Fantastic experience: Had such an amazing experience here! Doctor was prompt and answered my questions. My hygienist, Shayla, was thorough and took my concerns into consideration. I expressed my distain for getting my teeth cleaned and she quickly adapted and was so wonderful!! Best dental experience ever!! Definitely would recommend 10/10!!!

Negative experience: TLDR: Fantastic service for years, until they decided not to apply insurance for no reason and billed me with no warning. I visited this place for years and had very good service. But one day they sent me a bill that said I owe $400 that's overdue and will go to collections unless I pay in a week. There was no other information besides a threatening letter, no statement or anything. I have very good teeth and only ever had cleanings, furthermore, I never changed my insurance so it was always up-to-date. I called them and got in contact with the billing department. The person who sent the letter said they "forgot" to put the detail statement in there somehow. They said it wasn't going to collections (despite the letter being very threatening and clearly stating so) and that I had a cleaning over 3 months ago that insurance wasn't applied to, other than that they had no idea why. Again, haven't changed my insurance in the 5+ years I was visiting, they said they'd call me back. 3 weeks later, no call, got an email to pay again. I call back, and they say they can't do anything about it. Really great staff, and I'm sure this isn't the in house staff fault. Just make sure they are properly applying insurance and if they say they'll look into it later. Follow up and make sure they did it, otherwise they will just charge you.

I am not afraid to come back and get the work done that is needed. His assistant Shaunie did a great job. She was gentle and understood my anxiety she made the process easy for me and comfortable! I recommend Dr. George! He is great! Also Laura my hygienist made me feel comfortable was super gentle in my mouth. She explained the deep cleaning process and the great thing is all the things that need addressed can all be done at one time and I will be sedated!:)

I don’t currently have dental insurance, so this was very important to me. Didn’t try to get me to do anything extra outside of what I came in for. Very kind and capable people!

Negative experience: They're fast but they misquoted prices over the phone and charged for over double the price they had initially said. They did credit us back the difference for the oral exam, but we would have never come here knowing the true cost of services. Now we have to come back primarily to get the credit of what was over charged. Hopefully the quality of service will make up for the increase in price.

Negative experience: The staff are great across the board. The billing is a total joke. I use an FSA so all bills need to have a provider, date and type of service. This is next to impossible and I would imagine anyone with a FSA has the same problem.. I also get bills on line or in the mail that do not jive with anything on the computer when in the office. I am told I owe nothing one day and get a bill the next. I pay a bill and have a credit at my next visit. I have paid off my family bill more than once in the past two years and today I was told that I owe $125.00 for my son from 2023. If this doesn't improve soon, I will be moving on.

Fantastic experience: Honestly so far it's been a great experience. I was originally going to a different clinic before here and they were so rude. I had not had dental work done as I was a college student with no insurance at the time. The other center would critize my teeth as they had not been clean. However I would do what I could as again, I had no insurance. Because on how that place treated me I went with Comfort Care and the difference was night and day. They told me that my teeth were in good condition for not going to the dentist regularly. They fixed my crown and they got me scheduled for my cleanings as needed. I had to have some work done and they were amazing throughout the entire process and now about 2 years with them, my teeth are healthy and clean. I would 1000% recommend them especially if you hate the dentist as they know what they are doing and are compassionate.

Negative experience: Not good experience. I was rushed through my appointment. They did not take the time to fully assess the problem and I still have quite a bit of pain. As it turns out when I left to check out, I have had a credit on my account from the year 2020, which was the last time I had been there. I was never told about the credit and it was never sent to me. I feel this is a very shady way to run a business

Negative experience: I knew going in to get 2 crowns and 1 filling that it would take awhile but I was unprepared for 7 hours in the chair. Not impressed with the quality of the work.

Fantastic experience: Probably my favorite dentist I’ve ever been to, however I live super close so the convenience factor is pretty big. They always got me in quickly, they’ve always been nice to me, my teeth always feel good after leaving. When I first came and saw them I was pleasantly surprised they we able to immediately do a cavity filling after my teeth cleaning so it was super nice to not have to that for a later date.

Fantastic experience: I recently visited Comfort Care for a cleaning and to get impressions done for a new retainer, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and at ease. The entire staff was so friendly and seemed genuinely happy to see me, which really helped calm any nerves. The cleaning was thorough, and the dental team was incredibly knowledgeable. They answered all my questions with patience and clarity, never rushing or making me feel uncomfortable. It’s clear they care about both your dental health and your experience as a patient. Comfort Care definitely lives up to its name—I’ll absolutely be coming back!

