Fantastic experience: I have Sjogren's Disease and have been through extreme dental procedures for 25 years. It's been very expensive and very painful. This doctor is absolutely wonderful. He is professional, personable with extreme attention to detail. He gave me a cost effective way to finally bring closure to this nightmare. He is also very gentle, attentive and a great listener. Thank you Dr. Sean! You not only made my day, you're changing my life.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this practice! I haven't had any dental work done in 3+ years, and after being seen, I'll definitely be back regularly. I came because I wanted sedation done for all my potienal cavities, but they offer so much high tech cleaning treatments, including a fancy Lazer that kills gingivitis and bacteria that I didn't even know existed. If you want friendly techs and state of the art treatment, definitely check out Keith's dentistry, and you won't be disappointed. I'll be updating my review after I have my fillings addressed under sedation as I am still nervous but also hopeful ❤️

Everything from scheduling the appointment to checking out was easy and the staff was so nice, especially Perry, Flor and Dr. Shawn. They answered every question thoroughly and made me feel at ease, which I greatly appreciate being an anxious patient. I had such a great experience I even scheduled my husband an appointment before leaving. Highly recommend this office for a great dental experience!

Fantastic experience: I have had a great experience here. The dentist gives me a lot of anxiety and so I was very apprehensive about going when I knew I needed to start establishing care in KC. But everyone has been very kind and patient. It is a very large practice which might bother some people as you see a different dentist/hygienist every time, however they all have been great. I came in to get a crown, then had some issues and had to come back a couple of times and felt cared for each time. I got kicked off my insurance for a couple of months and they were very understanding and transparent about how much it would cost me without. They are expensive, but it's worth it!

Negative experience: Pros: Modern office and equipment, booked online Cons: Arrived to an incredibly busy office for a cleaning after booking online (and rebooking via phone) to find out that they were only going to do x-rays and an exam that day and I'd have to book yet another visit for the actual cleaning "depending on the type of cleaning I needed". I took time off of work to get my teeth cleaned and only found out after driving there that they never had any intention of offering that service. Splitting the two visits seems like a fairly obvious money grab - one that I've never encountered at other dentists. In addition, they provided me a link to submit my paperwork and a message that said if they didn't have my insurance information 24-hours prior to the appointment I may be financially responsible for some portion of my appointment. Which ... Why?? There's nothing to bill before services have been provided, so beyond confirming coverage, why would they require that information 24-hours prior and threaten to charge you directly if you don't meet an arbitrary deadline? After sitting in the exam chair for 15 minutes waiting to get x-rays started, it all just felt "off" to me. I let the assistant/tech that escorted me back to the room know that I was leaving and got the heck out of there. They may be great for existing clients, but I think the new client experience reflects the size of their operation and communicated clearly that they're more focused on profit and processes than people.

Fantastic experience: This place has literally been life changing. Everyone is so kind and patient, I’ve been twice in the last 48 hours (which if you knew me SAYS A LOT) after trying 2 other dentists offices in 2024. The compassion AND TECHNOLOGY is unmatched. Thank you to Dr. Jana and her team for already helping me enjoy my smile more and creating a plan to continue my dental care journey ☺️

Fantastic experience: Can I start by saying I have been using Keith and Associates as my dentist for over 15 + years. I can only sing my praises to them for taking such excellent care of my teeth and are always very gentle with every procedure performed. Highly recommend them!

Negative experience: I have offered the provider over a month to respond to my concern and they have refused to response so, this review is more of a Public Service Announcement about this provider with predator like tactics. I had a crown come off that was put on in a different state, so I stopped by this dentist and paid cash to have it put back on. I was first quoted in the 200’s then $310 and at check out it was almost $400. Just to put a cap back on. They also damaged it. I asked them not to sand blast it, but they did it anyway. I also want to mention that the same cap came off days later and Comfort Dental in Roeland Park KS put it back on for less than $200 out the door and the cap is still in place so not only do I believe this provider over charges and, takes advantage of patients I also believe they lie, fail to listen to patients and are generally not able to perform quality work. Just because they have a pretty office, don’t let that fool you into thinking they know what they are doing.

Negative experience: Didn't give a clear explanation of bill or services to expect. 2 hour wait for X-ray and scan. I have pretty good dental insurance. Its the first time I had to pay out of pocket for an initial dental visit.... Didn't even get a cleaning. Initial visit scan 100 2nd visit. 130 for a cleaning. After insurance... Nah Swing and a miss for me. It was convenient to step up an appointment online.... That was the only plus. I'm going back to my old dentist. Better services. Maybe 30 minutes worth of service. An hour and a half listening to staff gossip about cheating and favorite dog dogs.

