Fantastic experience: My son has been seeing Dr. Booth for the past 7 years at the Saratoga location and it has been wonderful! The office is always clean and they have a lot to keep the kids entertained in the waiting area, including a separate movie room.

Fantastic experience: Great service! Dr Muns recommendations were patient centric and did not appear financially driven . A bit of a unicorn here in Corpus Christi If you ask me.

Negative experience: The hygienist didn’t come across as very friendly, and the receptionists were just okay. Overall, it felt like we were more of an inconvenience than welcomed patients.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Booth and Rain were exceptional when it came to addressing our concerns and respecting our wishes about treatment. I'm grateful for how they handled the long wait time which was very unusual for their office. Glad to keep myself and my kids seen here.

Negative experience: I was extremely disappointed this establishment has been going downhill. Had been taking my kids here for several years and recently changed insurance. When made the appt they said I had forms to fill out electronically prior to coming to get seen faster and without any worries. They called me days prior to confirm appt and again stated new insurance which they stated to make sure to submit all forms electronically prior to visit. Upon arrival I was told they weren’t aware of new insurance and would take an hour to be seen to confirm insurance. I asked if they could be seen at appt time frame as it would take an hour to be seen for 3 kids and they said they couldn’t do that. I explained how scheduling this appointment would also inconvenience all other scheduled visits and how is that possible and all front office would state was sorry and that we would just wait or make another appt at another day. I could have just come in without filling out these online forms without an appt and still of waited an hour to be seen. Unfortunate experience that could of been avoided by communicating clearly and sufficiently.

Fantastic experience: Rain and Booth were both amazing today with my kids! Rain went above and beyond for my daughter to make her comfortable with her cleaning.

Fantastic experience: Love this place they always work with my schedule to get my daughter seen. Pretty quick the place is nice and clean and if you have little ones they have a playhouse and tablets, massage chairs as well for the adults.

Fantastic experience: We had a really good experience at Smile Magic. Rain was the one who cleaned my daughter’s teeth and she was awesome! She was super nice and chatted with us the entire time she cleaned. She made the time go by quick! When we left my daughter said she wants to make sure at her next appointment we request Rain!

Later who helped put caps on my daughter’s teeth was a true blessing with how calm and collected she was. She took the time to explain every step and even though it was still a challenge she got it done. I truly appreciated her doing that for my daughter.

Fantastic experience: Very good family practice. Our daughters never mind going to the dentist anymore, even our little one. Doctor is very good and amazing with children. We got helped by Desiree today and she was very good, but I need to say that the entire staff is always very friendly, helpful and professional.

Fantastic experience: My 3 year daughter is one who does NOT like to brush her teeth, though does amazingly well with her dentist here! Today was her first time having x-rays taken. Dezerae the x-ray tech was amazing with her, and helped her feel comfortable throughout the whole process.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Mun and his assistant Hailey always do an amazing dental job with my son who is on the spectrum. They are both very patient and caring and always answer any questions I may have. I am very pleased with how much care they put into their work and I am always at ease when they work on my child. Fantastic experience: Marissa our Hygienist was wonderful with my two girls!! She was gentle and would explain step by step of what she was about to do and would even show my youngest. She carried a conversation with them as well showing she genuinely cared and they weren’t just another patient in and out the door. Like always Dr Muns was wonderful!! We switched to the Saratoga location a while back so we could continue seeing him!

Fantastic experience: I take all 4 of my kids to the Saratoga location. They are amazing here. The front office staff is very nice and professional. They always keep an eye on the kids especially when they are on the playground. They make sure they are following the rules and being safe. I’m very impressed with the Drs. and all staff. They talk to the kids through every step. Also when your child gets cavities fixed or a procedure done they allow parents to be in the room with them that was a big plus for me. The Dr. that worked on my daughter even sang to her Disney songs while he numbed her mouth! ! I thought that was adorable. Dr. Had a an amazing voice . They are all very knowledgeable about insurance and they take their time to explain things to you when you have no idea how private insurance works or if they are in network. They make taking your kids to the Dentist an amazing experience. If you are searching for the best Dentist for children and adults. Look no further you found them ☺️

Fantastic experience: We have been going to Smile Magic for nearly 4 years, always a positive experience for all of us. Very caring and professional staff that explain in detail what they are going to do so the kids don’t get upset. No unnecessary procedures just X-rays, cleaning, sealant and fluoride pretty much every time. The dentist is so nice and pleasant, very gentle. We love it and will continue to go there.

Fantastic experience: I appreciate Dr. Booth and the rest of the staff on my first appointment. I had to find another dental clinic outside my insurance’ coverage to have a broken tooth repaired and this facility was referred by a friend. Despite having a lot of patients that day, I was never rushed and felt taken care of and I find the services more affordable than others. I highly recommend this dental clinic.

