Fantastic experience: They got me in as a new patient quickly when I was having tooth pain- I had to have something kinda scary done and they were very quick- no pain and it wasn't very scary at all ( yes, I'm an adult I'm not afraid to admit people sticking sharp objects in my face is scary) all the staff was extremely nice and patient would highly recommend Sidenote: there's a toy train that goes around the ceiling in all the rooms and the waiting room and the front desk looks like a train station I can't imagine kids not absolutely loving this place even tho it is a dentist-

Negative experience: I came into this office in tears, desperate for relief and compassion. The tech was absolutely outstanding—kind, patient, gentle, and the only bright spot in what turned out to be an awful experience. She deserves every ounce of praise for her professionalism and genuine care. Without her, I would have walked out immediately. Unfortunately, the doctor was the exact opposite. He was rude, dismissive, and completely devoid of empathy. His attitude was cold, condescending, and unprofessional to the point of being cruel. Instead of treating me with the compassion that any patient in pain deserves, he made me feel like a burden and an inconvenience. He offered no kindness, no understanding—only judgment. Yes, I put my family before myself for years, and yes, I neglected my own health in the process. But to be shamed, belittled, and spoken to without even a shred of dignity when I was already crying in pain was absolutely unacceptable. His lack of bedside manner is not just disappointing—it is alarming. No patient deserves to be treated this way. While the office staff and tech were wonderful, this doctor singlehandedly turned what should have been a step toward healing into one of the most degrading experiences I’ve ever had in a medical office. I left feeling worse than when I arrived—emotionally crushed and still in pain. I really dont think I will never return, and I would strongly warn others: if you value compassion, respect, or even the most basic level of human decency, avoid this doctor at all costs.

Negative experience: Well If you like the assembly line feel of a dentist then I would say go here. I needed a tooth pulled. Made the appointment. But they schedule to many people and the dentist ended up getting bogged down. So I made another appointment for Monday. So I have a high pain tolerance. Told them that my tooth is really hurting. So I need some meds to take the pain away. They just gave me ibuprofen. And I am still in pain. Even scotch is not helping now. So I would say don't go here and go local. They just want the cash and not really help the patient.

Negative experience: So I go on for a routine extraction and the dentist pulled the wrong tooth. I go back to ask what had happened and was treated so horribly like it was my fault. I will be consulting my lawyer because this is so wrong. My spirit is crushed. And the way I was downed when I went back for there mistake was unforgivable. As 1 of the biggest reviewers in oklahoma alotta people will see this

Fantastic experience: Didn’t try to talk me out of my decision of the options given. I really appreciated that. The dentist and assistant were friendly courteous and talked me through everything.
Fantastic experience: I love this location the staff is super friendly and the provider doesn’t make you feel ashamed if you haven’t been in office for routine maintenance in a while! Negative experience: I've been coming here for a while, but the quality of service has definitely declined. Today was especially frustrating—I showed up on time for an appointment that was booked six months ago, only to be told it had been given away yesterday because I didn’t confirm via text. Meanwhile, I’m literally standing in the lobby and the person they gave my appointment to isn’t even there—they’re late. Instead of honoring my appointment as a long-time patient, they chose to wait on a no-show. On top of that, over the past year I’ve dealt with multiple issues from their billing department, including errors with insurance, credits issued and then reversed, and being told I owe money for their mistakes.

My appointment was at 4 pm and I was out and on my way at 5:30. They were professional and very caring about my welfare throughout my procedure.. Positive experience: Very polite staff, wait was not to long and was treated with care. Only giving a 4 because scheduling dates have been hard to get within the 6mth turn around from last visit and the future one is well over the 6mths also.

Negative experience: I have used this location before with my daughter.. I honestly didn't have a great experience with them then but did not blame them at all I believe it was my daughter and her extreme fear linked with her age was a handful and out of the realm of normal have to deal with .. my experience is.. I just found out I have graves desease and I haven't worked in months cause I have been sick as can be. This morning I woke with a sore on my gums from a tooth that has been bothering me a little bit. I was told the tooth was cracked and it needed to come out 8 years ago.. dental depot told me he could save tooth.. I told him I had 300 and some change in my pocket and I haven't worked in months and they send this lady in.. was nice enough but proceeded to tell me 2600 or 2300 .. may as well have been a million.. so now they want 90 for xrays and 265 to remove the tooth.. more then I have... I am so upset . I feel I had very upfront and honest with them and they were not upfront and hinest with me and tried to make more money and use me in this situation. I am meeting another dentist in the morning and is gonna remove tooth for 205 dollars and the tooth looks cracked to me.. the dentist at dental depot may be right and tooth may be something that can be saved.. I can not at this time pay the amount to save it.. do not go here if ypu care about ypur money, they will not give a shit about ypur money or situation. Just how much money they can get out of you

Negative experience: I was given quotes for somebody that only had medical insurance, even though they clearly scanned in my dental insurance when checking in, then was re-quoted with medical insurance and was given very little options for payment of services for someone on a middle class income with a low credit score There were no options for immediate solutions for missing tooth even though there are hundreds of options online for missing tooth at extremely affordable pricing and next day delivery.

