Negative experience: I was told by the dentist that my treatment would be only for a 1year the most and I called the other day and they told me it was for 2 years (I signed the papers and it said 2 years but what was spoken was a whole other different thing) because my teeth weren’t really that bad I just had like a little overbite, unfortunately I’m not very pleased with these and very disappointed I don’t wanna even show up to my appointments (the staff is very nice and helpful honestly)

Negative experience: If I could give them less than one star, I would! I have had so many bad experiences, but today was the drop that spilled the glass. 1- During my treatment, the doctor sent me to get a tooth removed, so I did. On my first appointment back, the staff was so rude with my still sensitive gums that when she heard me complain, all she said was, “I know it hurts, but it needs to be done.” She continued with her work but did not change a bit, knowing I was in discomfort. MIND YOU, this is a place that ALSO treats children. 2- On my retainers’ day, I explained I did not want the permanent retainers. They still placed them on my bottom teeth. I told the staff I do not want them, all she said is “you’ll get use to them”. Time has passed, I am still not used to them. I went back to get them removed, they RE CHARGED me the amount. Today, I went for the THIRD TIME and they still haven't made the replacement. They keep sending me appointment text confirmations, but yet, NO ONE calls. Keep in mind that, on their notes, they do have that someone has called. HOWEVER, my phone is always with me, and I have never seen their number popping up. Asked the lady if they will be doing something to accomodate me, all this delay and their lack of communication and she said “we’ll offer you an appology”. I am NEVER recommending this place.

Negative experience: Every single dentist and dental assistant in this office are extremely unprofessional and rude. They do not speak to you, they do not explain what they are doing before they start not even while they are working in your teeth. I asked to explain what exactly are they doing and they roll their eyes, then proceed to give you the least amount of information possible. They expect you to blindly trust them all because they have a degree. Greet your patients and explain to them what you’re doing in their mouth! They also don’t ask you any questions either, how do the braces feel, are you experiencing any discomfort, nothing they do not communicate with you. They don’t provide you with any instructions on how to care for your braces.The only time you get good customer service is if you’re a brand new patient but once you sign that contract, you are just another number. And if you want traditional braces be prepared to fight for your life. They coerce people into getting Invisalign which should only be used for minor closures not for a whole mouth alignment and unless you do your own research they will put you through years of treatment with little to no results just taking your money. Unethical behavior, unprofessional staff. I will never recommend this place,. There are tik tok viral videos from different patients about all of this which I will be sharing on instagram.

Been bringing my son here for a little over 2 and a half years and everytime we come is a 10/10 experience.Today was his last visit. No more braces. Its bittersweet. Negative experience: I am very unhappy with my overall experience. I was promised a year of treatment, starting with my Invisalign in February 2024. However by October 2024 I was informed that my treatment was complete. I expressed my dissatisfaction because I felt my teeth were not finished and ready for completion. After paying $3,000 in cash I was told that if I wanted additional treatment I would need to pay more. This is very frustrating!. Money doesn’t grow on trees, and it’s disheartening to hear someone say, “Oh well you have to pay more” without considering the difficulties I’ve faced in trying to achieve a better smile. When I first sought treatment I wanted traditional braces but I was convinced to choose Invisalign instead. This seemed like an easier option for them allowing them to collect their fees with fewer visits. With regular braces you must visit every month while with Invisalign, you only need to go every three months. After my treatment was deemed "complete” I had to wait three weeks to receive my retainers. I am also very disappointed with this delay because during those three weeks, my teeth began to shift back. I had a very unprofessional experience and I do not recommend this place.

Fantastic experience: I came here with my friend to get her braces tighted and they were all so polite and sweet, they let me stay in the room with her and in the end she told me get braces didn’t even hurt when she got them tightened. Definitely a 10/10 experience for her, we just kept laughing with the doctors and everything was really clean. Definitely recommend

Fantastic experience: Amazing spot, great results,everyone there's is very respectful, your always in and out , my oldest daughter got her braces for 2 years here finally got it removed today!, she had a wonderful experience, the transformation is outstanding. Positive experience: I was a little annoyed coming into Diamond Braces to get my fixed retainer repaired because I had gotten them done about 2 weeks ago. But the doctor and dental scribes that I got assigned made me feel less annoyed. I saw Dr. Schwab and he’s such a nice doctor with a great sense of humor.!He made sure that I was comfortable in his chair by asking me how I was doing periodically as he worked on my teeth. Stallon on the other hand is heaven sent. The best worker there! He does his work with pride which makes you always feel like you’re in good hands because your teeth are definitely important. He’s normally who I request and is the reason why I go to this location as well because his work is spotless. Lastly, Star is also a gem as well! A very nice, cool, and patient staff who doesn’t rush her work! She also cares to make sure that patients feel good when leaving their appointment.