Fantastic experience: I had an urgent need to see my dentist, and was pleased that they were able to get me in. Everyone in the office is friendly, efficient, and make you feel at ease. I have been very happy that I switched to Keith + Associates Dentistry.

Every single person I’ve interacted with in the office has been nothing but friendly and kind. They really make sure you are comfortable and feel at ease throughout every visit. They also do an exceptional job at explaining and educating every step of the way. Would definitely recommend to anyone (but especially those with dental anxiety)!

Positive experience: Since the dad retired the place changed. Seems like a money grab now. Today they charged my card without asking me. Their people are always leaving. It's not like it used to be. I don't recommend them

Taylor educated me on how I can take care of my gum health and Jenny was gentle and efficient with my cleaning(first pain free cleaning I’ve ever had). Everyone was very knowledgeable!

Fantastic experience: I had a 6 month Cleaning/Check-up at Keith Dentistry with Maggie. She is very knowledgeable and answers all my questions. She gives tips on how to maintain a healthy smile. Maggie is the best RDH! I always enjoying coming back!

Fantastic experience: This is the BEST dental office I have ever been to hands down! I have a severe phobia of going to the dentist and was extremely anxious walking in. From the moment I walked through the elevator doors to their office, I was greeted by their friendly staff. The office space, itself, was clean, fresh, and comfortable. I grabbed some coffee (which was amazing, by the way) and waited, still anxiously, for my name to be called. When it was my turn, the lady who took me back was so kind. Her smile and the smiles of all of the other employees on my way to the dental chair were so refreshing and calmed my nerves. Dr. Shawn and Dr. Bill were the dentists that worked with me, and they were both phenomenal! Great communication, entertaining, funny, professional... These are just a few ways to describe these guys. Their best attribute? These Dr.'s have hearts of gold. The commitment, care, knowledge, and skill that this entire dentist office offers is well worth the visit! I will never go to another dentist again. Everyone who works there surpassed any expectation or fear that I had going in and has given me the opportunity to smile again... literally

Negative experience: I would not recommend Keith Associates to anyone I know. The experiences my wife and I had on numerous occasions included extremely overpriced services and finding "problems" that another trusted area dentist confirmed simply did not exist. We spent way too much money here and could not be happier with our decision to leave.

Negative experience: I was disappointed that I came for a regular cleaning, but was accosted with fees to pay for apparent treatment before they could clean my teeth (going for a typical insurance paid cleaning appt). They said I couldn’t get cleaning without a treatment for my gums. After agreeing to a “gum treatment” which was really a typical cleaning, I did not receive a typical fluoride treatment after cleaning and no toothbrush or toothpaste and floss that I would get at any dentist office afterwards. I had to pay for my “gum treatment “ when all I received was a cleaning. It felt like I was forced to buy treatments to pay for a routine cleaning! It felt commercialized and sales forced for my visit.

Fantastic experience: I was running late (new to the Kansas and Missouri area) and they were so accommodating. Everyone from my tech, hygienist to dentist were SO helpful and kind. I did not feel rushed, they also had a cool scanning machine that I had never ever had done before. They are up to date with medical technology and treatments. Thoroughly impressed. It is also a plus they offer sedation dentistry and no one made me Feel less than for requesting. In the past I have had other dentist almost fight me over it.

Fantastic experience: My college aged son likes the person who cleans his teeth. Makes going to the dentist appointment MUCH easier, which I appreciate. The office also does a nice job communicating about the upcoming appointment.

Fantastic experience: Called while traveling, I cracked my tooth and was in a lot of pain. From the time that I called to the time I walked out was about 90 minutes. This group is fantastic and go above and beyond for their clients. Thank you!

Negative experience: I went in for my new patient appointment to establish care and to get the free cleaning I am entitled to under my insurance. They refused to give me said cleaning. Stated that after the dentist assessment, I needed 300+ dollars worth of deep cleaning. So I left the office with no cleaning and a waste of my time. It is strictly a business where the main motivation is to make money. I do not recommend this office to anyone.

