Fantastic experience: Today was Aspens first time seeing a Dentist and I was worried that she would be scared. From the minute she was called back the assistant was calm and told Aspen everything she was going to do. She showed Aspen the equipment she was using and explained how it worked and let Aspen be included as much as possible. Not once did she ever try to talk as if I was the one that mattered. I know that other children have to be seen and taken care of and the providers only have a limited amount of time but I never felt rushed in or out and most of all Aspen was Calm and Relaxed and that was only because of The Amazing Staff. I asked around if anyone knew of a dentist they would recommend and one of my friends spoke Highly of Kannapolis Pediatric Denistry and I'm so glad she did, and I'm so happy I listened to her. I would recommend them to anyone who's looking for a great dentist with a spectacular team of people working with them who knows how to make a child and their family member feel calm and relaxed when they come. On a scale of one to five I would give them a ten. *****July 21st 2025****( Aspen has been a patient of Kannapolis Pediatric Dentistry since 2023 and Dr.B and her staff are Wonderful. When she has an appointment with them she loves it. When a 7 yr.old can't wait to go to the dentist says all. She loves Dr. B and her staff and so do I

Fantastic experience: Amazing Experience – Super Friendly and Professional! I had such a great experience at this pediatric dental office in Kannapolis, even as an 18-year-old patient! The entire team was welcoming and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. I especially want to shout out Dynasty, the dental assistant—she was incredible! Super sweet, down-to-earth, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. She explained everything clearly and was really gentle during the cleaning. You can tell she genuinely cares about her patients. The dentist was also great—very professional and informative. They answered all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the visit.

Fantastic experience: June 2025 update I continue to be so impressed by this office. They've made improvements to their building and it looks great! I didn't think our experience could be any better than last time and was proven wrong. Not only were they so kind and engaging with each of my kids individually, we were had almost no wait time and were seen right away by the dentist. In and out so fast! Dec 2024 Great service! They're very kind and patient with the kids. Truly the best dentist I've experienced and we've been a lot of places. I do think the office could use a cleaning on the walls/floors

Fantastic experience: I have been bringing my children here for the past 9 years and i fall more in love with them each an everytime. Truly the best with my babies and Dr. B is the best always makes sure you have no unanswered questions, and very patient with the little ones. Recommend them 100xs over! Updated 6/25/2025 Son had a great visit today!! They have done a total update of the place! It looks so nice!! They have also added some new faces around an they are just as great! We seen Dr O today! He is new to the game but was such a great! We were literally in an out. Apt was at 9 I'm back home now at 942!

Fantastic experience: Went for the first time, very friendly staff. They listened and were patient with my kids. Clean office

Negative experience: We had gone here for years, initially it wasn’t so bad but over time the staff has gotten rude, the hygienists argue with your decisions, and their appointments are never on time. Our appointment was at 1:30, and we were 5 minutes early. nobody was in the waiting room, hardly any cars in the parking lot, yet we waited well over 30 minutes before I decided to get a new dentist and leave. We also have schedules and things that had to be done right after our appointment here and they were putting us behind and late for another appointment. When asked the receptionist had no explanation. Kids weren’t happy, relatives that had taken them for me in the past weren’t happy, and I was no longer happy with the services here. I think this office bit off more than they could chew as far as taking on patients.

Fantastic experience: Kannapolis Pediatrics Dentist, Dr. Gordon is absolutely wonderful, she is so gentle and kind to my son. Speaks so soft to him. Her assistant is wonderful too.They informed me of everything they were doing. Even let me sit and hold my son's hands while they worked. Do I recommend them, absolutely.

Fantastic experience: Dr.O was incredible and did such a great job on my daughter's teeth. This was the first time he worked on her teeth and we were both highly satisfied with his work. Great staff and can't say thank you enough to Dr. O!

Negative experience: They had a tooth extraction and a filling scheduled together for our son. We go in on the scheduled date. They had us waiting for over an hour and a half, most of that was in a room that had just been cleaned with some strong chemical and my son and I were coughing fighting to breathe. So I said something and the lady told me to wait and it would air out. They did the tooth extraction and the dentist said that would have to heal before the filling… fine… the DENTIST told us to wait a week and come back for the filling. Why schedule both at the same time originally then. The receptionist followed directions… scheduled for exactly a week later. Go back, my husband and son wait almost an hour again. They give my son more nitrous gas before anything and the dentist comes in and says it was too soon for the filling because the pulled tooth wasn’t going to be healed and she blamed the receptionist. No you said a week AND you give my son gas before even checking him? They’ll be lucky if they don’t hear from my attorney (which my husband is btw).

