Negative experience: Do NOT recommend. Please go somewhere else. You will jank me later. There are so many other places to choose from in Liberty. I do not recommend this dental office. Even though they kept recommending a deep cleaning, I clearly explained that I couldn’t afford it and didn’t want it at that time. I asked on more than once visit for a regular cleaning—which is fully covered by my insurance—but they went ahead and billed me $54 each visit anyway for the deep cleaning I didn’t agree to. I had no choice? Interesting. I should have had the choice. And on top of that, the front desk staff is consistently rude. They make you feel like you're bothering them. Super awkward vibes. I’m done. Wish I would've made this decision two years ago.

You can tell she really cares about doing a great job not just rushing through like some others. Fantastic experience: We had to change dentist due to insurance changes and Highland was my first choice. They got my family of four in quickly & easily. All the staff were super friendly & informative. Front desk had our follow ups already scheduled & were able to get us right back in for any additional work that was needed. Office was set up very professional & clean. Hope to be with them for a long time!

Fantastic experience: I chipped a front tooth and called into the office at 4:15 pm. They offered me several appointment times over the next 2 days. When I arrived for my appointment, Checkin was seamless and I was in the dental chair within 5 minutes. Dr. Ragsdale and the hygienist explained the procedure and it was completed efficiently. I appreciate their genuine compassion, knowledge and professionalism.

Fantastic experience: Dr Kirshbaum has worked faithfully trying to help me with dental issues that I have. He had had to extract a couple of teeth and now he is helping me get my partials remade so they fit with the gaps where he had to extract teeth. He has been very helpful and patient through this whole process.

The dental assistants are wonderful to interact with, very companionable. Dr. Reuter is gentle and funny and supportive. I was comfortable with the entire process and look forward to going back and having this be my family's dentistry office.

Negative experience: Avoid this place. Dr. Klein is only out for money. If you work for Ford or GM, he knows your insurance pays out well and will do unneeded work just to get that money. He should take an ethics class. Nothing but greed in that office.

She is the most pleasant and meticulous one I've had with teeth cleaning and x-rays. The dentist follows with a thorough exam and keeps me informed about any changes or things that may need attention in the future. Wait time is very short here. Highly recommend.

That is what they said...and I agree, but that isn't how I judge Dentists. Pain and specifically how much I receive is my measuring stick. Dr Klein is a master at giving a pain free visit. Fantastic experience: I was experiencing severe tooth pain and made an emergency visit at 8am. They got me in right away and were so so kind to me! I hadn’t been to the dentist in a few years either so I was extremely nervous, but Dr. Reuter was one of the kindest doctors I’ve ever met. He listened to me and reassured me he would figure out what was wrong. I can tolerate a lot of pain but I couldn’t tolerate this. The hygienists rearranged their schedules to fit me in and provide me with amazing care. Thank you so so so much, I am writing this from bed, PAIN FREE!!! You all are such a great team!

Positive experience: My hygienist Liz was great. However, my dentist came in for final check and tried to sell me a teeth guard. I am 60 years old and have seen a dentist annually since I was 10 years old. Never once was I sold a teeth guard. NEVER!!! Check my teeth please DO NOT sell me needless items to make your vacation home mortgage.

Fantastic experience: I came to Dr Kline with an unusually complicated issue. I had not had teeth for a long time. And because of some other issues, I was not a candidate for dentures. I was so depressed over this. I truly thought I'd never have teeth again. People looked at me and just assumed that I was a drug addict. (I am not and never have been.) I started having severe panic attacks in public because of the way the world treated me. And because I couldn't eat a proper diet, my health was declining. Many times, I was suicidal because of all of this. Life just seemed hopeless. But then I met Dr Kline. He was so patient with me. He explained all the challenges I was facing. He told me in great detail the pros and cons of my options for teeth. Prosthetic teeth do not feel like natural teeth. And there was a learning curve I had to go through to be able to chew again since I'd gone so long without teeth prior to seeing Dr Kline. But he told me all of this in advance so I knew what to expect. After my first visit there, I stopped worrying about all the 'what ifs' for my situation. Dr Kline and all of his staff are absolutely the best at what they do! And because of them, I don't think twice about going to the store, out to dinner, or any social gathering. I smile all the time without covering my mouth. I don't tell people that my teeth are actually bridges mounted to implants. And no one knows! I've actually gotten compliments about my smile. That has never happened to me before! Dr Kline and his staff did so much more than just make me some teeth. They gave me confidence and peace. I don't feel like 5 stars is enough. I'd give them all the stars in the universe if I could.

Fantastic experience: Kam took x-rays and cleaned my teeth, was very personable and did a good job. Dr. Reuter discussed my next step for an implant. Appointment for my next cleaning was made. Everything went well and was efficient.

Fantastic experience: Honestly should have posted this years ago as I have been seeing Dr. Kirschbaum for the past 5+ years. I always had terrible experiences with dentists in the past, which caused me to avoid or postpone care due to anxiety and put me in a bad situation. Dr. Kirschbaum (and the entire Highland staff) have taken great care to make sure I am comfortable, lay out all of my care options, and is extremely professional. Only wish is that I would have found a dentist like this before so I wouldn't have delayed care for so long. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: This was my first time there. The reception was friendly and welcoming. They talked me through the entire visit, including me in the process. The doctor was professional and gave me multiple options that he thought would suit me, he didn’t try to sell me anything. They even guided me through the insurance debacle, which to me is a nightmare. This is where i will go for my treatment from now on. 02/19/2021 My appointment was at 8:00. I always get there early so i sat and waited. I was getting apprehensive like always when i have to wait, especially at the dentist. When they called me, at 8:00, i was kind of nervous but that didn’t last long. They took me back to the room, i filled out some papers and got in the chair. I was expecting a 4 or 5 hour stay. They cleaned my teeth and pulled 3 bad ones in less than an hour and a half. And had my next appointment before i got out of the chair. I’m actually looking forward to my next visit in which they’ll do the same thing only on the left side this time. I’m recommending this office to all my cop workers, friends and family. I think this was my third visit. I didn’t have to wait long before they called me. They, again, explained everything they were going to do and had me in and out in no time and had me set up for my next appointment before i got out of the chair. I love this place and recommend it to everyone i know. 06/16/2022 On this visit i had my teeth cleaned, which didn’t take very long they do good work. After the cleaning the dr came in looked at my teeth found the beginnings of a problem and set me up to have it taken care of. I enjoy coming to this dentist office. 09/26/2024 it’s been a minute since my last visit but, as expected, i was recieved proffesionally with friendly staff members. the quality care i recieve is impressive to say the least. this my dentist from more on.

Fantastic experience: Dentist work gives me horrible anxiety. I got sedated to get all my work done in one sitting and they called me the next day to check on me. When I was having some issues with my temp crown they got me right in. They put on my new crowns and offered to numb my mouth bc of the pain I was having. I felt very safe there. They made my anxiety so much better. 100% would recommend this place to anyone I know.

Negative experience: When I arrived at my dentist appointment today, I asked if my dentist was still there and they told me that she was not. Had I not asked that specific question they would not have told me. I asked if they told any of the patients that their doctor did not work there anymore and they said that they did not. Then I asked how they reassigned her patients. They said they just assigned them a new doctor. I said without asking the patients? They said yes. I am horrified that any practice would reassign patients to a different provider without telling them or asking them which provider they prefer. When my new provider came to see me after my cleaning, she did not Address the situation, Or apologize for how it was handled. I will not be returning to this practice.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful office, modern equipment, friendly staff. very good experience for my first visit. as long as they continue to use Cigna insurance I'll continue to go.
