Fantastic experience: Dr. Bazzi is awesome and his team is just as fabulous! Over a year ago, I went in with the need for major dental work (crowns, extractions, root canals, fillings, an implant, and even Invisalign.) I hadn’t been to the dentist in over 15+ years, due to some absolutely horrible experiences with other dentists in the past. I now have only 2-3 more appointments left, and he and his entire team has made the process seamless. I couldn’t be happier and my mouth looks amazing. Zee, Jannis, Moe, and the entire staff are so great! Couldn’t recommend them more. Best dentist/team ever. A+ in customer service and care!

Fantastic experience: Really like this place. A really nice team that makes you feel really welcomed and comfortable. Skilled dentists. Dr. Hassan bazzi at cambridge in dbn hgts. They are a good family w very kind hearts. Im so so so picky. I abhore drill and fill kind of doctors. Im so senstive and very detailed. This guy puts up w me and all my questions and requests lol. He listens and is very conservative. Doesnt rush to fill but also really watches closely. Incredibly skilled. Cant even feel his shots. There was a procedure that fails 90 percent and his have succeeded. His wife zainab is just so sweet and works there along side so its just a great experience. They have have just taken such good care of me and my family. I even followed them when they left their old office. Def a gem to find and i tried many. I cant say enough.

Negative experience: Booked my appintment and confirmed it via text. When i went to check in the front desk person had the wrong appt time and said that i was an hour late and that my only option was to reschedule.i had to show her their office's confirmation text that said that she was wrong and she was still inssiting that my appintment was an hour ago. Absolute trash service, Unprofessional attitude. Don't come here.

Fantastic experience: Been coming to this office for about 15yrs. Any emergency dental appointment about 15 years ago kept me coming back.It is super clean in there.The staff is awesome and friendly.I wouldn't recommend any other place and they definitely will get your teeth together and it's not even expensive. I feel like the prices are right and they have easy finance plans.And I really recommend this place.

Negative experience: They do not respect people's time. They asked me to come in 20 minutes before my appointment and I've now been sitting here for an hour

Positive experience: I did have my regular hygienist, but Linda was good as well. I love Clem as my hygienist, the care he has shown regarding my dental health. He's the only one that I want to do my cleanings.

Fantastic experience: Good experience. Everyone was professional. The exam was very thorough.

Negative experience: Dr. Benjamin will make you feel horrible about a few fillings that you currently have. She will give you a guilt trip to make you feel like your teeth need a lot of work. I simply had a filing fall out with no pain, doesn’t need a root canal, and she only insisted on doing the $1500 crown instead of a simple filling. She also insisted that I should remove 11 fillings from other teeth and replace them with crowns, which is completely uncalled for. I simply went down the road, waited two weeks for a different appointment at another clinic, and got the filling done in 10 mins for $100. It was so minor that it didn’t even require an anesthetic. This place cares more about how much money they can make off of you rather than your well being. Be ready to be put down just to make you think you need a lot of work done. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this doctor to anyone.

Fantastic experience: This is by far the best dentist I have ever gone to due to the amazing staff. Specifically Zee and Dr. Bazzi are gems. Zee is on top of everything and makes you feel like you are at home. She went above and beyond to make sure I received excellent care. Dr. Bazzi is very knowledgeable and was super thorough. I didn’t feel rushed and he made sure to check out things I’ve never had looked at at any other dentist. These two are an all star package. I’ll be going here from here on out because of them!

Negative experience: If I could, I would give them a 0. My doctor referred me to this specialist, and I contacted their office to schedule an appointment for urgent dental care. I arrived at the designated location at 12pm and waited for an hour and twenty minutes for X-rays. However, I was informed that treatment could not be performed that day and was instead offered an appointment in late July or August. It is essential to note that I was experiencing severe pain due to an infected tooth, which necessitated immediate attention. Unfortunately, the doctor displayed a lack of concern, and I will not be returning to this practice.

Positive experience: I recently went in for my annual deep cleaning. Clem does an excellent job with my deep cleaning, with minimal to no pain during and after my cleaning. Past experience with other dental assistants left me in so much pain. I appreciate Clems patience and expertise in cleaning my teeth. He’s definitely my guy! Thank you!

Negative experience: Would avoid this place if possible, my husband spent about all of a summer for one crown that led to two and then they refuse to stand by service or providers. The crown lasted about 6 months. Unfortunately, we were limited with options because of insurance. Then they billed us three months later after having my husband sign a form that there would not be a charge. Please make sure you file complaints with insurance and know your rights because it is unacceptable.

Negative experience: Completely wasted my time. Lying to me about accepted insurance. I’ve taking off work made arrangements cleared my day only for the day of for office staff to call me to cancel my appointment. Mind you after I spent over 10 minutes on the phone explaining that I was referred to them by another office because they take my insurance. Gave all the information and was given 4 appointments only to have it blamed on front staff that makes appointments but doesn’t know what insurance is acceptable. This is pure foolishness and a waste of my time

Negative experience: I have waited seven weeks for a refund that I haven’t received they said it would take four-six weeks this is sad no one will return my calls and I have left several messages so at this point I’m going to file a complaint with the BBB and possibly the news because I am not working and I need my money it wasn’t a problem when they took it but now it’s a problem to refund it the doctor said that since I wasn’t satisfied that she would refund my money that haven’t received after seven weeks this is the type of behavior that makes people lose it when these businesses mess over you not good business

Positive experience: I have been coming here for years and usually it’s always a nice friendly visit. The hygienist I saw was very rough and aggressive throughout my entire cleaning, even during the polishing. It went by so quick, it’s hard for me not to feel like it’s more about getting people in and out than it is about good oral hygiene. Unsure if I’ll be back.

