Negative experience: If I could give this place a zero I would this place is unorganized One of the worst experiences ever the wait time is ridiculous they don’t tell you exactly how long the wait is it’s over packed one of my worst experiences at a dental office I wouldn’t recommend at all one of the worst children’s dental don’t go here I waited 3 and a half hrs and still didn’t get anything done .

Fantastic experience: Scheduled a first patient appointment and son having bad cavity 04/22 we were seen 04/23.. loved the staff and dentist. They were so patient/sweet with my son. Appointment was at 3:30 Got there at 2:30 we were out by 3:27. Loved it! Highly recommend, definitely switching all my kids to this location.

Fantastic experience: I was recommended here from a family member, and I totally would recommended this place. Starting from the front desk to back office we’re amazing. Doctor & her assistant Rebeca were amazing and caring while my daughter had her dental treatment. Making sure my daughter was doing fine, while going thru treatment. Amazing staff :)

Negative experience: 3rd visit and my daughter had all her work done in one day her teeth look great no more swollen gums or cracked tooth babygirl all better and she got some toys after I thought she would be traumatized but she's likes the dentist now they talked to her thru her whole procedure and we're very kind in answering all my questions.

Negative experience: I am writing to express my concern regarding a recent experience at your facility. My son needed to have X-rays done, and prior to the procedure, I informed the staff that I am pregnant. I was reassured that I would not be able to sit with my son during the X-rays, which the lady with the red hair offered to sit with him which i truly appreciated. However, I was later quite upset that the X-ray technician (the lady with blonde hair) proceeded with the X-rays without informing me to leave the room, despite being aware of my pregnancy. It wasn't until two images had already been taken when the lady with red hair told me I couldn’t be in the room. While I understand that mistakes happen, this situation caused me unnecessary stress and anxiety. The lack of signage or clear communication about the risks of being in an X-ray room while pregnant only added to my concern. As a pregnant mother, it's crucial to feel confident and informed in these types of medical environments, especially when it comes to something as important as the health of my pregnancy. I hope that you can take this feedback into consideration, not just for me, but for the safety and peace of mind of other expectant mothers who may encounter similar situations in the future.

Fantastic experience: The first time I brought my children here and the staff was very attentive and kind. I brought my 6 and 16 year old and I loved the service and experience. I would highly recommend this children's dental office to anyone.

Fantastic experience: First time bringing both my kids 4 and a 9 year old and they loved it. The workers here are nice on point make sure the kids are comfortable. Doctor got straight to the point and made sure she was aware of everything. We will be returning when it is time to return for next check ups. Thank you very much to all the ladies that helped and got my kids seen very quick with no problems.

Fantastic experience: Very clean and inviting. My girl didn’t know it was a dentist office until she sat in the operating chair and even still, she was comforted by familiar cartoon characters surrounding her and friendly gentle staff. Clean restroom, spacious lobby with cold water and cool air. Edit: I realize now that they basically bribed people for 5 star reviews when they first opened up. “Leave a rating and review, show it to them, and receive a gift card”. Also, they continue to call and harass you to make appointments.

Fantastic experience: I just got out from my sons appointment. I walked in to set an appointment and they took him in right away. Girls were so nice. My son doesn’t do good with doctors. And he actually let himself get checked. Everything was fast and they explained everything with detail. I would recommend.

After a long search I found the place for my 4 children. The staff all was very kind and with a smile on there face. Don’t hesitate to set an appointment!

Fantastic experience: The nurse that attended my brothers was really nice. She had the nicest attitude and was really gently with my brother throughout the process.

Negative experience: Front desk was very helpful from scheduling the day before and patient with my difficult. Dr was amazing and informative. That was my first review before my daughter got a cavity that required a cap. I asked if she could get a white cap they responded that (MediCal) didn't cover it only silver one. Turns out they do and when I approached them about that they said it was because of cavity location and size, wrong again. I am very disappointed that they prefer to go with a silver one then a white one seeing it was her front tooth. I am not comfortable trusting those who lie to make an extra buck. I am aware I am low income patient but the fact that I was made aware of how minimal providers are willing to give those like me is very disappointing. I was so happy till that point now we are trying a new one.