Negative experience: They rushed me through before I could finish my paperwork and before they cleared my insurance. The Insurance didn't go through and they charged me for x rays I can't afford. I'm a broke college student and they really screwed me over

Negative experience: Everything seems to good to be true and they will tell you ANYTHING to get you to commit to their service. I needed an emergency tooth removal, to which they said they could get me right in, once in the chair receiving laughing gas, they mentioned I would have to pay in full as they do not allow payment arrangements for extractions. Ok fine, I paid just under $400 cash. My wife left me there to run and grab the money, when she got back I was in a completely different room. During my operation some of their equipment stopped working, kept falling from my face, just terrible terrible equipment failure. So as I'm completely out of my mind from the gas, they walk me down the hall to another room, not a big deal but important for later. Thought my operation I could feel sharp SHARP pain, I continued to let the dentist know, which he kept asking me to do but then he just kept rolling his eyes to his assistant and shrugging me off. Whatever, I shut my mouth and endured a horrible 4 hours in that chair. We get done, me and my wife are leaving, I stop at the front desk and make sure we are paid in full. They remind me "yes we cannot do extractions unless we receive payment in full" to which I specifically said "ok I just want to make sure I don't get a thousand dollar bill in a month, and of course they said "oh we don't do that here, you don't owe anything and won't be getting a bill." But what do you know, one month later I received a bill for $985.43!?!?! I called and they said "oh yeah it looks like you didn't pay in full" I genuinely tried to be professional as I know it's not the front desks fault, they transfer me to their financial coordinator, again even she was understanding and AGREED that this was not ok. To make things worse, the dentist who did the operation calls me in an attempt to justify the bill. It was at this point I got upset, I told him I already had a horrible experience and now this? He asks what was so horrible, I explained the fact that I had to move to a different room, and he literally claimed that never happened..!!! I said "so I guess I just hallucinated thus horrible experience" and he said "of course I'm not saying that you were seeing things, but that never happened" So I called him out on everything, asked him why he was calling if he wasn't going to take any responsibility, he couldn't help himself and insisted on only saying "I'm calling as a courtesy" what courtesy? Nothing was ever resolved, they won, like they always do, and of course I had to pay the $985 At one point the dentist himself offered to lower the bill to $500, I said ok I'll set up a payment plan, he told me they can't do payments for extractions. Then he insinuated that I shouldn't have asked for service I couldn't afford by saying "well you agreed to the operation, maybe you shouldn't agree to things you can't follow through with." So that alone, if I can't get extractions without paying in full, how did I get the extractions done? I asked if he has the ability to lower the bill, does he not have the ability to make this right? No answer of course, grade A at dodging questions and attempting to confuse you without ever taking any responsibility. Moral of the story, stay away, they will say whatever they need to in order to get money from you, once you're happy and out of the office they'll hit you with some BS bill and WILL NOT take responsibility for their mistakes. They lie, literally lied when when we are all adults and all know what happened and what was said. What type of crooked office needs to lie and deny things like having to switch rooms mid operation? A shady and unaccountable office. Here I am four months later, still missing a front tooth looking like a complete idiot, thanks for the awful experience Comfort Care Dental Pocatello idaho..

Fantastic experience: I think Comfort Care has a great team! I went to Aspen initially for dental work and they were going to charge me 2,500 dollars out of pocket. I didn’t feel right about going there and paying that much out of pocket. I was referred to Comfort Care and the experience was definitely polar opposites to my experience at Aspen. The team at Comfort Care are genuine and extremely kind. It was a lot more affordable than Aspen and the team felt more like a family than a job. I had Tiffany as my hygienist and she did a fantastic job! Definitely keep her because she’s great with patient interactions and she did an awesome deep cleaning job! Thank you all so much for your hard work! I’m definitely bringing my fiancé to get some work done as well!

Fantastic experience: The people at this dentist office are so concerned for your comfort, it's unlike any other dental office I've ever been to. Everyone was kind and gentle, and they all checked in with me at multiple points to make sure I was okay, and I'm not even anxious at the dentist! The hygienist asked me to make sure she hadn't missed anything, which I have never experienced before. If I could give more than 5 stars I would do so.

Negative experience: be careful with these guys they will do unnecessary work on you and will overcharge or continue charging even after you pay them and will pretend like they "forgot"...very shady place