Fantastic experience: Originally had an appt with another dental office today. They called me and confirmed, but when I got there they told me it took 3 days to verify my daughter’s insurance, which they never explained during my confirmation call. I was so upset I ended up canceling and leaving. Ending up googling smile magic and booked an appt the same day within 3 minutes online! They called within 15 minutes to verify my daughter’s insurance and explained she was good to be seen THAT SAME DAY! They were super kind upon arrival/checking and checked up on us every few minutes as we were waiting for the doctor. He was very enthusiastic and my daughter loved him. Everyone was super kind and extremely professional. I regret not bringing my baby sooner! 10/10

Fantastic experience: This is the best dental office I have ever brought my children and my babies are always so excited to go. There’s an indoor playground, a small movie theater, iPad station for kids to play, massage chairs for the parents and the staff is so friendly. As my son was getting work done I was able to watch him on a tablet as well as they worked on him.

He remembers the kids even though we only see him every 6 months. We had Rain as our dental assistant most recently and she was amazing!!! I will definitely be requesting her again. Can’t say enough good things about SmileMagic. From top to bottom, absolutely wonderful.

Fantastic experience: We love Smile Magic. They always take care of our family’s teeth. We love the Doctor. He is a good Doctor and kind. The staff is very nice.

Negative experience: We did not have a good experience there.. My special needs son really struggles with the dentist visits & the dental assistants really lacked compassion! The actual dentist (Doctors) were nice enough, but weren't even present till the very last moments of the visit, they could have could have interfered & de-escalated a situation, but choose to let the assistants in purple scrubs deal with it.. and they dealt with us poorly.. Would not suggest this facility if your child is special needs as they lack experience or training with this kind of thing.

Fantastic experience: I need to talk about Dr. Munz and his assistant Rain. First of all, congratulations for the care they have for children, from the moment we walk in and are greeted at the reception desk to the office where the assistant and the doctor welcome them. I have five children and three of them are patients of Dr. Munz (please remember his name; he is the best professional we have ever met). In addition to being very professional, he also has a special charisma with his patients. Glory to God for his life. Today we had the pleasure of meeting Rain, who was incredibly kind, attentive and impeccably professional! Congratulations to the place for having two such quality professionals on its team!

Fantastic experience: The office was great, if you have kids it will be perfect for you they had a play gym, massage chairs & tablets for the kids to use! All the staff was super friendly, Dr was very polite and professional, the best part was they didn’t take long or rush threw everything , Definitely recommend!

Positive experience: The wait time is so long! I am glad they have later appointments and Saturdays but expect to be there awhile. Our appointment was at 5pm and we got put in a room after 5:35pm and the cleaning didn’t start till 6pm. A full hour after our appointment time. The dr is great though. Just wish it didn’t take so long at each appointment.

Fantastic experience: My daughter is so brave she went in for an extraction. She had one baby tooth left and her adult tooth is growing at an angle so now that tooth needs to get a chain attached to bring it down. She’s had her braces going on 8 months and they were hoping her baby tooth would fall off on its own but nope . She’s had work done before when she was younger but she’s always been asleep this was the first time she experienced it awake they numbed her up and she did awesome She felt very comfortable, wasn’t scared the staff and Dr are amazing this is our go to for ortho & dental

Fantastic experience: Trinity was absolutely amazing! She’s the first RDA to make my son comfortable with a teeth cleaning and being in the dentist office. Dr. Booth has been our amazing doctor for 2 years now and always eases my worries about anything and everything that has to do with my sons dental care.

Fantastic experience: Dental hygienist Victoria and her colleague were very gentle, professional and helpful yesterday during my dental cleaning. All the dentists here are top notch too. The office boasts a play place for the kids, but it is for every age. You won’t be disappointed by your dental care here!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this place. The staff was amazing. They were able to get x-rays for my nonverbal autistic child which has NEVER happened. Dr. Muns was amazing as well. He made my daughter giggle and was able to exam her teeth which is usually very difficult. Will be changing my other children over as well. Highly recommmend!!

Also really appreciate Dr. Booth and his attitude towards dentistry. He does great work and is conservative with his suggestions regarding needed work.

The last place I went had me steering clear from dentist offices and honestly afraid to be treated for anything, but the bedside manner and care that I received today from the Dr and Staff was outstanding and restored my faith in good dentistry. Fantastic experience: We love our experience at Smile Magic! The short wait time is filled with adventures in the children’s gym and the tablet entertainment. In the exam rooms, the technicians and the dentist are so friendly and patient with my 4 year old. I feel like all of my questions and concerns are answered and my child is enjoying the experience. Fantastic experience: I’ve always taken my children here for their dental needs not knowing they also specialized in adult dental services…. I had severely broken my left tooth next to my main front ones and was devastated! They got me in fast and Dr. Booth and his amazing assistant took me in right away to make sure I left feeling like myself again and immediately my confidence was restored. I thank the Smile Magic team and especially Mr. Booth for making this happen form me. My appreciation and gratitude goes beyond words! Being highly recommended!!

Fantastic experience: This place is awesome in every way! Dr.Booth was great with my daughter and she approved of him wich is next to impossible. Because of bad past dental experiences my daughter was scared of going to the dentist but not anymore! Sam the dental assistant went out of her way to make sure she was not scared and completely calm before she cleaned her teeth. Between the exceptionally great child care that was given the play area, tablet section and movie theater she loves it and can't wait to go back! And to make it even better they have message chairs for the parents. Definitely hands down the best dental office I've ever seen all the way around!
