If you hate the dentist and your teeth are really bad they will not judge u they will help you!

Greeted by Lisa and given a tour of this impressive facility. 7 or 8 dentists on staff, 12 hygienist and many techs and support. 50 in total I am told. Everything is state of the art and designed for comfort and ultimate efficiency. Jon was my hygienist and provided every detail I could possibly need. Dr Avery was my dentist and provided precise info on my oral status and future care plan. Jennifer helped me check out and booked my next visit. Very happy patient here.

Fantastic experience: Another expert, compassionate, SAFE appointment at Westgate! Due to back surgery, lying in the chair can be quite uncomfortable. Cayleigh worked with placing a pillow until I could get comfortable. A big thank you to the entire staff!

Fantastic experience: I had to get a tooth extracted and needed to find a new dentist anyway. Westgate came recommended by friends and was on my insurance. They were able to get me in quickly. I met Dr Avers, who did the initial assessment of my issue and recommended the tooth be removed. Dr Brady, the oral surgeon, was great. He knows how to deal with people who have dental anxiety. I felt no pain, and the twilight sedation was perfect for the procedure. Four days after the procedure, following his protocol for pain control has worked great. I am feeling great and will recommend this practice and continue to go to them in the future.

Fantastic experience: I had to make an emergency appointment and was able to be seen the same day to set up a procedure. From the moment I walked in, I felt very welcomed in by everyone! I had all of my wisdom teeth removed at once and Dr. Brady calmed my fears and walked me throughout the entire procedure. This was my first time being sedated in general and I felt completely safe with Dr. Brady and his wonderful team! Highly recommend visiting this office for any dental care! Fantastic experience: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I showed up to my appointment ready to panic and possibly fake a reason to leave early—“kind of like how leave parties right after I eat.” (Inside joke LOL) But then I met Janna. She was so warm hearted, funny, and down-to-earth that I actually stayed… willingly! She made me feel completely at ease, explained everything clearly, and treated me like a human, not just another mouth to poke at. If all dental visits felt like hanging out with Janna, I’d stop making up excuses. Thank you, Janna, for making the whole experience way more comfortable for me. Also shoutout to Doctor Christian he was super amazing as well. I think our kids are still related somehow in another universe LOL

Fantastic experience: Dr. Brady and Dr. Christian are both very informative and walked me through every step of our long process. They answered questions I didn't know I had before I could ask, and were very gently with my anxieties about my procedure. Can't lie, I was terrified, but between the consultations and the patients everyone gave me, this terrible time turned into a pleasant experience (as pleasant as a 4 hr mouth surgery can be).

Negative experience: I have had only an exam/estimate, with the Westgate Dental. The place looks nice and well organized, the staff is highly skilled, professional, and polite, the equipment is up-to-date and impressive; but something has gone amiss. I came with an urgent dental problem, a loose bridge that actually came out during the exam. Once the staff and I had discussed the options and the costs, no one asked me how I would manage with that loose bridge (now in my purse); and with the difficulties the situation entailed. With all the high professionalism and fancy equipment, I still left with the sense of not having encountered a human being compassionate enough to care.

From start to finish, my experience was thoughtful, professional, and — most importantly — painless. His assistant took my X-rays and was kind and reassuring throughout the process. Then Dr. Christian carefully reviewed them with me, explaining everything clearly and discussing his treatment recommendations in a way that made me feel confident and informed. What truly stands out is how much he cares about his patients’ comfort. He takes the time to communicate, to listen, and to ensure that every visit is as stress-free as possible. I first began seeing him at his Illinois South Suburban practice, and I now drive from Northwest Indiana just to continue under his care. That should tell you everything about the level of trust I have in him. The entire staff at his current office is professional, warm, and welcoming. If you’re looking for a dentist who prioritizes both your health and your peace of mind, I highly recommend Dr. Scott Christian.

Fantastic experience: Went back to get a second and final crown installed. Dr. Rosenblatt was very thorough and meticulous, as he was in all my previous visits. I am moving and hope to find a dental practice as good as Westgate, which may be hard to do.

