Fantastic experience: Omg now nobody likes going to the dentist let’s face it. I go in the hygienist ask me if I minded if 2 students came in to watch, I said no that was fine hey they have to learn to. Well that hygienist was so full of knowledge as I sat there listening n couldn’t talk n she was asking the students questions as we went along. Holy cow I’m thinking to myself she should be a dentist the knowledge she had. Well I was at ease as Dr DiSano worked on my teeth he was great as well gentle n very kind. Fantastic experience: My daughter was seen for a procedure on Thursday with Dr. Ben and Laura. Laura was great right from the beginning; welcoming and reassuring my daughter the whole time. Dr. Ben was reassuring, gentle and took his time to make sure she was comfortable the whole time. The teamwork was incredible; they are a well oiled machine. While we were there, my younger daughter saw the assistant she had worked with at her previous appointment. My daughter recognized Kaylee right away and ran to her to give her a hug! 10/10 experience for both girls (and Mama)!

Fantastic experience: Went in for my semi-annual cleaning on Friday, July 18th and my hygienist was Kailey (sp?). She was phenomenal. Very personable and delicate to boot. She made sure I was comfortable along the way and I even had my choice of polishing toothpaste flavors. Who knew? All around a great experience (especially given the subject matter)…

Fantastic experience: Absolutely Amazing Staff so knowledgeable and caring! They came in on the Sunday before Christmas to help me!!! I am so lucky that they were there for me!!! I went back again and they did an Awesome job setting a plan to get my teeth where I want them to be! They were patient and answered all of my questions!!! And they even kept in mind my son’s pick up time from daycare, so super sweet!!!

I was on a tight timeline due to an upcoming cross-country move and needed a new patient exam, full mouth x-rays, a cleaning, and several fillings completed beforehand. The team made the entire process smooth, efficient, and even enjoyable. The front desk team welcomed me warmly, and the check-in process was seamless. I completed my paperwork electronically ahead of time, so there was hardly any wait. My cleaning and x-rays with Kailey, RDH, felt more like a spa visit than a dental appointment. She was gentle, kind, thorough, and explained everything clearly throughout. Dr. Ben was equally impressive. Very professional, attentive, and reassuring during my exam. Due to my move, I had limited time to schedule my fillings, but the front desk team was so accommodating. Fantastic experience: This place was recommended to me, and I am so happy that I came here! I was in need of some emergency work on my temporary crowns and they took me right away. Everyone is very nice and helpful. They are very easy to get in touch with and if they aren't available in the moment, they make sure to get back to you when they're available. I also needed to have some root canal work done, and they recommended a fabulous place to me. Great place all around, I absolutely recommend it!

Fantastic experience: Needed a crown replaced. Had an appointment to remove the old crown fix the decay and prepare the tooth for a new crown. An hour later the new crown was made and inserted. The dental assistants and Dr Ben are caring, confident and competent. Perfect fit right to the gum line. Feels like the origpinal tooth. You won’t be sorry. They are 5 stars plus. Don’t change a thing!

His Assistant’s are always warm and welcoming, which makes each visit a pleasant experience. The only thing I’d suggest improving is communication at the front desk, I’ve received multiple appointment confirmation calls from different people, stating my appointment was at a different time, which can be a bit confusing. Considering I travel about 30 minutes to this office I’d like to know I’m arriving at the correct time for my appointment. Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Ben and I appreciate the care, timeliness, and professionalism from his team.

CJ was kind, caring and efficient as he presented me with his plan to reattach an inlay that had fallen off. After making sure the tooth had no cavities or other problems by means of an x-ray, it was perfectly reattached. Everyone I had contact with was friendly and helpful. CJ is an incredible dentist who can make the most uncomfortable person " me " feel right at home and listen to how nervous I was. Fantastic experience: Everyone was so pleasant and welcoming. My dental hygienist, Katie, was also extremely thorough, helpful in answering questions, and sensitive to all my needs. Dr. CJ, my dentist, was extremely supportive and very detailed in his presentation and explanation of details. This was my first formal visit and I received a complete and thorough exam. I believe I made an excellent choice. Also, the ladies who checked me in and out were most accommodating. They even offer coffee, tea, or water in the waiting room. Dr. CJ was able to remove the filling from a fractured tooth, create a new crown, and place the crown on my tooth, all in the same day! Amazing! The support staff is wonderful as well!

