Fantastic experience: The best I can describe the experience at D.A.C. is if I were a top funded F1 car and this was my team…it’s like a pit stop during a race…fluid and organized they go right to work and as each step progresses new members seamlessly take their spot! If you’re going to spend the amount of money on your teeth that I am, you want a top-tier team! I couldn’t ask for a better team principle than Dr. Shuck. He’s a total pro and I hear he makes a pretty rockin’ Italian sausage. I may never look like Daniel Riccardio, but I can feel like it…✌️

Fantastic experience: Where should I begin on just how much Dr Michaelsen and his staff are the absolute best my cordinator Kara was AWESOME all the staff is great they always make you feel like family and will take such good care of you..Absolutely love them thank you guys for all you do and most for all you've done for me..

Fantastic experience: Let me tell y'all something about this place. They put the SERVE in service. I am new to the area and have needed cavities filled for a while. They set me up with an appointment within a week of my first call, and notified me ahead of time once my insurance was verified. BOTH front desk team members greeted me with a hello and a how are you. The dental hygienist not only answered all my questions, but she explained every step of what she was doing. The dentist pulled up my x-rays and detailed every aspect of what they needed to do. When I told them I have trouble getting numb for fillings, they were prepped and ready to use a stronger medication when the lidocaine didn't numb my teeth. The dentist expressed real empathy when I told them about my bad experiences at a different dental office. The dental assistant CHELSEA deserves a shout-out for not only coming prepared with handheld items to calm me down, but a wicked sense of humor which took my mind off the treatment. Oh, and they did the fillings SAME DAY. 5 Stars. A million high 5's. Best wishes to the ENTIRE staff!!!!

She is a gem..she makes you feel at ease and she needs at Fat Raise...I absolutely adore..If I told her thank you every day it still wouldn't be enough..She's a keeper and like I said she really does deserve a raise...

Fantastic experience: Susanna is an incredible hygienist! So kind and friendly.

Negative experience: Not impressed. I believe they are working on a commission basis trying to sell every procedure they can. Reminiscent of a car dealer trying to sell every add on they can. My wife wanted a simple extraction due to a broken tooth. They came back with an $8000 plan That included a myriad of procedures. Additionally they performed three radiograph procedures that they ensured were covered by her insurance. They were not! Subsequently we had a $400 bill to pay. To make matters worse, we had to wait nearly 5 hours to have the extraction performed.

Fantastic experience: Heidi, Alexis and Ashley were phenomenal with my two children. Beyond maintaining a cheery disposition at the tail end of the day, they patiently provided my 7 & 8 yr old a walkthrough of the cleaning process and answered their all their questions. I struggled with the decision to find my children a place suitable for their ages, but I am so excited that we can call Dental Arts “home” for our oral hygiene needs. The staff makes it feel like home.

Fantastic experience: I know a lot of people get nervous about having to go to the dentist. It can be scary, not knowing what all you might have to have done, how long it will take, if it will hurt or how much it might cost. Add to the fact that you are having to trust complete strangers with the care and maintenance of something as important as your smile, which is one of the most impressionable things other people notice about ourselves. Dr. Michaelson and his staff at Dental Arts of Catoosa takes all of those concerns and handles them in a manner that surpasses even my highest expectations! From the moment I sat down in the lobby to fill out paperwork, I was treated with the friendliest and most professional staff I’ve ever encountered. They answered any question I could think of, they explained all of my different options, walked me through the steps of each procedure and they did it with an energy and friendliness that rivals a Chick-fil-A staff on a good day. Kaylee, Abby, Heidi, Dr. Naylor (there are so many that take the time to introduce themselves I can’t even remember them all) and others all work hard to make sure I feel welcome, am comfortable and any concerns I had get addressed right away. The communication from everyone is top notch and every time I finish a visit, other staff that have helped at any point of me going there, stops me in the hall, wanting to see the progress and check how I feel about it. THAT’S pride in your work and I won’t ever look for another dentist for as long as I live in Oklahoma. Even if I moved out-of-state, I’ll make the trip back to Catoosa, just to keep receiving top-notch dental care from the best dental office there is!

