Fantastic experience: Had such great experience here. Their services were amazing. The whole office is decorated professionally with hand drawn paintings of different kids movies. They had TVs in the rooms to play movies for the kids during the procedure and overall the experience was great.

Fantastic experience: Great dental office for kids! The staff is very responsive and the doctors are friendly and caring. The office is beautifully decorated for children, with a fun kids' corner that has cartoons playing. Every treatment room also has a screen where kids can choose their favorite show to watch during the visit. After the appointment, children get a small gift like a sticker, balloon, or toy, which makes the whole experience more enjoyable for them. They accept Medi-Cal and PPO insurance, and you can also pay with a credit card. They always make you feel welcome!

Fantastic experience: Great place to bring your kids for their dental needs! The ladies in the front have always been welcoming and communicative on appointments and paperwork information. They are always super kind with the kids and parents from the moment we walk in the front door. My daughter's last appointment Manuel did great at taking her x-rays and Jennifer did great at brushing her teeth and making sure she was comfortable! All around from the from the front to the back of the office my daughter has a great experience every time! Definitely glad we started her dentist experience here!

Negative experience: I am not fond of the "tricks" they use to get people to come back and book appointments for follow-ups. They forcefully "make" you book an appointment and threaten to report you to Medical for missed appointments! I told the appointment scheduler I would reschedule and call back when I had time to check my schedule so she was upset and threaten to report me. A few days later, I received a phone call from an 855 area code stating they were calling from medical regarding the report submitted to the them from my dental office. I called medical directly and they stated that phone number did not belong to them AND that they do not monitor nor received such reports from any dental offices for missed appointments! Such scammers trying to bill medical for services every 6 months! Just beware and be very careful when visiting their offices. Don't let them trick you into having to bring them in forcefully. I have officially moved my kids to another dental office as of today.

Fantastic experience: Super Kids Dental is absolutely fantastic! From the moment we walk in, the warm and welcoming reception staff sets a positive tone. The friendly X-ray techs make the process easy and comfortable for my daughter. The cleanings are thorough, and Dr. Andee takes the time to explain everything clearly, outlining our needs and future plans for braces in a way that's easy to understand. When my daughter needed fillings, they were wonderful about using laughing gas, which made the whole procedure so much easier for her. Dr. Andee is truly amazing with kids! Her joyful personality makes our dental visits fun, and my daughter actually looks forward to going to Super Kids Dental. We couldn't be happier with the care we receive there!
