Fantastic experience: I recently had my wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Guerra. Let me start by saying that I was terrified and had been putting it off for months. Removing wisdom teeth in my 50's was not in my plans. I finally mustered up the courage to get it done and I have to say that reading the prior reviews made me feel a bit more at ease, so I hope this helps anyone that is as terrified as I was. The whole procedure was very fast, I was in and out in a flash. Most importantly other than feeling groggy for a few hours I experienced no pain. There is some discomfort but I can't say I was in any pain. Dr. Guerra is absolutely a gem and he is the real deal and a top notch Oral Surgeon. He is so re-assuring and experienced and that is priceless. Following the instructions is crucial for healing but I have to say it wasn't nearly as bad as I had played it out in my head. The staff is also very professional, very kind and helpful, any time I had a question or concern they never rushed me and always answered my questions.

Fantastic experience: A week ago today, Dr. Guerra did an extraction and bone graft. I have had a great experience considering I was not looking forward to it on the least. Fantastic experience: I came in with a severe toothache! I am absolutely terrified of the dentist. As soon as I came in the staff was very nice and welcoming. The office is very nice and well kept. The doctor was great and put me at ease with everything and most of all helped me with my pain. I came in for 2 extractions. One moment I was in the dental chair about to get started with the procedure, the next thing I know everything is done and I was already being driven home. Fantastic experience: I was told by another surgeon that I couldn’t get a wisdom tooth removed because it was too close to the nerve. But Dr. Guerra suggested a coronectomy, which would allow him to remove part of the tooth without disturbing the nerve. I was terrified going in, but he spent a lot of time and attention with me, going through the process and making sure I was ok from start to finish. The process went smooth with no complications. I couldn’t be happier that I went with Tersa, and I can’t recommend enough that you do too.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Andrés Guerra and staff were great. As a cancer patient I have a lot of health issues to be concerned about when having any procedures. The doctor took the time to contact my cancer team and ensure he had a complete understanding of my previous treatments. Dr. Andrés Guerra created a plan that would allow for "test" procedure to make sure healing of my previously radiated jaw would heal. The test worked and I will be scheduling my next procedure in a couple weeks. I would refer anyone who needs oral surgery to this office without hesitation.
