Fantastic experience: Great place to get your teeth taken cared of whether it’s braces or Invisalign. I ended up with Invisalign. Ricardo was amazing , he handled all my paper work, melissa the assistant was amazing and super gentle, Dr Andrew was super nice. Also dealt with DrJake and he was super cool. Front desk was impeccable. . Great experience and friendly staff.

Positive experience: Great place. They helped me out when I lost my retainer and my old ortho closed down, they’re helping shift everything back and I’ve gotten so many compliments on my teeth. Reason why I have a four star is the communication can kinda be bad amongst themselves, one day I get told by one doctor my next appointment I’ll be getting my attachments off, then I’m told im not, I get told I have four payments including my retainer extension left, then told I gotta pay the last three payments once my attachments are off, so definitely communicate on what you want and paying for. Other than that great place

When we initially started his treatment in 2019, we were informed that it would last for approximately 18 months. Regrettably, we have now exceeded 36 months without any clear communication or updates regarding the extension of his treatment duration. Three months ago, I inquired about the expected end date of my son's treatment during an appointment. The coordinator mentioned that the doctors needed to review and update the situation, and that I would receive further information in the next appointment. However, for the past two months, the response has been the same - that the update will be provided in the following month. This repetitive cycle of being kept in the dark without any tangible results has become quite frustrating for us. I kindly request that the person in charge of the facility takes note of this situation and ensures that better communication and clearer updates are provided to patients and their families. It is important for us to have a reliable timeline for my son's treatment and to be informed of any changes or delays that may occur. Once again, I want to emphasize that we have had a positive experience with your facility overall, and we appreciate the exceptional care provided by Dr. Jake, Fabiana, and the entire staff. However, resolving this communication issue regarding the treatment plan is crucial for our peace of mind and trust in your service. Fantastic experience: Melissa was super sweet I was worried about coming in with a broken bracket but she was very nice about it. She explained the point system and gave me a shirt since even though I have been going here for a year no one has explained that to me. Anytime I felt bad about something breaking a bracket, my teeth not being that clean this visit she made me feel like it was alright. I didn’t feel embarrassed when I was brushing my teeth and the brush station unlike last time. She was one of the nicest people I have had work on my teeth! If you are reading this Melissa thank you I love you!
