Negative experience: Chaotic. Unprofessional. So many employees running around, but there always seems to be an issue having everything prepared for a visit. Maybe if they’d stop gossiping they might be able to focus on what they’re supposed to be doing.

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit. Impressed with how friendly and knowledgeable the team was. The facility seems well laid out. Like the individual rooms for each patient. Power went out during my visit and it didn’t phase the team. While they do cosmetic and implant dentistry they don’t hard sell it, thats refreshing!

They did extensive imaging and xrays on my teeth. as a first time patient I appreciated as I made the appointment to look at cavities my previous dentist wanted to work on. Magnolia found 1 cavity and handed me my post insurance responsibility amount in advance to have the tooth fixed. Completely happy with the service, honesty, and simplicity.

My waiting time after immediate check-in was short and I was taken to an examining room by a dental hygienist who kept me well informed as she thoroughly cleaned my teeth. Fantastic experience: Doctor Staples and his staff have done wonderfully, restoring function and cosmetics to my teeth. He put in mostly crowns on extremely small remaining foundations, 1 bridge, and only implants where absolutely necessary. My bite and smile are the best they have been in decades! Chewing steak is once again a pleasure!

Negative experience: This was truly a terrible experience. I waited a year before doing the review because I wanted to allow time to process the experience in order to be fair. I did see that they have multiple favorable reviews and quite frankly I’m surprised because our experience was nothing like those reviews. We visited January 2024 for my 87 year-old mother with dementia to be fitted for new dentures. Oh they were more than sweet and so polite on our first visit. We placed the order which they said would be fully covered by her insurer. Once the dentures arrived after over three weeks of waiting, We were told there was a balance due of $800. This was clearly an attempt to collect some extra money. We were brought into a billing office, while the office manager was next-door providing comment directly to the headset. I suggested that any additional charges should’ve been disclosed prior to ordering the dentures. After a few minutes of back-and-forth on the headset and in and out of the office we were told they had good news and that is when they agreed to “wave” the balance due. The dentures did not fit. In their defense, due to her dementia it was a little difficult for her to communicate exactly what the problem was. However, it did not help that Dr. Q was impatient, condescending and rude to her. We have not been back and we will not be return. In spite of everything, I wish them the best of luck.

I believe I should not have to pay money every few years for the same procedure. I know someone that had something similar and it has not fallen out and it has been 50 years

The team members are always very friendly and helpful with any questions. Very accommodating. Even when cleanings may be a bit tough for some reason they are patient, communicative and calming.