Fantastic experience: Top tier. I was blown away by the genuine kindness of staff. Especially the dentist and her assistant we had with our toddler today. I highly recommend this practice. Through and through the practice is so cleaned, fresh, sanitary. The dentist was so knowledgeable, she actually checked and addressed a concern I had, dentist and assistant took their time, asked and answered question. Thank you so much!❤️

Fantastic experience: My daughter has been coming to Dr Bhavana Jayaram since she was 2 years old, and she is now 11. My son had his first dentist appt today and he did so good. Dr Bhavana and her assistant made my son feel so comfortable. Dentist team are so patient and everyone who walks into there office and makes all of us parents feel comfortable that our kids are going to be well taken care of!!

Negative experience: I wouldn’t recommend anyone to go there! My grandson is 3 Yrs old and had three cavaties filled by Dr. B , she is nice and I like her. On the other hand they never have you on the schedule when you go in after scheduling. Happened three times, then he had to have one of his cavaties refilled and we were put with another dr whom couldn’t find his crays they had taken three days prior they just disappeared, then they wanted to give him laughing gas which we never had to use before , she didn’t know which tooth we were there for and couldn’t find any notes on which one was supposed to be done first. I then asked to see the first dentist Dr b whom filled them the first time and they scheduled us with her instead. Then we went for that appointment and waited two hours then when we asked what was taking so long they said we should probably reschedule because a patient in the back was being hard and they didn’t know how much longer! Then we rescheduled and when we went they had no recollection of having him on the schedule so I said I don’t feel like I trust yall with his care! Very unprofessional in my opinion we will not be going back!

Negative experience: Not happy, we have been seeing them for 7 years, maybe 8. Everyone in that office was new and rude. My son couldn't even get a return appt until 6 months later and after the next 6 month cleaning we had scheduled. Why bother getting a treatment plan for them to not have any appointments until the next cleaning. This happened to us last fall as well, that's called poor continuity of care so we will not be going back and follow up are canceled! This is in regards to the management and lack of proper communications and more concern for patient numbers than children's well-being.

Fantastic experience: From the front desk to the dentist herself, every person was so kind and patient with my child. They were understanding and informative, but not pushy - which I appreciate so much. We are moving, but am considering the (what will be over an hour) drive here after such an awesome experience.

Negative experience: The inconvenience I experienced today was disgusting. No one took in consideration that my appointment was scheduled months in advance. However, the day of my appointment, my 16yr old was not able to be seen at the time we had scheduled. I was advised by the doctor that I should try finding a new physician because their facility was only for kids. however, my child is only 16. He is a kid. I do not recommend this dentist to anyone with multiple children!!!

Negative experience: First visit was fine the second visit seemed very rushed. I don't like that they tell you one thing and then do another the place seems very sneaky the doctor didn't seem friendly not asking do you have any questions before she leaves out she just walked out very weird they whisper not trying to thoroughly explain anything unless u ask they could be doing anything to your child's mouth to make more money not a good feeling at all won't be going back! Front desk people were friendly.

Fantastic experience: My 3 year old son loves “getting his teeth clean”. Dr B and her staff are patient, kind, attentive, and knowledgeable. Our appointments are always smooth from start to finish. Very clean, updated office.

Fantastic experience: Kannapolis pediatric dentistry was a total wow experience for me my son was very nervous about going to the dentist this morning didn't really want to even go but he had to and when we got there we were greeted with happy smiling faces the waiting room was very clean and had little games for the kids to play while we waited we were back within a few minutes the dental assistant was excellent the dentist was excellent front desk people also high five I give kannapolis pediatric dentistry at 10 out of 10 and recommend it to anyone out there who wants to bring their children to a really good dentist.

