Fantastic experience: Doctor Josh is always very kind and my son loves going to the dentist especially because they do that coin thing,

Negative experience: Avoid this place , put you in a schedule then will reschedule you 5 time in a week, they say on a phone come in , when you show up they say your paperwork does not get in , it takes 24 hours .

Negative experience: If you're looking for a dental experience that's as painless as pulling teeth—without actually pulling any—avoid this office like the plaque. I was explicitly told via a phone call by an unprofessional receptionist who stated i needed to complete registration paperwork no more than an hour before my appointment, which I dutifully did. Upon arrival, the receptionists canceled it outright, claiming ignorance about who provided the "incorrect" info. Stellar communication, folks; clearly, their left hand doesn't know what the right one's flossing. Two stars and that's being generous.

Fantastic experience: We loved here nice and clean and lil to no wait time I think we waited 30 mins if not less but they are really good they will let go in with ur babies

Fantastic experience: This was a perfect first time experience for our family. The staff was very kind, helpful, and friendly. The experience is a dream for kids and the doctor explained things very well. The appointment was quick, there was a nice play area for the children while they waited, and I loved that the gave tokens for the children to get prizes after their visit. It was simply perfect.

Fantastic experience: If you are struggling to find a dental office for your children or wondering where to bring your children, look no further. I can't say enough good things about this office. My children are on Medicaid and we have struggled to find a good pediatric dentist and encountered so many bad offices in the area and had terrible experiences before finally finding this amazing pediatric dentist office! I actually get so emotional talking about it because it was such a stressful situation before. I assumed waiting hours for your appointment was normal, I assumed it was normal not to be able to go back with your children during their appointments and let me tell you, it's not normal! At pediatric dentistry of Brandon they put your family 1st! I was able to have both my children seen, their teeth cleaned and my daughter have two caps put on her teeth in under an hour and on our way back to school! They let me be with my children during their procedures and cleanings which means the world to my children. At other offices, I would never even get the courtesy of seeing the dentist. Here, I am there to see what the dentist does and they speak to me the whole time. He is such a kind and wonderful dentist and I am so thankful that my children finally have quality dental services and that I no longer get anxiety when taking my children to the dentist and better yet, neither do my children. Now they are happy and excited to go to the dentist and if you knew what we had been thru, you would know I never thought it would be possible for this to happen. Thank you so much Pediatric Dentistry of Brandon for making our family a priority and for being so amazing and treating all patients with respect and care!

Fantastic experience: We are new to this dentist office, my children recently attended their first appointment here. Needless to say my children like most hate going to the dentist. With them being 12 & 11 it has always been a struggle when it comes to their dentist appointments. This was the first time my children enjoyed the experience. I was shocked to say the least. They loved that they could pick their own flavor of fluoride and the fun toy machine after! The staff has been very pleasant thus far. Overall I am very pleased and for once I am not dreading the next 6 month appointment haha thanks so much!!

Fantastic experience: Thankfully they were able to see my daughter early when we first started given she already had a few teeth. Not all dentist work with younger children of her age at that time unless they have a certain amount of teeth. We have been to this office twice now and am satisfied with the service and atmosphere of the clinic. My daughter is usually uneasy in doctor’s offices but she does ok with the physicians here. Thank you for your continued awesome work and everyone is super nice . Would recommend this place to everyone.

Fantastic experience: First time experience for us! I was very nervous since my son is autistic but the nurses were so patient and kind and explained everything they were doing. The office team up front were very sweet and got the new patient process down! I filled everything out before I got to the appointment and provided insurance over the phone so checking in was a breeze! They have the cutest prize system. Both my children were comfortable being there and were sad to be leaving!

Positive experience: We arrived on time but waited over 30 minutes, this is better than the previous visit when we had to wait nearly 2 hours. Once we were seen though, service to my daughter was good. I just wish the office would be better at sticking to the appointed time. My daughter was happy in the end though.

Our hygienist were Maria and Jen. Thanks ladies, my babygirl had a hard time and they were just awesome:) Doctor was great at explaining treatments needs, Do&Dont’s. Front desk ladies, awesome. Positive experience: My daughter had a positive experience at this dental office. The hygienist who completed her treatment was very kind and professional, which we really appreciated. However, I'm giving three stars instead of five because of the atmosphere in the back office. There was a lot of chatter, with staff standing around laughing and having side conversations as if they were on break. The lack of a calm, focused environment can add unnecessary stress for patients during an already stressful visit. A more professional tone in the background would really improve the overall experience. Experience with the front office was A plus. Very professional and organized.

