Fantastic experience: Staff is always friendly. I've been with this practice for quite a few years and have seen the same tech most of my visits. Kathy always seems to remember my case, is thorough yet gentle. I really appreciate the continuity of care. Dr Phil is pleasant and while he is in and out quickly, if you have a concern he listens and doesn't rush you through it.

Positive experience: ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great hygienist and fair pricing, but poor communication and follow‑through left me disappointed. I’ve been a patient here for years and have appreciated the care, especially from the hygienist, who has always been excellent. At my June 24th appointment, I received a fair quote for a bridge replacement, but when I asked about the condition of my abutments and what would happen if they weren’t viable, my question was cut short. To her credit, the dentist later brought me back in and tried to address my concerns, but the conversation still felt rushed, and I left without the clear answers I needed. Today, I was ready to move forward — only to learn that nothing had progressed beyond the estimate. I was told it will now take another 30 business days just to process a predetermination. This was frustrating, as the process could have been started back in June. While I’m grateful for the hygienist’s excellent care and the fairness of the original quote, I believe patients deserve clear communication, timely follow‑through, and confidence that their concerns are being fully addressed, especially when it comes to major dental work.

Positive experience: A little quick to add more to visit. Cleaned teeth in less than 20 min for $185. Dang a bit expensive

Fantastic experience: I had an emergency and needed a broken tooth fixed. They got me in within an hour and did a root canal and a temporary crown and get me back to work! Lovely doctor and very nice assistants. This will be my new family dentist!!

Positive experience: The office was super nice and everyone was very friendly. It seemed like they were using a lot of the most up to date technology for their work. I won’t say they were aggressive about cosmetic dentistry, but I would say assertive. I hadn’t been to the dentist in a number of years and it just felt like we went straight from a general cleaning and exam to, “What can we do to improve your smile?” I appreciated the advice and consult on my cosmetic dentistry options, but I wasn’t going in there planning to come out with a whole plan of expensive treatment options. It wasn’t bad, by any means, it just took me by surprise and I didn’t know how to respond in the moment - I felt like there was an urgency to respond, but that’s likely more to do with my own personality. I’ll definitely look over the options we talked about and be prepared to go into my next appointment ready to discuss what I’m willing to do right now and be firm about what is not really an option moving forward.

Fantastic experience: Vanessa did an amazing job, wonderful personality. I do have a specific hygienist I see but Vanessa gained my trust. She was able to show me X-rays and photos of treatment that I need. See you in 6 months

Negative experience: A very greedy and unprofessional practice unfortunately. Despite having been a client with them for years, this year, they have canceled my appointments multiple times and have no openings at my previous scheduled times. I have been trying to get in for a routine cleaning since January 2025, after canceling with one day's notice back then, they rescheduled me all the way out to this September 2025. Since there was no emergency, I was calm and just accepted things happen. However, they just contacted me again this week to tell me "the Dr's have decided for their own work life balance to cut your appointment time". I explained my situation, that I work and I don't cancel on my clients and am booked through the day for months out, so can I please get the latest possible time in the day then? "Sure, but there are no openings so we can put you on waitlist, no we can't provide an estimate on waitlist as we've had to cancel hundreds of appointments for this change. Oh also, we've decided to no longer take tricare so your next visit might not be covered depending on when that change is complete". So you're telling me I could have been seen twice by now this year if your practice didn't keep canceling on me, and now my next visit likely won't be covered? It seems like this practice just used military families to get established, and now that they have enough clients from higher reimbursing insurance companies, they are now dropping us like yesterday's news. Have some integrity. Yes you deserve work life balance, but a true and caring professional slowly phases these changes in, they dont just bluntly cancel appointments on repeat without care for their patients. You could very easily say to your staff "stop scheduling anymore appointments at this time, but we will see through the ones we had already scheduled". Sounds like you are successful enough you can afford to keep seeing tricare/military families as well, but you're choosing not to out of greed. Shame on you. Did you really get in the field to be this greedy, or what originally inspired you? If it was to help people, time for a reality check on what you've turned into.

Fantastic experience: I am so thankful! Your whole team got me through a very rough spot today. Originally I was scheduled to come in to check out a sensitive tooth on wednesday. When i woke up on tuesday, the tooth had gotten a lot worse overnight and was incredibly painful. Your receptionist juggled the schedule and got me in on tuesday. God bless her for her compassion! Dr. Patel was incredible in treating my issue with minimal discomfort. I told her i want her to be my regular dentist from now on! The assistant Gerardo was awesome as well! He has a terrific bedside manner and made sure i felt comfortable through the whole appointment.

Negative experience: First time customer will never go back paided 153 for x ray for them to quote me 3800 for root canal

Fantastic experience: The second I walked in everyone was greeting me with hi and hello from the staffs .Just Smile is always my place go to get my teeth cleaned I’ve been with them for over 16 years love all my hygienist especially my last one she’s did a great job. The only one time I missed my appointment I was charged $50 fee.Which is my fault the staff there they did a good job of reminding me of my appointment some how I still don’t remember.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had 2 procedures and a cleaning with Just Smiles. This staff is absolutely fantastic! I had to have two separate procedures that required someone to be present to drive me home. The staff at the front desk were insanely accommodating! The allowed my wife and infant child to stay in their conference while they waited for me! The dentists and hygienists are very professional and down to earth. During the cleaning she kept talking like normal and made the time fly by. Even tho had to get other things done that the office didn't to gave me the office that would be able to complete that part prior to coming back. Told me to call if i had any issues before I left. Negative experience: Wow, I don't know where to begin. There was a gentleman that expressed my sentiments toward this establishment exactly. I too feel that they are money gouging. I feel they are over priced. I was present in the consultation with a piece of paper with the cost on it with a whisper is this what u were looking to pay I thought that was tackey. I said no. My bad, I did decide yo go with the treatment the worst decision ever. I didn't find everyone to be nice or professional especially Dr.K. I found him to be rude, aggressive, arrogant, and childish. The last straw was when he showed me some of his work and I said nothing he made a smart comment and I had to check him, he apologize and said his wife had told him about the way he speaks. After showing me the work I said nothing. I guess he looked at the expression on my face and said, well I've seen worth. I assumed he was talking about mine. It was ok because I've seen his and I was not impressed . I assumed he got mad stomped out of the room and told me to have someone else complete the work.. That was fine with me because I was not happy with him anyway. Thanks

