Fantastic experience: My son always has a great dental visit. The staff is so helpful and always friendly. We love the new location! We just had a visit and everything was great! We had to have a small procedure and my kiddo was completely at ease, thanks to the wonderful staff! A++… Once again!

Fantastic experience: We are new to the area and had a great experience with this office! My kiddo works himself up so much over x-rays and they went above and beyond to ease his nerves. Autumn was so sweet and patient with him during his cleaning and Taylor was excellent with the sealants and dealing with his nerves. Very impressed, would highly recommend!

Negative experience: I give 0 stars!!! Dr Sanchez was the rudest Dr i have ever met. My daughter has been got the Bossier Pediatric Dentistry her whole life, she is now 15. Dr. Sanchez told her she was too old to be there, and told her not to act like a baby while he filled 2 cavities in her mouth. I will never go back and will discourage as many people as possible not to use them

Fantastic experience: Each time I visit Pediatric Dentistry, we are treated with amazing kindness! My son had two cavities filled and a crown put on the other day and hygienist Jade and dentist Dr. Ponna were so patient and helpful with him. So thankful to have great caring people taking care of my baby!

Fantastic experience: I was SO nervous to take my 17 month old to the dentist. It ended up going great! My baby didn’t cry even once! After we left, my husband was like “Okay, but JQ was awesome” and I was like “I KNOW! You can tell she loves her job and wants to be there!” We were both really grateful we had JQ for our daughter’s first experience. She instantly calmed my nerves as well when I saw the way she interacted with my daughter. They also have TV’s directly above the chairs so kids can watch while they get their teeth cleaned and the lobby area has some pretty cool play equipment. I wish I had a place like this when I was a kid!

Fantastic experience: We love our experience with both the Shreveport & Bossier office. Dr Cloud and his staff were wonderful. My son has had to have his teeth pulled as they wouldn’t come out in their own. He has a lot of anxiety but they helped ease it and made this mama happy they were so understanding and kind to us both! Highly recommend! We’ve always had wonderful experiences with everyone! This was our first time at Bossier office and it’s amazing. Very nice! Both offices are but Bossier is the newest and bigger and has a play area for the kids. We usually go to Shreveport as it’s closer. We went to Bossier since Dr Cloud was there on this day we scheduled. Either way you’re good at either location! Everyone is amazing! Thank you for your kindness and patience you show to the children as well as the parents!

Negative experience: My kids have gone here for years and I just found out today I have a balance over $800 on my account. Each visit I paid what they estimated my costs to be. Apparently my insurance was out of network and no one told me that their estimations of what the insurance would pay was grossly incorrect. It’s sad because my children liked going to this dentist. They were looking forward to their appointment next week but I had to cancel because I cannot afford to pay the balance before then and I also don’t want to end up owing a crazy amount of money for a simple appointment. I just don’t understand why they didn’t just tell me my insurance is out of network and that I would be responsible for whatever portion they did not pay if their fee schedule was different instead of letting me rack up nearly $1k in charges and springing it on me like a horrible surprise. The crazy thing is I supposedly had a balance from February of last year and we had gone to several appointments since then and NO ONE SAID I HAD A BALANCE. Each visit I paid exactly what they said I owed and thought we were square. Meanwhile I was racking up more charges on this secret balance without me knowing. I remember vividly when I updated our insurance after my husband got a new job. I asked if they took the new insurance and they said “yes, we do”. What they should have replied with is: “we can take that insurance but IT IS OUT OF NETWORK AND YOU WILL NEED TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE WHICH CAN BE A LOT”. I don’t understand the lack of transparency. In this economy people are struggling and it is dishonest and absolutely deplorable to do this to families. Be careful going here because you just never know what you might end up owing. They may say they accept your insurance but they won’t say if it’s out of network. They may show you a treatment plan that you will only owe a certain amount but it may be completely inaccurate.

Negative experience: Really bad. I feel sad every time I remember how treated my children in that place, they hurt them and hold them between several people so they don't move, they are supposed to convince them without traumatizing them.