Fantastic experience: This was a really cool experience! I love how this office truly caters to children and families! Everyone was extremely polite and helpful from my initial call into the office to make my daughter’s appointment, to how well we were treated! Dr. V was very nice and welcoming and provided some reassurance per my daughter’s needs to have further treatment . They even made room for her to return later today to begin her treatment right away! This was really 5 star and I appreciate it! Thank you for your kindness and time to assure my little one gets the care she deserves! Made me happy! *update, It’s close to 2 years later and our visits have still been stellar! Fantastic experience: Staff very nice and super helpful!!! Great care given to my son at his first time at the dentist appointment. At his 3rd appointment today, Dr. B gave great care and sat with me while I had several questions to see how to provide my son with the best care possible. She was kind and generous and gracious in answering my concerns. Lauren did great with my son today and he was very comfortable with her. Overall the staff is dedicated and very kind with their patients!

Fantastic experience: My grandkids were so stressed at the Dentist they were going to in Salisbury. We always had to fight them to get the work they needed done. We also had to constantly call regarding work needed for the 8 year old and she desperately needed work done. After a year of struggling to get the Dentist office to get her the care she needed. We switched here and the first visit we saw a huge difference in how the girls acted, in fact despite having teeth pulled they love the dentist. So happy for that and the dentist office being on the ball in getting the 8 yr old in ASAP for vital work needed. I highly recommend this office for all kids but especially for those highly sensitive kids. Thank you

Fantastic experience: First thing I noticed was the beautifully remodeled front desk and waiting area! It looks so modern and clean! The front desk staff is always ready to help and so friendly. My daughter's hygienist Mirabelle was excellent and the doc was very informative! We have been going here for a few years since switching when we moved and will continue to do so. Would recommend to friends and family.

Fantastic experience: We Always love Kannapolis Pediatric Dentistry! Today my Son had an incident on the playground and needed his teeth/mouth checked. The staff went above and beyond to take the worry out the situation! We were scheduled immediately, insurance updated and all forms delivered directly to my phone. It was amazing! The Hygienist was so upbeat and kind , making sure my son was always comfortable, entertained and informed on everything they were doing! Lastly Dr B! She really cares for your child as if they were her own. She is always so kind and gentle with her approach and really breaks things down to a parent level so I always feel confident with any procedures or situations. Amazing Dentist and office!

Fantastic experience: Every single person that works here has been very kind and empathetic towards my son's and their needs. The office has obviously been renovated by how nice and inviting everything looks. My youngest faints a lot, and is autistic-everyone we came in contact with was very understanding and catered to any special needs. I will contIne to take my son's to this office until they are too old to be a pediatric patient!

Negative experience: I’ve been coming to this dentist for about 4 maybe 5 years and I’ve never had a problem with them , but today my appt was at 11am and it’s now 12pm! She said it would be about a 15 minute wait and it turned into an hour . As I am waiting the dentist staff are just out in the lobby staring at it. This is unacceptable and I will not be back .

Fantastic experience: The staff is great! Very friendly and very good at interacting with the kids. My daughter immediately felt comfortable and at ease with everyone. The facilities are clean and decorated to really help ease the kids anxiousness. Today was Ali's first appointment, they took X-rays and did a cleaning, we were in and out in an hour. The front desk team took care of all the paperwork ahead of time and we're very helpful in getting the records transferred as well as getting things lined up with the insurance. She has no hesitation about coming back. Overall, couldn't ask for a better experience :) PS they even have a game room for the kids to play in while waiting!

Fantastic experience: My children have been patients since 2008. When we moved to Salisbury in 2015, we switched to Salisbury Pediatric Denistry which was good until it was not. The switch back was painless. All the children were grandfathered in and they were quickly able to catch on all their dental needs and keep the ball rolling. Best of all, the staff is awesome ☺️

Fantastic experience: Dr. B is an amazing dentist. You can tell she loves her job and cares so much for her patients. My twins love and actually look forward to their dentist appointments. The Game room is a definite plus. We have never had to wait more than 5 mins in the waiting room and they get right to you once in the room. My kids have been going here since they were little so the staff knows them and is so kind. Perfect place for kids who are scared of the dentist.

Positive experience: Been taking my girl here for about 3 years so far. Better than the Salisbury Peds Dentistry that I used to attended. She enjoys going to see Dr. B & all the nurses are so sweet & lovely! Never had a bad experience & pretty quick on time. We’ve showed up early a few times & have gotten seen and finished before the originally app time.