Fantastic experience: I came to Westgate Dental Care as a new patient and had bridgework, a filling, and a tooth extraction completed by Dr. Tufo and Dr. Brady. Both doctors and their staff were very competent, explained exactly what work was needed, and followed up to check on me upon completing their work. Given the extent of dental work involved, it was surprisingly pain-free. I would highly recommend them, especially if you have more complex dental work required or (like me) are pain adverse.

Fantastic experience: As a new patient at Westgate, I went in for two extractions this morning—and to say I was nervous is an understatement. It had been years since my last extraction, and my anxiety was definitely high. I’m sure the team could tell from all my “first-timer” questions, and I made sure to let Dr. Jamieson Brady know just how nervous I was. But, from the moment I walked in… I felt supported. There truly aren’t enough amazing things I could say about the team here. Every single staff member was exceptional! Dr. Brady along with Dental Assistant Darrien Vazquez went above and beyond to put me at ease. They introduced themselves, walked me through every single step of the process, and answered every question with patience and clarity. Their professionalism and knowledge immediately stood out. I had Nitrous Gas during the procedure, so I was awake and aware the whole time—and not once did I feel like I wasn’t in capable hands. Dr. Brady constantly checked in with me to make sure I was doing okay, and I felt genuinely heard and cared for the entire time. I told them this privately, but I want to say it publicly too: this was a 10/10 experience. No one looks forward to having teeth pulled, but if I ever had to do it again, I’d choose this team a thousand times over. In fact, I was so impressed that I already had a referral for them within 30 minutes of walking out. Thank you all so much! I’m sure you don’t hear it enough. From start to finish, I was truly impressed! I’ve surely found my Dental Home!

Frankly, it was the best experience I’ve had at Westgate, My previous visits were with team members who were certainly professional and consultative, but today’s experience was transcendent. Whatever Janna is getting paid, it’s not enough! And hopefully I didn’t butcher the spelling on her name.

Fantastic experience: I broke a tooth last Friday and had an appt early on Monday. Westgate was recommended by my roommate who really dislikes dentists. As promised by her, everyone was friendly and very helpful during the appointment. I don't like going to dentists, so I was delighted with the staff and their consideration for the patient. Procedures were explained before and during so that I knew what to expect. I don't have great insurance, and they have good plans to choose so you can get done what needs to be done. I would highly recommend Westgate Dental.

Fantastic experience: Great experience, everyone was nice and helpful. I just went in for a consultation but my son was able to get his tooth pulled that same day. I really appreaciate the free consultation and the easy installment plan. It made paying for it out of pocket so much easier.

