Fantastic experience: I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE STAFF AND DR. KUTAS. My hygienist, Ellen, ROCKS!!!! I love the other hygienists just as much. Jennifer is freaking awesome as well. Dr. Kutas, who I affectionately think of as the "gentle giant" , takes EXTRA SPECIAL CARE to numb me and make my procedures pain free. He never rushes and takes wonderful care of his pts. I have been going there for years, although I had an extremely long hiatus. Shame on me. I'm talking years here. I was so surprised that Jen and Ellen remembered me. As I said, they are the best. They do NOT double book.There is NEVER a wait for your appointment. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: My Hygienist, Ellen, and I have a great relationship. I’ve been going here for years (at least 15/20). Ellen is fast and professional. She helps me keep my teeth healthy! Oh and ALWAYS on time which I appreciate because I usually schedule around work.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I have used Dr. Kutas for several years. He explains what he will be doing, which puts our minds at ease. His nurses are very good in this area also. If we have an urgent need we call his office and they always find a way to work us in or they call when there is a cancellation so we can get in to see him. Fantastic experience: I trust Dr Kutas to care for my teeth. He works with great conscientiousness and consider patient long term benefits. for example, if he can save a tooth by root canal, he will not recommend to extract tooth. A couple of nearby teeth of mine are sensitive after a filling to fix a deep cavity, he is candid to me and asked me to observe the situation. As long as it keeps improving, there is nothing to worry about. He did not charge me for this visit. I appreciate him. He is not aggressive to charge patients, not like many other dentists. He is a rare good doctor. I respect him.

Fantastic experience: Another good experience getting my teeth cleaned today. The procedure was done quickly and care taken to be extra gentle when I told them my teeth /gums had been sensitive to heat and cold lately. I was given instructions on how to use a sensitive brand of toothpaste at night to treat them. They were courteous and concerned as always.

Fantastic experience: I had an emergency and so did another lady that came in after me. His staff were very nice and helpful in the process of “fitting “ the both of us in. Dr. Kutas was really nice and professional. Even though he had an office full of people he was still able to fit myself and the other lady in within about 20 minutes. Typically (in my past anyway) if a doctor is busy they will tell you to make an appointment or go to the ER, or you have to wait an hour or more, but If you have an emergency and are willing to wait a short time he will see you and send you on with a smile. Oh and I got a little chilly while in the chair and one of his staff brought me this really soft lap blanket that actually helped calm me because I am a big baby when it comes to needles. Dr Kutas and his staff are always nice and professional.

Fantastic experience: Very nice place, friendly staff, love my hygienist Ginger, and my New dentist Dr Kutas's Niece!!!! She is awesome sauce. I had lost my crown, and needed to fillings, and a piece of bone removed. She had all of that done in 1hour 15 minutes. Super sweet, explained everything she was doing, and kept me completely calm, cool and collected. I love this office. Everyone is so sweet and friendly.❤️❤️❤️

Fantastic experience: Best dentist I've been to yet. I was able to forward my X-rays from another dental office with no problems. I was in there and out within 20min and awaiting to hear from my insurance plan to get my required dental service before hand was approved for the service needed. Great staff. I can't wait until my next appointment and I wasn't the one to be in a hurry to see any dentist.

Fantastic experience: I take my 87 year old mom to Dr. Kutas. She's in assisted living, using a walker, and the office has a ramp at the entry which helps immensely. Her hygienist is so good with her, as is the doctor. We drive from Somerville, so that speaks volumes about how much she likes and trusts this office.

Negative experience: I know everyone experiences different but I’ve gotten 2 back tooth pulled and I never experienced this much pain that lasted this long before. I thought Timothy was gone pull my tooth but Sarah did. It took her an hour and she still didn’t get all of the tooth out. You have to have strong hands to pull a persons tooth and that she didn’t have. She was very nice but I would rather had Timothy pull my tooth. Even a week later I still can’t eat food because my mouth and gums are so sore and the teeth around the extraction hurts so bad. It’s almost like my nerves are damaged. I can’t relax the inside of my mouth and allow my teeth to touch because my mouth will hurt. The medicine they prescribed me for pain doesn’t work AT ALL. It’s so frustrating because now I’m lightheaded blood pressure low because I’m not eating and hungry all the time and soup not filling me up. However, very nice people and great environment.

Fantastic experience: This was the absolute BEST dental experience I have ever had in my 71 years of life. After calling numerous offices listed by my insurance company, due to a SECOND dental emergency since Dec. 2024 (when I had to resort to an URGENT CARE CLINIC to get antibiotics to treat an accessed tooth because no dentist was available due to the holidays), after explaining my situation to the receptionist over the phone, they offered me the FIRST appointment the next morning for emergency care. From the first moment I arrived, ever single person I interacted with was incredibly warm, understanding, non-judgemental, kind, supportive, and helpful. They gave me choices about every step of the process, we're very competent and acted supremely professionally. Dr. Kutas worked quickly, took my medical and dental history into consideration, and despite needing to inject additional novacaine three times during the procedure (because of some unique features of my facial and oral anatomy), finished the work faster than ANY dentist I have ever been to! I have found my new "dentist for life" and plan to have additional work done there that I have been putting off for decades. I could not be HAPPIER and have already referred the Uber driver who took me home to this practice for his wife's needs. I could not give a higher recommendation! You will never regret switching to Kutas Dentistry for your dental care.

Fantastic experience: My first appointment, I was very impressed with the facility and staff. I recieved a very through cleaning and a good bill of health. I’ll see them again in 6 months. I do recommend their services. Also as a recent retiree, their self insured plan was very appealing to me as opposed to purchasing a private plan from big insurance companies for the same services.