I started going to this practice because it looked very kid friendly but I go there too! They are great with kids and adults. My kids always have positive experiences so they don’t mind going to the dentist. No long waits in the lobby! All the current technology. Friendly, helpful staff. Recently referred a friend to them who chipped a tooth. They got her in the next day and she was very happy with their service also.

Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend enough! I know anxiety about the dentist is common enough, but to me it feels like a massive hurdle. These people were so understanding, communicative, and kind, that it made the appointment significantly easier for me. When we talked about next steps they made sure to address the fears I have. I will feel much more confident about the next time I go in for a cleaning because I know I’ll be taken good care of.

Fantastic experience: Spent 3 hours at just smiles this morning. I had a root canal, an extraction and bridge work done. It was a good experience. Staff was very kind and accommodating. They gave me the option to listing to whatever music I wanted to on headphones. They brought me a small pillow to make sure I was comfortable. They were very gental. No pain at all. They didn't rush me through any procedures. They weren't judgmental and they seem to value me as a new client. They do all surgeries in house and I was given several different payment and financial options. JUST SMILES will be my dentist office from now on. Very satisfied

Fantastic experience: I put off going to the dentist for four years. One of the first things they asked me was why I had waited so long—without sounding condescending or judgmental. When I explained it was due to bad past experiences and anxiety, they completely understood and made me feel comfortable right away. Throughout the entire appointment, they regularly checked in to ask if I was nervous or feeling any discomfort. Anytime something felt off, they took the time to explain what was happening and adjusted their approach to ease my mind. Not once did they make me feel ashamed about my teeth. Instead, they walked me through a plan to get everything back on track and were incredibly kind and understanding. I’m so relieved to have finally found a dental office I feel safe and supported in.

Negative experience: I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the service at Just Smile. My recent experience attempting to pick up my teeth guard was incredibly frustrating. The front desk receptionist was dismissive and rude, creating an unnecessarily unpleasant interaction. I was told I would have to wait and that no staff would be available to assist me. However, my mouth guard was retrieved in just two minutes. This begs the question: why create such an obstacle for a simple pickup? This, along with their consistent inability to schedule appointments, has led me to seek dental care elsewhere. I cannot recommend this office. I’d recommend a coaching opportunity to the front desk staff.

Fantastic experience: Came in for my cleaning appointment, had their sub hygienist Hunter do my cleaning, 10/10 one of my favorite hygienists so far. Gerardo also helped me out with my scans for bleaching trays, very professional and kind! 10/10 overall. If you’re thinking about going in, DO IT!!!!

Fantastic experience: My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed at the Hilliard location and the staff and dentist were wonderful. The staff was courteous, kind and caring and were always willing to answer any questions we had prior to and after the procedure. The dentist worked with my daughter’s anxiety to make her as comfortable as possible during the surgery. While it is never fun to have wisdom teeth taken out, we would recommend Dr. Hatahet for the job.

Fantastic experience: I had an urgent dental need and they were able to schedule me for the same day. Everyone there is so friendly! They gave me options and listened to my concerns. They also have payment plans and that was crucial for me. I finally found my Dentist.

Fantastic experience: I started going here about 8 months ago having just moved up the street. Honestly, I just picked them out of a Google search but I couldn’t be happier with the selection. The great reviews are definitely warranted. Very clean and friendly atmosphere. Easy to get in and out when your schedule permits. Seems like they do great work as well. I’ve had 2 cleanings and a crown replaced and I’ve got no complaints.

Dr. Phil fixed 1 of my issues on the first visit and is able to fix rhe other on the next visit. I have never had such a wonderful experience at the dentist. And the staff... superb!

Positive experience: My appointment was scheduled for 10:50am. I arrived early at 10:35am and was prepared for my appointment after completing paperwork online. I wasn’t called back for session until 11:15am, 40 minutes after my arrival. My time is valuable and I came prepared for the appointment. I expect Just Smiles to do the same and they didn’t this visit. The dental hygienist and dentist were excellent!!! Hopefully my next appointment will be better time wise.

Fantastic experience: Very nice place. Very clean and the staff were extremely friendly. Dr Phil and Tech Dimitri had a procedure done on me. They were very nice and the procedure was painless he took his time and did everything perfectly. When I walked out of there I had no pain and the healing of my gums was perfect where he had worked on them. Excellent job love this place which has excellent doctors and staff. I would've given 5 stars, but I prefer not to get links texted to me to complete updated health questionnaires. I'd prefer to create an account on your website and update info there. Being in cyber security, I don't click on random links, regardless of how "secure" staff assures me it is.

Fantastic experience: State of the art facility. Very clean, very professional. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Hygienists and dentists are kind and patient, and really help you to feel comfortable and taken care of. I can't say enough good things about my experience, and look forward to Just Smiles being my long term dental practice.