Fantastic experience: So far my experience with DD has been good! They were thorough with my exam and explained the work I needed done in terms i could understand. Though I've just begun the process, they have calmingly walked me through every step and were thoughtful and gentle with my deep cleaning. I'm hoping the rest of the work goes as smoothly!

Fantastic experience: They were very kind. I had 5 teeth removed while I have a history of being difficult to get numbed and anesthesia wearing off quickly in the past they did everything to make sure I wasn't hurting during the process and kept checking and asking if I was doing okay. Probably honestly the best dental experience I've ever had, granted now the next day I'm quite obviously in pain lol, but they did everything they could to make sure I wasn't uncomfortable. To be honest, both the Dental Depot in Norman and OKC the people are extremely nice. I take my kids there and they always make sure that they're doing okay while getting anything done. My kids love going to the dentist, which is strange on its own. Regardless all that to say, being kind is free and it absolutely has an impact on those around you. The people at both of those locations are amazing and kind, so if you struggle with your kids being scared at the dentist or even yourself, you'll be in good hands at either one of these locations.

Negative experience: I don’t know about a lot, but I know that the past year and I would not recommend to go there to have your teeth pulled and get replacements because they give you a normal nice pair in the beginning and then the permanent ones are just embarrassing and then to have that fixed you have to pay out of your pocket when technically they already paid for and who wants to have big horse teeth in their mouth that are yellow so maybe to take your kids there fine but not to have any any false teeth there done.

Negative experience: Crowns are guaranteed for 1 year. That's it!!! I had a crown 2 years ago. It came off twice and it has a hole in it. The dentist that originally did the work no longer works there. They contacted my insurance and they would pay half. I was to be responsible for the rest! It's not my fault he did crappy work! Beware !!!

Negative experience: I will definitely not be coming back. My boyfriend and I have made appointments at this dentistry, the same exact times and each time that I was seeing he was turned away and I’m beginning to think that it’s because of his appearance and although that this is a dentistry establishment his teeth need to be fixed so you would think that dentist would want to work on somebody’s teeth that bad, but no rather than collecting the money and everything else that they could get from us They just turned him away and kept saying that everything was being ran on both of his insurances and they were not

Negative experience: Actually, my visit wasn’t very good this time. I am signed up in a program where you get your teeth cleaned every four months and I was with a different Dentist that used to be with Dental Depot and I went back to Dental Depot recently and they don’t honor the program because they haven’t filled out the paperwork on the program so I left without being taken care of very disappointing because I had called to make sure before I switched back to Dental Depot and they did not inform me that they didn’t honor the once every four month program for teeth cleaning covered by my insurance .

Fantastic experience: Been going to this Dental Depot since I was a kid and I have never had a bad experience. My bridge fell out over the weekend and they were able to get me all fixed up the following Monday.

Negative experience: Nathanial is so great with my son, makes him look forward to the visit! We’ve left reviews before and they were 5 stars now I’m not sure what’s going on with this place now (the location off 104th) It is chaos and no one knows that they are doing. We just received a call to cancel our appt that is in thirty minutes and said we can call back when we are ready because we have rescheduled appointments in the past. When I said I’m ready now as I have an appointment in thirty minutes she kept repeating her statement and then said “ we will see you today” and hung up. They have given away our appointments before and completely cancelled even though we had received texts and emails of the date and time. Then made us wait forever to get back in due to their negligence. We will find a new dentist that is capable of keeping the same staff and scheduling appropriately.

Positive experience: Very fast at getting you back. One of the dentist is new to this location and he is very good no issues yet. Lastone I did have a issue with my crown not being put on right and now I have a cavity forming under it so that's why I'm giving them a 4 star but other then that bad experience I've had no issue with the new people.

Negative experience: They genuinely don’t care about their patients. I have a child who has been in pain for three days and not sleeping from tooth pain and nothing is being done. And when you call in to figure out what to do the person that answers the phone is rude and unhelpful. We’ve been in multiple times in the last six months for the same issue and nothing has been fixed.

Negative experience: Was not happy with the dental assistant she was terrible ..all she said was open open for the xRays and crammed each one nearly to the back of my throat , no compassion was extremely rough as hell and took less then 1 minute to polish and brush my teeth . I told hygenist how i was treated she didnt even care. now Dr Duffy was amazing.

Fantastic experience: I was in extreme pain, dental depot got me same day, did exam, X-rays and pulled the teeth that were causing me so much pain. Everyone was nice and comforting. They moved quick and I was finally able to get a good nights rest because of Dental Depot!