Fantastic experience: It was my 4year olds first time at with this dental office. Everyone was kind, patient, and kid friendly. The doctor spoke with us without rush. She provided tips and tricks that can help break finger sucking and other things.

Fantastic experience: Have had an absolutely amazing experience everytime I've been in their office. Husband also goes to them and has never had a bad experience. Got all four wisdom teeth out and it took no time at all! Staff is super friendly and informative. Been going to them for a year now and will be continuing for the near future!

Negative experience: The visit itself was okay, but all the stuff leading up to the appointment and after the appointment was horrible. Trying to schedule an appointment was difficult because most of the time you get their voicemail. Then they set my sons follow up appointment to fill his cavity 2 months out and then when the appointment is approaching they tried to reschedule it which was an inconvenience for me. The day of the appointment we get there and the staff was out to lunch, however they left the doors unlocked and computers were also unlocked. I’m sure this violates HIPPA rules. 2 weeks later the filling for my son’s cavity fell out and now we need to get it corrected again.

Positive experience: The staff is very nice, which is why we keep coming back. Unfortunately though, my 1.5 year old had to wait in a very narrow, crowded, and hot lobby for 55 minutes after our scheduled appointment time. We love the side room full of activities for the kids, the con is that they were very dirty… The exam rooms are cluttered and a tight space as well. Again, staff is great, but a tough experience with mobile kiddos and impossible with strollers.

Fantastic experience: I drive over an hr for my three children to be seen at Pediatric Dentistry of Brandon. Staff is beyond caring, gentle, and thorough from the moment you walk into the office! I love that they allow me back with my children and take time to go over all procedures and answer any questions that I have. The dentist can be scary sometimes for children, but Pediatric Dentistry of Brandon has made our dentist visit fun and enjoyable!!!

My daughters last office wouldn't allow this and refused service because she was terrified and wanted me to be with her during her cleaning. Here I can hold her hand the whole process. Every single staff member her is amazing at what they do!

Fantastic experience: Had a great first time experience. The girls at the front desk were so pleasant and helpful. I had switched over from a different dentist because they did not allow parents in the room with their children but this Dentistry did and that made me feel so comfortable. During my visit they gave all 3 of my children goodie bags to help keep up with their dental hygiene along with coins that the kids got to get little toys from the toy machine with. That made them so happy. The dental assistance were so nice and so was the Dentist. The walked me through the whole process and with 3 children we were out fast and sufficient. Will definitely be going back.

Fantastic experience: We were referred to Dr. Josh Samuels for a very specific reason and were so impressed! He was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, clearly explaining everything. The staff was also wonderful - friendly, caring, and they went the extra mile. Even though it's not the closest dentist to us, we will absolutely be back for the excellent care! Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Today my son had a composite buildup after he broke his 2 front teeth playing football, the laughing gas process and the procedure itself took less than 1hr after the check up to ensure there was no infection. Everyone involved in the process made my son feel comfortable and relaxed. He was very pleased with the outcome and so was I. He smiled big as ever because it looked like his teeth never were broken.

Fantastic experience: Very cool experience for my son, he is 3 years old and i was concerned before going because i had looked up other dentist offices and they had comments where they didnt let the parent be in the room with the child. But that wasnt the case here, i was with my son the entire time, i held him in my lap to make the process faster and more efective for him and the doctor, and at the end they give the kids a coin to get a free toy!

Fantastic experience: Pediatric dentistry moved to a new office in Brandon. The office appears smaller and so is the parking lot. There was not a lot of parking available and we had to go out and park in the back of a building. The staff was great and got us in and out in a reasonable time. Everyone was polite and my kids enjoyed their visit. They especially loved getting tokens to get toys from the machines. That was a perk for them. I would recommend this office but just make sure to be on time for your appointment.

Fantastic experience: Today was my daughter's first time visiting the dentist. She recently turned 6 and is on the autism spectrum. I think I was more nervous than she was. The office staff was incredible! They were so patient and my daughter got through her first visit with minimal tears and no trauma. It was an excellent visit. I highly recommend Ped. Dentistry of Brandon for your child especially if your child has special needs.

