Fantastic experience: It was my first visit. I went for an initial cleaning with Dr. Vincent's dental practice. My dental insurance changed when I began a new job, and the dentist (and hygienist) who I went to for many years were "out-of-network". So, I needed to find a new dentist. Fantastic experience: Upon arriving I realized my new insurance did not cover dental. Not wanting to simply turn around and just leave I decided to stay being that I was having a problem. Dr Vincent evaluated me for my TMJ, Took her time and answered any questions that I had. When I went to check out I found out that she didn't charge me for the visit!! That was so kind and unexpected. All of the staff was very professional and friendly from check in, the woman explaining my insurance coverage and especially the woman at checkout out. I've always had a great experience every time I go. I usually see Dr Spadola and I'm always pleased. I would highly recommend Dr. Vincent and Spadola to anyone. AMAZING!

In the meantime I fell and landed on my face so I needed to be seen sooner, called and got in the same day. Fantastic experience: After relocating back to CT and looking for the Best Providers, including a Dentist, I heard of Spadola & Vincent. I made 2 New Patient appts. They even have evening and Saturday appointments! Had my first visit today. I was very anxious since my last appt was a while ago. Sarah my Hygienist made me feel so relaxed. Explained everything step, by step. Saw Dr Dee who was honest and didn't push any unnecessary work. Office is super clean and plenty of parking. I can't wait for my next 6 month appointment!

Dr. Surujnarain was proactive in her approach, asking questions and answering ALL of my questions :)(And I had many for her :-) about my teeth as this was was my first visit with a different practice in my lifetime in 37 years! Fantastic experience: I liked the hygienist - first time from all of my dentist visits - I had no pain, no bleeding from tooth cleaning. I also went in second time in the same week to see Dr. Vincent. She is a true professional. She explains everything, she makes you feel comfortable and explains every step of the way. I had a cavity that had to be fixed. I didn't feel pain at all, because I received just enough anesthetics. Not only the time in the dental office was a pleasant experience, but they also showed me the picture of the tooth that hurt, which was helpful to understand what is really going on in my mouth. The office is very clean. The office is celebrating a year of their anniversary - moving to a new location. I was a client of this office for over 25 years - all my family members were their patients and I never left this office because the providers are really good.

Fantastic experience: I Love this dentist, hygienist and staff! I live over an hour away and will gladly travel that distance and more to make sure I get top notch care from this office. My most recent visit was actually for my kids (ages 10 and 3). The level of patience both hygienists and Dr. Vincent displayed was out of this world! I have friends that believe that all kids are required to go to a pediatric dentist, but that is not the case. As long as your kid is somewhat well behaved, fairly calm (scared and nervous is ok) you should be able to bring them here. I worked as a dental assistant for ten years and have a basic understanding of the clinical aspect of procedures. Unfortunately everyone thinks that their dentist is the best dentist, because their dentist may be nice or might quickly alleviate their issues, however sometimes that dentist may use outdated methods or even unethical methods in order to make a buck. I can tell you that this office genuinely cares about your dental health, your own self image, as well as your wallet AND they do fantastic work! I told DR Vincent that I had a friend who was terrified of the dentist, and hasn't been in over 15 years because she immigrated from a country with sub par dentistry. Dr Vincent offered to take my friend out to lunch to ease her nerves prior to even discussing any dental issues. Each person that I have referred to DR Vincent has remained her patient, despite some of them living very far from the office. I personally see Dr. Vincent when I go to the office, however Dr. Spadola is wonderful as well. He has seen me as a patient for check ups and he is great.... Despite the fact that he doesn't sing during procedures like Dr. Vincent. ‍ This new office (est. 2023?) is even more beautiful than the last. You can tell there was a lot of effort put into each and every color choice, material choice as well as the physical layout of the entire building. The fact that the doctors/staff put so much effort into the office aesthetics, shows that they care about your physical as well as emotional comfort. As long as Dr Vincent is here, she will be my family's dentist.. (That kind of sounded like a threat.... ) Maybe I'll change that to : As long as Dr Vincent is here AND willing to treat us, she will be my family's dentist!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Vincent is amazing! She is so kind and gentle with her patients in making sure they are not in any pain during any procedure. . I can attest to that yesterday. I needed an extraction of a molar/wisdom tooth and didn’t feel a thing. I got home, I did as she asked, I took 600 mg of Advil, and five hours later took 500 mg of Tylenol, went to sleep and never felt any pain. No pain today. No pain last night! I highly recommend Dr. Vincent!!