Fantastic experience: My son's 1st time @CDW and needed extractions and teeth sealant to prevent cavities. While getting this done he was scared and crying although he wasn't being hurt just scared and all the ladies and Dr involved where do gentle and sweet with him. Thank you CDW and crew for taking good care of my baby. He got a lot of gifts after the visit. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Fantastic experience: I love everything about this dentist! The staff is super friendly, they are quick, my kids are not scared to come to this dentist. While working on my kids teeth, they were so helpful and patient getting them through the process. The rooms have nice art on the wall. The kids get a toy and toothbrush after their visit. I would recommend bringing your children here!

Fantastic experience: Clean and professional. This place is really catered to children. The room my son is in has Avengers and Spider-Man themed walls, which he loves. Apart from that, they play movies in the waiting room and the exam room with different movies to entertain the kiddos (and even me). iPads in the waiting room for kids to deal with. Apart from that, the staff is patient, friendly, and gentle at all times. Able to answer all my questions and get my son’s toothache under control. Nobody likes going to the dentist, but you will like coming to this one. Highly recommended.

Negative experience: Took my kids to this dentist. One of my kids needed paperwork filled out by their physician. So initial appointment and physician appointment took 3 months. My child didn’t take well to the work, so we agreed to strap him down in there board. Which was completely traumatizing. They only got 2 silver caps done. Then they referred him to a sedation dentist but had to go back to his physician and get more paperwork filled out to see the sedation dentist. That took another 3 months. Got all the paperwork done and sent it in to the dentist for that dentist to tell me the notes from this dentist would prevent them from seeing my child. They didn’t care that his physician had cleared him for sedation. This dentist put notes saying he had a “condition” which prevented him from being seen at all. This process was 6 months long. This dentist isn’t a cardiologist so I’m unsure why her “notes” mattered at all.

Fantastic experience: Wow! An amazing dentist. Wish they had this place when I was a kid. From booking the appointment, the receptionist was so kind, to rescheduling and being flexible with coming in, it was the best experience I ever had at a dentist office. It was the first time for my son, and they let your kiddo pick out toys, and they give toothbrush, toothpaste and floss with every new patient! The staff is so kind, the nurses and dental assistants went the extra mile! The dentist/doctor herself was super smart and super sweet and informative. Very caring and gentle. Best dentist, (and I’m usually a hard-to-please customer)

Positive experience: I Am really happy to have found this dentist BUT , I brought 3 of my grandchildren and the POWER OF ATTORNEY Documents for all I lost one set behind a seat was so glad that one was recovered but the main one is lost and has NOT BEEN FOUND I’m so Devastated as I need that I’ve been here since 10:50 am and it 4 :30 pm I’ve had a few Anxiety episodes because they Can’t Find it I’ve ask Crystal the manager to view the cameras many times I kept asking to pls review cameras and it took them a very long time to do it I felt my worries where not being taken SERIOUSLY Now I have a young lady who is going through every file that came through today I’m feeling Greatfu Ty AREMIS for even moving the couches and showing me u really CARE I feel u really heard my concern and HELPED ME I kept asking The OFFICE Manager crystal I asked a few times to view cameras She showed me lil clips after a while and noticed my document was all of a sudden gone we went and pulled sofa apart and the one I spoke about earlier was located but not the one GIVEN To Them IVE Asked to view the camera from when I first came NOTHING YET ( very upsetting) MORAL OF MY STORY DONT GIVE YOUR ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS EVER TO ANYONE SMH MY BAD Now I’m praying they find them … this is really BAD and I feel My Documents are No PRIORETY NEXT IS TO SPEAK TO A LAWYER that’s very CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION THATS Floting around …. I hope they find it soon …. How could they do any work without any Documentation??? That’s illegal of course I had mine this morning

Fantastic experience: I been bringing my kids here and it's always a fast process. They are amazing and work with the kids. I will keep coming back here and my daughter loves their play area. My older kids say they always have good movies playing in waiting room.

Negative experience: I feel like this place is a little over hyped. If you have a child that is a little ruff to work with, I feel they aren’t that understanding. They seem to have a bit attitude when it comes to children having a hard time. As a parent I can’t just watch my child cough and and gag and cry while getting a huge thing being put in there mouth. So I try to work with my child and give her time and they seem annoyed when you do so. I will be my child’s voice. I probably won’t be back.

Fantastic experience: My children had the best experience!! Moving from la puente, the last dentist they went to was a horror story!! Bring your kids to children’s dental world, I brought 3 of my kids and they all left happy with toys, my kids usually cry at the dentist.. they all got shot for numbing and their team is great at calming the kids down. Agustin is very kind and helps answer any questions. They’re all kind actually. I recommend this place 100%!!

