It is not often in these days and times that you find such pleasantly efficient practitioners. APace. I just finished my first deep cleaning which is much more intricate than a typical cleaning. Cassie, my hygienist, worked efficiently and with delicate care. Though deep cleaning requires shots and under-the-gum cleaning, I never felt any discomfort or pain. Can’t beat that.

I went thirteen years without dental care and needed a little bit of work done and needed some education in order to get my teeth and gums back to where they needed to be. Everyone has been so friendly and kind and willing to explain everything, and they really do their best to make you comfortable. I had pretty bad anxiety about going to the dentist prior to my first appointment and now I look forward to coming in. They really do take the time to make sure you understand everything going on, even down to the billing. I'm very thankful for them and cannot recommend them enough to anyone who is looking for dental care!

Not only was her technique and expertise excellent but her outgoing personality coupled with her constant concern for my comfort and well being let me know that she really cares about all of her patients. Her soft, gentle touch was also reassuring. When she was finished my mouth felt wonderful. I felt wonderful. There is no need to fear having "prophylactic dental care" when you get it from Tori. She is truly excellent at what she does.

My young adult son is disabled and has not had a good track record at previous dentists. Bastien Dental did not shy away and worked with us to create a plan to accommodate my son so that he could get the dental care he deserved. He's had cleanings and fillings done with zero incidents and we leave there feeling cared for, valued, and respected.

Fantastic experience: I’ve use Bastian Dental for years. I’ve never had a bad experience. Cindy built my top denture with so much care, I really didn’t want to give my old dentures up but they were over 30 yrs old. She promised to make them just as good or between. SHE NAILED IT. I don’t have to wear anything to keep them in, I can eat anything. I’ve had 2 crowns never had a problem. The last crown was this week.Dr Weir was great. I didn’t have any pain or swelling. Her assistant was awesome they both kept me informed on what was happening during the procedure. Give them a try you’ll be glad you did.

Fantastic experience: The dentists and hygienists switched to using LED headlamps more than a year ago, but on a recent visit to fit a crown the dental assistant went back to using the old overhead light on an arm. The headlamps are a big improvement. In general I find the office has a modern, professional, vibe which I find reassuring. Highly recommended.

Positive experience: Another good visit with the clinic. We are doing a crown on a front tooth. I hadn't had a crown in a very long time and the previous was done in the back of the mouth. The procedure was explained, but the process was not what I imagined, but thankfully the technician was such a professional and had a calming spirit. She was patient and again explained that I was only midway through the process. She had the presence to read me and allow me the opportunity to mentally process what was happening. I had asked questions, but my perception of understanding and the reality didn't match. But thanks to the great staff at the clinic I felt supported, heard, valued, and appreciated. I can't express how much it meant that the technician took the time to notice and respond with compassion and empathy. Could not ask for better service than that.

Fantastic experience: Faith in dentists restored! This is THE place to go for people with dentist phobias. Both husband and I have hated going to the dentist before we went here. Had an extremely unpleasant experience with a different dentist several months ago ended up with a failed filling that I needed fixed asap and a new dentist phobia. Dr. Miller got me in FAST and was so kind and gentle and let my husband come back with me. Husband and I have now additional appointments with him and we can't recommend him enough. Whether you need some meds to help you relax or just someone to go slow and be gentle and stop when you need a break, Dr. Miller is the dentist for you. I tend to need additional nerve blocks for certain things and I like to wear my headphones and the provided sunglasses and fuzzy blanket and they remember every time! His hygienists are also great, they work carefully and gently and are always so nice. I don't dread dentist visits anymore after we started coming here.

Fantastic experience: Bastien Dental has been our office of choice for several years. Dr. Weir is very skilled and does a great job in explaining options and processes. Their offices are also really pleasant, with well designed rooms, beautiful artwork and even complimentary water. They have detailed treatment plans with costs included- I love how they are cost conscious and tech savvy. Having an office number to text is really convenient too. We recommend them whenever a friend or coworker asks about dentists in town.

Fantastic experience: Today 04/22/25, I went in to have a broken tooth fixed and had the pleasure of meeting Dr Weir. She was to attentive to my issue and was able to fix my broken tooth and put on a temporary cap on it. In 3 week I will have the pleasure of having her to finish my tooth and putting on the permanent cap I absolutely love Dr Weir and Dr Bastian and their assistants. Fantastic experience: Today, Dr. Bastien and I had our first service encounter to start my overall service plan. He was very careful that I consider my options of where I wanted to go with my needed work. Additionally, when I decided to go with two extracttions we caught ourselves in time to avoid the problem with blood thinners in my system. We made an about-face to do another service to start a crown that I needed that didnt depend on being off the blood thinners, and also not waste all the time we had put into the appointment. This has left a very favorable impression on me of Dr Bastien’s care for safety,, his communication skills and flexibility for each patient.

Negative experience: Very disappointed with Bastien Dental. I'll start with the good... Very nice, clean office and great staff. I chose this office due to the positive reviews. Now, the not so good. It took a couple weeks to get an appointment and when the day arrived, not long before my appointment, they had to reschedule since the doctor wasn't feeling well which I totally understood and they scheduled me for the following week. I had been dealing with multiple teeth pain, sensitivity and a broken molar for quite some time until it became extreme. I picked this office with the intent of removing all of my teeth & going to dentures because they offered IV sedation which I confirmed prior to my appointment. At the expensive consultation, they took x-rays and painful measurements. Dr Weir stated I had a good number of healthy teeth and was reluctant to consider total removal unless it was done in 2 sessions & suggested other really expensive options. She said that they would review different options & email them too me. She also suggested a 2nd consultation option with her friend at another office for even more money & whom I did see and was unimpressed with their suggestions. I decided to proceed with my original intent as I had also spoken with a friend my age who had gone thru the denture process a couple years ago at a different office & is quite pleased. Since I had yet to receive an email from Dr Weir's office about plans i called them yesterday. I spoke with a pleasant young lady who would get with Dr Weir about the plans and my decision to stick with my original plan of total removal. I got a call back today from the same employee who stated that Dr Weir is refusing to do the removal even though she had said prior that it could be done in 2 sessions. I am not rich and do not have insurance but was going to pay the FULL cost upfront so I don't understand! Since they refuse to do the work, I requested my consultation fee (which is expensive) to be returned. My request was refused. I NEVER would have gone to them if they were incapable of doing the work much less paying for ANOTHER consultation with her friend! I feel that I got scammed because I didn't want to go through a different more expensive option. I'm very disappointed to now have to find another office that isn't money hungry in order to permanently solve my pain issues.

Fantastic experience: I was looking for a new dentist due to change of Insurance, but also due to some issues. When I called the office I was advised that they are accepting new patients but not until April. I then told them what the issue was and they were able to get me in within 2 days. After that initial visit, they were able to get me in to get the issue fixed the following day! I am so grateful that I called them and everyone I have come in contact with there is super nice and friendly and they will make sure you are comfortable! If you are looking for a dentist, call them! You won't regret it!