Fantastic experience: So I went to the dentist and they said I need to take out my wisdom teeth but they said I needed to go to a specialist because they are growing in sideways. So I make an appointment with the specialist and AFTER insurance they are quoting me $1400. I can’t afford that so I figured I’d have to suffer through. My son in law went to this dental depot and they took out his wisdom teeth which were also impacted and he said it was a great experience so I decided to try them. I went in they quoted me $130 - yea you read that right, and they did it then and there. They were professional, quick, and did a great job. I’m amazed and I could cry. Okay I did cry - in gratitude! It is CRIMINAL that there can be such a difference in price. Well, thank goodness I found these guys, I am forever grateful. They are amazing. My dentist was great he did a great job, I know because I’ve recovered quickly. Best dentist EVER!

Negative experience: This dentist is under staffed. Trying to get an appointment as an establish patient for emergencies is extremely hard. They change appointment times on you a lot. It has happened to us multiple times. Ive had an appointment time get changed for under staffed reasons and then they give me a new time and I call back and they dont even have the new appointment scheduled. Lol they just called again as Im typing this and now canceled the new appointment I made. Lol wow you would think they would hire someone else these issues have been happening for about a year now Just read your reply to my review. Doesnt do much good to talk with the office manager if my appointments still get canceled when its an emergency, does it? It sure didnt feel like you were concerned when my daughter is in extreme pain from wisdom tooth removal and you cant even keep the exam appointment to make sure nothing is wrong. Luckily we found another dentist and she has an infection. Its a good thing we didnt wait for an appointment with your office.

Negative experience: Both ladies were super heavy handed. Always get good reviews on my teeth and I had marks all over my gums from them digging too deep. My teeth have never been that sore before. Probably the worst trip so far, sadly.

Negative experience: Completely horrible experience. I’ve brought my kids here before and overtime the experience has worsened. I brought my daughter in for a braces consultation, afterwards my wife scheduled the next visit to proceed with the process. When I took my daughter in to start the process, we were told we needed another consultation because the previous one was over 6 months old. Why would they schedule us so far out, only to need another consultation? Then they told me there’s a $500 deposit for all braces, which wasn’t previously mentioned. Why would we need a deposit it she’s double covered on insurance? We decided not to proceed with the braces here, but I kept my appointment that I scheduled for my checkup. Fast forward to this Thanksgiving week when my allotment was scheduled. I checked in for my visit and was questioned if I confirmed my appointment. I said I confirmed my appointment when I scheduled it. The worker said that there might be a wait because they booked another person for the same time because I didn’t confirm my appointment. I let them know that I didn’t cancel my appointment, and if I wasn’t going to make it, I would’ve canceled it. That’s what the cancellation policy is for. I let her know that I didn’t have my phone the day before when they attempted to confirm. She said she can have me wait or reschedule me for the next spot, which wasn’t until August of the following year! I said I’ll just wait, so she had me fill out paperwork. Another worker called me back up to let me know they weren’t going to see me today because I didn’t confirm the appointment. Once again, I explained I never canceled and didn’t receive their contract attempt because I didn’t have my phone the day before; I had family come into town and I wasn’t near my phone. I also explained that’s what the cancellation policy is for, and I’ve never cancelled my appointment. I’m an adult, I scheduled this appointment months prior to occur during my vacation time, so I confirmed when I scheduled the appointment and put it in my calendar. There was no reasoning with the worker. This was a complete waste of my time and now I can’t use my insurance benefits that I’ve paid into all year. Don’t waste your time bringing your family to this place.

From the moment I walked into the office, Melissa greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel immediately at ease. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor helped alleviate any nerves I had about the exam. Throughout the appointment, she was incredibly knowledgeable, explaining every step of the process and answering any questions I had with patience. Negative experience: Got there at 8:55 am for a 9 and 9:30 appt. They checked in the 9 and forgot abt the 9:30 bc they forgot to check me in even tho she asked for an ID. Didn’t get seen until 10:15 and got out of there at 10:45 … didn’t really wanna waste my whole day up there lolol jus be prepared.

Fantastic experience: Everyone was super nice. My appointment was pretty quick since I was getting a second opinion, but Dr. Duffy was really nice and understanding. I have chosen to stay with them. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Plus, how can you go wrong with a train themed dentist office! So cool!!!

Negative experience: Scheduled an appointment to get a crown on a tooth. Went for the appointment and all they did was tell me yes you need a crown scheduled an appointment to come back and we can get that done. I don't have time today. So now I have to wait another 2 weeks because I have to get my time off approved. Why didn't they scheduled me in with enough time for the crown put on when I said I need a crown?

Negative experience: Great service but too busy to do cleanings every 6 months. They are scheduling 9 months rather than 6. I will be finding a new dentist that can accommodate their caseload better
