Negative experience: I’m not trying to put a bad name on them but with my teeth they are good but everytime I get a filling over here they always hurt unbearably and I ended up getting a root canal because of it idk if I just have sensitive teeth or not but it’s not acceptable other than that there nice and welcoming if u have more sensitive teeth I would go somewhere else but if you need a cleaning I would go here , anything else like fillings I wouldn’t unless you don’t have crazy sensitive teeth

Fantastic experience: I came in because I had a broken wire on my wire align brace. It was fixed perfectly in less than 1/2 hour. Since I am a retired senior citizen without dental insurance, I would like to recommend you have an in house dental plan for preventative dental care for seniors. Your current plan when I checked last was not comparable in price to other local dentists.

Fantastic experience: 5/29/25 Continued excellent care. Teeth cleaned today by one of their expert dental hygienists. They let me delay bitewing X-rays until next cleaning, no problem. Prefer minimal X-rays. 11/21/23 Have continued to have good care at this practice, at their Harleysville location. Had teeth cleaned recently, and it didn’t hurt. She used the special water-stream type tool at the gumline (after verifying it was ok with me), which prevented pain from scraping. I have used this practice for 9 years, and have been consistently satisfied. Highly recommend. Also referred a friend who needed extensive dental work to Dr Reinhart here, who did an excellent job, and took away her extreme fear of the dentist. She had about 20 visits! 1/30/23 Broke another veneer off another front tooth about a week ago. The veneer was beyond repair. Dr Weaver saw me the next day, and did all the necessary work to replace the veneer with a sturdier crown. He used an excellent lab, and the new crown matches my other teeth very well. The fit of the crown is perfect. Dr. Weaver did an excellent job, and in record time. I am very happy with his work. ——————// Older post: Experience today with hygienist Diana at the Harleysville office was excellent, as it has been previous 3 times. Dentist who checked my teeth was fine- can’t remember his name. Dr Ziegler? He has only been practicing 4 years though. The practice uses assistants to put a filling in a tooth, after dentist drills the hole. Dentist checks work after filled. Made me nervous not to have a dentist do the whole job, but worked out OK. The assistant did accidentally drop a heavy piece of handheld equipment into my mouth, which was scary, but no harm was done thank goodness. They glued back on a front tooth veneer twice. (My fault it came off both times.) First time was by one of the dentists, who pressed way too hard on the veneer- thought he was going to rip the tooth out of the socket- had to stop him. Second time it was glued on by Dr Tracy Reinhardt who does their veneer work, and she was gentler, letting the veneer settle onto the tooth naturally, which she said is better. She also put some sort of protective liquid over the veneer, which made it a slightly different color than the adjacent veneers, but that is not obvious except when in bright light. Overall, I think the practice is pretty good, although there often seem to be little things done wrong, as described above.

Fantastic experience: I have been dealing with perio for 40 years. Had a wonderful dentist who helped me maintain the problem. But he unfortunately passed away pre-covid and I couldn't find an office taking new patients I was comfortable with. After being shamed by other dentists I was ready to give up. Was referred to this office by Michele and I absolutely love it here. From the amazing front desk staff to hygienists and dentists, what a professional and compassionate atmosphere. So far, hygienists Jill and Coutney and Jaycee were amazing, patient, and kind. I am so grateful. Thank you all. Just had my fifth visit and I'm completely amazed at the quality of service. Life changing for me, thank you!.......... Just had my seventh visit for fillings repaired and Melissa and my dentist were amazing...patient comfort was their priority and they explained everything they did each step of the way. Didn't even feel the injections, he was that good. Professional, caring office, I would recommend them to everyone!

It has taken me YEARS to find an honest dental office, where I didn't feel like I was receiving bad dental work, poor advice, or being sold to for procedures that are absorbently expensive/not necessary. Fantastic experience: Several years ago, I relocated (actually, returned) back to this area. I needed a dentist and had chosen a local dentist. That turned out to be an extremely unsatisfying experience. Each time I was shopping in the Souderton area, I would notice Weaver, Reckner&Reinhart office; Dr. Tracy Reinhart’s name stood out even more. After several months without having a dentist, I scheduled appointment and I haven’t had one regretful experience. Dr. Tracy utilized her dental expertise to repair the dental mess the former dentist created.For more than a decade , Dr. Tracey has been and remains My Dental Rembrandt.
