I WAS SCREAMING, WHEN HER ASSISTANT, WHO MUSTVE NOT KNOW ANYTHING, SQUIRTED WATER INTO MY SHREDDED GUMS! I THOUGHT I WAS ON TORTURE TABLE! THEY MADE ME PAY FOR EVERYTHING! EVEN THE BONE THEY PUT IN. MY NEW DENTIST A GOD SEND HAD TO PUT NEW BONE, BECAUSE IT WAS SO DESTROYED! I WAS PUT ON PERCOCET FOR MONTHS! I WENT BACK SAW DR LEUNG! AT LEAST HE SEEMED TO KNOW A LITTLE BETTER! BUT DR LEUNG KNEW MY RIGHT SIDE OF MY JAW WAS DESTROYED! I HAD AN INFECTION! I DONT KNOW HOW THEY COULD CHARGE ME $700 FOR BONE THAT DIDNT WORK‍♀️ PLUS ! EXTRACTION ! THEY SHOULDVE HELPED ME! THEY DIDNT! LEFT IN PAIN! I SHOULDVE SUED THEM, BUT I HAD SUCH PTSD I COULDNT THEY SHOULD AT LEAST REFUND ME FOR WHAT THEY CAUSED

Fantastic experience: They took me in off the street with no appointment..I was in extreme pain and needed an extraction. within 15 mins I was having the procedure done. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would say they were the most friendly..helpful and professional people I have ever encountered. They actually made having a tooth pulled and being in extreme pain upon arrival..a relaxed and pleasant experience! I cannot recommend this office high enough!

This office is filled with experienced and top quality surgeons, who not only make you feel welcomed, but walk with you every step of the way. I just recently had my dental implant surgery and had a concern about stitches falling out too soon, Dr. Fugazy helped put my mind at ease by just calling in. The front desk staff are phenomenal and very accommodating to scheduling needs. Meanwhile I was calling my pick up driver 10:10 until 10:40 . The back in the back I was asked when she was coming There was some kind of meeting going on at the front and that’s where she was for about 55 minutes. This situation did not have to occur. Negative experience: We would give less than one star if possible. Perhaps the dentists here do a good job but my husband just walked out of the office before even being seen by one. The ladies at the front desk were so rude and disparaging to him that he would rather deal with tooth pain and not continue with this practice. He was treated as though they were doing him a favor by seeing him and that is not the business practice we will engage with. First impressions mean a lot and as such they just lost a new patient before he was even seen by a dentist.
