Fantastic experience: Good Afternoon! Just want say I experienced the best customer service at the dental office. Everyone was welcoming! From the girl at the front desk to the financial advisor (Sam) she gave great opinions for my dental treatments. Dr.Omar was very helpful on the best advice for moving forward with my treatment. The lady (Lilli) the did my deep cleaning was very sweet and professional and provided great dental hygiene information It’s was such a pleasure Guys! Thanks Everything

Fantastic experience: Dr. Dinh and his assistant, Ms. Tin did a great job with my 3 filings (3 separate visits). No pain and no surprises. Before each injection, I was to take a deep breath and at the count of 3, he would give the shot. Dr. Dinh explains every step before he starts and after asked if I had any questions. I would definitely recommend him to family and friends.

Fantastic experience: My service on today was a 10 all across the board. The staff members were very friendly. Dr. Dihn did my exam. He was quick. Lilly did my clean and she did an awesome job. Noelia did my X-rays and she was super cool! Dental Care and Implants is highly recommended!!!

Fantastic experience: I just had a root canal done and Dr. Dinh and his Assistant Ricardo were Amazing!! They walked me through each step, Dr. Dinh made sure that I was comfortable and not in any pain with every step that was performed!.

Negative experience: I tried this place because I was referred by a friend. Informed the office of my anxiety with dentist and when my deep cleaning 1st side went terrible as I had a panic attack during the process and was told next side when I return would go different. I did not trust so I called prior to my 2nd appt telling them what happened 1st time so they prescribed me meds. I get to my 2nd appt and they did not follow through with what was told over the phone to me the girl didn’t even know the Dr had me take meds to calm me. Then right now I called to cancel my appt for tomorrow due to me having unexpected funeral to attend today out of town and the gentleman says they changed the cancellation fee forever ago to 50$ but I have text messages from last month showing it was 35$ and he said it’s an error in which I told him I have more then 1 text from this office saying 35$ but he said it’s 50$. Weird sketchy office and not good for people with anxiety as they really didn’t know how to handle it properly.

Fantastic experience: I love this place. I just got through getting my cleaning and crown done. My dental hygienist is such a sweetheart and has a great sense of human. Needless to say that it was an amazing experience. Dr. Thapar and Cindy did an amazing job by keeping me calm and moving swiftly through the procedure with no pain. Thanks guys you rock. Dr Thapar is a cutie lol Great job guys

Fantastic experience: I never write antmy review on anything but I will write one for them because they do an amazing job I don't remember the doctors name nor the Assistant. I give them five stars . I went in there to get a tooth extracted they did such a good job I did not even feel a thing

Negative experience: Very unprofessional, they only move when it’s convenient for them. New doctors occasionally and doesn’t adhere to customers within a timely manner regarding anything associated with accounts.Choose wise when dealing with todays society.

Negative experience: Literally told me I had an exposed nerve yet refused to give anything for pain. They only wanted to give antibiotics despite already taking some. Waste of time, money and energy. Go to a dentist that interested in helping and not just taking your money.

Fantastic experience: Dr Reyes, Karla, Noelia and staff were very helpful during my visit to this dental office. Dr Reyes took the time to explain the root canal procedure to me and advised me on what to expect. The patience and sensitivity exhibited by Dr Reyes and his staff made me feel very comfortable before, during and after the procedure. I recommend this dental practice.

Negative experience: Worst experience since I walked in, I made an appointment over the phone, when I walk in , they couldn’t find any of my information they were requesting for me to do the paper work all over again, so I asked the lady to double check again and she finally finds it NEXT . they take the X-rays & to find out they just took X-rays for just one side & giving me information about 1 TOOTH, so what about my other teeth’s ?? RIDICULOUS !!!!! so now they had to REDO the X-rays and do everything all over AGAIN , basically at this point I am telling them how to do there job. I called them again after my appointment because I forgot to ask for a copy for my X-rays that I payed for & they DENIED my request of receiving a COPY of my X-rays!!!! Requesting a fee of $35 for a COPY to my email !!!!! this is the worst experience overall! I wouldn’t recommend this clinic to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Lilly is so loving. It’s been a month since my visit, but every day I thought to myself how i have to get this review done. Have you ever had someone tell you something without saying it? Lilly told me she loves her job and making people feel confident and secure. They have a forever client in me from service to pricing i an so happy I found this dental office.

Fantastic experience: Had my appointment at 4pm, literally arrived at 3:57 and by 4pm I was inside getting my x-ray panel. Really nice staff, clean office, very festive inside which made me feel more at ease. Will be making this my regular dentist office moving forward. Highly recommend!

Positive experience: Everybody is very professional! The service is fantastic. Lilly is really kind and caring hygienist. She never have me waiting. Lilly is very professional and always make sure I'm well taken care of. Doctor Dinh & Tin are all great as well. I highly recommend this place for people. Fantastic experience: I had a 2:00pm appointment and just got an extraction and the dentist along with his assistant (sorry I forgot their name!) were really sweet! I was a bit nervous to get one given the needle and thought it was going to be more painful but honestly I barely felt a thing! They made sure I was comfortable and didn't feel a thing and I appreciated it. There's still a lot to be done to my mouth but I trust that they will help me.

Fantastic experience: I had gone for my 6-month cleaning and exam/x-rays, and I was assisted by Lilly and Noelia. They were both very attentive. When I had expressed that I felt a bit of sensitivity in one of my molars, Dr. Dinh had came by to review my concern. Overall, I felt comfortable throughout the whole appointment.

Fantastic experience: Was able to get emergency dental services for a pain I was having. I received EXCELLENT service that same day 30 minute in and out. Staff was AMAZING, VERY ATTENTIVE TO MY CARE, AFFORDABLE….. definitely returning next appt already scheduled

Negative experience: I was confused why they have a 4.9 rating till I walked inside and saw they’re promoting a flat screen tv giveaway all over the office. It’s in greenspoint, run down and dirty. Equipment isn’t cleaned before and after patients, worn and old furniture.