Negative experience: I brought my disabled son in, The paperwork they make you sign makes them look like they are worried about lawyers. We had a really long wait to be brought past the reception desk. Then a 10-minute wait for the hygienist. Then we had to sit and wait to be seen by a dentist...which, ultimately didn't happen. He was too busy and my autistic son started to lose it. We left after an hour without being seen by a dentist. And on the way out, we were charged to full amount, even though we didn't see the dentist. Very nice people work there. But the business seems to be managed with profitability in mind, not necessarily patients.

Fantastic experience: I always have a great experience when Bev cleans my teeth. Bev is the best hygienist. Mo worked up my pre-D. He was very kind and professional. Dr. Henderson a small growth on the inside of my cheek. Thank you so much for that. It’s been there for 10 years. His assistant was fabulous. I wish I would have asked his name. He knew I was going to have pain with the numbing in my cheek. He told me to squeeze his hand and boy did I squeeze. He was very sweet. I like the little jokes about my growth being my friend. Negative experience: I called to make appointment for broken tooth and PAIN I asked twice if they took my insurance ,she said yes but also took my information including the number to my insurance and she said she would call back if it wasn't in network. I went to appointment next morning after being up all night from the pain, after i had almost finished the paperwork she then told me my insurance was not in network. Why didn't they check when I called ? They had all my information.

Negative experience: PLEASE READ before taking your business here! I was promised that my aligners would be ready within three weeks. It’s now been over two months, and I still haven’t received them. What’s worse is the complete lack of professionalism from the office. They have canceled my appointments three times—each time within 30 minutes of the scheduled time—claiming the aligners aren’t ready. There’s been no clear communication, no real updates, and no accountability. I called multiple times and asked to speak with the manager. One time, a receptionist named Cristina told me that her manager, Veronica, would reach out to me—this never happened. Please do not use this office. I chose it based on good Google reviews, but those reviews are for the company as a whole, not the Dearborn Heights location. This has been the worst experience I’ve had at any dental office.

Negative experience: This office is doing fraud!!! I am going directly to the dental association for the nonsense they try to pull. When a patient had Medicaid you are not suppose to collect money unless agreed by the patient. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD!!

Fantastic experience: Beverly the hygienist was very very very gentle while cleaning my teeth. I didn't feel any pain and my teeth are very clean. A lot of people hold off on going to the dentist because they are worried about pain. I would recommend Beverly to my family and friends.

Negative experience: Very long wait times. Even after they tell you that the dr will be with you in 5 minutes. Took 2.5hours. I was told that my co pay will be about $20-$50 after sitting for an hour cost was more than that. Same insurance and came from another dentist office with no copay Only for a cleaning. I think not. I will be returning to my regular dentist office. Distance is further but that’s ok. They took my money when I know my insurance pays for entire service. I will not be back. I had another appointment to attend and had to switch the time due to My 8:30 am apt at this place lasting until 11:15am‍♀️

However, that did not prolong the wait time before being called back for my services. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. Fantastic experience: Wow. What an amazing dentist office!!! Truly!! The staff are super sweet, welcoming and just simply on their game!! This location, is sooooo big and can accommodate a ton of people at once, so that's a definite plus!! Most dentist offices I've been to only have about 6 chairs!, so it's very nice to see how many beings can be helped all at once!! Not only is this place huge, but the waiting area is sooo comfortable. Their chairs and couches are truly so comforting, especially if you're scared of the dentist, like me. They really helped me to feel calmer and chilled out, before my appointments started. What's cool, also, is the fact that Wave is literally right next door so you don't have to drive alllll around the city to go get the rest of your work done, if that is what you may need, since its right next door to Cambridge! Like how amazing is that?! I love that that is the case! Again, the staff, are such darlings. I haven't had not one complaint about any of them. They're kind, and they make you feel heard, mellow and well taken care of. There are truly some angels up in this office! Thank you, Cambridge, for making my dentist visit a comfortable breeze! <3

Negative experience: This Business has very much gone dome hill. Ever since being taken over by a Florida Group, the only thing this place cares about is getting your money and copays upfront. Sometime for services not even provided, they require upfront payment. I do not recommend this service establishment. The disorganization of the front desk and actually identifying the what’s you are being charged for is beyond me. Today, after leaving with my son, it pushed me to find a new dentist. We loved Dr Henderson and his team, but even his presence could not overcome the unprofessionalism and disfunction of this office. I would not recommend this place as I have lost all trust in it. In the past 2 yrs since being acquired by a larger group, the customer service, services and professionalism nose dived. Waiting at the front desk is like being in a high school setting.