Fantastic experience: I would like to thank the entire staff for exemplary service. First, your follow up calls to get me back in we're always professional and enough to get the job done. I came back in just before a situation got really bad. # #GRATEFUL. Hailey really got the message across to me that the situation requires urgent attention. Hailey did a great job cleaning, the Dr Dan fixed an otherwise impossible situation to set me on course to a healthier situation. Dr Dan took the time to explain all that needed to be done and carefully proceeded to get the job done in a professional manner. Kilee took such good care of me that I did not care to leave after several hours in the chair. Kilee and Dr Dan worked together like hand and glove. I was able to be at ease in their hands. Everyone gets 5 stars from the front desk to the financial office, especially the young lady that first took me back, Lexi, the hygiene assistant.I feel like I've been rescued.

Fantastic experience: Awesome staff! Very knowledgeable and patient when I was having issues with my insurance and found it quickly! Maddy took her time explained everything thoroughly for me to understand and what was best for my gum health moving forward. Got a 15+ year filling fixed same day by the Dr and he was smooth and cautious near the nerve in my tooth. Don’t even get me started on the front desk! Pretty sure I met my future wife! I’d give 10 stars if I could and knockout anyone that gave less than a 5 star review so they’d have to go back and get their teeth fixed there and reevaluate their decision on anything lesser than 5 stars! And who ever reviews these and you’re on the edge about giving a raise. Give the raise! Great staff!

Fantastic experience: It had been years since I’d been to a dentist, mostly because of several bad experiences in the past. But Dental Arts completely changed my opinion on dentists. When I arrived, Rachel was the one who checked me in—she was amazing and very helpful. I also spoke with some of the other ladies at the front desk, and they were all incredibly welcoming and kind. Maddie and Dee were the first to take care of me, and they were fantastic. They were kind, easy to talk to, and great at holding a conversation. They even had TVs with music playing in each room, which was just awesome. After my cleaning, Dr. Naylor came in to check everything. I had one cavity and a chipped tooth, and he got me ready to have them fixed. Pat, Dr. Wilson, and Dr. Kelly handled the treatment, and it was honestly the best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist. It didn’t hurt at all, and they did an amazing job. After everything, Leslie helped me figure out the best financial plan, which was a huge help. If you're looking for a place to take care of your oral health, I would highly recommend Dental Arts. Best dentist office ever!

Fantastic experience: Yesterday my son and I had our cleanings done and I am still ecstatic about how my teeth look and feel!! Maddie and Dee are so amazing, caring and gentle. Maddie and Dr Naylor are so full of information. They take the time to not only educate you on your oral health but also answer ALL your questions! Now Leslie, I could not love you more!! Leslie listened to my financial concerns and showed me all my options. Because of Leslie my son and I was able to get same day treatment!! I left on top of the world!!

Fantastic experience: Dental Arts is amazing. Dr. Michaelson is my Doctor and Kailee Mae was my anesthesiologist today for dental surgery. They are very professional, kind, and excellent while providing great patient care. The entire staff have been wonderful throughout this process, encouraging and supportive. And, they all have lived up to the excellent recommendation that was given to me. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone and we are lucky to have such an incredible team to work with for a beautiful, comfortable and better smile. Try them. You won’t regret your decision. They really deserve 10 stars!!

Fantastic experience: What a sweet experience in an uncomfortable position… the hands of dental people. But pleasant it was with Maddi , Dee, and Leslie. I was well cared for even to the degree of getting me a blanket because I was cold (and old). The dentist was kind and gentle as prep for a crown was made. I give these people thumbs up, for sure! I did leave with a smile.

Negative experience: Bad business! I had taken my kids in for there yearly cleaning and this place had confronted me and asked if i would be interested in a cleaning. I told this place my insurance will not cover the cleaning because of a previous procedure done at another dentist. This place told me that I would be fine and insurance will cover the cleaning. Then come to find out 1 month later with a unexpected bill of the full cleaning amount in the mail. Called for clarification on the bill. And they told me that insurance will not cover the cleaning and ill be out of pocket for the full amount. Now this is so mest up! I feel this place has lied and cheated me. I am not supposed to the expert in this madder. The dentistry practitioners are supposed to do there due diligence and not lie to customer just to make some quick bucks.

Fantastic experience: I had an emergency with an abcess on a Friday and was able to get an appointment the same afternoon. The staff was so attentive and showed great concern for me. Everyone. Including Alexis, Parker, Megan, Leslie, Dr. Robinson are fantastic. I got the tooth pulled same day because of how serious the infection had become. I had been with my dental group for over 17 years but it changed in the last year and was no longer as appealing due to turnover and I lost trust in them. I am so happy to have found Dental Arts of Catoosa. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a caring and compassionate dental group.

