Fantastic experience: My kids actually get excited to go to the dentist! We had barely any wait time, the staff is super friendly, hygienists are great, and the dentists are thorough, knowledgeable and fun. We’re in good hands at North Point!

Fantastic experience: I absolutely recommend North Point Pediatric Dental for the kiddos! We just had our annual family visit & it was awesome!! The waiting room was such a vibe and my kiddos loved everything about it. Our dental hygienist was so patient with my kids , and very informative. Our dentist was very polite and full of good energy. (Loved his shoes) The whole office and staff were very sweet, and kind hearted to my family. Thank you so much North Point Pediatric I’m so glad to have you guys. We can’t wait for our next appointment!

Positive experience: The hygienist was amazing. So kind, patient, and sweet! I was shocked she got everything needed done. The dentist was nice, but a little underwhelming- was only in the room a few minutes and didn’t introduce himself. I appreciated the no wait time in the lobby.

Fantastic experience: They had a full parking lot and a receptionist out sick when we visited this morning. The ladies at the front desk were still cheerful and helpful. The hygienist was excellent with my three-year-old, talking her through her first cleaning. And the dentist was patient with my two-year-old as he checked his teeth. The only complaint is that the plastic balls that the prizes come in are too tricky for my little ones to open up!

Fantastic experience: I drive an hour to this dentist because of how great Dr. Fishbaugh is with my kids! He takes into account their sensory issues and is always accommodating to them and never pushy or in a rush. He is quick and efficient and very personable. The dental assistants are always lovey as well. Would recommend them to anyone but especially those with special needs/accommodations.

Fantastic experience: My kids love going to North Point. They have so many fun and relaxing games to keep them entertained. Like the TV's on the ceiling or games in the lobby. They love getting their teeth cleaned by the energetic hygienist and the dentist takes a lot of care during the exam.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing experience Parents are able to go back with the children. They focused on what she needed to make the experience comfortable. My daughter is deathly afraid of needles, so to do a filling so simply was amazing to witness! Have a nervous child? Bad experience somewhere else? This is the place to go! Games in the waiting area, parents able to go back with the child, and open communication! All to put your mind at ease!

Fantastic experience: Simply amazing! As a foster/adoptive parent with seven still at home, I am very careful with who and how my kids are cared for. I tried several others before my sister recommended Northpointe. I can not express the difference in care and confidence. My children actually look forward to their appointments. I can even take all of them at the same time. They definitely should be the example of what pediatric dentistry should be. I recommend them to everyone who asks!

Fantastic experience: Everyone is so friendly! My daughters very first dentist visit she was apprehensive so the dentist was quick and precise. Trying to comfort a toddler is hard when they're nervous or scared. He did great. Her second visit went a lot smoother since she had already been there. The dentist was again very nice and making my daughter comfortable by letting her see the tools and speaking to her in a soothing way. My daughter was premature so shes on the smaller side and her speech still isnt perfect. But everyone listens like shes fully talking and that makes her feel great! They know what they're doing to make everyone comfortable! Would definitely recommend!

He is calm and kind to his patience and helps them feel at ease. Currently taking my 3 year old and 1 year old to see him and will continue for many years to come.

Fantastic experience: Saw my daughter for an emergency fix when she broke her two front teeth after falling at basketball. Got us in next day and did a phenomenal job with the restoration match. Dr. McCrea listened to her and made sure she was comfortable. If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would.

Fantastic experience: The entire staff is professional, friendly and helpful. We’ve had many of the hygienists and they are all excellent and very clear communicators. They also let you come back with your children, which is super. We see Dr. Steve and he is excellent.

Negative experience: I just started taking my kids here recently and we love the dentist and his hygienists! They are super friendly and do a great job. Check out is where I’ve had 3 issues now. They continue to try to get me to pay for basic cleanings that my insurance pays 100% of. They have told me it’s only covered at 90% and when I correct them they take a while and finally find their mistakes. It’s just tiring each time we try to check out. I hope this dentist office can figure out Delta Dental benefits better than they do currently.

Fantastic experience: This is, I believe our 3rd time going to North Point and they truly are really good with kids. The gentleness, the comfort, very very polite and fun. All around your children are number 1 there and that is how it should be! As a parent I have asked them what I thought were silly questions or can't get my words out properly (lol) they answer perfectly and just I am happy there. Most importantly my children are happy there. I would definitely recommend atleast giving them a try!

Fantastic experience: I have experienced Northpoint from the child’s perspective when I was a patient there and now I get to experience them as a parent with my own children. They are always so warm and welcoming to my kiddos and me. My kids feel so comfortable working with the staff and the staff is always so patient and amazing at explaining to the kids what they are doing. Not only did Dr. Kilgore have me come in right away without an earlier appointment, their staff stayed after to ensure he was seen and got the care he needed. Appt was on time and finished quickly. They also made sure to inform me of everything they were planning on completing that day and giving me the option of whether or not to have those things done. Fantastic experience: Today was my son’s first dental visit and our hygienist was FANTASTIC. As he started to get nervous, she quickly changed her approach and had many tricks up her sleeve to make it fun. She got him to do a whole cleaning and fluoride treatment. He left raving about it and spouting off all he learned today.

