Fantastic experience: Staff is great. Dentist was great

Fantastic experience: I had a real bad toothache so bad I called in early in the morning as soon as they open to get me in and I just knew that they were going to make me appointment in the next few days but they took me in the same day I was so excited to come in there to get my teeth pulled, and they took good care of me. And I love the music they play, which is Christian and it's just really made me feel comfortable being in there and the atmosphere. My daughter recommend me to come here because her and my grandbaby goes here so I'm looking for it I'm going back to get more work done soon thank you guys and that bless.

Negative experience: Would not recommend dental depot to friends or family! Constantly trying to charge for things already paid for and not able to transfer all info between each depot telling me that me and my wife heard wrong about the plan that was set up wait for a yrs to contact for final treatment and saying i have to pay more i can keep going but point is made

Negative experience: I won’t be back! Doctor Wilson and his staff are all liars saying I cussed them out, when I was in pain, they wouldn’t help me and had to have money up front, I don’t recommend them please don’t use this place go to the one Sheridan. I am disputing his work with my insurance company!

Positive experience: The Dentist and his assistant are great. He has a course of action preset with what he intends to do with your teeth. He explains it all to you and has a great bedside manner. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that the only thing prescribed to me for.pain was Ibuprofen 800 mg. Something a little stronger would have been comforting considering that I had three teeth extracted and two cavities filled. This is while I already had facial swelling and was taking antibiotics, due to facial cellulitis from an abcessed tooth. Very painful. All around good clinic, good Dentist, good assistants.

Fantastic experience: Everyone here was great from the dentist to the ladies. At the front desk, I am definitely glad I went to this location. They definitely earned five stars.

Fantastic experience: I went to the Dental Depot on Harvard. I hadn't been to see a dentist in 30 years. Mostly due to the massive amount of anxiety i have when it comes to seeing a dentist. Dr. Wilson was very polite and professional. He was able to calm my nerves with ease. He explained the process very thoroughly and I didn't feel like I was being rushed around just to get another patient in my chair. Everyone in the building that I had contact with was helpful. Overall a great visit. Thank you Dr. Wilson and the entire DD staff.

Negative experience: Don’t Recommend. The people then you first walk in are super nice, as well as the hygienist and the assistants. No offense to others on Medicaid but I definitely felt like I treated terribly. I have private insurance and I didn’t bring payment with me and told them I could call on Monday, my appointment was Friday, to make a payment and they wouldn’t see me without payment. Mind you, I am In pain. For urgent matters, make sure to take your wallet and first born to the appointment with you, even if you have insurance. Your best bet would to be to just go elsewhere for an emergency appointment.

Positive experience: I recently came back to dental depot on 48 and Harvard I left and went to the one in bixby because they messed up my records back in 2023 and they took forever to get me back in a chair. The staff is very friendly so that’s a plus. Meanwhile this year for me was similar, for 30 plus minutes I waited when I showed up early and people coming in after me got pulled before me. They gave me a children toothbrush at the end of treatment. The one in bixby gives a decent toothbrush size floss and toothpaste. While also getting u back within 10 minutes. Safe to say go to the one in bixby not Tulsa on Harvard

Negative experience: I had no insurance i was charged 90 dollars to get it checked out then told I had to pay an additional 265 up front for extraction. I decided to go another route and found another dentist secure dentures and implants in Owasso staff was super nice consult was free extraction was only 145. I could have saved myself money if I wasnt in pain. And so desperate a consult sould always be free. Thankful I found another dentist to help me I was in so much pain they were great.

Fantastic experience: I love Dental depot been going there since I was a Kid. The one on S Harvard is the best because they’re so friendly. I use to go to the one on Sheridan but they were kind of rude.

Fantastic experience: My husband had his first appt at Dental Depot on Harvard yesterday and had a GREAT experience. He said they were very friendly and made him feel comfortable. They are going to get his smile back to what it used to be and he couldn't be happier!