Negative experience: Avoid, look elsewhere.The offer of massage chairs and headphones will only get you so far. As an autistic individual who struggles with anxiety I avoided going to the dentist since the pandemic, until I lost an old filling. I went to Westgate Dental in the hopes of getting a temporary filling and maybe start seeing a dentist regularly again. Everything seemed fine and good when I arrived but I immediately felt overwhelmed as Dr. Rosenblatt told me that I needed two crowns and most of my fillings replaced as he didn't like the material that was used and didn't believe that a temporary filling was worth the time and would just see me the following week when we would start the preparation process for the "needed" crowns before I could really ask questions I was popped into the "schedulers" office which should have been a red flag, as I was strong armed into accepting a financing plan for procedures I had only just been told I needed, but I relented and accepted the nearly $10,000 financing offer which was then reduced down to about $3,500 after insurance stepped in. I thought everything was going to be fine until Dr. Rosenblatt starting working on prepping the crown site and replacing the fillings he determined were "bad". During all of his procedures Dr. Rosenblatt uses a bite block to keep the patient's jaw open and ensures that it will not slip out by pressing it firmly into place, putting uneven force on the jaw, which is painful. Even with the jaw forced open Dr. Rosenblatt seemingly doesn't have the room or dexterity to manipulate his tools without bumping into other teeth potentially causing damage that would need to be fixed sooner rather than later. When I got the first crown in. It felt like a rough lump, which shocked me since Westgate Dental had created "digital impressions" which should have been more than sufficient in creating the zirconia crowns. During one of the many follow up visits, as they fixed fillings and the damage I'm convinced Dr Rosenblatt caused, I had them polish the crown more which helped distinguish some of the features. Although now I'm pretty certain there is a fissure in the bite surface of this crown because of how thin Dr. Rosenblatt made the crown as he reworked it chairside. After losing another filling and felt that two teeth had been chipped by Dr. Rosenblatt I moved my care to Dr. Tufo as my wife hadn't had any of the issues I had had, Dr. Tufo was better than Dr. Rosenblatt but I also didn't feel that my concerns were going to be taken seriously. I was so glad to be told by my insurance carrier that they would no longer be working with Westgate Dental as I thought that would give me a better reason for requesting my digital impressions so I could have the "impressions" evaluated by a third party and see just how much damage has been done by the dentists of Westgate. I currently have four teeth that have issues. Two of them being the crowns, which both feel like they don't belong in my mouth still, and my original teeth weren't even referenced when creating the crowns that sit in their place. Then I have another tooth that is next to one of these crowns that feels sharp/chipped to me and has temperature sensitivity which to me, indicates that there is something physically wrong with this tooth now and no one at Westgate believes me. The last tooth is a molar that I feel was damaged by Dr. Rosenblatt while he attempted to replace a filling on it causing an entire lobe of the molar to flake off which after he "repaired" I can no longer confidently bite with as it feels like the tooth is going to split everytime something as hard a goldfish cracker finds its way to that tooth. I truly do not understand how my experience differs so greatly from the majority of "reviews" left on most platforms, but the level of incompetence I experienced at Westgate Dental seems bizarre for me to be one of the supposed handful of negative reviews to have had this experience. I'm looking forward to the owner's wife reaching out.

Fantastic experience: The friendliest staff I’ve ever met! One thing that stands out about this office is their accommodations for people who have anxiety about going to the dentist. This is a place I would strongly recommend to anyone who hasn’t been to the dentist in a long time, or to someone who has fears about going to the dentist.

Fantastic experience: My First visit with Dr. Christian and Nurses was very impressive and seemed genuine and even enough to make me a regular customer for duration. Very helpful and explained every step as they went through each step. Even the billing department. So I'll be returning for follow up work.

Negative experience: I feel compelled to post my experience because I chose this practice in large part due to the reviews. But my experience was not good. I told the hygienest that she was hurting me and that I did not like the tool she was using to clean my teeth (like a super power washer). But she assured me that the fault was mine because my gums had receded, and she insisted on proceeding with the tool. About a minute later, she hit a nerve that sent a jolt of sudden pain through my body, and I involuntarily flinched. At that point, she berated me because I might hurt HER if I flinch from sudden pain. I told her that if she was unable to clean my teeth without causing that kind of pain, then I needed to leave. At that point, she told me that she could switch to gentler hand tools, but she kept berating me for putting HER in danger. When she switched to the hand tools, I no longer felt the pain, but I had lost all trust in her, so I had a death grip on the chair. Throughout the remainder of the cleaning, she continually complained that I had waited too long to have a cleaning (our prior dentist had assured us once a year was appropriate, and it had only been a year, so I was right on time). She never once expressed concern for me or apologized for having caused me pain after I told her she was hurting me. She said only she was sorry that I "felt that way." By the end of the cleaning, I was shaking so hard that I had to sit in the parking lot for 20 minutes to calm down enough to drive.

Negative experience: WARNING - you are in physical danger if you go to this office. I went here for the first time to have a filling fixed. Instead I ended up with 3 crowns, a root canal, and a serious injury to my lingual nerve caused by Dr. Tufo's inejctions, which was just confirmed by an oral surgeon. Now they say it may take 6 to 9 months to regain full functionality of my tongue, and theres a chance I might never recover. Not only that but the practice has denied doing anything wrong. when I got a 2nd opinion I was assured I was fine and that dr. tufo couldnt have made a mistake. Well, the oral surgeon says he did. They even tried to make me pay for getting that 2nd opinion when they are the ones who injured me in the first place. This place is predatory and literally puts you in physical danger. DO NOT TRUST THEM OR THE REVIEWS. I've been told my legal options are limited but I intend on pursuing this as much as I can.