Negative experience: I saw Dr Custer in Greeley Colorado before he started in this practice. I paid over$12,000 of saved monies, for an upper denture and a lower implant denture. He performed the actuall implant procedure. I waited for the healing process and for the actual dentures. I received a letter stating he was closing his office on January 22, 2024. I made an appointment for January 1st. I went in for a fitting. I asked Dr Custer for my teeth and he said he would have me come back one more time. Little did I know, he closed his office that very same day. I desperately tried to contact him, to no avail. After a few months of trying I found another dentist to complete the process. This cost me an additional $9,500, which I am making payments. I will never understand why he just didn't give me the dentures. Dr Shawn Custer is a con. There are many patients who he did this to, along with unacceptable procedures that left patients having to seek other dentists for repairs.

Fantastic experience: 5 stars is not enough for Keith and Associates! My dental hygienist Jenny is the bomb and I love that she remembers what we spoke about 6 months earlier. I tell all my friends and family to go here 10000/10 will never screw you over like other dentists have in the past.

Fantastic experience: I made my appointment for Keith and associates the night before. Even though I was last minute they were very kind and got me right in quickly and efficiently. I mentioned that I was having trouble with one tooth specifically and they took my situation seriously right away getting an X-ray and the dentist. I was in and out, as a new patient with fillings, in under 2hours. Theis was truly a great experience. Thanks!!!

Fantastic experience: Everyone was so nice and worked very hard to make us feel comfortable. They explained every step and I came away with feeling very well taken care of. It was such a nice experience and I look forward to working with them as we go forward.

Negative experience: When I checked out of my last dental appointment I asked if they needed my updated dental insurance and I was told no, they had it already. I paid the $60 that I was quoted and left. Some time later I get a notice that since my insurance was out of date they just billed $260 to the last form of payment I used. This is poor and unethical practice and all could have been avoided had they just called and asked for the new insurance. It took three phone calls to get this sorted out and even after they billed my new insurance they didn't process the refund to my card until I called again. Were you just going to keep that and hope I didn't notice? It is also concerning that you are saving credit card information in your system and can just make a fraudulent charge to that card without it being present. If I can not trust a place with my credit card there is no way I can trust them with my healthcare. I will be finding new care elsewhere.

Sue has the most gentle touch and she and Dr Brook worked together to efficiently examine me and address my concerns. I feel that I’m in good hands now! Sue is the best!! Fantastic experience: I don’t enjoy the dentist but I enjoy coming here: they are great make sure you know everything that’s going on. Then they get to action ASAP. I struggle a lot with getting there but they just set up my appointments while I’m there to make sure I get in when I need to.

Negative experience: It cost me $99 for a “consultation” — they barely even looked in my mouth. The hygienist was rude and the dentist clearly just wanted to get me out the door. Then they said that I had to schedule another appointment JUST FOR A CLEANING and it would cost over $400 without dental insurance. Their membership is advertised as being affordable but how is paying $46 a month on top of all these costs listed above “affordable”?? Don’t waste your money like I did.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this practice for 35-40 yrs. I don’t remember when they opened, but I have been there ever since. Dr Keith was wonderful! Now his son has taken over! Yay! I have always had very good service from everyone. A year and a half ago I did Invisalign. Dr. Brooke was great. My teeth are straight. I am 67 years old. My teeth were caving in. And now they are perfect and I thank her!

Negative experience: I didn’t have such a great experience, first time coming to Keith and associates. No one has contacted me before about my insurance. I had taken off work to come to my appointment just for them to tell me I would have to pay $600 out of pocket because they don’t accept blue cross blue shield. But states on their website that they accept them. So I had to cancel as I was in the office. Lucky the lady at the front desk was understanding and cancelled my appointment. Just would’ve appreciated the heads up that they didn’t accept Blue cross blue shield or have their website updated.

Positive experience: it was my first visit with a new dentist. I had been with my previous General Dentist for over 10 years. I was very apprehensive. Taylor made me feel very at ease. she explained the procedures to me and answered any questions I had. I always have questions and my former dentist would gladly educate me. it was no different here. There were just more procedures to which I had to be educated. She was very efficient and took her time with me. I did not feel rushed and I feel Keith & Associates will be a smart choice for my future treatments.