Fantastic experience: Awesome and friendly staff they were so nice when they gave me a t-shirt I asked if I could buy one for my kiddos the lady informed me they're not allowed to sell them, but she gave me a t-shirt for my daughter and son. They made me feel at ease and comfortable during the whole process. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing dental work.

Negative experience: I cancelled my appointment I don’t know why you want a review when you didn’t do any dental work. That’s poor quality of work when your customer service department didn’t even cancel the appointment.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly staff attentive and explained everything very well

Negative experience: Not sure why it isn’t broadcasted that there is a 5 minute grace period for kid appointments. Poor communication skills. Was turned around for being a little over 5 mins for my toddler appointment and the place was practically empty. These people don’t want to work their jobs and going above and beyond to make sure you’re not seen by a professional!

Positive experience: Staff was Great, didn't have to wait long at all, Got my Vote

Negative experience: My 1st visit they got me in same day advised me to come early for paperwork I was over 20 minutes early no one asked if I had insurance the lady that assisted me told.mw my insurance was not active I told her I had just spoken to them everything is good,she informed me that I'm 15 minutes late and will not be seen until a gentleman came in advise her where she can find my information I had been trying to give her the information my insurance told me to give her, patient should not have to go to anything like I did.

Fantastic experience: I woke up one morning and my whole face was swelled up like a balloon. A horrible sight, like a new nightmare on Elm Street. Only my name isn't Freddy Kruger. Finally late in the afternoon I was convinced it had to be a tooth problem. I rang the nearest dentist and Choo Choo, I jumped on that train. I actually called twice.the first time they said come in on Monday, NOPE! I told them my face is growing another face. Their response: we'll see you in ten min. Lawrence. Dr.Raz in my opinion is the coolest man to ever walk this planet . After the visit with the Raz. I had a friend pick up my medicine from CVS. Now I'm one visit away from a new grill.. Razzle me up Scotty.Thank you Dental Depot.

Fantastic experience: Pleasant place. Staff upbeat and friendly! One day it was pouring in rain after my visit, I was hesitant to go to my car I didn't want get soaked. One of the staff noticed it and got an umbrella to walk me to my car. That was so thoughtful of him. My grandchildren love it!

Fantastic experience: Every thing was great from the gentleman at front desk to the nurse in the back to the lady that checked me out I really wish I could have remembered there names bit it was a good doctors visit and Dr knoxx is truly the best dentist.

Negative experience: Was thinking it was getting a partial like the one here in photo Instead it was part metal and uncomfortable Couldn't get any caps on teeth eventhough they're sensitive to hot and cold Hate the partial I got

Positive experience: The dentist / dental assistants were great. The reason for 4 stars were because they said they would follow up the next day to schedule my next appointment and didn’t. Second thing is because I was never told about any medications and had to call them to schedule my next appointment and find out what medications I needed.

Fantastic experience: Great people, nice facility. I was a walk-in because of pain and they got me right in after check-in. I would certainly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Had a cleaning done at this location and a follow-up for a filling. Rachel did both my scaling (that hard metal pick thingy) and the local anesthetic for the cleaning. She's quite good at these things - no pain or discomfort.

Fantastic experience: Good place to go if you're looking for someplace new. Dr Raczkowski is quick and does quality work, he fixed 2 broken teeth i had. The staff is friendly and helpful too. Their prices are fair and they have multiple payment options available.

Fantastic experience: They are very understanding and rather efficient. I have been going to them for a couple of months and have been delighted by their services. Fantastic experience: A really great place and fun atmosphere. My doctor got 4 fillings done in about 45min and got more done than I anticipated quicker and did a great job. Fantastic experience: I called this morning needing an immediate extraction. I called several different places. This place was the only yes. They had me out of pain within 10 mins of being there. From the front office staff, who were freaking awesome and made me feel at home, to the X-ray tech that I shared some laughs with, to the doctor who had the tooth extracted painlessly in less than two minutes. I was overwhelmed with the level of service I received. Even the lady that numbed me was awesome. I still can’t feel my face. Lol. Every other dental facility should kiss their ring. They are the gold standard for dentistry. And was super reasonably priced. They were a blessing to an old veteran who needed immediate results. They provided it. Thank you guys!!!!!!!!!!!! Chad

Even without insurance i still got payment assistance. Had i known i wouldn’t have waited this long to get dental help!