Negative experience: Today my daughter had her first visit at the dentist and we did not have a great experience! The ladies at the front desk were not nice and I was never greeted! After I spoke to the ladies and asked them how do I check in the lady asked for my insurance and I’d. We were 15 minutes early and were called back about 5 minutes before our appointment time. As we headed back to the room the lady was nice but the room was dirty! The assistant asked if I had any concerns and “counted” my child’s teeth. After that we waited about 20 minutes for the dr to come in. When the dr came in he greeted us and looked in my child’s mouth for 2 seconds said everything was ok and that they do cleanings in the “spring” or the next time she comes back. I feel like i could have looked in my child’s mouth myself and seen her teeth “looked good”! Very disappointed we will not be returning! And I will be calling higher authority about my experience!

They made it look so fun my 3 year old eagerly jumped in the chair for her first cleaning too! And they graciously counted my two year olds teeth for her so she didn't feel left out even though she wasn't scheduled for an appointment. Very friendly and encouraging!

Fantastic experience: North Point is a great dental practice for any kid. It's clean, staff is very friendly and we can get in and out fast. We've never been pressured to consider extra services for any reason, only what the kids actually needed. There are lots of things to entertain and keep kids busy in the waiting area as well as Disney shows they can watch during their cleanings. Even my teenager gets glued to a cartoon while his teeth are worked on. Everything they do makes the whole dentistry experience a lot easier for anxious kiddos or those with special needs/abilities! If you're looking for a dentist for your kids, North Point is a great option.

Fantastic experience: My 10 year old had to have some baby teeth "wiggled out" Dr. Cara was so awesome with him. They gave him some watermelon flavored air to breathe, which he really liked. Then she rubbed some "special jelly" on his teeth to numb him before the "little poke" so he didn't have any pain. She was laughing and joking with him the whole time. Negative experience: This was our first time visiting your office, and unfortunately, the experience was not what we expected. There were several issues that need to be addressed. During the cleaning, my daughter mentioned that the hygienist applied excessive pressure, which caused her tooth to hurt. The hygienist also seemed disengaged and unfriendly throughout the appointment. Before the visit, my daughter had no issues with pain, but since the cleaning, she has been complaining of discomfort, despite having no cavities. I also found it odd that the hygienist asked if my 8-year-old daughter had ever been to a dentist before. She then noticed my daughter’s silver cap and asked, “Where did you get that from?” When I asked why, she simply said it looked nice. But just a few minutes later, when the dentist arrived, the hygienist remarked that the tooth was a problem. This felt unprofessional and rude. Overall, this first experience was disappointing, and I believe gentle, compassionate care is crucial—especially for children. I hope this feedback helps improve future patient experiences. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Fantastic experience: Made the switch after 11 years of same dentistry in SB to Northpoint and I am kicking myself for not doing it sooner!!!! They are so so soooo nice here. Like the aura here is unbelievably peaceful. Do not have to worry about getting attitude from receptionist or hygenists nor worry about are they going to answer my phone calls. I love the waiting room for the kids. They definitely asked kids what they should have in the waiting room because they have a bit of everything from young kids to older ones. Oh and if my appointment is at 1 they are calling my kids a little before, on time or the most 10 minutes after. No 20, 30 or even 45 minutes after “scheduled” time. I could go on and on. They do have a bit of already scheduled appointments so if you have to reschedule it could be 2-3 months out but it seems to be the norm anywhere you go and i would wait a year if i had to from here because they are worth it!

Fantastic experience: I have been through the ringer with pediatric dentists lately. Everything from one not wanting to help my six year old (now 7) with a pretty bad problem, to another damaging his gums, to yet another who was just plain old mean to my kid and hurt him (his words). All of which had RUDE staff. Northpoint has TODAY (in only 1 visit) renewed my faith in the Healthcare industry. I wish there were MORE stars because Northpoint deserves MORE. EXTREMELY FRIENDLY staff !!! EXTREMELY EFFICIENT, and not to mention accommodating! I have 4 boys so we roll 5 deep at least. We are a unit and they allowed us to stay that way in their facility. They have a small arcade to help keep the kids happy while waiting! Very refreshing, seeing people doing their jobs and being SUPER FRIENDLY at the same time!!! It shouldn't be, but it's a fading quality on our chaotic lil 3rd rock!!!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. McCrea and his team are incredible with my son. We have been going to North Point since he was 2 and now he is 4. He just had his first cleaning! Before, he was a little too scared to get his teeth cleaned and that was fine with the staff! They let them go at their own pace because the dentist can be a scary place for adults, let alone children! The prizes at the end and toothbrush of your choice don’t hurt the experience either. I recommend North Point and Dr. McCrea to everyone!

Fantastic experience: First time going had an appointment for end of July for my daughter to get dental cleaning and exam for kindergarten this coming fall. She had a problem with her mouth we needed to be seen sooner they made it possible for us to be seen the next day! We were greeted by the amazing staff up front. My girls got to play video games an lots of books also had a kids friendly Disney movie playing! We were called back timely the dental hygienist was very kind n made my daughter who is usually very nervous comfortable. They had a tv she could watch playing bluey. She got to pick out her flavors of their tooth paste got right to her cleaning and talked to her a let her know everything that was about to happen. She then got x rays she was brave to go by herself. Met the dentist who was very helpful with our worry of her gum issue. My daughter got to pick out a tooth brush an even got a reward along with her baby sister. Over all I felt very pleased and satisfied with North Point!

Fantastic experience: What a delightful dental experience! Alyssa is absolutely wonderful and even let my son help her clean his teeth today. Dr. Fishbaugh is a gem. We’re so thankful to have a pediatric dental office so genuine, caring, and professional.
