Fantastic experience: Bayside Dental was great. They have an impressive team that took excellent care of me from Teresa at the front desk, to Dr Nguyen and the whole team. The check up interesting (I have never seen a 3D digital model of my teeth before) and the cleaning very thorough. At one point, while my teeth were being cleaned, my glasses fell off my lap where they were resting. A team member heard it from the hall, said "that sounds like glasses", came in, picked them up, and out them on the shelf so I wouldn't drop them again. It was a small thing, but it showed the attention to detail and care I received from start to finish.

Fantastic experience: I had to get crowns and other procedures and Dr. Mata did such a wonderful job that I did not even realize that they were finished. I use to hate going to the dentist before I started going to Bayside. They are by far the best. Dr. Mata is the best Dentist I have had in years. I am so glad that I started going here.

A koi pond and the gentle sound of a water fountain, accompanied by Yanni’s soulful melodies, couldn’t have made me feel as relaxed and at ease as the staff did during my first visit. To summarize, before this turns into another lengthy epistle, as I am wont to do: come for excellent dental care and stay as a lifelong patient because of the exceptional way the staff treats you. Seriously, if it weren’t for the dental equipment, uniform scrubs, toothbrushes, and oh, the very large, unmistakable “Bayside Dental” sign outside, I might have mistaken the office for a pastry shop due to the staffs' sweetness. Okay, I’ll stop now, but you shouldn’t—go take care of your teeth before it’s too late. Tell them a short and sweet Google review from some guy with a hatred for big words and sesquipedalian tendencies sent you!

Fantastic experience: I initially went in for a wisdom tooth extraction, but it turned out I also needed a bone graft and a bridge. My first interaction was with Dr. Charles and his dental assistant, Maria. They were both incredibly professional, understanding, and accommodating—especially when it came to my dental anxiety. Dr. Charles is extremely knowledgeable in both general dentistry and oral surgery. He’s clearly an expert in his field and inspires a lot of confidence. At my follow-up checkup, I saw Dr. Nguyen, who was equally professional and reassuring. He confirmed that everything was healing well and that my recovery was right on track. That said, he did seem a bit rushed, as if he was trying to move quickly to the next patient. On Saturday, I returned to have my permanent bridge placed and met my absolute favorite person in the office—Robin. She is, without a doubt, the most professional, kind, understanding, and compassionate dental assistant I’ve ever encountered. She explained everything thoroughly, answered all of my questions, and walked me through each step of the process. Most importantly, she truly took my anxiety into account and made an extra effort to help me feel at ease. She treated me like a person, not just another patient—and that made all the difference. I highly recommend Bayside Dental to anyone in need of dental care. From the moment you walk in the door, you're treated with respect, listened to, and made to feel like you truly belong there.

Fantastic experience: I went there yesterday. It was my first time, the staff were super sweet As well as the dentist, they have a monitor that you can have in front of you and see inside of your mouth. You can actually see the x-rays, you can also see exactly what the problem is in your tooth or your mouth. I definitely recommend them.

This whole office is wonderful and caring. I can be a crybaby and sensitive and vain. Lol they really are mouth whisperers in this office. Fantastic experience: Barbara and Michael had crown replacements on April 3rd. The replacements toke less time than afforded and was painless. The crowns looked natural fit as designed. Fantastic experience: This was my first visit to Bayside Dental. I was referred here by my friend that works there, Katie.she did not steer me wrong! Everyone was so nice and accommodating. I had a full check up with Stephany, who took all my imaging and made me feel very much at ease. Dr. Nguyen then came and went over everything in detail. He covered what he thinks I need immediately and what he would like to watch for 6 months. I did not feel pressured to spend unnecessary money for anything that I MIGHT need. I then had a cleaning with Audrey, who was very patient with me! I have very sensitive gums and a few problem areas, so she was sure to work around those issues and made me feel very comfortable. I will definitely be using them in the future!

Fantastic experience: My husband really likes this place so i decided to give it a try. The lobby is beautiful, bright and comfortable where teresa got me checked in. Everything looked clean and brand new. The chairs are comfortable and has a massage option, you can also get a blanket if you so choose. Its like a spa and not a dentist! Teresa got me checked in and was so friendly. Gabi was my dental hygienist and was amazing! She was quick, painless and thorough. She made me feel at ease which is incredible because i dislike going.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Bayside Dental to any of my friends and family. The staff is super cool, funny, and professional at the same time. They always make me laugh no matter how nervous I am to be there. Dr. Tai Nguyen helped me with a cracked tooth under my bridge that unfortunately had become infected. I was scared and nervous about what my options may be. Dr. Nguyen made me feel comfortable, went over the best options for fixing my tooth, and performed a quick procedure that did not hurt one single bit. He gave me choices that would be best for the long-term health of my mouth. It's probably one of the best experiences I've ever had with a dental practice.

The dental technician Gabi was very nice and explained everything to me. I had a relaxing experience during my teeth cleaning and xrays as the dental chair gave me a massage. Overall a great experience.

Fantastic experience: Ive been a patient of Dr Boeke for near 20 years. @ 54 yo ive unfortunately had extensive dental wk since i was a kid, much expensive wk that had failed. Finding Dr Boeke and his crew who have been with him for as long as ive known, has been a God Send! Im sticking with a professional who knows his stuff and care that lasts! I drive from Frisco to Rowlet bc miles will not separate me from GREAT WORK!

Negative experience: When I want to pay my bill by cash Bayside Dental never has currency on hand to give me back change. Also, Every time I have a dental appointment, I seem to be getting a new hire dental technician. I would prefer to be assigned a technician and stay with that technician

Fantastic experience: I received my first dental crown from Rowlett Bayside. I was a little nervous but as usual Bayside made the process easy. The staff is always quick, efficient, and friendly. Also, I never have to say my name upon checking in. Susie already knows who you are :).