Fantastic experience: I called to get my husband in because he was having problems. He had never been there before and they got him in the same day. He seen Dr. Knox and he was great. He was very honest and upfront. We need more dentist like that. The whole office staff are friendly in the office. The office and restrooms are clean. I would strongly recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I checked in on line the day before my appointment so I really didn't have to stand in any lines the gal who called me up to make sure my information was correct handed me a tablet to finish checking in very polite and helpful professional and I was called back in a timely manner they did an x-ray of my mouth and took me right back to a room asked some questions and then the Dr came in he was a nice guy everything went ok they referred me to an oral surgeon and sent me on my way

Fantastic experience: Ngl, my initial impression was receiving hostile looks from front staff, but that changed when the dental assistant took me back. She was very nice and professional and made me feel like a valued customer.

Fantastic experience: Well, I never know how to handle this review process since the last review always comes up. So I am overwriting that review to say the service was done well. From dealing with my insurance company, to getting my x-rays, and my interactions with the technician who gave me advice on quiting smoking. And of course my interactions with the Dentist, Dr Knox.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Tanika and Dr. Raz were very patient, respectful, and kind. They took very good care of my son and got him out in a timely manner. If you're in need of a new dental office I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I've used this Dental Depot for several yrs & am VERY pleased with everything! Today, I had some fractures in both my front teeth & Dr Wilson began the process to crown both of them. I was really worried about numbing the front teeth--I'd heard horror stories about the pain-- but hygienist Kelly did such a tremendous job, I felt only one tiny pinprick!! No joke. And Dr Wilson is so kind & gentle. He really cares about his patients' comfort & circumstances. He's also one of the most cheerful, upbeat people I've ever known. Thanks again for such an easy procedure today. My temp crowns look really good & I can't wait to get my permanent crowns. You guys are ALL wonderful!

Fantastic experience: They got me in same day, for a “well that was unplanned” visit. The staff was so nice, the facility clean and comfortable. I think the tech could tell I was nervous, she was very patient and accommodated my disability.. I was very thankful and grateful, not everyone or everywhere does.. they helped me understand my insurance and a payment plan , that was better than I thought, that worked. A disaster. That I was terrified of… was made a lot easier. I was super grateful. Also the train goes through the bathroom and that made me laugh lol

Positive experience: The dentist office is fine there's nothing wrong with it. I thought it was a kids dentist office though & it's not. I have 3 toddlers & will need to find a kid friendly dentist office for our next appointment

Fantastic experience: I went into the Harvard location yesterday for extreme gum pain due to my upper denture,expecting to see the dentist.However,the dental assistant found the solution herself,adjusting the denture and soothing cream for immediate relief. Very impressed and satisfied!

Fantastic experience: Love Dr Knox and the hygienist ( sorry I forgot her name but she is awesome!). My only complaint is the hygiene schedule. I should be in every 4 months for a prophy. I am scheduled out 9 MONTHS!!!! Please get mor hygienist hired, at least temps. This is not proper dental care.

Fantastic experience: All of the staff at Dental Depot on 51st and Harvard are amazing! They are kind, understanding really care about their patients. Rachel (Dental Hygienists) and Dr. Stephen Knox are my favorite! Even with how busy their location is they slow down and take the time to see how me and my kids are doing. They are very personable that is why I will continue to only go to this location.

I was terrified of the Dentist and I was made to feel comfortable. I'm 64. I was traumatized by a dentist at the age of seven. I highly recommend Dr.Wilson and Staff.
