Negative experience: Was lied to about my child appointment being made. Come time for the appointment he is not even found in the system. Child had been in pain for over a month and was told that was as soon as they could get him in. Was left on hold for over 45 minutes with reception to have no answer. After reviewing phone call audio from original call it was determined I did make the appointment they did not schedule it. Was offered an appointment again over a month away. After speaking to a manager miraculously could get him in the next day but could be sitting all day to be worked in. My child was put on back burner and let us know obviously not a priority. His pain is apparently not as important as their time or paycheck as he is the one suffering and me having to take a whole day again to do this while they are still paid to mess things up.

Fantastic experience: Kelsey, who cleaned my teeth, was patient, thorough but careful not to hurt me. I'm over 60, have sensitive gums, and I already knew I needed 2 new crowns. After Kelsey noticed other problem areas and spoke with Dr. Dixon, he took time to check my teeth and Xrays. He quickly - with obvious expertise and care - identified the cause of the problems and discussed what I need to do to resolve them. I've seen more than a few dentists in my time, had some bad, some good, experiences. Dr. Dixon, his assistants and staff, are among the best (tied at number 1 with a dentist and his assistants in Fayetteville, who took care of my dental needs for more than 12 years when I lived in Fville). I highly recommended Dr. Dixon! He has fixed the dodgy work of a previous dentist (not in Morrilton or Fville).

Fantastic experience: Office very well run, clean, professional and friendly. I had my first root canal today at the ripe old age of 66. I wasn’t expecting to have that today but just went in as I had had sensitive temperature related tooth pain. After the discussion with Dr. Dixon decided to go ahead and get it done. Great consultation about the procedure, cost and recovery period made it a much easier decision. Really made it easy and comfortable and confident in the service and recommendations.

Positive experience: Very short waiting for see dentist but when leaving have to wait until next week for person to go look at insurance provider to see what will cost. Should have everything ready since it was two weeks before my appointment so when I was there I knew the cost and what it covers. It was kinda of waste of time and gas for them to look and not do anything.

Fantastic experience: Had my semiannual cleaning done on the sixth of June. I was totally impressed with my hygienist and the dental professionals at Dixon Dental. No pain and I feel that they really care about me and my dental health as I am a dipper. They took extra time to check my oral orifice for lumps and bumps that could be cancerous. I actually like going to the dentist now.

Fantastic experience: I would absolutely recommend Dixon Family Dental to anyone looking for a dentist, either for themselves and or their family. The pleasant friendly staff is always there to help you. I had actually missed our appointment for my grandson on Wednesday and when I called to reschedule Thursday morning they got me in that day. Without charging me for missing the appointment or being rude because I’d made a mistake. Their office and rooms are always clean and sanitary. They go out of their way to make children comfortable and at ease so that the experience isn’t scary. Everyone from the tech’s to the dentists themselves are great. They are informative and take the time to answer any questions that you might have. Thank you guys for making my grandson’s dental experiences good ones.

Fantastic experience: Hey everybody I want to say something: I am REALLY happy I went to Dixon Dental. My teeth are in bad shape and they didn’t blink an eye, they didn’t judge me, they didn’t make those snippy comments about why they are in the shape they are in- the only comments were to make me feel more comfortable and less embarrassed. They’re truly kind and caring. They’ve always taken great- and I do meant great as in excellent care- of my children’s teeth, and the times I’ve had to have teeth pulled because I couldn’t afford to fix them, well they were gentle and kind then as well. Which is how come I chose them again. Plus they don’t judge and if they do then they keep it to themselves, and that’s a big deal to me. But I honestly feel they’re nonjudgmental and that’s an even bigger plus for me. You know what they DID say? They said “You came, that’s the important thing.” It’s embarrassing to smile with a mouthful of bad teeth let alone open up to whole team of people. They got my teeth taken care of, and I know I’ll have a smile I can be proud of because I’m in good hands with them. But it wasn’t so bad, in fact and I want to say thank you to all at Dixon Dental from the oral surgeon to the hygienists and techs to the receptionists and dentists for that. Thank you so much.

Fantastic experience: I have not had routine dental care as an adult. Julie and Dr. Clark did not make me feel bad about the condition of my teeth. They were so kind and helpful in getting a plan together. This was also my 8yr old's first dentist visit. She was nervous, but they were so good with her! Even gave her extra picks from the treasure chest for being such a good patient! Would definitely recommend them!!!

Fantastic experience: Katie performed a facial on my skin that left it moisturized & glowing. I had extremely dry skin and was sensitive to just the air. When I left, it was plump, moisturized! I absolutely loved the feeling. In addition to the facial, I was experiencing trouble with my skins barrier and asked about products that I could use to help the situation. She offered some advice on how I could change up my already existing skin routine and a new cleanser. I’ve been using the new cleanse & has truly helped. I will be back for facials as often as I can afford!

After Arkansas Children’s hospital changed their policy to no longer serve patients over 18 in the ACH dental clinic, it was a scramble to find a dentist to serve our daughter’s needs. I made lots of calls and even several different tries until we found the right fit , Dixson dental is professional & friendly. Equipment looks up-to-date. We drive over 1.5 hours to get the care our VIP needs.

Fantastic experience: Very polite and fast and accurate… not gonna lie I don’t remember my dentist or the assistants that helped names because for me and probably most peoples worst place to attend but I did tell my dentist that this was the first dentist that I’ve been to in 38 years of living that I didn’t feel the shot to numb my mouth and usually that is the most painful part of my visits, with that being said I will find out who they were and thank them personally. Highly recommend this dentist