Fantastic experience: They were wonderful with my son. Who is quite traumatized by the fact that since birth he's had to undergo procedures that where terrifying n downright traumatic for him. They were all so so kind, patient, understanding and did everything in their power to help us n show extraordinary kindness n understanding. They help put myself at ease also. His dental surgery was a success n I would and will recommend this place to anyone. Thank u again for everything, I wish I knew how to repay you. I'm so so grateful

My girls had to get a filing and one of them got really upset and scared and he was there calming her nerves and not rushing and took his time with her! His patient care is 100 percent with kids! Negative experience: Hygienist and Dentist didn’t introduce themselves at all. First thing dentist said to my wife was “your child has a healthy set of lungs.” Very judgmental, and disregarding of everything my wife told them. Awful place to take a 2 year old, do not recommend.

Negative experience: This place used to be a nice place but unfortunately the care and lack there of has declined. The dentist and the dentist hygienist used to explain and provide you with options for care. Now the only thing they like to offer is those silver crowns (for certain kids). Obviously they do not notify the parents of ALL the options assuming that they can not afford it. I should not have to go in circles for you to give me information on ALL options for my kid. Not all but quite a few of the staff are ridiculous and should attend more training.

Fantastic experience: I can not say enough great things about the doctors and staff. They are always so friendly, gentle, and caring. I believe they have the patients best interest in mind with reasonable expectations of small children & help devise care plans that work for your family.

Fantastic experience: This place is great! We just moved here in October 2022 and I needed to find a new dentist for my 9 and 10 yo. I had gone to a previous place who tried to charge me an enormous amount for some work my 9 yo needed. I randomly stopped into Pediatric Dentistry if Shreveport to see if it was possible for them to give me a second opinion. They were able to fit us in two days later! So fast! The woman at the front desk was very respectful and caring and listened to what I had to say and let me cry. When we came back two days later, not only was the hygienist nice, but so was the doc! They explained EVERYYYYTHING in a nice and caring way. Not like I was number like the previous place. Also…Pediatric Dentistry understands the military insurance and the cost for the work my 9yo needed(s) was lowered by $800! EIGHT HUNDRED! I cried so many happy tears that day. Then, when my daughter needed her tooth extracte, crown added and a cavity filled, the WHILE TEAM was the nicest bunch ever! They talked my daughter through it and we’re respectful to me and my husband. I wish I could go here as an adult!

Fantastic experience: I can’t express enough how amazing Dr. Cloud was with my girl. My daughter has severe dental anxiety after being treated by a different dentist at a different practice. She needed some minor dental work done and Dr. Cloud was very patient with her and accommodating. With the help of a little oral sedation and nitrous, and him talking to her to help keep her calm, he was able to perform all of the work needed. His chair side manner was exceptional. THANK YOU, Dr. Cloud and staff for being so patient and understanding with my girl.

Fantastic experience: Love our dentist and their staff! Our son had mouth trauma after a scooter accident so my husband called and they got him in the same day. So we show up and hubby called the wrong clinic! Fortunately, they still fit us in and it was a quick xray and evaluation. It was also neat to see the staff helping and educating each other. Loved seeing their team support.

Fantastic experience: My son's been going here for 12-13 years. He's 15 now. He has the best smile now because of all the work done at this amazing office. Dr. Eric LeBlanc, Dr. Micheal Gamble, and all staff have proven to be above my highest expectations. I myself have become close to the Pediatric Dentist and staff that I see them outside of the office. I would and do highly recommend these amazing people to whomever is looking for a talented and dedicated set of professionals. My son's smile is the best investment I've made so far and Pediatric Dentistry helped every bit of the way.

Fantastic experience: We love our dentist!!! Our daughter has been in for several routine cleaning visits but today was her first big dental dental visit with Dr. Cloud! He is amazing and I am so thankful we found him. The visit was painless and she can’t wait to go back for her next check up and cleaning. Fantastic experience: We LOVE the doctors and nurses in the Bossier office! I have two boys, and neither is scared of the dentist because of the care they receive at this office. We can’t brag enough about the medical staff and the fabulous receptionists. Five stars all the way around!

