Positive experience: As usual all workers were great. Only slight frustration was related to finances. Since I hit my yearly cap I had to pay out of pocket so I looked at the bill more closely than usual. As part of the standard cleaning, the hygienist noticed a cavity on an upper tooth so she wanted the doctor to confirm. He came in and was personable and professional, but it took him less than a minute to confirm that I had to schedule an appt to come back to have it worked on. While I respect what it took to reach his level of being a dentist/doctor, charging an extra $ 110 to simply look at a tooth and confirm that I needed to come back in less than a minute seems a bit extreme and taking advantage of insurance. When we don’t have any coverage left, it really hurts people. My other suggestion is to reconsider the 3 % credit card fee. That seems more appropriate for a local pizza shop and not a medical establishment that brings in millions of dollars. Just my opinion as once again that is a fee that hurts your customers. I’d suggest you can absorb the credit card fee without too much hardship. Thanks for listening. Keep being great.

Fantastic experience: I’ve always disliked going to the dentist, but Harvest completely changed that. Dr. Lehr is so kind and by far the best dentist I’ve ever had. I saw her for Invisalign and am super happy with the results—she’s extremely knowledgeable about orthodontia. Abby is a fantastic hygienist—gentle, thorough, and somehow makes cleanings feel relaxing. The team is trustworthy and never push unnecessary treatments, so I feel confident in their recommendations. My 8-year-old daughter also transitioned here from a pediatric office and loves it. Highly recommend for families.

Surprised that Dr. Was one who did the cleaning, then shared an on screen 3d image I've never seen before. I was up close n personal with my teeth! Very easy to follow as she explained n showed me what was what. Unfortunately their names escape me, as I'm still a big baby when it comes to a dentist. But everyone i came in contact with was friendly n professional n asked if I had any questions. Very patient with me. So thankful I found them. You can't go wrong here.

Now I'm back and they are just as impressive as the first time I was here. Staff is so friendly, gentle and caring. Since I'm a bit squeamish at the thought of dentistry, I'm very glad for this office and these people. They make me comfortable. My first encounter with Harvest Dental was extremely pleasant and I don't like going to the dentist! Everybody was so kind and the doctor and tech were both so gentle. They cared about my comfort as they tried to examine a bad tooth! That goes a long way with me! I'll be back again for extraction and then routine care. Thanks everyone! You put me right at ease!

The entire experience could be better perhaps, but I don't know what that would be. You go to a dental office to have professional aid to assist you with your dental care and Harvest Dental is just the place to go.

Fantastic experience: This is a large, clean, well-staffed dental facility. Staff are very helpful and pleasant. This was my first visit to this dentist. UPDATE: I have visited this dentist 4 times now, and I am very impressed with the way they treat emergencies in addition to routine care. The dentists explain everything and do really good work; the hygienists are thorough and caring; and the front office staff are friendly and efficient. UPDATE 9/2024: My appreciation for this dentist continues. They are patient with all my questions and thorough with their analysis. I am grateful they are here. UPDATE 10/31/2024: I have never enjoyed such a beautiful smile and such healthy teeth. Dr. Lehr and her staff are meticulously picky and caring. I am deeply grateful to all of them. They work together seamlessly for the perfect outcome.

Fantastic experience: One week until my sons wedding, everything is going wrong prior to it. One of the things is that I chipped my front tooth. I looked like a hillbilly lol. I am (was) not a patient here but when I called frantic, they were so very kind and they said they could get me in the next morning at 8am. They saved my sons wedding pictures. :) Every other place I called couldn't get me in. I am so thankful they helped me. My boss recommended this place to me. She was right. I just wish they took my insurance. Thank you Harvest Dental for saving the day.

Harvest Dental is the best! 12/19/24: I had a fantastic experience at Harvest Dental! They did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth and placing a crown on one of them. The staff were incredibly courteous and friendly, making the whole process very comfortable. Scheduling my appointments was also a breeze – they were efficient and worked around my busy schedule. To top it all off, Harvest Dental's in-house dental plan helped me save money on my treatments. Overall, I highly recommend Harvest Dental for anyone looking for a top-notch dental experience with friendly staff, convenient scheduling, and cost-saving options.

