Fantastic experience: Brought my kid in today for his first appointment. Kayla B. Our hygienist and Dr. Ghobrial were awesome. They were educating for us as parents and how we can continue to care for our kids dental needs.

Fantastic experience: I am terrified of dentists and need care. Someone close to me suggested I give Generations Dental Care a try. I was able to go to a consultation where they were very patient and understanding. They didn't make me feel badly about my fear, they accepted it and me and took all the time I needed. I was able to get x-rays done, learn all about treatment options including expenses and will be returning for more work. They are simply amazing and I am so grateful.

I tropically have a lot of anxiety around going to the dentist, but she makes each appointment feel like I’m visiting one of my best friends at work. Everyone on the staff is incredibly friendly and view their patients as real people, not just teeth and money. They remember if you’re apprehensive or had a bad experience and will do everything in their power to turn that around. I don’t work for these people or even know any of them personally, but they’re the type of folks you wish you did know. I can’t recommend anyone better. Negative experience: Absolutely horrible. Went to appointment, pay entire bill at end. They text me a week later saying I have a balance. I call and inquire, as I paid right after my appointment. The person circle talks for minutes, spouting off multiple totals that do not align. She rudely addresses me like it is me in not understanding. I clarify some costs and indicate that her math is wrong. She then double checks and comes back with stating she did have her numbers wrong. She then tells me a whole new story set about why I owe more. I ask why I wasn't billed at time of appointment. She states "I told you 3 times". I then reiterate to her that all her numbers were screwed up for the first three times so that she didn't tell me three times as none of her math was correct. Never returning. Taking my entire family elsewhere. Rude people working here.

Go back every six mos check up, they do X-rays, check for cancer, make sure everything fits appropriately. Positive experience: The entry bathroom was dirty. Sink not draining and should probably be updated. I was an early apt and it looked as though it hadn’t been cleaned from the day prior. When ur brushing ur teeth in the sink u notice the filth.

Fantastic experience: 2/28/2024 I visited Generations Dental today for my quarterly scheduled cleaning with Kayla. As usual, she was great. She is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. She is always very thorough and always explains every part of the procedure. Dr. Chris came in to perform my exam. He is very friendly, knowledgeable and explains everything that is easily understood. He updated me on the advancements made in the bridge construction and placement. Very informative. Thank you Dr. Chris. My immediate family has been patience(s) of Generations Dental for over 20 years. She is so nice and thorough. Kayla is extremely thorough and does an outstanding job. She always asked if I'm comfortable and genuinely make me feel comfortable. I feel so lucky finding Kayla. All of the employees are so very welcoming and friendly. Generations is the best dental office that I have ever found. Keep up the great work. You certainly deserve all of the awards and accolades that you have received over the years. 2/20/23 I went to see our favorite hygienist today for a sealant application. Kayla explained every step along the way. She ha suggested I should consider this treatment because I have many crowns and bridges. So far, I've not no issues but she told me that this treatment would better protect my roots and help with any sensitivity issues. Thank you, Kayla. You do an excellent job, as you always do. Our family loves you. You're fantastic! 7/24/23 I visited Generations Dental Care again today for a cleaning with my favorite hygienist, Kayla. We have been going to Generations for 25+ years. They are a wonderful Dental office and we have never had any issues with their care. I highly recommend Generations and have recommended them to my friends and family. Kayla is awesome! She is very caring and supportive. She is an outstanding hygienist! My entire family has been seeing her for years. She is very thorough and my teeth feel awesome when I leave. Thank you, Kayla. We love you and hope you never leave. 11/27/2023 I visited Generations Dental Care today for my quarterly cleaning. My visit was excellent, as always. Kaila, my hiegenist was excellent again. My whole family has Kayla as our hiegenist. She is professional, knowledgeable, very thorough and a genuinely nice person. She does an excellent job cleaning my teeth. She is, by far, our favorite hiegenist. Thank you Kayla. You are the best 10/9/2024 I had an appointment today with Dr. Hopeck. She is an excellent dentist, specializing in Periodontology. She is extremely professional and personable. My appointment was very informative. She presented a complete treatment plan and ensured that I understood all aspects of my treatment plan. Fantastic experience: Easiest XRays with little pain on my bones. Liked water method as opposed to others who scrape alot. Glad for a younger set of dentists willing to be conservative and not retire on me. Choices offered within the practice. Convient location to my home.