From the time I walked in and met Nicole and Skylar, to the wonderful hygenist,Donna, to dentist, Benjamin Droney, it was such a wonderful experience. I wasn't rushed, they took listened to my concerns did a cleaning and even got xrays!! No gagging. No tears. The hygeinist, Donna,was so informative, took her time, answered all my questions. After to going to many dentists, who said they couldn't help me because of my fear and anxiety, this place was great ! So nice to be treated like a human and not a problem! Fantastic experience: This is one of the things that is most impressive about South County Smiles: Dr. Joseph Disano never approaches a patient looking like he is in a rush or needs you to be quick. Even though I happen to be aware that he juggles a very heavy schedule and is in high demand, when he comes into the room, all attention is on you. His staff is clearly trained in a uniform manor; professional, proper etiquette, and widely capable.

Fantastic experience: My visit was for just a cleaning. Brie does an excellent job. Very personable young lady. She found a cavity (great) she was able to even show me a picture of it! It's a very high tech practice. The thing that I can't wrap my mind around is that they say that I'll need a crown! I haven't spoke to the doctor yet but A CROWN? Come on! I guess I'll know more next month when I'll go in to do the prep work for it! It just didn't seem that big when Brie showed it to me. The next visit will tell.

Fantastic experience: Finding a dentist I completely trusted was a long and arduous journey, especially considering the extensive dental work I needed. My past experiences with dentists had left me scared, but South County Smiles, located at 24 Salt Pond Rd in Wakefield, Rhode Island, offered a glimmer of hope. I know I have previously reviewed South County Smiles on Google before, but I felt compelled to write again due to the significance of their services. My first procedure involved replacing a bridge that had become increasingly problematic. Despite the warnings from my dentists, which I ignored until it was almost too late. The thought of returning to the dentist chair for a major repair petrified me. However, Dr. C.J. Widdifield and his highly skilled dental assistant, Amanda, proved to be an exceptional team. Over the past year, they have earned my complete respect and trust through their professionalism, expertise, and genuine care. They explained every step of the procedure in detail, dispelling any doubts or fears I may have had. With Dr. C.J’s precise and gentle touch along with Amanda’s skilled assistance, I was able to finally just relax. After a little over two hours, they successfully extracted a tooth, cleaned the entire area, rebuilt a portion of another tooth, and fitted me with a temporary crown. And… I remained completely pain-free throughout the entire process. Only a few more appointments to go, and I will finally have a much-needed new bridge. Beyond their exceptional dental skills, Dr. C.J. and Amanda prioritized my comfort throughout the entire process. In my opinion, this is one of the most crucial aspects of a great dental team. While we still have a lot of work ahead, I am confident to be in the capable hands of these exceptional professionals. They have given me peace of mind and assurance and I know I’m receiving the best possible care.

Both the hygienist and dentist were very thorough, friendly, and took their time ro make sure I understood the treatment they were recommending. As always I highly recommend SCSmiles! March 2025 Kailey was my hygienist today and she was a breath of fresh air! I saw a different dentist than usual but I was pleased with the explanations he gave me. He carefully described the treatment I needed and the reasons behind his recommendation. So as always, my experience was very positive!

Fantastic experience: I didn't have my regular hygenist this visit. I would prefer to have my regular hygienist . I would highly recommend South County Smiles. I even received a beach towel as a welcome gift. The whole office was up beat. 2/26/2025 I had a wonderful cleaning this time., very thorough. I was very pleased.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing. Love the fact that they see peditrics so we could go as a family. The whole staff was very accommodating and I was able to have my initial appointment and my son needed a baby tooth removed and they scheduled it all for the same day.

Fantastic experience: One of the best customer care I have experienced since I came to the USA. From front desk staff to my meeting with the Dentist. They exceeded my expectation and restored my faith in the process. I had issues with dental practice before and I lost hope in ever finding a dentist. Then with one phone call my prays were answered. Dr CJ and his staff went beyond what one would except from a practice, through the treatment i needed and advice and care received was priceless. I was giving up about to go back to Europe to get treatment. I can sincerely say it is my pleasure to become one of their new patients. Thank you. So grateful!
