Negative experience: Is anybody able to get an answer from them when they call to make an appointment? These people never even answer the phone i cant even get in contact. This should be fixed all i do is sit on hold for 10-20 minutes.

Fantastic experience: It is refreshing and a pleasure to deal with a professional and courteous staff, everyone. This office is a text book example of high quality care.

Fantastic experience: Dr Adams is a very caring physician and actually listens and explains about his treatment. I drive over 70 miles from another state to have him as my doctor.

Positive experience: The only reason it's not 5 stars is the communication issues: long wait time to schedule apt, long wait time to have my case boxes answered, and a random bill that just popped up that I was not told about 5years old

Fantastic experience: Dr. Sharma and Dr. Farroll literally saved my life one year ago. They are both amazing doctors and were born to be physicians! Dr. Thomas as well is a very caring and intelligent doctor. The only problem that I have with this office is that I have extreme difficulty in reaching someone on the phone. Wait times for anyone to answer the phone varies from 20 minutes to over an hour! And it is very frustrating!

Fantastic experience: A great place to go to.... especially for adults! The counter staff is ALWAYS very nice & just seeing them puts me in better spirits! Dr. Hseigh is a good Dr. That doesn't just throw medication at you & spends the time needed with you to know anything your unsure of..... Dr. Sang is a very good listener & helps you to decide what's best for you & your kiddos in your home & isn't just doing her job, she really goes far & beyond without feeling sorry for her patients but having empathy & making everyone in the home a priority! If I could give 10 stars, I would, but since I cannot.. I'll put them here:

Positive experience: I had a good experience but after my son’s visit he had scabs and redness after getting shots.

Positive experience: The staff was friendly. The person I had the appointment with was caring and open. I would recommend them, however the wait time to get in to see a provider was not only ridiculous and uncalled for but in simple terms, Insane.

Fantastic experience: Best medical care in town. Dr Perez is really good .. he makes you feel heard and is good at what he does

Negative experience: From the people at the front to the people In The back. They all are unprofessional. I see the other reviews mentioning providers. The provider is Leland Thomas he’s impatient and I personally believe he doesn’t know what he’s doing. How do you not see swelling in my ears but the doctors at urgent care and at the emergency room can see it.

Fantastic experience: I'm waiting an hour and 15 minutes usually when I call for an appointment it takes an hour for someone to answer the phone I don't feel like people care there at all there's hardly any communication. I always leave there feeling unvalued like I don't matter. I see Dr Leland Thomas

Fantastic experience: I'm impressed with Dr. Adams, his staff and his office environment. Everyone was friendly and efficient. Dr. Adams was attentive, didn't rush me and was reassuring in the fact he would do his best to find out what my health issue is. I'm very satisfied so far.

Fantastic experience: Front desk has really improved. They have improved on answering the phones in a timely manner and the girls are so sweet and helpful when going in!

Positive experience: My first visit/experience wasn't pleasant at all.. October I believe,,We had a difference,raiising voice opinions... Did like his attitude at all,,was going to switch Drs. Gave another chance,, I thought he was treating me like another name on his folder.. Didn't care, and doesn't know me, ATTITUDE STANK!!! Now second visit much better,,we even shook hands, but he forgot to prescribe me my pain medicine

Positive experience: Would love to see a more holistic approach to healing for borderline health issues instead of just medications from big pharma companies perscribed. Holistic is basically the same but not put into a big pharma pill with a huge amount of adverse side effects that can negatively effect the body long term.Plants and essential extracts do work with less side effects on the body. This should also be studied as an option for healing for patients that request it.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient of Dr. Wasserman for 33 years! He has always given me excellent care. And he always surrounds himself with a great staff working together with him to provide awesome care for their patients.

Fantastic experience: When I come in to my meeting I know I have someone there that is really listening to me and truly understand me and is so helpful I couldn’t ask for a better counselor! They are so understanding!! I learned some new techniques of how to come myself down she walked me through it talk me through it and gave me confidence in myself I really appreciate your patience and kindness ! Negative experience: I wouldn’t even give this doctor 1 star. Every time I’ve gone in to see him he does not listen to what I am saying. I came in with heat sickness and he told me how do you think people in Africa feel? I went in for treatment with anxiety after my brother passed and he referred me to the ER where they tried to hold me as if I were a danger to myself or others due to having anxiety attacks and depression. I just went in with a cough and this time he refused to see me and referred me to the ER! He is too old in my opinion and there is also a huge language barrier! I wouldn’t refer a sick dog to this doctor. The clinic itself is a whole other issue! The staff is rude. They have no respect for timing and scheduling. I have asked multiple times to switch doctors over the past 2 years and still I am stuck with Dr Hsieh

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend you go to this facility I haven't been to the doctor in over 2 years I made my appointment with the doctor Felicia OMG very good experience they listen to everything I said no judgment and it really felt sincere was going through a lot that day and they really opened up their arms and heart to me I was nervous because I'm a black woman and they tend to say that we over exaggerate things but today this day I did not feel that way they changed that view for me right there in that moment so shout out to every nurse that was there today from the lady who took my name who made my appointments to the nurses and the practitioners that kept my grandbaby while I was back there just awesome just awesome and I'm a person of feelings and compassion and I felt that so make your appointments go get in and have a good day ladies get checked mammogram next

Fantastic experience: Ever since I switched to Dr. Hsieh my doctor's visits were less stressful. Unlike my previous doctor, Dr. Hsieh has a cool head when hes in the exam room with me.