Ali and I talked about a new fluoride treatment today . I had passed on the old one because it was gross and she assured me this new one that was water-based was basically tasteless and would really help my teeth . After thinking for a few moments on it I decided to try it and wow to my surprise it was amazing !!! I won't hesitate to get the fluoride treatment with this new stuff Thank you for caring about your patience enough to try new products that are better suited for them. Fantastic experience: I had my first appointment at Generations Dental yesterday due to some tooth pain, and I have to say, it was the best dental experience I've ever had! I’m typically deathly afraid of the dentist, but from the moment I walked in, the entire team put me at ease. The receptionist at check-in greeted me with a warm smile and a pleasant demeanor—she genuinely seemed to love her job, and that set the tone right away. Heidi, the hygienist, was absolutely phenomenal. I was nervous (white-knuckling it during the drive), but she immediately put me at ease. She answered all my questions patiently and made it clear she truly cares about her patients’ comfort. Dr. Anderson was equally fantastic! He walked me through all the available treatment options, explaining each in detail without pressuring me into one choice over another. His expert advice and thorough explanations made me feel confident in my care plan. The next day, I called to schedule my procedure, and the team’s kindness continued. The lovely person who answered the phone (her name starts with "D," but I can’t quite remember—sorry!) went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule. She even stayed past closing time to collaborate with Heidi and get me booked. I honestly couldn’t ask for a better dental team. They’ve earned my trust, and I’ll be recommending Generations Dental to everyone I know!

Fantastic experience: The reminder system is what got me an appointment today. I had a very comfortable procedure with a new topical lidocaine delivery that wasn't a SHOT nor was i left with an extremely numb half/face lip! Super pleased!! Sarah did a great job!

Negative experience: Terrible spot. Charged me $120 for a 3 minute consultation. I went to 4 other dentist and not one charged me for the same appointment. Place looked dirty and unsanitary I will never go back.

Fantastic experience: My daughter broke her baby tooth the night before thanksgiving. She wasn’t a patient at Generations but my husband and I am so when her dentist didn’t call me back I reached out. The dentist was so willing to come in at 7:30 at night with a tech and numb her up and pulled her tooth. They were great. I am so thankful for them and their willingness to come in and help a little girl out.

Negative experience: It was my first time going there and I hate to give it such a low rating because the support staff was great and they got me in within an hour and a half of calling the dentist I saw was terrible. In my opinion she was very insensitive and did not listen to my concerns or feelings. Dental work is very expensive and not everyone is sitting on piles of money and can keep putting money into the same thing. I feel maybe if Dr.G had approached in a different way and did not talk down to me it might have been different but I left there with a broken tooth, even more hate towards dentist and $200 less. Having a little more empathy would go a long way.

Fantastic experience: Kayla is a wonderful hygentist. She's fun to talk to, down to earth, always gentle and is great at explaining any procedure. I was terrified of having dental procedures before I met Dr. Stetsyuk. From my very first visit he listened to me and reduced my anxiety. He is patient and kind. I no longer stress or worry about dental visits. I think it's also important to acknowledge the front and back office ladies. From check in to check out they are really friendly and professional!

Fantastic experience: They diagnosed me very fast and, gave me an appointment with an oral surgeon no more than 2 hours later. I had also gone there for regular cleanings before COVID, very professional and friendly.

Negative experience: I have received a letter in the mail as well as a phone telling me that I was being dropped as a patient because I have to many missed appointments or canceled appointments due to illness, I have had Covid 3 times so yes I had to cancel. I can tell you my kids as well as their dad go there and they will not go there anymore. I understand people do this often but you can’t drop a person from your practice because of missed appointments especially when I called you and gave the appropriate amount of notice.

Fantastic experience: Generations dental and all the staff have once again done an amazing job in helping me to feel confortable as well as help me determine an effective plan that works for me. If you dont like going to the dentist, this is where you should go.

They always treat us right, go above and beyond to help the kids understand what’s going on and offer detailed estimates and explanations all around! Dr. McSherry is very thorough and patient, explaining any work she's going to do and making sure I am comfortable. I have now had multiple cleanings, procedures, and follow up appointments with them and could not imagine going anywhere else for my dental appointments. I would highly recommend the office to anyone looking for a dentist, but especially to those who may have dental fears and anxieties. Dr. McSherry and Morgan have totally changed my feelings on going to the dentist to be positive ones, and I could not be more grateful for their kindness, patience, and expertise. I drive almost an hour to see them, and they are 100% worth the drive.

Fantastic experience: I was a New Patient yesterday. Your team was awesome. Made me feel very welcomed. The doctor really helped with my tooth pain. I look forward to seeing them again in August.