For years, I was absolutely terrified of going to the dentist—but these two completely changed that for me. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel heard, respected, and genuinely cared for. I am a person who dislikes the dentist more than anybody, but these guys actually made me feel better about coming to the dentist! Fantastic experience: I had a temporary piece come out while I was eating. I was able to get in within an hour of calling. Everyone there seems kind and helpful. I had Kilee Mae taking care of me that day. She was fantastic! Sweet and friendly. She really put me at ease. I appreciate all the care I got from her and the other staff.

Fantastic experience: I’m sure of the name of the DR who helped me today he was from the bixby office but he did a great job during my extraction. They worked on the tooth for 30-45 mins and they handled the whole process very well. The assistant I think her name was Kenna possibly was also fantastic. I’ve been going to dental arts for years and I’m always impressed with the amazing care I receive each time.

Negative experience: They can do their job. But if they think something needs to happen, they'll do it regardless. I have told them that I can't afford anymore treatment, just the cleaning. Then they talk about wisdom teeth, and my medical condition, then my implant, then all these future things down the road. Which is great. If you are abnormally wealthy in this economy. I can't pull 2k out of my ass and when I three of those dentists in a room that they just kept typing away and making more comments about how they are going to fix me. IM BROKE, IM A 20 YEAR OLD LIVING IN 2025 I CANNOT AFFORD 2K SURGERIES RIGHT NOW I don't know anyone who can! I wasn't made comfortable, I felt coerced into signing the papers and giving them my card and having them over charge my card BECAUSE LIKE I SAID THERE WAS LITERALLY 4 DOLLARS ON MY CARD but I couldn't leave, I told them over and over again but because I didn't complete my appointment, I had to stay. Not to mention they've only gotten more expensive, and the doctor my family originally came here for, isn't even a dentist anymore! Stopped seeing his patients who were actively telling him that he was the only one they were willing to see. And not to mention insurance. Most people cannot offend your services but you also don't take a lot of these common insurances? I'm tired. Of the whole thing. I'm done.

Fantastic experience: I have had a cleaning and a bridge done over the past 2 months. They are very nice and concerned about your care. Easy payment plan was available for me. I would recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience: My kids were due for their next cleaning and have always went to a pediatric office until now. The staff did amazing, even let my 3 year old “help” his brother. We also got same day treatment and we all know how much of a hassle it is getting kids to appointments so we were very thankful for that!

Negative experience: Maddi and Sarah absolutely slayin it when comes to knowledge and cleaning teeth. Made me laugh and relaxed! Took me awhile to finally Update because I found another dentist, over the last two visits here were upsetting the newer DR was rude and the pushy sales tactics of wisdom tooth removal representative has always been rude since I have been there and I always assure them my wisdom teeth have never caused me a problems and I’m aware what they can do. The remark was “you will be sorry, it’s a ticking time bomb. You will comeback crying to me saying you were right” as they walked out being upset at the decision I made. I’m usually an easy going guy and don’t want to come off dramatic. But going to a new dentist really reminded how bad it was here. The place was nice before the remodel and under new management?? They do have some solid state piece of modern equipment and a lot of the hygienist are good people. But all that doesn’t matter when the core people just make it a bad experience.

Fantastic experience: I went here after Kendra Fuechsel convinced me to give them a try. I was very impressed with everyone from the front desk to check out. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Everything was explained to me in detail, making me feel very comfortable with their work.

Fantastic experience: Today I had a better experience. I had my temp dentures fitted and by a real nice and pleasant young lady name I think Megan. She was so nice and knowledgeable. The whole team actually seem like they loved being there. Megan needs a raise cause she done her job and showed me she cared which made my day.

There were several X-rays taken and everything was explained to me visually and in great detail. I went in thinking I knew exactly what I wanted overtime, and they were honest with me and told me what would actually be the best for me. I’m so glad my own intuition led me to this place! ☺️

Fantastic experience: The only dentist place that has never made me feel silly for the extreme dental anxiety I have. Everyone is SO nice and so helpful. And they work with you perfectly. I don’t know everyone who helped me but Nyke and my dentist were so kind and helped me get through my anxiety and procedure. Everyone did but I don’t know all the names. 10/10 I recommend to anyone getting dental done.

Fantastic experience: The recieptioist Amberlyn, at the front was super friendly and kind when I brought my neices son who had a loose tooth and wanted it out bad. She help calm his nerves. The entire staff was routing for him and he was so excited to get a teasure from the treasure box!
