Fantastic experience: They have the best dentists and assistants. I’ve never had an issue with any of them and they’re very accommodating and helpful. Not sure about the other locations however for Diamond Braces 2992 Third Avenue, I’d definitely highly recommend this location to anyone and everyone.

Negative experience: Today my son had an appointment and the appointment was canceled due to me asking how long it was going to take for our appointment to begin. Our appointment was at 3:00 p.m. and it did not even begin until 3:29. From my understanding, if I was late they would cancel my appointment and have me rescheduled. I simply asked how long would this take to begin services + the receptionist said it would take as long as it's going to take. I thought that was very rude and unprofessional that they could not articulate how much time they needed to gather paperwork to start my appointment which was at 3:00 p.m. I then spoke to the advisor who was going to start my paperwork, so I asked again. Do you know what time our appointment will begin? You know it's past 3:00 p.m. I just would like to know the time frame. She told me that I am free to leave or reschedule, didn't at this point I'm frustrated because we're sitting here and it's well past 3:30 and we have not begun any paperwork. She has a nasty attitude and expects me to sit down and hand her my money. I ask is there anyone else I could speak to besides you and she said no. I'm very dissatisfied with the service that I received today. I requested to have another appointment with a different advisor. Hopefully that one goes better. I think there needs to be an attitude adjustment and a manager available to assist in situations like this. This could have been completely avoided Had a manager been available.

Negative experience: They orthodontist left to NJ, he didn't finish the job and they are still charging me for an unfinish job!!

Negative experience: I DO NOT recommend this Diamond Braces location. I strongly suggest doing your research. While I was about 90% satisfied with my overall results, I felt my teeth could have looked straighter. I was told that what I got was “as good as it’s going to get,” but I wasn’t fully convinced. In fact, my final set of aligners had my teeth looking straighter than the retainers they provided afterward. When I expressed my concerns and asked for a new set of retainers, I was told I’d have to pay an extra fee—despite the fact that the retainers were made based on their own scan and didn’t match the results I expected. I refused to pay the additional fee and am now stuck using my last set of aligners as my retainers. Also, management is nowhere to be found. You cannot contact them over the phone, nor can you find them in office. This experience left me disappointed and questioning the quality of care and customer service at this location.

Negative experience: This office use to be good. Now they always short on staff which makes longer waits or constant rescheduled appointments. Also the Dr. they have now is horrible. Dr. Gutierrez was very disrespectful to me and my child, he is very unprofessional when speaking to others. I removed my child from that office to another and will be making a complaint on him as well. I do not recommend going to this office.

Fantastic experience: I normally don't give reviews unless the service was exceptional. Walking into Diamond Braces I did not know what to expect especially on a Saturday. My teenage son and i received exceptional service from the time we walked in. I was greeted by Isabel who was very professional during my son and I consultation was very informative and educated on the consultation processes. The doctor assign to my son and I was very descriptive and detailed in what was needed and also inquired about our expectations. Overall, I recommend this location for numerous reasons but most importantly the professionalism and their office etiquette.

Kudos to Isabel and Diomedis. These girls went above and beyond in helping my daughter with the insurance approval and always maintaining her braces. Fantastic experience: I've done invisalign treatment with them for 2 years. It has been an exceptional experience. Staff are professional and relatable, beautiful people! The office is clean and organized. Everyone communicates well from the front desk receptionist to the doctors. When I came for appointments Ive never had to wait for more than 5 mins. Everything was as they said it would be. No hidden fees or drama and confusion. I have absolutely no complaints. I dont know about anyone elses experience but mine was excellent. If I could give 20 stars I would lol. I am now done with treatment and will miss them

Fantastic experience: The Best place ever, I really enjoy coming here every time, I feel súper comfortable and everyone treats me sooooo good. One time I loathe my appointment and they literally forget it because it was my first time losing one appointment, which make me so happy, and make me feel that they really care about there customers. The prorecdures are really good. The take really good care of me every time that I come here. I really recommend this place 10/10 FIVE STARS. Negative experience: I have never experienced anything as awful as my time as a patient at Diamond Braces. From the beginning, it felt like they were doing everything possible to hide negative reviews, and now I understand why. They have completely ruined my teeth and refuse to take any accountability for the damage they’ve caused. Instead of addressing their mistakes, they gaslight and manipulate their patients. It’s clear they only care about money, not the well-being of those they’re supposed to treat. After my last appointment, they completely ghosted me—no follow-up, no response to my attempts to contact them. It’s as if they’ve abandoned me after taking my money. This place feels more like a scam than a legitimate practice. The trauma they’ve caused is indescribable. What should have been a simple process to straighten my teeth has turned into a literal nightmare. Diamond Braces needs to be investigated. It’s the most traumatic experience I’ve ever had as a patient. They don’t care about your health—only the money they can get from you. Avoid this place at all costs! Update: Thank you for your response, but there’s no need for me to reach out to you. You already know who I am and the ongoing issues I’ve been facing as a patient here for quite some time. Since my last appointment on August 31, I’ve made numerous attempts to get in contact with your office, but I’ve been completely ignored. I’ve been neglected and ghosted by your team, with no attempt to follow up on my treatment. When I finally did get through to someone, the only concern seemed to be asking for more money, which unfortunately has been the recurring theme throughout my treatment. It feels as though you are more focused on profiting than providing proper care. Despite paying a significant amount, my treatment remains incomplete, and my teeth have been left in a worse condition than when I started. I was initially told that my teeth were in great condition, only to later meet with a different doctor who confirmed that my teeth were not aligned properly, and my treatment was far from finished. Now, I’m being asked for even more money to fix the damage caused by the previous doctor. It’s clear that the focus is not on patient care but on generating as much profit as possible. I want potential customers to be aware of this because the service I’ve received has been far from what was promised. Many of the reviews you see here do not reflect the true experience I’ve had, and I know firsthand that some of these positive reviews were pressured or forced, which doesn’t align with the reality of the service provided. Please understand that all I want is proper treatment and care, not continuous demands for more payments without any resolution. I hope this review can help others make an informed decision before they commit.

Fantastic experience: They are good, clean and fast. I like how you can pay in payments for your braces. You always have options. They always treated my daughter with care and also informed her and I of anything going on. The head dentist checks in and he is super nice. The only thing they should emphasize more is the gum swelling if the child does not brush and floss accordingly. They really need to emphasize that part more to the patients and parents from the beginning especially. Everything else five stars will recommend.