Fantastic experience: Today's visit was for a cleaning and a check-up. Spent most of the time with Iris who has excellent knowledge and a caring personality. I left with a good feeling about the experience and have requested Iris for future visits

Fantastic experience: I was looking for a new family dentist for my children and I since mine retired and a did not like the new team that took over. Westgate was like a breath of fresh air. The whole staff was so kind and warm to my kids from the front desk to the techs to the dentist. They made them comfortable from the minute we walked in the door. Their service is excellent, detailed, they explained everything as they were working. They were not pushy with sales and very matter of fact. Everything in the building was state of the art new and up to date. We had a great experience and would recommend to any family looking for great dental experience.

Fantastic experience: Best Oral surgeon, dentists and associates are at Westgate Dental on Euclid. I had some potentially yuck work done there. To a person they are kind. Non-judgmental efficient incredibly meticulous. I wish they had been around all my life. Dr. Brady is a delight. If you are squeamish about going to the dentist this the place to go!!!

Fantastic experience: Westgate Dental Care does a wonderful job with Special Needs adults who need to use Sedation as part of their dental experience. This is due to Dr. Brady who handles sedation at Westgate. Highly recommend Westgate Dental if your loved one needs Sedation to get great dental care.

Fantastic experience: I have been coming to Westgate for about a year and have nothing but amazing experiences. Dr. Dev is absolutely phenomenal, she is so personable, sweet and as someone who gets nervous for dental visits, she always does everything she can to ease my anxiety and make sure I am taken care of. The hygienist and assistant staff are also so great, they are extremely accommodating and ready to provide whatever you need to have a smooth visit. Suela who works at Administration is so sweet and has helped me many visits and I look forward to seeing her every time. Westgate it absolutely the best and I definitely recommend to go here for dental care.

Fantastic experience: I have pain, and I know i need extraction tooth. Find in Google that clinic, making as soon as possible appointment. First in my life , doing extraction female Dr. ELTAYEF. SHE is doing amazing job for me for extraction, I don't feeling how she removed tooth. Even when she is putting stitches. I was so scared usually extraction tooth. What i am not liked in this office one thing: they don't accept xray tooth from previous doctor, needed retake in their office for extra$$$ by their policy rules. What is cost me $120 xray extra. The doctor amazing, staff excellent, office clean. Answer all your questions . Recommended!!

Fantastic experience: So I haven’t been to the dentist in a very long time for very bad experience over 20yra ago long time but we got flyer for west gate and they even stated they’d make sure to make the visit pleasant if you had a bad one at a previous dentist /location. I tried them and let me say it was indeed the best experience I told them I was very hesitant to come in but I needed to go to the dentist and. They made sure to explain everything and made me feel very comfortable in getting a tooth extracted. Great staff and doctors definitely go if you haven’t ina while !

Negative experience: I have been going to them for 5 years and they used to be good - but now they have a policy where if you have to rescheduled an appointment(reschedule not even cancel) they charge you $50 - now the interesting thing is that they are closed on weekend and I had an appointment with them on Monday but I fell sick with flu over the weekend and since there is no way to inform them during weekend as they are closed and no one attends phone I called them duly On Monday morning and informed and guess what they charged me $50 So they would have prwfeeed that i came in sick - when they have no way of leaving them a message or a request to reschedule over the weekend—— to say the least I have very disappointed and I won’t be coming back here now! I have not received any call from the facility yet - it’s very disappointing to see this.