Fantastic experience: Honestly I don't even know where to begin, but let me start off with saying this was the BEST DENTIST experience I have ever had with my kid's!! From beginning to end.. Not only is the office SUPER CUTE but the staff was AMAZING!! So friendly and nice, from the front office to the back. Everyone was so nice and friendly. This was my son's first time ever going to the dentist and I was a bit nervous oh how he would react but the staff was so nice and interactive with him and let him know what was going on and distracted him when needed. I also had my daughter with me so I was a bit nervous on how it would go with both of my kids being booked but they did them one at a time one right after another and took there time with both of them and we were able to do SAME DAY treatment which was amazing because I didn't need to take another day off of work for the treatment... Dr. Tiffany was SO AMAZING, NICE and genuinely interested in my kids and making them calm, comfortable, and took her time with each of them. The assistance Ignacio and Juan was extremely informative and nice as well. Honestly EVERYONE there was!! I couldn't have been happier with the service there, I truly loved this place.. Definitely will be my kids dentist office from now on!!

Fantastic experience: All 3 of my children go here !even though it’s only one dentist doctor there ! I LOVE how fast they work , office very informative especially when it comes to the Papoose Board. They do everything the same day :)(: only thing needs to be fixed is the kids iPads in the waiting room .

Negative experience: Reviews to this place are misleading. They have so many 5 star reviews because they offer a $5 starbucks gift card if you leave a 5 star review. All you hear are kids screaming and afraid the whole visit. The staff is decent but I would still recommend taking your kids to a different dental office.

Fantastic experience: I brought my children today and they were well taken care of they are very careful and caring. My favorite part was that everything they needed it got taken care of the same day. They are very flexible and make different appointment in case you don’t have time the same day. I love it.

Negative experience: Very misleading!!! Do not take your fearful child here. My kids have never been so scared. These people strap your kid to the table. So many screams and so much crying throughout the office. Horrible experience. HOW do they have 5 stars?!?!

Negative experience: Don’t recommend this place at all the 2 front desk girls are very unprofessional, I called to make my son an appt on Monday and they took all of my info even made me call my insurance to verify all my info myself and when I showed up to the appt they said they had no appointment for him that I must have called somewhere else. I even showed them the timestamp in my phone that it was them that I spoke with and they kept on insisting that I didn’t speak with any of them, that they would have remembered making the appt! I never called anyone else so it was definitely them and they were very rude about it all like I made everything up! We just walked right out and I’m so glad I’m going to find another dentist.

Fantastic experience: My baby girl's first time being at the dentist. The office has a great vibe for kids! The staff is great front desk was welcoming especially the girl with glasses at the front desk sorry I dont know your name but shout out to you ! The xray lady was very quick and valm with my baby. The dentist was super sweet and very good with my baby ! Plus the free toy at the end just tops off the experience !!!

Fantastic experience: my grandson started out with this dentistry @ four. he and his sister are being treated there now. my grandson is nine and his sister is seven.. They totally love the team. Great place for children.

Negative experience: Unfortunately, the experience this time didn't meet our expectations. The X-ray technician seemed unsure and struggled to get the X-rays right, which resulted in discomfort for my daughter. Additionally, it seemed like the staff was not as friendly and patient as before. In addition the X-ray technician promised my daughter 2 big toys. I wanted to mention that my daughter was really looking forward to receiving the toys as promised. However, when she asked the staff about the toys, they refused to give her any and even closed the door on her. It's really disheartening when promises are broken, especially when a child is in pain from the dental work. I hope the dental place takes this feedback seriously and improves their communication and customer service in the future.

Fantastic experience: First time here. Staff was super friendly to me and my kiddo’s and explained every step to them as they did it. Decor totally geared towards kids and helped make them feel at ease. Will come back.

Fantastic experience: We have been patients for almost 4 years. My oldest loves it and now my second child loves it too! We enjoy the kids decor, the girls in the front are always friendly and they always have kids shows on in the lobby. Plus they give the kids little toys on their way out to keep them busy on the way home. We love Children Dental World!

I appreciate the fact they do their best to help me calm them down. The doctor has been very nice and friendly. Whenever she finds something in my kid's tooth she is ready to fix it and I appreciate that. I defenitley recomend this place to my friends and familybeverytime they ask.