Negative experience: Berated by the hygienist numerous times throughout my visit. Told me I need a crown about 5 times if I want my tooth fixed. After saying I just want a filling she pressed the issue numerous times. I’m an intelligent person. I understand a crown is better, but No means No. Let it go. Told me my teeth are stained bc I drink coffee. I’ve worked in health care for 15+ years and never treated a patient the way I was treated. Keep your comments to yourself and do your job. Dentist came in and was rude. Seemed offended I didn’t want to drop $500 on a crown. Almost seemed like someone’s making commission. Wasn’t going to post, however, received a couple texts to leave a review. Here it is. Never had a bad experience with Dr. Worzel or anyone else. He’s amazing and is the reason I won’t leave the practice, however Dr. Krause was rude and had zero personality. Called after my visit so I don’t have to deal with either of those people again.

Have been going there since 2015 and have never had to wait even a minute past my scheduled appointment time. That’s amazing because they never rush through your procedure. Fantastic experience: Harvest Dental went above and beyond my expectations today. I experienced a broken tooth on New Year’s Eve. I called Harvest first thing this (Thursday) morning. They gave me an appointment for this morning and fixed my tooth immediately. Dr. Lehr and her assistant, Manny, calmly and efficiently accomplished the task which helped to calm my anxiety of dental work. I am so grateful to have a great dentist!

Fantastic experience: I was very pleased with my experience at Harvest Dental. My elderly mother has dementia and resides in garden spot memory care. On the Monday before Christmas I received a call from them that she was in a lot of pain from a tooth and needed to see a dentist right away. I immediately called her dentist but the office was closed for the week and they did not quickly respond to my message on the emergency line. I started calling multiple dentists in the area especially ones that said they had 24/7 emergency care. None would give us an appointment. Finally we called Harvest Dental. They were also very busy but said they would squeeze her in. All the staff from the personnel at the desk, hygienists, and doctor were kind and welcoming, which was such a relief in a very stressful day. They discovered the problem and corrected it. I will now be making them my mom's new dentist. Thank You Harvest Dental!

Fantastic experience: Harvest was able to help get me scheduled in a pinch after accidentally chipping my tooth to help make the surface of the tooth more tolerable. Dr. Julie Lehr offered such great guidance into some alignment changes we can make with Invisalign that will help to reduce why my tooth probably chipped in the first place. She is incredibly well trained and knowledgeable with Invisalign. My dental assistant was also great! Looking forward to continuing care here. I would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: After an old filling fell out Saturday night I quickly googled dentist near me and harvest came up after reading reviews I decided to make an emergency appointment to see what they could do for me I got in right away. Any questions I had were answered they made me feel very comfortable they understood my anxiety with previous dental experience and were very timely I was in and out within an hour. I will definitely be back for future dental work with them.

I could fall asleep but the pulling of my cheeks says otherwise! at one of my previous visits Haley filled my fillings by herself. I’ve never seen anyone with that great of hand eye coordination while suctioning and curing…..at the same time. A little super woman. Love it here.

Fantastic experience: I would give Harvest Dental ten stars if they were up there. Over the years I have not taken very good care of my teeth. Any Dentist office in the past I would visit it would seem after the cleaning. I would get scolded by the Hygienist or the Dentist and after a while a person gets tired of the scolding and has them staying away from dental offices. What I saw walking in first I noticed how clean the office area was. The receptionist was very cheerful (I think her name was Michela) My appointment for cleaning was on time I noticed that on my way back for my appointment that all the areas were "Hospital Standard" clean. I was first ask questions by Jazmine and then Abby my Hygienist (the older Abby as she says), was very pleasant, humorous. Next Dr. Worzel comes in for the examination and after looking at the xrays, my teeth (what's left of them), and my partial plates and discusses with me a treatment plan, very Professionally. After the examination I sat down with Brittani the office manager and she went over the insurance and discussed my referral to the oral Surgeon and the next steps I need to take. Harvest dental has State of the art equipment. Everyone treats you like family. So the bottom line is if you have been staying away from Dentist offices because of they way you were being treated negatively come to this office. There main concern is no matter your condition they want to come up with a treatment plan that is right for you. I was given options what to do. I couldn't ask for anything better. As I stated they treat you like family. May 21st I wrote the above back in April. The recommendation back then was that I go for oral Surgery and have full dentures instead of trying to keep fixing my existing teeth. I had my follow-up with Dr.Worzel and He looked at my gums and my dentures the bottom plate wasn't fitting correctly. He made some adjustments and it worked better. Dr Worzel also went over a plan of adjustments that would make the dentures work better in the long run. He also has me scheduled in two weeks to see my progress. My last dentist in Camp Hill kept working on my existing teeth and when I got my partial plates they never scheduled any follow up appointments or give me any advice. I am very happy how the surgery (Berks) went and Dr Worzels advice. To anyone reading this Take care of your teeth you do not want dentures again I would give this place 10 Stars if I could