Dr. Rosenblatt was incredibly gentle and thorough during my check-up, and the hygienist, Viva, did a fantastic job with my cleaning. The clinic was clean and welcoming, and the staff made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. I was impressed by the state-of-the-art equipment and the painless cleaning process. Fantastic experience: I went in to get all 4 of my wisdom teeth extracted (2 buried, 2 breached) and everything went excellently! Dr. Brady and his team are very capable, I was put under sedation for an hour while they were removed, it happened in the blink of an eye. The recovery was real easy, I only had some minor pain afterwards which was was basically completely gone two days later. I'm a new patient at this practice and will definitely return in the future!

Negative experience: I came to Westgate as an emergency. They don't accept my insurance so I expected to pay a lot for having a filling done. I walked in at the time of my appointment, was escorted back and sat in the chair. A woman stood there for nearly the entire exam they did, to take me to a financing room afterward. Westgate ended up not treating me even though I was in pain - I didn't refuse treatment. They told me that I needed $6k worth of work done, which my dentist confirmed that I didn't need done. I suggest going to literally any other dentist.

Fantastic experience: I called at 7am to get in as soon as possible. I was in terrible pain, and I got in at 11am. The receptionist was very understanding and the Doctor was fantastic. He explained everything and I was out of there in one hour. He had to take two teeth out and I didn't feel a thing! Thank you Dr. Christian! I would recommend Westgate Dental Care to everyone!

Fantastic experience: I went in to get my 4 wisdom teeth removed under sedation i was supper nervous and scared!!!! Dr.Brady was supper awsome he explained everything very Well to me and he made me feel comfortable and it was supper fast i felt.... didn't feel a thing no pain... i highly recommended especially if you don't like going to the dentist's office or have to get teeth pulled i recommend this clinic.. everyone is superr nice and welcoming and makes u feel comfortable........thank again Dr. Brady!

Highly recommend Dr. Christian. Personally, I think he is the best dentist. Professional, kind,great listener, and will explain your teeth situation to where you can understand. He is a perfectionist when it comes to his work. Just have a little patience and a stress ball/fidget toy. It's worth it. You will be in good hands. My mouth is healthy and I feel pretty too! Fantastic experience: I have had the best experiences with Westgate Dental Care. It had been almost 13 years since I had been to a dentist and had a decaying molar. I was worried about how much it was going to cost but was refered by a friend whole recently went here for their dental cleaning. The staff was friendly and understanding in my situation. They took X-rays and created a care plan of things they could fix. It was a little intimidating seeing the cost for everything but they had a few financing options and I was able to pick one that best suited my needs. I'm glad I chose Westgate Dental to take care of my teeth. They were able to fix everything and having breath that didn't smell was worth it. I will be staying with them and referring anyone I know to have them take care of their needs. Thank you so much!

Fantastic experience: You guys were honestly a complete life saver! I had such a traumatic experience from a dental clinic in Palatine where they made me wait to get my tooth extracted and within 24 hours after that visit I was in the ER receiving IV antibiotics and morphine. There were concerns that sepsis could be a possibility. It was completely terrifying! The chain clink. In palatine still refused to treat me for a tooth extraction after I got out of the ER unless I agreed to a tooth cleaning. I felt so scared that I was going to go back into the ER unless I found someone who could extract the problematic tooth. Every step working with you guys from the moment I called to the WONDERFUL doctors that I saw was above and beyond! Dr Scott Christian (spelling?) was AMAZING and so was his assistant. Again both doctors that I saw were so kind and approached me with such compassion. There is no other place I’m going. They have a patient for life. Thank you to everyone that I engaged with at that clinic!

I am absolutely so glad I did! They are kind and professional. Dr Christian and his assistant Janet went out of their way to provide excellent care. Fantastic experience: I had been experiencing EXCRUCIATING pain for about 3-4 day. On shift at work the pain became unbearable! I did a google search and found them. The receptionist was amazing, understandings my pain, she was able to get me an appointment within an hour! I arrived 15 minutes early for paperwork. There was not much of a wait time!! My nurse and doctor were on point with assisting me through my pain making my experience one of the best I’ve had at the dentist. Going back for an extraction in one day!!!
