptionist to the staff and Dentist. I felt everybody had a genuine concern to give me the best possible smile they can give me. Never had a more pleasent experience in a Dentist office.

Fantastic experience: Had my first visit with my 2 teenage daughters approximately 3 days ago and the overall experience was a wonderful one. We were greeted and treated with such a high level of care from all of the staff members.Facilities and equipment seemed very clean and properly taken care of. I am so happy that we were able to find a great dental practice where we can continue our dental care.