I wanted to add HOW AMAZING THE FRONT DESK STAFF is… It DEFINITELY takes a DEDICATED and SPECIAL type of person to have to endure not only the (sometimes) crazy kids that come in, but also the parents as well. Not only was I helped with the type of care my daughter would receive, but Tamika went above and beyond by trying to help me consider my options when dealing with what my insurance would and wouldn’t pay! Tamika at the front desk, didn’t act bothered that I had SO many questions and she came to check on me and my family multiple times throughout our visit. I couldn’t have asked for better. I am so happy God pointed us in this direction for my children’s dentistry needs. A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! Thanks again ladies! I hope y’all see this and know how amazing y’all truly are.

Fantastic experience: We have always loved this practice and have been patients since 2017. This recent visit our girl had her first cavity and since they had time, we opted to go ahead and do it instead of making another appointment. It was so quick and they were so good with her. The dental hygienist are always so funny and calm when it comes to the kids. 100% recommend.

Fantastic experience: My 2 kids were terrified of the dentist due to prior experiences before we found this dental office, it’s been nothing but smiles since we found them! The staff is amazing with kids and not pushy, at all! This is huge when dealing with my son that has terrible anxiety! So glad we made the change to them!

Fantastic experience: They were patient with my toddler who was at first afraid of having his teeth cleaned. The attendant and dentist were friendly and efficient which put my son at ease. By the end of the visit my son was his happy self with a clean set of teeth.

Fantastic experience: I love taken my kids there they been going for some years now because they will see them all together and it's so clean and nice inside. The staff are all very friendly and respectful and I have kids with Autism and all the staff there know and they do their very best to make them feel comfortable and as a single parent that makes me feel good and my kids so I have also reference other family and friends to start taking they kids and they love it also

Fantastic experience: Today was my youngest son’s first dental appointment. He is about 1 1/2 and they were so kind and gentle. He is usually afraid of strangers but he did so well here. He loved his new toothbrush and the balloon he got when he was done. We will never use anyone else for our kids. They love coming here.

Fantastic experience: This will be the dentist I take my kids to till I leave Shreveport. My 3 year was so excited to go it was her first time. The team moved in harmony with Dr Gambill. We didn’t wait long and my little needed a cap and we had the option to do it while in the office rather than come back at a later date. That works out perfectly saving time as well. Also being able to schedule all three at the same time was great.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Gamble and the office staff are amazing! I called yesterday with a semi dental emergency- three days before Christmas, they saw my daughter and fixed a mistake that our regular dentist was not able to fix until Jan 18 that caused her to not be able to eat. I am so thankful for their kindness that we switched over to their office this day and will never go back! Thank you guys for your awesomeness!!

The girls who cleaned their teeth were so patient and good with the kids! And the doctors were wonderful! It was quick and a good experience!

The staff is very friendly and they make you feel welcomed their. My daughter will be going into the hospital to be put to sleep for her dental procedure and I feel very confident about the work they wi be doing no doubt it will make my baby feel better plus give her a beautiful smile.

Fantastic experience: The staff was so good with my 3 year old. The TVs on the ceiling made it easy to keep him looking up while he got his cleaning done. The dental hygienist was very patient and spoke so kindly to him. Afterwards, he was given a small toy and a balloon. They even made sure to give a balloon to my younger child even though she didn’t get a cleaning. I love how well they take care of their patients.

They do a great job with putting my daughter’s emotional needs first and it makes my mama heart more comfortable with them! If she loves them I love them! We will definitely be back in 6 months!

Fantastic experience: As a newbie to the city, I was a little afraid to bring my tiny ones to a new dental office. I was worried about whether my kids would be comfortable and welcomed. Well, I will say that this dental office was superb at everything involving the care of children but not only my children, every child in the building! Everyone was so helpful, nice, professional, and extremely welcoming! Within that particular visit, 30 minutes to be exact, I actually changed dental offices and moved all four of my children to this office! Don’t take my word for it. Go visit and allow their work ethic to speak for itself!!! I promise you, you won’t be disappointed!