Positive experience: I completely understand about confidentiality. I'm not looking for answers. I'm sharing my thoughts. This office is about a 30 minute drive for me. I've heard by word of mouth that this office is great with all patients. I have no complaints about the dentist or dental assistant. I'm not sure if this dentist office is worth the drive for me. I'd like to think it is, but the office staff has made me a bit optimistic. I had my first appointment with the dentist on April 10th 2024-again the dentist and dental assistant were great. I checked in with the office staff and took a seat in the waiting room. I have lots of dental anxiety. And all I can hear is two office ladies gossiping, about how one of them had been asked to reschedule a patient because someone else at the office made a scheduling error and how it shouldn't be there responsibility. My thoughts while I'm waiting room, waiting for my name to be called are: Do they make scheduling errors often? This is not something that I want to hear while I'm anxiously waiting my name to be called. This is none of my business to hear this conversation, and they are not being very professional. I did proceed with seeing the dentist. I saw someone after my dental treatment plan. This comment is not about the dental treatment plan. The lady going over the plan, (not the dentist, an office lady, (I think Lee-Ann, but I could definitely be wrong about her name)), seemed to be bothered to explain my dental treatment plan to me and to discuss any scheduling with me. She did not come across as welcoming. As I was leaving, I could hear her say was, "finally going on lunch". It wasn't directed to me, but all I could think was: Is that why you came across as not welcoming, because your lunch is late? Should I feel bad that I made you have a late lunch? All my thoughts about this office have been in my mind, since April 10th.

Positive experience: The cleaning by wonderful Sarah was fine. But there was a few mix-ups by the office staff. After giving my name, I was asked if there were any changes to my insurance. I answered no changes. Then I was told I didn't have insurance. I was surprised. Showed my card and it was fixed. Later made an appointment for a filling and was later called at home to say they needed change the appointment. Other than that a good visit.

Fantastic experience: My experience at Generations Dental is always very good. Hygienist is thorough,friendly. Everyone there is friendly and helpful,and my dentist,Dr. Binder is so knowledgeable and really cares about his patients. The atmosphere us warm and welcoming. I changed dentists at one point when we moved. Worse mistake of my life. After several issues with that dentist,I came running back to Generations. I don't mind driving the hour to get there,knowing there has never been an issue,and I am in good hands!! Di Porritt

Fantastic experience: My hygienist is wonderful and knowledgeable. Love her thoroughness. I have been going to this practice since Dr Albert Binder. I have always found the staff professional and friendly.

Negative experience: We had a very negative experience at Generations and do not recommend this practice. Our son has anxiety and after going there for several years, they told us he could not return. This was after the dentist was late 15 minutes for 2 visits which raised his anxiety and he had trouble with those visits. This was after several years of successful visits. What bothered us most is they way they handled it. We asked to speak with his dentist and she instead had an office person call us who does not know us or our son. After years of our family being patients, we expected to be treated more personable. We got a letter. It will be very difficult for our son to start over at a new dentist (due to his anxiety) and we were surprised at the lack of care and understanding. We wanted to be treated like they cared.

Fantastic experience: Angela, Holly, and Dr. McSherry were all amazing. I felt heard with my concerns and they were addressed appropriately. My new patient appointment was the most comprehensive dental appointment I have ever had. Their digital scan of all of my teeth was a very effective tool for education. Their team worked flawlessly together. It was nice to have a good experience with a dentist.

Negative experience: The experience I just had was no bueno. I have a hard time trusting dentist, for good reasons, and I tried to explain that with my nervousness being so obvious. The dentist immediately jumped to the defensive. He told me he didn't want to tuch my tooth because if something were to happen, I might blame him. Is that not obvious? On what planet is it not logical to hold someone responsible if they are responsible? He was extremely rude, he accused me of calling him a liar when he informed me of a cavity. When in fact I informed him that the tooth did not hurt or have sensitivity. He also made sure I knew he was a doctor by reminding me three times. It was an extremely uncomfortable visit. Zero compassion. I work in a medical offices, if our provider ever spoke to patients that way he wouldn't have any. I have had a filling replaced and a tooth pulled by a femail doctor at Generation's. She did good work. Unfortunately I don't remember either of their names. But that man has some serious insecurities to address. I tried to be honest about mine, and got met with an adult temper tantrum.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Chris is by far the best Dentist I have ever experienced. The repair approach for my #2 molar required consideration of many factors. Dr. Chris walked me through the decision process with photos and clear explanations. After choosing the approach, Dr. Chris proceeded to execute a flawless repair. I, who am also a professional, can truly appreciate Dr. Chris's commitment and enthusiasm for his calling.

Fantastic experience: I like that I am not hussled into costly procedures and gicen the information needed for me to decide what I will have done with my teeth. I truly enjoy both my hygenist and all the dentists who vist me at different exams have been personable, clear and flexible. And a special mention for my hygenist who after 6 minths still remebered my grand daughter (perhaps she is that memorable?) I was impressed.

Fantastic experience: I took my son for his first dentist appointment and it went amazing! Heather was incredible with him, the dentist was so kind and friendly, and overall it was a great experience!

Fantastic experience: Marsha is always very personable and professional. She does an excellent job of cleaning my teeth and diagnosing any problem areas to be aware of.
