Fantastic experience: Never thought I would give a 5 star rating for a Wisdom tooth extraction, but Dr. Shawn Davis and his Team earned it, especially Buffy, who comforted me with a big fluffy blanky and great conversation. It was almost a spa like experience. Absolutely zero pain. I highly recommend this office!

Fantastic experience: A BIG” THANK YOU “ to Dr. Davis!!! His demeanor was calming and he took the time to explain everything he was going to do before he did it. He made sure I was feeling No Pain. I was seriously nervous about how I was going to do on the anesthesia, I needed for the lavage due to my TMJ pain. I had Sara assisting and She was amazing!!! They constantly assuring me, I would be okay and I had nothing to worry about, they would take care of me…And they did!!!❤️

Negative experience: Very unprofessional experience and poor pain management. We showed up for the consult which was to be followed by the tooth extractions. The financial lady came in and dropped a $13k+ bill on us and tells us that they can't proceed until it is paid. She told us that we could apply for financing through the care.com and they would have to wait. We ended up paying with credit card and then they had the nerve to charge us the credit card processing fee. Give me a break!!! That's part of the cost of doing business. They were already charging an astronomical amount since we didn't have insurance. It's crazy that they require payment in full prior to doing the procedure. Most doctors will take a deposit and bill for the rest. They get 1 additional star because the procedure appears to have gone well. SCRATCH THAT... I pulled the additional star. They are less than 3 hours removed from the surgery and they are in a lot of pain. We even took the optional $700 per kid additional "sustained release" pain medication. What a scam! Less than 3 hours! Hopefully there will be no more added onto this review due to further negative experiences.

Fantastic experience: The staff is very friendly and professional. The procedure was loud, but I was fully numbed and felt no pain. The numbing lasted more than a day so I did not require any other pain medication. Bleeding was minimal and swelling has been non-existent. I would wholeheartedly recommended Dr. Davis and his office for tooth extraction.

Fantastic experience: I was welcomed into this practice on a very short notice (next morning) due to an urgent need. The registration and screening process transpired without delay. I was then seen within 10 minutes. The clinical team was effective and efficient and had my safety in mind the entire time. Fantastic experience: My experience was good. The staff were kind and thorough. I was given all the details I needed before the procedure. Dr Davis was professional. He took the time to talk with me letting me know my options and making suggestions that would better fit my situation. He was quick with the numbing and the extraction. He talked me through both experiences letting me know what I could expect and what he was doing as he went along. I was grateful to have it done quickly and relatively pain free. (Numbing) just a pinch. Np Lea, my assistant, was great. She took good care of me. Shr helped me with my oxygen, brought me a blanket and made sure I was comfortable. Bring a sweater, the room I went back to was quite cold.

Dr. Davis and his staff were very accommodating and understanding to the situation. We never felt rushed and always felt important even with a very busy office and other patients being treated. The support staff made everything go seamless and made my kids feel at ease. Even Maddi came out of the front office back into her assistant role to do the most amazing IV ever! Fantastic experience: Getting an implant was easy!!! I couldn't help but have some apprehension about the procedure. However, Dr. Shawn Davis and all his staff were very welcoming and assuring. Dr. Davis let me know I would feel a lot of pressure ---True!!! but no pain--- also True!!! It was done quickly with great efficiency and expertise. Another plus are all the beautiful Southern Utah landscapes that decorate the office.

Dr Davis and his staff are so kind and professional! They immediately put you at ease as soon as you enter their office and take you through the procedure explaining each step as they move along. Let’s face it, going in for implant surgery is stressful to anyone, but they really know their stuff and bring you through the process calmly and professionally. I highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: Very professional from everyone involved in my care! All the prep work done by Sara and the other assistants went like clockwork. Dr. Davis is a master at a quick tooth extraction and placement of the implant. I felt pain after the local antithetic wore off, but after icing the area several times and a few pain pills, then Tylenol, it was gone within 12 hours. I highly recommend this practice!

Fantastic experience: I had an extraction and implant on a molar. The Dr. Davis and his staff where top notch and efficient. This was my first visit and they went above and beyond for me!

Positive experience: Edit Next Day: I understand people are human, doesn't excuse miscommunication but it happens and unfortunately it happened to me. I've come back to edit my review for 2 main reasons. 1) They've tried to remedy my situation. While some of it they can't, I've had a complication and they are working diligently to get me in the schedule next day to fix it which I appreciate. 2) The complication is why the long lasting medication is not working as effectively. The side of my face that is fine hurts very little, the other side however is terrible. That being said, for the side that's not got the complication, it's very much worth the long lasting option and if all had gone to plan it would have been very effective. As I said in my previous day of review I hope that others have a better experience... But also if you don't, know that they will try to fix what they can. That's worth something in my book as that's not always the case. Post day of Surgery: Everything seemed great... Then not so much. Dr. Davis got my vein the first time but then they couldn't get blood back out to do the clots that I had paid more for. Allowed three sticks in all and then they just said sorry can't do it. Well that's great so I was warned my healing would be slower because of age and now it's going to be more slow... Awesome. I specifically asked for my teeth. My kids wanted to see them and I've kept all of my baby teeth... My dad's a dentist so it's a thing. Blatantly disregarded my request and got rid of them. Things happen sure, but communication is a necessity and need to be top priority. I understand everyone learns, but sometimes we learn the hard way. Plus I paid extra for the pain meds that are supposed to stay on board for 3 days and yet here I am in pain... Seriously... I feel like they didn't listen to my wants, gave up on my needs that I paid extra for and then sent me on my merry way in pain... Yes they'll refund me, but that's not the point. The extra service was pushed as invaluable especially because of my age when it came to healing and then they couldn't get a stick well enough to draw the blood to do it. I'm a hard stick but every other place I've gone in my life has been able to get the blood they needed. There nice people, but also had a girl that didn't know what she was doing. Literally the doctor scolded them for closing off my IV because it causes potential clots, and another gal mentioned clots too. Here's to hoping those don't cause me issues too. Not happy, and I wanted my teeth! Got a call from them after posting, they're apologetic but doesn't change what's been done. Hopefully others have a better experience.

Fantastic experience: I thought the staff, office and doctor were exceptional. Very well run business. Doctor’s demeanor was knowledgeable and impressive in his skill and experience. Although, I did not enjoy having to wait almost an hour past my appointment time to be seen.
