Fantastic experience: I love Springfield dental care, this is my 2nd visit, they put a mesh in my upper denture to reinforce them and make them stronger, a dentist here in Taylorville will remain nameless,but his office is on Taylorville s square should have never gave me my Denture's as thin as they were, you could read a newspaper thru them and they broke 2 times in less then a year. I am very happy with Springfield dental care's kindness and services, they fixed my top denture. They go out of there way to be nice to you . I would recommend people to go there and I will go there again. Thank you again. I can't say enough about you , you helped me so much.

Negative experience: I was referred to u by my daughter cuz I was looking forward to my teeth being deep cleaned and instead I got a total indepthed screening on my gums and teeth though I was surprised to find out how bad my teeth are I was disappointed that she didn't clean my teeth and ur service's are out ragious...

She is so patient with my daughters whenever they ask her questions and they are so comfortable with her that they are never scared and always happy and excited to sit in her chair! Fantastic experience: I was very nervous going in. The office staff made sure to find me a time slot that was more quiet and allowed a little more time. My hygienist, Lauren, was wonderful during my visit. I feel she went above to make sure I was comfortable and relaxed. Explaining every step as she did it. She treated my 8 year old granddaughter that was with me with such kindness as well. She called her by her name, which my granddaughter took note of and thought that was very cool. Dr Gupta was sweet as always and just makes you feel like you are with a friend. She is always so easy to talk to and listens to every concern you have. Together we created a dental plan that worked for both of us. Whitney was very nice as she went over the finances and options. I look forward to returning to such an inviting and friendly office and highly recommend the office.

Fantastic experience: Everyone from the front desk staff to the dentist is always so professional and friendly. Our daughter has been going there since she was 2 and still 9 years later, we have yet to have a negative experience. I highly recommend them, especially if you have children.

Fantastic experience: I have been a client of Springfield Dental Care for about 13 years and have always really appreciated my dentist Dr. Beasley. The new building is amazing and my hygienist (Jamie) is gentle and careful. I have had everything from cleanings to root canals and they make every effort to make me comfortable and keep me free from pain. I recommend them to everyone who asks.

Fantastic experience: While a bit more expensive than other dentists (or so I've heard), Springfield Dental has really done an excellent job since I started going there many years ago. They've corrected several dental problems I've accrued due to a previous stint of 15 or so years of dental neglect on my part. They've listened to my complaints, filled fillings, capped one tooth, and advised me in the proper course of dental hygiene, including new products and treatment options. The staff have always been courteous, helpful, and tolerant of my constant questions. In addition, they've been quite excellent with admitting and correcting their own, admittedly few, mistakes (specifically related to one particularly annoying and difficult tooth I have). In short, I'm totally satisfied with their services.

Fantastic experience: I had a dental emergency, made an appointment online. And for some reason, thought my appointment was in 2 days when actually I made an appointment for the next month. I went in there, thinking I had my appointment, and this office was so awesome. They got me in, I had an infected tooth, and they took care of me. I've never been in a dental office where people were so professional. And so nice, I absolutely hate going to the dentist. I put it off all the time. Because I can't stand having my teeth. Drilled into or the sensitivity makes me jump out of the chair. But they were awesome, and I felt no pain at all. I highly recommend this dental office. Believe me When I say I like a dentist office, it's gotta be a good one. If I could give ten stars, I would.

Fantastic experience: Jamie is the absolute best hygienist in the world. I have facial nerve pain and limited movement in my face due to an accident. She takes her time, let's me rest my face and is extremely gentle. The Dentists are thorough and up beat. Dr. Patel shows concern and gives thorough answrs to my questions. The rest of the staff is also very friendly. There is a positive feeling through out the practice.