Amy, of course, the best hygienist I have been to, very thorough and really explains in detail what's going on. Update, still satisfied with this practice. All new people, equipment and office. Stiil great service. Update, March 12th 2024, new hygienist new setting new equipment but the same great service. Fantastic experience: Updated with Followup review, Feb /2024 And previously in Feb /2023 Original review 2 years ago: My wife is an RN at St Luke’s. When our family dentist retired, a fellow nurse gave gave her a very high recommendation for Dr Keith and Associates. I am pleased to say that after my first visit today, I am likewise a fan! The setting for the practice is truly stunning, with large windows overlooking the landscape from the third floor in every direction. I was first greeted by a friendly care manager named Kelly, who helped me fill out some final information on an iPad. From there I met Nicole, a very warm and caring, highly competent Dental Hygienist. She eventually did my teeth cleaning.and prep work. I was likewise impressed with Dr Bill Keith, who came by to better assess my situation, and then Dr Jonathan, the dentist. This seems like a really great team! I am updating my review! It’s now a couple years later— and I am more sold in this dental practice than ever. We’ve had other family and friends follow us to Dr Keith, and all have had a positive experience. Dr Keith is creating a new tooth implant for me as well. Excellent place and staff in every way! Updating February 28, 2024 Had an excellent appointment with about five different gals, including Cynthia, dental hygienist Leslie, Dr Liz and more all contributing to a very encouraging experience!

Fantastic experience: Really enjoyed my cleaning with Jenny! She is very thorough, explains what she is going to do, and has a friendly attitude. The office is very clean with lots of amenities, also.

Positive experience: Everyone was very friendly. I am concerned about billing. When I arrived as a new patient, I was told that they don’t take my insurance (one of the major networks). I filled out my forms 10 days earlier and included a photo of my insurance card. Nobody informed me of the issue until I arrived. I hope they are correct that my carrier will fully reimburse me.

Negative experience: After prepaying thousands of dollars for procedures and scheduling a date several months in advance, they tried to cancel it a few weeks before the procedure after I had already confirmed the appointment. Then when I went to the procedure, they couldn’t get an IV after six tries so the procedure was aborted. When I asked for a refund, I was told it was not ‘policy’ to do so and was forced to reschedule or leave the practice. There’s only one person who does the IV’s so it was highly unlikely the next time would be any more successful. So I said I didn’t want to reschedule and they promptly terminated me by a letter. They didn’t even give me a call back to discuss it when I had asked for a call back.

Fantastic experience: As a new patient I was a little anxious for my appointment, but right when you come out of the elevator you feel welcomed. Great energy, caring associates, and great location.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful - except for the last person who led us to the payment person. She did not have the same kind demeanor of the rest of the staff. Maybe she was tired as it was about 4:15.

Fantastic experience: Thé team here made me feel so safe and well taken care of.I had a root canal. It sucked overall cuz no one wants to deal with any of this but I have never had such a good dental experience. I need a good amount of work and I know I will be spending a lot of time here. Tbh this is is the first dentist I don’t feel like crying coming to.

Fantastic experience: I must admit I am one of those patients that are terrified of dentist.. I find myself actually having panic attacks.. For some reason when I got to my appointment I was nervous but when I sat down and met the dentist and the assistance.. I was amazed at how calm I really was.. They treated me as if I was the only one there: They listened tentatively to my situation.. I just pray that I will be able to walk out of there with a smile I have longed for, for so many years.. Actually a little excited to go back and find out my treatment plan!!! Fantastic experience: As a kid, it was so hard finding a dentist we enjoyed going to… but coming here has made up for it all. I love coming to this dentist office, they are always so helpful and kind - and do GREAT work. The whole office is always clean and spacious.. not to mention I never wait longer than a few quick minutes. Thank you all for running such a great ship, always taking the best care!!!

Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff- from check in to hygienist to dentist check up. Modern tools & methods- never felt any pain during any regular cleanings or the cavity I had. Give great advice and direction on how to maintain better oral health daily at home- specific things, not just “brush better, floss more”.

Fantastic experience: I gave Keith & Associates five stars because that's the kind of service i received. I had an infected tooth accompanied with a good deal of pain. I called in on a Monday and by Tuesday, the tooth was out.. thank goodness! They were very professional and skilled. My gums are healing great, and even though we live 50 miles away, we'll continue to use this wonderful group of dentists.