Positive experience: Routine visit for my toddler went well and they have fun prizes for the kids and a play area in the waiting room. But when I call and leave messages for new appointments they have not been returning my calls. Try to get a person on the phone.

Fantastic experience: I have been bringing my child here since her first teeth. Such a comfortable environment and the staff is friendly and helpful and keeps my child interacting if ever having to wait a few extra minutes for the doctor to count teeth. I appreciate how the hygienist explained the tools to my child and let touch the tools to reduce any frights. Thank you for taking care of us!

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this pediatric dentist. All of the staff was extremely informative and generous with my two toddlers. Today my children had their first dentist visit. My oldest being 3 years old and my second being almost year and a half. We were in and out of the office with all of our questions and concerns at ease. Our 1.5 yr old cracked his front two teeth last Friday and they worked us in for the following Monday when they opened. They were considerate of both of my children’s needs. Thank you

Negative experience: Our experience was awful from the start. I should have backed out when I first had doubts but I didnt. And now I can not get through to get my sons medical records transfered to another dentist. No returned calls, texts, or answered phones. This whole practice is a nightmare.

Fantastic experience: I like that it was Female staffed (GirlPower ) at time of our appointment. I loved that they were patient with my youngest daughter because it was her first dentist appointment. I also liked that instead of given a lollipop, they gave tokens for gum ball machines which dispensed little toys. Office was clean and well organized.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Sheva Burton & Jenn were absolutely amazing this morning. My daughter typically cries and is scarred of the dentist but they made her experience so calm and smooth. Jenn held her hand the whole time & they both walked her through every step to ease her anxiousness. Only dentist I recommended!!

Positive experience: We have been going to this dentist ever for over 6 years. I just wished they stopped moving offices EVERY other year. This new place has a small parking lot and terrible traffic flow. People are great but seem like new locations just get worse over time.

Fantastic experience: It was my second time to this location and this will be the only one I will ever take my kids even if it is an hr away! They were so kind to my autistic child, even when she was having a meltdown out of fear they didn’t make the situation worse by making me feel like my kid is a problem like other places. They allowed me to hold my child during her xray and didn’t give up on doing them because of her meltdown (this was at her first visit) her second visit she did the X-rays with no meltdowns which was amazing. The nurses were so friendly!!! The dentist is also so amazing with my daughter, like I was so amazed, I feel like that is a hard quality to find these days! I just want to say thank you for finally giving this mom a bearable dental visit!

Fantastic experience: This dentist office was not only very clean it had a place for the kiddos to hang out while they wait to see the dentist. Everyone was very sweet and very kind. At the end they gave my kiddos coins to get toys out of their vending machines which I thought was very cool. They are also very fast when it comes to taking care of the kiddos probably the fastest have ever been in and out of a dentist office in all my life,which as a mom of 4 they means a lot. I have nothing but good things to say about them. And most importantly my kiddos absolutely loved them and are asking me when they can go back.

Negative experience: Absolutely terrible!!! This place has no care for their patients at all. This morning my 9 y.o. had a combined appt for both a diagnosis and actual treatment his pain stop in his 2 teeth. Not only were the staff 35 minutes behind, but they told me that I didn't have an appt for treatment and that my son wouldn't be treated today only seen. But then the dentist walked out and at the end there were 3 techs in the room all yelling at me, stating how they didn't care about their staff scheduling the incorrect appt time frame needed to repair the fillings that had broken off. And yelling at me that I was being dismissed from their practice, because of their inability to be on time and to schedule the needed time frame to provide dental care to their patients. The another dentist came into the room to talk to me about how an emergent appt, which is what his scheduling team put my son into their schedule for, was not an appt where they would actually complete treatment only to diagnosis and then schedule for a later time to treat. No apologies were ever given to my son and I for their lack of proper scheduling and their lack to actually provide the care my son needed. Do NOT take your kids here.... they do not care about their patients needs.

Fantastic experience: I had an excellent experience. The staff were incredible friendly and welcoming the moment I walked in the door especially Christina. I was having a hard time with my insurance and she helped me understand and explained everything, it made me feel very comfortable. The office was also very clean and well organized. I highly recommend this office for anyone looking for quality dental care.