Fantastic experience: Nurse who did my vitals was amazing. Like always!!!! Dr. Farroll bedside manner is impeccable. That lady was meant to be a doctor. She makes me feel like she really cares about me. She is a wonderful human. If most doctors displayed the level of compassion that she does I'm sure people wouldn't be afraid to come to the doctor. I love her!!!

Fantastic experience: My doctor visit was very informative. Doctor Taylor Bogue spent time to fully cover all my concerns. I feel very comfortable talking with her about anything . She is compassionate about her job . I have not felt that way about a doctor for 20 years . I hope to keep her as my doctor for the next 20 years + . The M.A was very professional i feel she complemented the doctor well . . My only complaint is that it is so hard to get someone on the phone to set a appt. So i just go in to office to make contact . Wish we could improve that situation .

Their patient portal is so convenient to communicate between appointments with a quick response! Never have to wait when I arrive for my appointment and staff is super friendly! Fantastic experience: Dr. Kelly Farroll is my Dr. and she is the best Dr. ever at SIHF Healthcare. Yes, there are other great great Dr.s in this building as well but if you are seeking a good Dr. that listens to you and what you are feeling or going through, this is the Dr. She is a PCP and one of the best that I've seen in years. It's truly not about the money with her, it is genuinely about her patients well being and their health. Thank you Dr. Farroll for all you do for us...I appreciate you so much!!!!!

Negative experience: It felt really inexperienced however, I know he’s probably will experience it seems that the visit was lacking left me confused. There was a lot of unsureness even with the nurse. The doctors left out and told me the nurse will be with me and no one ever came back. I had to find someone to figure out that they were totally done with me. It felt really weird.

Fantastic experience: Dr Muddasani has been treating my sons for years. He has always been professional and empathetic in understanding their treatments. He always takes the time to listen to our concerns and makes their lives a bit easier. He is a great Dr and we’d honestly be lost without him.

Negative experience: I’m still waiting on X-ray order for my rib. I only got half of my prescriptions sent to the pharmacy. I called every extension his office has and it rang for 5 minutes each. No way to even leave a message. What business doesn’t answer their phone!!!!!!! I’m replacing them!!

Negative experience: This clinic see too many patients in a day, as they are very, very inattentive. Especially if you have appointments later in the day. They rush you in and rush you out. Just went for my Annual Women's Checkup and all they did was weigh me and take my blood pressure. I will be calling my insurance to find a different clinic/doctor.

I enjoy going to see doctor Hsieh. I dread the day he retires. He is a excellent doctor and cares about his patients 100% .

Fantastic experience: This is the first time I have ever had an OB/GYN that was a female, not that there was anything wrong with that, but both of physicians assistant and doctor Cortopassi were very kind and listened to my concerns and made me feel at ease. I had some general questions about cervical cancer, and found out that that is not hereditary so that calmed me. SIHF is a wonderful place to have all of your medical needs addressed. I have five family members that go to SIHF as well. five stars. Dr Ajao is FABULOUS

Positive experience: Staff here is so kind. Dr. Han is so amazing at winning kids over and personable . She goes above and beyond, making sure everything is properly diagnosed and she does this efficiently She promotes everyone's wellbeing not only the Child being seen! Only complaint they take forever to answer calls.

Fantastic experience: I am very satisfied with my appointments with this facility. I was originally seeing my provider in person at the Sullivan Mo hospital and when I was told he was moving full time to this facility I was really worried since it would be a 2 hour trip one way. But everything has been great and it’s actually better because now it’s easier to get ahold of his office if there is a problem and they are great with the televisits!

Negative experience: I'm very happy with my doctor Dr Taylor Bogue she has knowledge beyond her years! She listens to me patiently and she always has the right answer! But trying to get an appointment on the phone you guys have an issue with that! I've called sometimes all day sometimes 2 days no answer keep getting hung up on! Or disconnected.

Fantastic experience: Taylor Bogue is the best primary doctor I've ever had. Everytime I've had a medical problem she has done everything she could to help and if she couldn't she referred me to a doctor who might be able to.

Fantastic experience: The doctor and staff are super sweet and they get you in to be seen sometimes before you're even done checking in! I never wait more than 10 minutes past my scheduled time to be seen. Dr Thomas makes sure that I understand whatever is going on with my health and he never makes me feel as if he's rushing me in order to get to his next patient.

Negative experience: This health care facility. That me and my wife has been coming to for about 23 years. Way before this building was built. We were at gateway first. With Dr. Anderson. The best doctor. But. Now we have been unable to get our prescriptions from this place. My wife is on hydro. And I'm on oxycodene. It will be 16 days without our meds. And they still won't fill out the prescriptions. Thanks bill barber. More to come,.. soon on this serious situation.

Fantastic experience: I have been going for many years to SIHF in Granite City and thank God I've been Blessed with 97% good health. I see Dr. Anderson who is very professional, patient, kind, good listener, and caring. The front desk staff is great and pleasant, quickly attends to your arrival. The building is always clean. I'm upset about my Doctor Carl Anderson no longer at this location. If ANYONE KNOWS where he went please reach out to me. I truly appreciate his professional care and pleasant smile.