Fantastic experience: My first visit and it won’t be my last! Very courteous, prompt and caring. They spoke with me like a person and not an insurance payment. My dental assistant, hygienist and the dentist ensured time and again that I was comfortable, answered my questions and at no time were they condescending. There are multiple dents and an expansive staff. I didn’t spend unnecessary time in a chair waiting on people to work. I had quite a bit going on with my dental needs. They didn’t rush through my appointment. When I left, there weren’t impatient patients waiting. There was no upselling of the latest dental supplies.The staff was all around amazing!! The facility? Gorgeous! If you are seeking a new dentist, and the thought of the dentist gives you anxiety, you must check them out. You won’t be disappointed

Fantastic experience: My family member has complex dental issues along with extreme anxiety. I thought they would never go to the dentist again. They went not once but twice! Marie went out of her way to help my family be able to achieve great things despite enormous fears and barriers. Marie went above and beyond and should be recognized for outstanding customer see service, professionalism, kindness, empathy, sympathy and compassion. She truly cares and it shows. She made my family member comfortable enough to get much needed help and I’m grateful to have had care from this office for over 24 years.Thank you for the wonderful service you provide! You are a breath of fresh air!

Fantastic experience: Dr Jonathan is always a positive, courteous, and professional in his work each time I see him. I know some of the assistants are new and seem to be in training status. When they forget something he would just explain it on a calm manner so I can see the professional etiquette he has for them as well as me as a patient. It creates a peaceful environment for everyone. Good job, Doc!

Fantastic experience: Keith + Associates have been my dentist for the past 2-3 years. I wish I would have heard about them sooner. Today April 19, 2022 they replaced a very old crown with a new crown made while they were completing 2 fillings for me. Very positive experience. All were friendly helpful & professional. I am very satisfied with their state of the arc equipment, procedures & customer care.

Negative experience: I had been a patient with Dr. Keith for over 20 years. My entire family have been loyal patients at this practice. Over the years there have been a few issues that we've been willing to overlook but after today's debacle it is time for us to move on. With my last appointment the scheduling was messed up on their side not once but twice. Drove out there and was told OOPS wrote down the wrong day on your card. Sorry, we need to reschedule. I was willing to overlook that mistake and continued to give them my business. Until now. On Friday at noon I got a voicemail from the office that I did not check until Friday evening. All the message said was "call us back". It was NOT communicated that if I didn't call in the next 5 hours I would be canceled. By the time I listened to the message the office was closed and I knew I had an appointment first thing Monday morning so no big deal. Was I wrong. Monday morning I left my house early because we were having a severe thunderstorm and I didn't want to be late. I was 2 blocks away from their office and I received a call from the office telling me that since I didn't call them back Friday afternoon they canceled my appointment and gave it to someone else. WHAT? It was literally 9:00 AM the very next Monday. They claim to have sent me several texts telling me to confirm in which I received NONE. In over 20 years I have NEVER missed an appointment. NEVER been late to an appointment. NOT ONE TIME. Pretty sure I signed something saying if I was ever a no show that I would still be charged. So instead of calling me that morning before canceling me you wait until 20 min before my appointment time during a horrific thunderstorm to call me? Then have the nerve to ask me to come back 2 hours later after you gave away my original appointment? The office manager called me back and told me she was not happy with my tone, me yelling at her. First of all, I was in my car driving in a severe thunderstorm to get to your office which was stressful enough and then you call to tell me I rearranged my entire morning for this appointment for no reason and you don't think I should be upset? I value your time enough to be on time on the day that I make an appointment it would have been great if you would value your patients time and keep their appointments, especially those patients who have been loyal to you for over 20 years. I received no text from the office to confirm and you literally gave me 5 hours on a Friday afternoon to call you back before canceling my appointment. Rather than give a very loyal patient the benefit of the doubt that they would show up (because they have NEVER been a no show), you canceled me. Our entire family will be leaving your practice.

Fantastic experience: I love this place! But, they are a hard sale on the up sales (I understand, in today's market) I don't, however like my teeth cleaned with the water pic system. It makes me cringe, because it's not an option to regulate the water temp. Cold water is awful when you have sensitive teeth. I don't want to feel pressured to get a cleaning with water pic, id I can still do it the traditional way. If that's not the option, I would, sadly have to find a different dentist

Fantastic experience: All of the staff I encountered were great! The names I can remember were Sharon, Brooklyn, Logan, and Dr. Alicia Ates! It was a very comforting environment and the staff seemed genuinely happy to work there. My 9 month old had his first dental check up as well and he wasn’t scared at all! My family and I are definitely forever patients of Dr. Alicia!

Fantastic experience: Keith + Associates run a beautiful high-tech dental office with a very professional, dedicated, and friendly staff. I have been a patient of many of the dentists since 1994, , and I haven’t had a bad one yet. The superb office environment and culture the founders created are a testament to their commitment to great dental care.