Fantastic experience: Called on Monday for an abscessed tooth (as a new patient) and Dr. Began was able to see me within hours and scheduled my extraction for Wednesday (though they were willing to do it that day!) I am HIGHLY dental-phobic and was terrified at the appointment but Michelle was AMAZING and calmed me down completely. Dr. Began is not only beautiful, but she is a wonderful doctor. She explained everything for me, answered all of my questions and made me feel so relaxed that I didn't even realize that the extraction was complete. The whole process (excluding waiting for numbing) took less than 10 minutes. Also, both times I visited for appointments, I didn't have to wait at all and was called back almost immediately. Could not possibly have had a better experience and I will recommend SDC and Dr. Began to anyone who is looking for dental care. Natalie and Michelle were both wonderful. Thank you!!!

They went over our options with us on a treatment plan for the children instead of just telling us they were going to do these things to the children's teeth. Highly recommend their care.

Fantastic experience: I wasn’t sure what to expect. Switched over after insurance changed. I am happy that I chose SDC. Staff were very friendly and answered all the questions I had for my first cleaning. My appointment was at 7:30am. The lobby was already full of waiting patients but they were able to clear them out before I could finish filling out my form. Already made my next appointment

Negative experience: UPDATE: 10/3/24 @ 7:56a As you can see below, SDC responded back to my original review. They asked me to contact them, so I did. I spoke with Betsy who stated that their home office is who actually responded to my Google review. When I told her I was only calling because the response advised it, she then stated (verbatim) “Yeah, yeah, that’s just how they respond. I approved that response..”. I’m not sure if they responded to save face and not look so bad for their clients and potential clients. Unfortunately, I stand behind my original comment. They’ve wasted my time yet again by giving me the runaround, the issue is yet to be corrected. __________________________________________________ Originally my experience was good, I liked everyone at the office. My problems began when Dr. Rachel Gupta recommended Invisalign's to help keep me from grinding my teeth. I was fit for an Invisalign retainer and when they removed the mold they pulled out my permanent lingual bar (from my braces). Dr. Gupta assured me it would be okay, and that I would not need my lingual bar moving forward since I would be getting the Invisalign retainer. Once I received my retainer from Invisalign, it still had the impression from when my lingual bar was attached. Since I no longer had the lingual bar, the retainer didn't fit, so my teeth began shifting. I called and explained the situation to Dr. Gupta and Springfield Dental Care. They agreed they were at fault and that if I came in they would refit me for new Invisalign’s free of charge. During the appointment I was digitally fitted this time and was told my new Invisalign’s would be mailed to me... Unfortunately, my teeth had already shifted due to my lingual bar being removed and the retainer still having the lingual bar impression embedded. After the digital fitting I received the new retainer via the mail as promised. However, again, my teeth had already began shifting. A retainer is only keeping my teeth from getting worse, it is NOT correcting the issue caused. Grant it, it took time for my teeth to shift as this isn’t something that you can identify overnight, it’s a casual process. My issue is a dentist should know this, and should be willing to completely fix their mistakes not just partially. Again, I did like this dental practice so I tolerated them giving me the run around for quite some time, until I had no choice but to sue. Unfortunately, since the matter is quite complex I wasn’t able to afford a fancy lawyer like Dr. Gupta and I’m forced to now pay for braces when I was not at fault nor the cause for my teeth shifting. I wanted to send my review so this doesn’t happen to someone else (or if something similar has happened to you, to encourage you to also post your feedback). Just because someone is “nice” doesn’t not mean they’ll always do the right thing.

Fantastic experience: This staff always puts my needs first. They are all amazing. I have never had better dental care.

Negative experience: I like Springfield Dental. However, today, I wasn't happy. It would have been nice to have a warning before the needle is stuck into your gums for numbing - while waiting for the dentist. I will be requesting that courtesy from now on. I've never had that issue in the past @ Westside Dental.

Fantastic experience: I had a complicated filling done here when I lived in Springfield. I’ve moved around and changed dentists in the last few years, and every single dentist I’ve had since has commented on what a great job was done on that particular filling. They are in awe of Dr. Beasley’s work. Dr. Beasley was also so pleasant when I was her patient, so that was a big plus.
